METODO DE PREPARACION DE UN MATERIAL ABSORBENTE. SE TOMA COMO MATERIAL DE PARTIDA ARCILLA DE CALIDAD UNIFORME Y TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA DEL ORDEN DE 75 A 600 MICRAS; CON UN ALTO PORCENTAJE DE ABSORCION DE LIQUIDOS Y BAJO NIVEL DE FORMACION DE POLVO UNA VEZ SOMETIDA A TRATAMIENTO TERMICO. ESTA ARCILLA SE MEZCLA CON MATERIAL CELULOSICO ANTERIORMENTE MOLTURADO A UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA SIMILAR, EN UNA PROPORCION DEL ORDEN DE 86:14 A 60:40 EN PESO. ESTA MEZCLA SE COMBINA CON CARBONATO SODICO EN CANTIDAD DE 1 A 4% EN PESO ANTES DE LA PELLETIZACION REALIZADA EN UN TAMBOR DE GRANULACION. LOS PELLETS ASI OBTENIDOS TIENEN UN DIAMETRO DE 10 MM EN SU EJE MAS LARGO Y SON SOMETIDOS A SECADO MEDIANTE CALEFACCION A TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 800JC Y 1.000º HASTA COMBUSTION COMPLETA DE LA CELULOSA. TRAS ESTA ETAPA LOS PELLETS POSEEN UN CONTENIDO EN HUMEDAD DEL 4% EN PESO Y SON ENFRIADOS POSTERIORMENTE. DE APLICACION COMO CAMA DE PAJA O MULLIDO PARA ANIMALES.
