Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE DIHIDROIMIDAZOPIROLOPIRIDINA HINOLINA, TIENO-I FURO/2,3-B/ PIRIDINA, DIHIDROTIENO- I FURO/2,3-B/PIRIDINA, TIENO- I FURO/3,2-B/PIRIDINA I DIHIDROTIENO I FURO/3,2-B/PIRIDINA, formule u kojoj R1 i R2 svaki predstavljaju C1-3 alkil, ili ciklo-propil grupu, pod uslovom da je zbir ugljenikovih atoma kod R1 i R2 od 2 do 5; i kada se R1 i R2 razmatraju zajedno sa ugljenikom za koji su pricvrsceni, onda mogu formirati C3-C6 cikloalkil prsten proizvoljno supstituisan metil grupom. W je kiseonik ili sumpor; X je vodonik, halogen ili metil grupa; Y i Z su svaki vodonik, halogen, C1-C6 alkil, C1-C4 hidroksi alkil, C1-C6 alkoksi, C1-C4 alkiltio, fenoksi, C1-C4 halogenalkil, OCF2CHF2, OCF3, OCHF2, nitro, cijano, NR4R5, C3-C8 ravan ili razgranat alkeniloksi niz proizvoljno supstituisan sa 1-3 halogena, C3-C8 ravan ili razgranati alkiniloksi niz proizvoljno supstituisan sa 1-3 halogena, ili fenil grupa proizvoljno supstituisana sa jednom C1-C4 alkil, C1-C4 alkoksi grupom ili halogenom; R4 je vodonik ili C1-C4 alkil grupa; R5 je C1-C4 alkil grupa; I, kada se posmatraju zajedno, Y i Z mogu formirati prsten u kojem je YZ predstavljeno (1) strukturom :-(CH2)n-, gde je n neki ceo broj 2,3 ili 4, pod uslovom da je X vodonik, ili (2) strukturom: gde, L, M, R7 i R8 svaki predstavljaju vodonik, halogen, C1-C4 alkil, C1-C4 alkoksi, C1-C4 alkiltio, C1-C4 alkilsulfonil, C1-C4 halogenalkil, NO2, CN, fenil, fenoksi, amino, OCF3, OCHF2, OCF2CHF2, C1-C4 alkilamino, dialkil (C1-C4) amino, hlorfenil, metilfenil, C3-C8 ravan ili razgranati alkeniloksi niz proizvoljno supstituisan sa 1-3 halogena, C3-C8 ravan ili razgranati alkinil-oksi niz proizvoljno supstituisan sa 1-3 halogena ili fenoksi grupa supstituisana sa jednom Cl, CF3, NO2 ili CH3 grupom, pod uslovom da samo jedan od supstituenata L, M, R7 ili R8 moze predstavljati supstituent razlicit od vodonika, halogena, C1-C4 alkil, C1-C4 alkoksi grupe; ili (3) strukturama: gde B je kiseonik ili sumpor; R9 i R10 svaki predstavljaju vodonik, halogen, fenil ili C1-C4 alkil grupu; R11 i R12 svaki predstavljaju vodonik, C1-C4 alkil ili fenil grupu; i kada je R1 i R2 nisu isti, cis- ili trans- izomeri ili njihove smese ili opticki izomeri (cis- ili trans- ili njihove smese), naznacen time, sto reaguje jedinjenje formule u kojoj su X, Y, Z, R1, R2 i W, kao sto je definisano ranije, sa najmanje ekvimolarnom kolicinom natrijum-borhidrida ili litijum-borhidrida, pri cemu se dobija zeljeni produkat.
