Description

搬送装置、および被搬送体
 本開示は、台車と、台車に載置されて搬送される被搬送体とを備える搬送装置等に関する。
 下記特許文献には、台車と、台車に載置されて搬送される被搬送体とを備える搬送装置が記載されている。

 本明細書は、台車に載置される被搬送体を適切に搬送することを課題とする。
 上記課題を解決するために、本明細書は、掛止部を有する台車と、所定の方向にスライド可能に前記台車に載置され、前記台車の移動により搬送される被搬送体と、を備え、前記掛止部が掛止する複数の被掛止部が前記被搬送体に前記所定の方向に並んで形成されており、前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの第1の被掛止部に掛止することで前記被搬送体が前記台車における所定の位置に載置され、前記被搬送体が前記所定の位置からズレた場合に前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの前記第1の被掛止部以外の被掛止部に掛止する搬送装置を開示する。
 また、本明細書は、所定の方向にスライド可能に台車に載置され、前記台車の移動により搬送される被搬送体であって、前記台車に配設された掛止部に掛止される複数の被掛止部が前記被搬送体に前記所定の方向に並んで形成されており、前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの第1の被掛止部に掛止することで前記被搬送体が前記台車における所定の位置に載置され、前記被搬送体が前記所定の位置からズレた場合に前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの前記第1の被掛止部以外の被掛止部に掛止する被搬送体を開示する。
 本明細書では、被搬送体が所定の方向にスライド可能に台車に載置される。また、被搬送体には、複数の被掛止部が所定の方向に並んで形成されている。そして、台車に配設された掛止部が、複数の被掛止部のうちの第1の被掛止部に掛止することで被搬送体が台車における所定の位置に載置され、被搬送体が所定の位置からズレた場合に掛止部が複数の被掛止部のうちの第1の被掛止部以外の被掛止部に掛止する。これにより、例えば、被搬送体の落下を防止することが可能となり、台車に載置される被搬送体を適切に搬送することができる。

 図1に、対基板作業システム10を示す。図1に示す対基板作業システム10は、回路基板に電子部品を実装するためのシステムである。対基板作業システム10は、1台のフィーダ収納庫20と5台の装着装置22と1台のフィーダ交換装置26とから構成されている。そして、1台のフィーダ収納庫20と5台の装着装置22とが、1台のフィーダ収納庫20,5台の装着装置22の順に隣接した状態で1列に配設されている。また、フィーダ交換装置26は、フィーダ収納庫20及び装着装置22の前方側(図1の手前側)に配設されている。なお、以下の説明では、フィーダ収納庫20,装着装置22の並ぶ方向をX方向、そのX方向に直角な水平の方向をY方向、X方向及びY方向に直交する方向をZ方向と称する。また、X方向において、フィーダ収納庫20が配設されている側を上流側と称し、装着装置22が配設されている側を下流側と称する。
 5台の装着装置22は、互いに略同じ構成であり、それら5台の装着装置22の各々は、図2に示すように、搬送装置30と、装着ヘッド32と、装着ヘッド移動装置(以下、「移動装置」と略す場合がある)34と、供給装置36とを備えている。
 搬送装置30は、2つのコンベア装置50を備えている。それら2つのコンベア装置50は、互いに平行、かつ、X方向に延びるようにベース52上に配設されている。2つのコンベア装置50の各々は、電磁モータ(図示省略)によって各コンベア装置50に支持される回路基板57をX方向に搬送する。また、各コンベア装置50は、基板保持装置(図示省略)を有しており、回路基板57を、所定の位置において固定的に保持する。
 装着ヘッド32は、回路基板57に対して電子部品を装着するものである。詳しくは、装着ヘッド32は、下端面に設けられた吸着ノズル60を有している。吸着ノズル60は、負圧エア,正圧エア通路を介して、正負圧供給装置(図示省略)に通じている。吸着ノズル60は、負圧によって電子部品を吸着保持し、保持した電子部品を正圧によって離脱する。また、装着ヘッド32は、吸着ノズル60を昇降させるノズル昇降装置(図示省略)を有している。そのノズル昇降装置によって、装着ヘッド32は、保持する電子部品の上下方向の位置を変更する。
 移動装置34は、装着ヘッド32をベース52上の任意の位置に移動させる装置である。詳しくは、移動装置34は、X方向スライド機構70とY方向スライド機構72とによって構成されている。Y方向スライド機構72は、ベース52に上架されたビーム73に配設されており、Y方向にスライドするY方向スライダ76を有している。そして、Y方向スライダ76は、電磁モータ(図示省略)の駆動によってY方向の任意の位置に移動する。また、X方向スライド機構70はX方向スライダ80を有しており、そのX方向スライダ80はY方向スライダ76によってX方向にスライド可能に保持されている。そして、X方向スライダ80は、電磁モータ(図示省略)の駆動によってX方向の任意の位置に移動する。そのX方向スライダ80には、装着ヘッド32が装着されている。このような構造により、装着ヘッド32は、移動装置34によってベース52上の任意の位置に移動する。
 供給装置36は、ベース52の前方側の端部に配設されており、複数のテープフィーダ90を有している。各テープフィーダ90は、図3に示すように、リール92と送出装置94と剥離装置96とを有しており、上面の端部において、電子部品を供給する。詳しくは、リール92には、テープ化部品98が巻回されており、リール92からテープ化部品98が、テープガイド100上に引き出されている。テープ化部品98は、電子部品がテーピング化されたものであり、所定ピッチで送り穴(図示省略)が形成されている。その送り穴には、送出装置94のスプロケット102が噛合している。そして、スプロケット102は、電磁モータ104により回転する。このような構造により、テープ化部品98は、供給位置に向かって送り出される。
