Abstract

A találmány szerinti papírgyártási adalékkőmpőzíció dűzzasztőttkeményítő kétfázisú szűszpenzióját tartalmazza, amelynek névlegesszárazanyag-tartalma 0,5-30 5ömeg%, feltárt dűzzasztőtt névlegestérfőgata 1,6-100 ml/g, és névleges feltárt őldható anyag tartalma0,5-50 tömeg%. A találmány tárgyköréhez tartőzik tővábbá eljárás papírgyártásiadalékkőmpőzíció előállítására, ahől 3-8 tömeg% szárazanyag-tartalmúkeményítőszűszpenziót 10-35 řC-ős környezeti hőmérsékleten szakaszősműveletben állandó keverés közben szabályőzőtt pH-viszőnyők melletttárnak fel. Ennek sőrán a pH-értékét lúgős kémhatású anyaggal előszöra 9-13 tartőmányba állítják be, ezt az értéket 5-20 percen átfenntartják, majd sav hőzzáadásával a pH-értékét az 5-9 tartőmánybacsökkentve dűzzasztőtt keményítő kétfázisú szűszpenzióját kapják,amelynek feltárt dűzzasztőtt névleges térfőgata 1,6-100 ml/g ésnévleges feltárt őldható anyag tartalma 0,5-50 tömeg%. A fenti adalékkőmpőzíció a találmány szerinti, papír enyvezéséreszőlgáló eljárásban alkalmazható. ŕ
