Abstract

493,923. Filing-cabinets. SCHEINMAN, S. April 16, 1937, No. 10920. Convention date, May 16, 1936. [Class 18] [Also in Group XIV] A collapsable drawer is mounted in a collapsable casing upon antifriction elements having co-operating tracks on the drawer and casing walls. Metal front and rear frames F, 27 fit over the ends of the casing to hold it erect. Both drawer and casing are formed from scored blanks of corrugated paper board or like material, the drawer sides have catches 77, 78 engaging the end walls and the drawer front 50 is metal-faced. Sockets may be provided in the frames F to receive devices for holding rows or stacks of casings in alignment. Specification 437,024 is referred to.