 また、剥離装置96は、フィルム剥離機構106とギア機構108とを有している。フィルム剥離機構106は、テープ化部品98からトップフィルム110を剥離するための機構であり、テープフィーダ90の上面端部に形成された開口112の手前に配設されている。ギア機構108は、テープ化部品98から剥離されたトップフィルム110を、フィルム回収部114内に引っ張り込む機構である。このような構造により、テープ化部品98からトップフィルム110が剥離されることで、テープ化部品98に収容されている電子部品が、開口112において露出し、その露出した電子部品が、装着ヘッド32の吸着ノズル60によって吸着保持される。つまり、開口112が、テープフィーダ90の電子部品供給位置となっている。なお、開口112のテープ化部品98の送り出し方向の側面には、下方に向かうように、テープ案内通路116が形成されている。このテープ案内通路116を通って、テープ化部品98から電子部品が取り出された廃棄テープ118が排出される。
 また、テープフィーダ90は、図2に示すように、ベース52の前方側の端部に固定的に設けられたテープフィーダ保持台120に着脱可能とされている。テープフィーダ保持台120には、Y方向に延びるレール(図示省略)がX方向に並んで複数形成されており、各レールにテープフィーダ90が着脱可能に装着される。
 また、テープフィーダ保持台120の下方には、収納ケース140が配設されている。収納ケース140にも、テープフィーダ保持台120と同様に、Y方向に延びるレール(図示省略)がX方向に並んで複数形成されており、各レールにテープフィーダ90が着脱可能に装着される。
 また、図1に示すように、フィーダ収納庫20には、装着装置22のテープフィーダ保持台120と同じ高さに収納スペース150が形成されている。収納スペース150は収納ラック160を収納するためのスペースである。収納ラック160は、図4に示すように、前方側の面が開口する箱形状である。その箱形状の収納ラック160の内部の高さ寸法はテープフィーダ90の高さ寸法より僅かに大きく、収納ラック160の内部の奥行寸法はテープフィーダ90の奥行寸法より僅かに大きい。そして、収納ラック160の内部の幅寸法はテープフィーダ90の幅寸法のN倍(例えば、30倍)より大きい。このような形状の収納ラック160の内部に、N個のテープフィーダ90を並べて収納することができる。なお、収納ラック160の天板162の下面には、前後方向に延びるように、複数のレール164がN本形成されている。このため、テープフィーダ90の上端をレール164に嵌め込んで、テープフィーダ90を収納ラック160の内部に押し込むことで、テープフィーダ90が収納ラック160の内部において位置決めされた状態で収納される。
 また、収納スペース150の奥行方向の内寸は収納ラック160の奥行方向の外寸より僅かに大きく、収納スペース150の幅方向、つまり、X方向の内寸は収納ラック160の幅方向の外寸の2倍より僅かに大きい。なお、収納スペース150の上方は開口している。このため、図1に示すように、収納スペース150に、2個の収納ラック160をX方向に並んで収納することができる。
 また、フィーダ交換装置26は、フィーダ収納庫20及び5台の装着装置22のそれぞれに対してテープフィーダ90の交換作業を行う。詳しくは、フィーダ収納庫20及び5台の装着装置22の前面には、X方向に延びるように、上部ガイドレール170及び下部ガイドレール172が配設されている。そして、フィーダ交換装置26が、上部ガイドレール170及び下部ガイドレール172によりX方向にスライド可能に保持されており、電磁モータ(図示省略)の駆動によってX方向の任意の位置に移動する。
 また、フィーダ交換装置26は、図2に示すように、昇降装置180と水平移動装置182とクランプ機構184とを有している。昇降装置180は、1対のZ方向ガイドレール186を有しており、それら1対のZ方向ガイドレール186は、Z方向に延びるように、装着装置22のテープフィーダ保持台120及び収納ケース140の前方側に配設されている。また、水平移動装置182は、X方向ガイドレール188を有しており、そのX方向ガイドレール188は、X方向に延びるようにして、1対のZ方向ガイドレール186に保持されている。そして、そのX方向ガイドレール188は、Z方向モータ(図示省略)の駆動によって、Z方向の任意の位置に移動する。また、X方向ガイドレール188は、自身の軸線に沿って移動可能にクランプ機構184を保持している。そのクランプ機構184は、X方向モータ(図示省略)の駆動によって、X方向の任意の位置に移動する。さらに、クランプ機構184は、Y方向に伸縮可能とされており、伸縮モータ(図示省略)の駆動によって、Y方向に伸縮する。また、クランプ機構184の先端部には、テープフィーダ90をクランプするクランパ190が設けられている。このような構造により、フィーダ交換装置26は、テープフィーダ保持台120と収納ケース140と収納ラック160との間で、テープフィーダ90を自動で交換する。
 上述した構成によって、対基板作業システム10では、回路基板57が、5台の装着装置22の内部を搬送装置30によって搬送され、装着装置22によって回路基板57に電子部品が装着される。具体的には、まず、5台の装着装置22のうちの最上流に配置された装着装置に回路基板57が搬入される。そして、その装着装置において、回路基板57が作業位置まで搬送され、その位置において固定的に保持される。また、テープフィーダ保持台120に装着されているテープフィーダ90はテープ化部品98を送り出し、電子部品を供給位置において供給する。そして、装着ヘッド32が、電子部品の供給位置の上方に移動し、吸着ノズル60によって電子部品を吸着保持する。続いて、装着ヘッド32は、回路基板57の上方に移動し、保持している電子部品を回路基板上に装着する。回路基板への電子部品の装着作業が終了すると、回路基板が、下流に向かって搬送され、下流側に配置された装着装置内に搬入される。そして、上記装着作業が、各装着装置で順次実行されることで、電子部品が装着された回路基板が生産される。
