Definitions

- the present inventors have conducted intensive research and come up with the following idea. That is, if the surface of the particles contained in the organic resin coating layer and having a particle diameter larger than the average film thickness can be covered with an organic resin, the interface between the large particle and the binder resin layer can be made long. In addition, according to the "long interface between the large particle and the binder resin layer", a certain part of the particle protruding from the binder resin layer is covered with a film-forming component, so that the exposed part of the particle can be reduced.
