Abstract

Apparecchiatura e procedimento diagnostico per il monitoraggio della efficienza di turbo alternatori, senza rimozione del rotore, comprendente una coppia di anelli con corona esterna dentato fissati all'estremità del rotore e ciascuno provvisto di un gruppo motorizzato controllato per assumere una posizione angolare predeterminata sulla corona dentata, un carrello mobile inserito nel traferro tra statore e rotore e azionato da un cavo teso tra i due gruppi, il carrello supportando una sorgente di luce, una telecamera di ispezione, un sensore di corti circuiti tra lamierini del pacco statorico, mezzi di percussione accoppiati ad un accelerometro per la percussione controllata di zeppe di cave statoriche e il rilevamento della decelerazione di battuta, mezzi di rilevamento acustico del rumore di impatto e mezzi remoti di comando dei gruppi motorizzati e del carrello e di ricezione, memorizzazione ed elaborazione del segnali generati dai sensori suddetti.