 このように、装着装置22は、テープフィーダ90によって供給された電子部品を、装着ヘッド32の吸着ノズル60によって吸着保持し、その吸着保持された電子部品を回路基板上に装着するように構成されている。このように構成された装着装置22では、電子部品の補給,段取り替え等に対応するべく、例えば、テープフィーダ保持台120に装着されたテープフィーダ90が、フィーダ交換装置26により交換される。つまり、交換対象のテープフィーダ90がフィーダ交換装置26のクランプ機構184によりテープフィーダ保持台120から取り外される。そして、取り外されたテープフィーダ90が、収納ケース140若しくは収納ラック160の空のスロットに収納される。続いて、収納ケース140若しくは収納ラック160から、テープフィーダ保持台120に装着予定のテープフィーダがフィーダ交換装置26のクランプ機構184によりクランプされる。そして、クランプ機構184によりクランプされたテープフィーダ90がテープフィーダ保持台120に装着される。
 なお、収納ケース140には、基本的に、装着装置22で実行されている装着作業に必要な電子部品を収容しているテープフィーダ90が収納されている。このため、装着作業時における電子部品の補給時において、テープフィーダ保持台120と収納ケース140との間でテープフィーダ90の交換が行われる。一方、フィーダ収納庫20の収納ラック160には、基本的に、装着装置22で実行されている装着作業の次の装着作業(以下、「次装着作業」と記載する)に必要な電子部品を収容しているテープフィーダ90が収納されている。このため、次装着作業の段取り作業時において、装着装置22のテープフィーダ保持台120とフィーダ収納庫20の収納ラック160との間、若しくは、装着装置22の収納ケース140とフィーダ収納庫20の収納ラック160との間でテープフィーダ90の交換が行われる。
 また、フィーダ収納庫20では、図5に示す自動搬送台車200により収納ラック160が自動で交換される。詳しくは、自動搬送台車200は、筐体202の下面に配設された1対の駆動輪(図では1対の駆動輪の一方のみが図示されている)204と、1対の転舵輪(図では1対の転舵輪の一方のみが図示されている)206とを備えている。また、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206の作動が制御装置207により制御される。これにより、自動搬送台車200は、対基板作業システム10が配設されているフロア209において制御装置207の制御により自動で任意の位置に移動することが可能である。また、筐体202の上面に天板208が配設されており、その天板208の上面に、複数の搬送ローラ210が左右方向に延びる姿勢で前後方向に並んで配設されている。また、複数の搬送ローラ210の各々は、左右方向に延びる軸心を中心に自転可能とされている。なお、複数の搬送ローラ210は、電磁モータ(図示省略)の駆動により任意の方向に自転する。
 また、フィーダ収納庫20の収納スペース150の下面には、複数の搬送ローラ220が、X方向に延びる姿勢でY方向に並んで配設されている。そして、それら複数の搬送ローラ220の各々は、X方向に延びる軸心を中心に自転可能とされている。そして、複数の搬送ローラ220は、電磁モータ(図示省略)の駆動により任意の方向に自転する。なお、フィーダ収納庫20の搬送ローラ220の上端位置と、自動搬送台車200の搬送ローラ210の上端位置とは略同じ高さとされている。
 このような構造により、フィーダ収納庫20では、例えば、収納スペース150に収納されている収納ラック160が、自動搬送台車200に自動で移載される。詳しくは、自動搬送台車200が、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206の作動により収納ラック(以下、「不要ラック160a」と記載する)が収容されている収納スペース150と対向する位置に移動する。そして、フィーダ収納庫20の複数の搬送ローラ220が不要ラック160aを搬出する方向に回転するとともに、自動搬送台車200の複数の搬送ローラ210が不要ラック160aを搬入する方向に回転する。これにより、収納スペース150に収納されている不要ラック160aが、自動搬送台車200に自動で移載される。
 また、図6に示すように、対基板作業システム10が設置されているフロア209には、ラック管理装置230も設置されている。ラック管理装置230は、収納ラック160を管理する装置であり、フィーダ収納庫20と同様に、収納スペース232を備えており、収納スペース232に2個の収納ラック160を横並びに収納することができる。なお、図6に示すラック管理装置230では、1個の収納ラック(以下、「必要ラック160b」と記載する)が収納されている。その必要ラック160bには装着装置22での次装着作業において装着が予定されている電子部品を供給するテープフィーダ90が収納されている。なお、必要ラック160bの隣は空スペースとされている。また、ラック管理装置230の収納スペース232の下面にも、フィーダ収納庫20の収納スペース150と同様に、複数の搬送ローラ234が配設されており、それら複数の搬送ローラ234も、電磁モータ(図示省略)の駆動により任意の方向に自転する。
 また、フィーダ収納庫20から自動搬送台車200に不要ラック160aが移載されると、自動搬送台車200はラック管理装置230の空スペースと対向する位置に移動する。そして、自動搬送台車200の複数の搬送ローラ210が不要ラック160aを搬出する方向に回転するとともに、ラック管理装置230の複数の搬送ローラ234が不要ラック160aを搬入する方向に回転する。これにより、自動搬送台車200に載せられている不要ラック160aが、ラック管理装置230の収納スペース232に自動で移載される。続いて、自動搬送台車200はラック管理装置230の収納スペース232に収納されている必要ラック160bと対向する位置に移動する。そして、ラック管理装置230の複数の搬送ローラ234が必要ラック160bを搬出する方向に回転するとともに、自動搬送台車200の複数の搬送ローラ210が必要ラック160bを搬入する方向に回転する。これにより、ラック管理装置230に収容されている必要ラック160bが、自動搬送台車200に自動で移載される。
