Abstract

Preparat koji je aditiv na mokrom kraju, a koristi se kao sredstvo za tutkalisanje u proizvodnji hartije, sastoji se od dvofazne suspenzije nabubrelog skroba sa sadržajem suve supstance od oko 0,5 mas.% do oko 30 mas.%, sa zapreminom nabubrelog kuvanog skroba od oko 1,6 mL/g do oko 100 mL/g i rastvorenim skrobom posle kuvanja od oko 0,5 mas.% do oko 50 mas.%. Preparat se dobija polazeći od suspenzije skroba sa relativno niskim sadržajem skroba (suve supstance). Suspenzija se podvrgava pažljivo kontrolisanim uslovima bubrenja (temperatura i PH) koji mogu da variraju zavisno od vrste upotrebljenog skroba. Sadržaj suve supstance u suspenziji može takodje da varira zavisno od toga da li se koristi kontinualni ili šaržni postupak. Preparat se koristi u postupku proizvodnje hartije dodavanjem u predmetu posle stupanja rafinacije.
