Abstract
PEĆ I POSTUPAK ZA ZAGREVANJE STAKLENE PLOČA, pronalazak se odnosi na peć i postupak za zagrevanje staklenih ploča. Peć 10 sadrži gornju omotačku sekciju 15 i donju omotačku sekciju 14 koje zajedno definišu grejnu komoru, konvejersko sredstvo 16 sa više valjaka 79 postavljenih poravnato na odredjenom rastojanju duž grejne komore za prenošenje staklenih ploča i sredstvo 90, 91 za rotaciono podupiranje valjaka 79 na njihovim krajevima vangrejne komore. Gornja omotačka sekcija 15 peći uključuje poklopac 45 čija je unutrašnja površina 48, koja je eliptičnog preseka, okrenuta valjcima 79 i staklenim pločama i više grejnih sredstava 51 povezanih sa unutrašnjom površinom 48 poklopca 45 u gornjoj omotačkoj sekciji 15 radi obezbedjenja toplote. Ploče mogu da se diferencijalno greju preko peći 10 dok se kroz nju prenose. Postupak zagrevanja staklenih ploča se vrši prema željenom neuniformnom šablonu po njihovoj širini pri njihovom prenosu kroz peć 10. Postupak zagrevanja ima operaciju primene dodatne radijacione toplote na ploče u selektivnim iznosima radi modifikovanja grejnog šablona uspostavljenog dodavanjem radijacione toplote duž profila 48.
