Abstract

SREDSTVO ZA MATIRANJE NA BAZI SiO2, POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE I PRIMENA, opisano je univerzalno primenjivo sredstvo za matiranje na bazi SiO2, koje sadrži od SiO2, od 1 do 25 mas.% poilola i, po potrebi, od 1 do 25 mas.% voska. Novo sredstvo za matiranje se, i nakon dugotrajnog skladištenja, a naročito skladištenja pod pritiskom, još uvek lako disperguje, ne dovodi do formiranja čvrstog taloga sa netiksotropnim bojama i lakovima i praktično nema negativno dejstvo na tiksotropno ponašanje boja i lakova na bazi poliamidno modifikovanih alkidnih smola. SiO2, poliol i vosak mogu da se dovedu u kontakt na više različitih načina, na primer tokom mikronizacije SiO2 u mlinu sa mlaznicom ili mehaničkom mlinu istovremenim dodavanjem poliola i voska, sušenjem raspršivanjem suspenzije SiO2 u vodenom rastvoru poliola, pa čak i pre sušenja, dodavanjem poliola za vreme ispiranja ili u ranijim fazama proizvodnje. Takodje je moguće sušiti raspršivanjem suspenziju SiO2, emulzije voska i poliola.