 次に、必要ラック160bが移載された自動搬送台車200は、フィーダ収納庫20の空スペース、つまり、不要ラック160aが載置されていたスペースと対向する位置に移動する。そして、自動搬送台車200の複数の搬送ローラ210が必要ラック160bを搬出する方向に回転するとともに、フィーダ収納庫20の複数の搬送ローラ220が必要ラック160bを搬入する方向に回転する。これにより、自動搬送台車200に載せられている必要ラック160bが、フィーダ収納庫20の収納スペース150に自動で移載される。
 このように、自動搬送台車200によりフィーダ収納庫20に収納されている不要ラック160aが必要ラック160bに自動で交換される。なお、自動搬送台車200がフィーダ収納庫20とラック管理装置230との間を移動している際に、自動搬送台車200の上面に載置された収納ラック160が自動搬送台車200から落下する虞がある。特に、自動搬送台車200の上面には複数の搬送ローラ210が配設されており、複数の搬送ローラ210の上に載置される収納ラック160は、所定の方向、つまり、複数の搬送ローラ210の並ぶ方向にスライドする。つまり、収納ラック160は、複数の搬送ローラ210の並ぶ方向にスライド可能に自動搬送台車200の上面に配設されている。このため、自動搬送台車200の移動時には、自動搬送台車200の上面に載置された収納ラック160が自動搬送台車200から落下する虞がある。このようなことに鑑みて、図7に示すように、自動搬送台車200及び収納ラック160、つまり、自動搬送台車200と収納ラック160とにより構成される搬送装置250に、ロック機構251が配設されている。
 詳しくは、ロック機構251は、自動搬送台車200の天板208に配設される掛止機構252と、収納ラック160の下面に配設される被掛止ブロック254とにより構成されている。なお、図7において、自動搬送台車200の上面に載置された収納ラック160は、自動搬送台車200の上面に搬入される際に矢印256の方向にスライドし、自動搬送台車200の上面から搬出される際に矢印258の方向にスライドする。そして、自動搬送台車200への搬入方向(以下、「ラック搬入方向」と記載する)(矢印256)の収納ラック160のスライドは、自動搬送台車200の上面に固定されたストッパ260により規制される。なお、ストッパ260によりスライドが規制された位置が、収納ラック160が搬送される際の定位置(以下、「搬送時位置」と記載する)である。そして、搬送時位置に位置する収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの搬出方向(以下、「ラック搬出方向」と記載する)(矢印258)のスライドがロック機構251により規制される。つまり、ロック機構251により収納ラック160が搬送時位置においてロックされる。なお、以下の説明において、ラック搬入方向(矢印256)及びラック搬出方向(矢印258)を、収納ラック160のスライド方向と記載する場合がある。
 具体的に、掛止機構252は、図8に示すように、基台270と、掛止レバー272と、コイルスプリング274と、ソレノイド276と、第1検出センサ278とを有している。基台270は、自動搬送台車200の天板208に固定されており、その基台270の上端部に掛止レバー272が収納ラック160のスライド方向に延びる姿勢で配設されている。掛止レバー272は、収納ラック160のスライド方向での中央部において支持軸280により揺動可能に支持されている。また、掛止レバー272は、ラック搬出方向(矢印258)の側の端部(以下、「先端部」と記載する)においてフック形状とされており、その先端部は上方に向かって屈曲する掛止部282とされている。掛止レバー272の先端部と反対側の端部(以下、「後端部」と記載する)には、コイルスプリング274の一端が連結されている。コイルスプリング274は上下方向に延びる姿勢で配設されており、コイルスプリング274の他端が掛止レバー272の下方において基台270に連結されている。コイルスプリング274は引張ばねであり、コイルスプリング274の弾性力により、掛止レバー272の後端部が下方に向かって付勢される。このため、コイルスプリング274の弾性力により、掛止レバー272の先端部、つまり、掛止部282が上方に向かって付勢される。なお、掛止レバー272の下面には、支持軸280と掛止部282との間の支持軸280の側に、下方に向かって延びだす突起部284が配設されている。
 また、ソレノイド276は、掛止レバー272の下方において支持軸280と掛止レバー272の後端部との間に上下方向に延びる姿勢で配設されている。そして、ソレノイド276への通電によりプランジャ286がソレノイド276の上面から上方に向かって延びだす。これにより、プランジャ286の上端が、掛止レバー272の後端部と支持軸280との間に接触し、掛止レバー272の後端部をコイルスプリング274の弾性力に抗して上方に向かって揺動させる。この際、掛止レバー272の先端部、つまり、掛止部282が、コイルスプリング274の弾性力に抗して下方に向かって揺動する。一方、ソレノイド276に通電されていない状態で、プランジャ286はソレノイド276の上面から延び出しておらず、ソレノイド276の内部に位置している。このため、プランジャ286の上端は掛止レバー272接触せず、掛止レバー272の後端部はコイルスプリング274の弾性力により下方に向かって揺動する。この際、掛止レバー272の先端部、つまり、掛止部282は、コイルスプリング274の弾性力により上方に向かって揺動する。
 また、第1検出センサ278は、光電センサであり、投光器278aと受光器278bとにより構成されている。投光器278aと受光器278bとは、掛止レバー272の突起部284を挟むように配設されており、投光器278aから投光された光が受光器278bにより受光される。ただし、掛止レバー272の揺動に伴って投光器278aから投光された光が突起部284により遮られて、受光器278bにより受光されない。つまり、図8に示すように、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が上方に向かって揺動している状態において、突起部284は投光器278aと受光器278bとの間に位置しておらず、投光器278aから投光された光が受光器278bにより受光される。一方、図9に示すように、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が下方に向かって揺動すると、突起部284は投光器278aと受光器278bとの間に進入し、投光器278aから投光された光が突起部284により遮られて受光器278bにより受光されない。これにより、第1検出センサ278は、掛止レバー272の揺動を検出する。
