PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DEL ANHIDRIDO DEL ACIDO N-FORMIL-L-ASPARTICO.CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR ACIDO FORMICO CON UNA MEZCLA DE ACIDO L-ASPARTICO Y ANHIDRIDO ACETICO, A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR O IGUAL A 35JC, VERTIENDO LENTAMENTE EL ACIDO SOBRE DICHOS REACTIVOS DURANTE UN PERIODO DE CINCO A OCHO HORAS Y LUEGO MANTENER LA REACCION DURANTE 48 A 60 HORAS. EL ANHIDRIDO ACETICO Y EL ACIDO FORMICO PARTICIPAN EN LA REACCION EN CANTIDAD VIRTUALMENTE ESTEQUIOMETRICA RESPECTO AL ACIDO ASPARTICO, EMPLEANDOSE POR CADA MOL DE ACIDO ASPARTICO 2,00 A 2,10 MOLES DE ANHIDRIDO ACETICO Y 1,00 A 1,10 MOLES DE ACIDO FORMICO.
