Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na uredjaj za udarno ispitivanje naleganja klimova statora električnog generatora, koji sadrži kolica 31 sa niskim profilom, daljinski upravljana, koja se mogu uneti izmedju rotora 5 i statora 7 električnog generatora 1 i koja nose udarač 65 koji može biti prednapregnut da udari statorski klin 25 u svim orientacijama oko statora 7 izbranom velikom udarnom silom koja dovodi do vibriranja statorskog klina 25. Detektor 67, seizmički izolovan od udarača 65, meri deflekcije vibrirajućeg statorskog klina 25. Preporučljivo, detektor 67 sadrži namotaj 165 za vrtložne struje postavljen tako da meri rastojanje od pratioca klina 139 koji vibrira zajedno sa klinom. U jednoj realizaciji pratilac klina je vakuumska šolja 141 pričvršćena na klin. U drugoj, namotaj za vrtložne struje meri rastojanje do opružnog stopala 273 pritisnutog navibrirajući klin. Detektor je, preporučljivo, seizmički izolovan montriranjem na separatnim kolicima 69 postavljenim u otvoru 71 u kolicima 31 niskog profila.