 また、被掛止ブロック254は、収納ラック160の下面に固定されており、図8に示すように、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に掛止レバー272の掛止部282と支持軸280との間と対向する。このため、被掛止ブロック254が、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に被掛止ブロック254のラック搬出方向(矢印258)の側の端面288において掛止レバー272の掛止部282により掛止される。つまり、被掛止ブロック254の端面288が、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に掛止レバー272の掛止部282に掛止される第1の被掛止部として機能する。
 また、被掛止ブロック254の下面には、端面288よりラック搬入方向(矢印256)に僅かにズレた位置に凹部290が形成されている。凹部290では、ラック搬出方向(矢印258)の側の内壁面がテーパ面296とされており、ラック搬入方向(矢印256)の側の内壁面が鉛直面298とされている。このため、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からラック搬出方向(矢印258)にズレた場合に、図9に示すように、被掛止ブロック254が、凹部290において掛止レバー272の掛止部282により掛止される。つまり、被掛止ブロック254の凹部290が、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からラック搬出方向(矢印258)にズレた際に掛止レバー272の掛止部282に掛止される第2の被掛止部として機能する。
 このようにロック機構251では、第1の被掛止部として機能する被掛止ブロック254の端面288と、第2の被掛止部として機能する被掛止ブロック254の凹部290とが収納ラックのスライド方向に並んで形成されている。そして、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止することで、収納ラック160が搬送時位置においてロックされ、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からラック搬出方向(矢印258)にズレた際に掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止する。
 また、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止している際、つまり、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に、図8に示すように、掛止レバー272の突起部284は第1検出センサ278の投光器278aと受光器278bとの間に位置していない。このため、投光器278aから投光された光が受光器278bにより受光される。一方、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止している際、つまり、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた際に、図9に示すように、掛止レバー272の突起部284は第1検出センサ278の投光器278aと受光器278bとの間に進入する。このため、投光器278aから投光された光が突起部284により遮られて受光器278bにより受光されない。これにより、第1検出センサ278は、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288と凹部290とのいずれに掛止しているか否か、つまり、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止しているか否かを検出することができる。また、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止していれば、収納ラック160は搬送時位置に載置されており、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止していれば、収納ラック160は搬送時位置からズレている。このため、第1検出センサ278は、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレているか否か、つまり、収納ラック160の搬送時位置からのズレを検出することができるともいえる。
 このような構造により、搬送装置250では、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に収納ラック160はロック機構251によりロックされており、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合に、自動搬送台車200の移動が停止する。具体的には、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に、掛止レバー272の掛止部282がコイルスプリング274の弾性力により上方に向かって付勢されて、被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止することで、収納ラック160がロックされる。この際、第1検出センサ278は、受光器278bが受光していることを検出する。なお、第1検出センサ278は制御装置207に接続されており、受光器278bが受光していることを検出すると、第1検出センサ278はON信号を制御装置207に出力する。
