HERBICIDNI URACILI TIPA ESTARA CIMETNE KISELINE, opisana su jedinjenja koja imaju strukturu: u kojoj su: R C1-C12 alkil, linearni ili račvasti; ili C3-C12 alkenil; R1 je C1-C12 alkil, linearni ili račvasti i može formirati karbocikl; X je vodonik ili halogen; i Y je vodonik ili halogen; i koja imaju herbieidnu aktivnost. Takodje su opisani herbicidni preparati koji obuhvataju jedinjenja i neki nosač, kao i postupci za kontrolu rasta nepoželjnih biljaka korišćenjem jedinjenja. Takodje su opisani postupci za pravljenje takvih jedinjenja.
