PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN AGLOMERANTE ADHESIVO DE PROTEINA VEGETAL. SE FORMA UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSA DE UN MATERIAL PROTEINICO VEGETAL QUE CONTENGA UREASA, ESPECIALMENTE PROTEINA DE SOJA, CON UN CONTENIDO DE SOLIDOS PROTEINICOS ENTRE EL 10 Y EL 30% EN PESO, AÑADIENDOSE UN SILICATO SOLUBLE EN AGUA PARA MINIMIZAR LA FORMACION DE ESPUMA DURANTE LA OXIDACION DE PROTEINA, Y ADICIONALMENTE SE AÑADE TAMBIEN UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE DE UREA QUE REACCIONA CON LA UREASA PARA DAR AMONIACO LIBRE, AJUSTANDOSE EL PH DE LA SUSPENSION POR ENCIMA DE 8. SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UN AGENTE OXIDANTE PARA MODIFICAR EL MATERIAL PROTEINICO Y ALTERAR SUS CARACTERISTICAS REOLOGICAS. SE TRATA A 104-160 C DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO DE 90 A 150 SEGUNDOS, ENFRIANDOSE Y SECANDOSE POR ULTIMO.