 ただし、自動搬送台車200の移動時における振動により掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れる場合がある。このような場合には、図9に示すように、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレて、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止する。この際、第1検出センサ278は、受光器278bが受光していないことを検出し、OFF信号を制御装置207に出力する。そして、制御装置207は、第1検出センサ278からOFF信号が入力されると、OFF信号が設定時間(例えば、0.1秒)継続して入力されるか否かを判断する。この際、OFF信号が設定時間、継続して入力された場合に、制御装置207は駆動輪204及び転舵輪206にエラー情報として停止指令を出力する。そして、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206は停止指令に従って自動搬送台車200の移動を停止する。これにより、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合において、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの落下を防止することができる。
 なお、OFF信号が設定時間、継続して入力されない場合、つまり、OFF信号が設定時間未満しか継続して入力されなかった場合、制御装置207は駆動輪204及び転舵輪206に停止指令を出力しない。これは、自動搬送台車200の移動時における振動により掛止レバー272の掛止部282が下方に向かって揺動するが、被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れない場合があるためである。また、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が下方に向かって揺動して、一旦、被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れるが、再度、端面288に掛止する場合があるためである。つまり、OFF信号の入力毎に停止指令を出力していては、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れていないにも関わらず、自動搬送台車200の移動が停止する可能性があるためである。これにより、掛止部282が端面288から外れて収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合にのみ、自動搬送台車200の移動を停止することが可能となる。なお、OFF信号が設定時間、継続して入力された場合に、制御装置207は、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206だけでなく、自動搬送台車200に内蔵されているスピーカ(図示省略)にもエラー情報として発生指令を出力する。そして、スピーカは発生指令に従ってブザー音等を発生する。これにより、作業者は自動搬送台車200での異常を認識することができる。
 また、ロック機構251では、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れて収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合に、自動搬送台車200の移動が停止するだけでなく、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止する。これにより、収納ラック160をロック機構251により再度、ロックすることができるため、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの落下を確実に防止することができる。例えば、図10に示すように、凹部290が形成されていない被掛止ブロック300が収納ラック160に配設された場合について考えてみる。このような場合に、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック300の端面302から外れて収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合に、第1検出センサ278がOFF信号を出力することで、自動搬送台車200の移動を停止させることができる。ただし、被掛止ブロック300の端面302から外れた掛止レバー272の掛止部282は被掛止ブロック300の下面に接触するだけで、被掛止ブロック300のいずれの箇所にも掛止しない。このように、掛止レバー272が被掛止ブロック300のいずれの箇所にも掛止しない状態で自動搬送台車200が傾斜面で停止した場合に、収納ラック160の重量により、収納ラック160が自動搬送台車200の搬送ローラ210の上をスライドして自動搬送台車200から落下する虞がある。また、自動搬送台車200が平坦面で停止した場合であても、自動搬送台車200が停止した際の収納ラック160の慣性により、収納ラック160が自動搬送台車200の搬送ローラ210の上をスライドして自動搬送台車200から落下する虞がある。このようなことに鑑みて、被掛止ブロック254では、凹部290が被掛止ブロック254の端面288と収納ラック160スライド方向に並んで形成されている。これにより、被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れた掛止レバー272の掛止部282が凹部290に掛止することで、収納ラック160をロック機構251により再度、ロックすることができるため、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの落下を確実に防止することができる。特に、掛止レバー272の掛止部282は、凹部290の鉛直面298に掛止するため、収納ラック160のラック搬出方向(矢印258)へのスライドを好適に防止することができる。一方で、収納ラック160が搬送ローラ210の作動により自動搬送台車200に搬入される際に、掛止レバー272の掛止部282は凹部290のテーパ面296に摺接するため、収納ラック160の円滑な搬入を担保することができる。
 また、搬送装置250には、収納ラック160の搬送時位置からのズレを検出するためのセンサとして、第1検出センサ278と異なる第2検出センサ(図11参照)310も配設されており、第2検出センサ310の検出値に従って自動搬送台車200の移動が停止する。詳しくは、第2検出センサ310も、光電センサであり、図11に示すように、投光器310aと受光器310bとにより構成されている。投光器310aと受光器310bとは、自動搬送台車200の天板208の掛止機構252が配設されている側の端部と反対側の端部、つまり、ラック搬出方向(矢印258)の側の端部において、搬送ローラ210の上方を挟むように配設されている。そして、投光器310aから投光された光が受光器310bにより受光される。このため、搬送ローラ210により収納ラック160が搬出入されている際に、投光器278aから投光された光が収納ラック160により遮られて、受光器278bにより受光されない。ただし、図7に示すように、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている場合、つまり、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止している場合には、投光器278aから投光された光は収納ラック160により遮られずに、受光器278bにより受光される。一方、図12に示すように、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合、つまり、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止している場合には、投光器278aから投光された光は収納ラック160により遮られて受光器278bにより受光されない。これにより、第2検出センサ310は、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200に対する相対的な位置を検出することで、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレているか否か、つまり、収納ラック160の搬送時位置からのズレを検出することができる。
 このような構造により、搬送装置250では、第1検出センサ278だけでなく、第2検出センサ310の検出値に従って自動搬送台車200の移動が停止する。具体的には、収納ラック160が搬送時位置に載置されている際に、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止することで、収納ラック160がロックされる。この際、第2検出センサ310は、受光器278bが受光していることを検出し、ON信号を制御装置207に出力する。
 そして、自動搬送台車200の移動時における振動などにより掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れると、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレて、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止する。この際、第2検出センサ310は、受光器278bが受光していないことを検出し、OFF信号を制御装置207に出力する。そして、制御装置207は、第2検出センサ310からOFF信号が入力されると、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206にエラー情報として停止指令を出力する。つまり、制御装置207は、第1検出センサ278からOFF信号が入力された場合に、OFF信号の入力が設定時間継続することを条件としてエラー情報を出力するが、第2検出センサ310からOFF信号が入力された場合に、OFF信号の入力が設定時間継続することを条件とせずにエラー情報を出力する。これは、第2検出センサ310が収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200に対する相対的な位置を検出しており、第2検出センサ310により位置ズレが検出された場合に、掛止レバー272の掛止部282は被掛止ブロック254の端面288から外れているためである。そして、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206は停止指令に従って自動搬送台車200の移動を停止する。これにより、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合において、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの落下を防止することができる。なお、制御装置207は、駆動輪204及び転舵輪206だけでなく、自動搬送台車200に内蔵されているスピーカにもエラー情報として発生指令を出力し、スピーカは発生指令に従ってブザー音等を発生する。このように、搬送装置250では、第1検出センサ278と第2検出センサ310との2つのセンサが配設されており、それら2つのセンサの少なくとも一方のセンサにより収納ラック160の搬送時位置からのズレが検出された場合に、自動搬送台車200が停止し、ブザー音が発生する。これにより、収納ラック160の搬送時位置からのズレを確実に検出し、自動搬送台車200を停止させるとともに、ブザー音を発生させることができる。
 ちなみに、上記実施例において、収納ラック160は、被搬送体の一例である。自動搬送台車200は、台車の一例である。制御装置207は、出力装置の一例である。搬送装置250は、搬送装置の一例である。第1検出センサ278は、センサの一例である。掛止部282は、掛止部の一例である。端面288は、第1の被掛止部の一例である。凹部290は、第1の被掛止部以外の被掛止部の一例である。第2検出センサ310は、センサの一例である。
 以上、上記した本実施形態では、以下の効果を奏する。
 被掛止ブロック254に端面288及び凹部290が収納ラック160のスライド方向に並んで形成されている。そして、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止することで収納ラック160が自動搬送台車200の搬送時位置に載置され、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合に掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の凹部290に掛止する。これにより、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの落下を防止することができる。
 また、自動搬送台車200には、搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを検出する第1検出センサ278及び第2検出センサ310が配設されている。そして、第1検出センサ278と第2検出センサ310との少なくとも一方が搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを検出した場合に、制御装置207がエラー情報を出力する。これにより、収納ラック160の落下防止の対策を行うことができる。
 なお、第1検出センサ278は、掛止レバー272の掛止部282が被掛止ブロック254の端面288に掛止しているか否かを検出することで、搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを検出する。これにより、搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを適切に検出することができる。
 また、第2検出センサ310は、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200に対する相対的な位置を検出することで、搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを検出する。これにより、搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを適切に検出することができる。
 また、制御装置207によりエラー情報として停止指令が出力された場合に、自動搬送台車200の移動が停止する。これにより、収納ラック160の自動搬送台車200からの落下を適切に防止することができる。
 また、第1検出センサ278により収納ラック160の搬送時位置からのズレを設定時間、継続して検出された場合に、制御装置207はエラー情報を出力する。これにより、収納ラック160が搬送時位置からズレた場合にのみエラー情報が出力される。
 尚、本開示は、上記実施例に限定されるものではなく、当業者の知識に基づいて種々の変更、改良を施した種々の態様で実施することが可能である。具体的には、例えば、上記実施例では、被掛止ブロック254に端面288と凹部290との2個の被掛止部が収納ラック160のスライド方向に並んで形成されているが、3個以上の被掛止部が収納ラック160のスライド方向に並んで形成されてもよい。
 また、掛止レバー272の掛止部282は、フック形状とされているが、被掛止部に掛止可能な形状であれば、凸部,突起部,凹部,鉤形状等、種々の形状を採用することができる。また、被掛止部は、被掛止ブロック254の端面288及び凹部290に限定されず、掛止部が掛止可能な形状であれば、凸部,突起部,凹部,鉤形状等、種々の形状を採用することができる。
 また、上記実施例では、第1検出センサ278と第2検出センサ310との2個のセンサが自動搬送台車200に配設されているが、それら2個のセンサのうちの一方のセンサが自動搬送台車200に配設されていてもよい。また、搬送時位置からの収納ラック160のズレを検出可能なセンサであれば、種々の手法により収納ラックの位置ズレを検出可能なセンサを採用することが可能である。
 また、上記実施例では、制御装置207は、第2検出センサ310からOFF信号が入力された場合に、OFF信号の入力が設定時間継続することを条件とせずにエラー情報を出力している。一方で、制御装置207は、第2検出センサ310からOFF信号が入力された場合に、第2検出センサ310からOFF信号が入力された場合と同様に、OFF信号の入力が設定時間継続することを条件としてエラー情報を出力してもよい。
 また、上記実施例では、図5に示すように、自動搬送台車200の移動方向と複数の搬送ローラ210の並ぶ方向とは同じである。つまり、自動搬送台車200の移動方向と収納ラック160のスライド方向とは同じであり、複数の被掛止部の並ぶ方向は自動搬送台車200の移動方向と同じである。一方で、自動搬送台車200の移動方向と収納ラック160のスライド方向とが異なり、複数の被掛止部の並ぶ方向が自動搬送台車200の移動方向と異なっていてもよい。
 また、上記実施例では、テープフィーダ90を収納する収納ラック160が自動搬送台車200により搬送されるが、収納ラック160に限定されず、種々のものが自動搬送台車200により搬送されてもよい。具体的には、例えば、部品載置用のトレイを収納するトレイ用マガジン,はんだ印刷に用いられるマスク等を収納するマスク用マガジン,基板を収納する基板用マガジン等が自動搬送台車200により搬送されてもよい。また、装着作業に用いられる器具に限定されず、種々の被搬送体が自動搬送台車200に搬送されてもよい。
 また、上記実施例では、自動で移動する自動搬送台車200に本発明が適用されているが、作業者が手動で移動させる台車に本発明が適用されてもよい。

Claims (7)

  1.  掛止部を有する台車と、
     所定の方向にスライド可能に前記台車に載置され、前記台車の移動により搬送される被搬送体と、
     を備え、
     前記掛止部が掛止する複数の被掛止部が前記被搬送体に前記所定の方向に並んで形成されており、
     前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの第1の被掛止部に掛止することで前記被搬送体が前記台車における所定の位置に載置され、前記被搬送体が前記所定の位置からズレた場合に前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの前記第1の被掛止部以外の被掛止部に掛止する搬送装置。
  2.  前記台車は、
     前記所定の位置からの前記被搬送体のズレを検出するセンサと、
     前記所定の位置からの前記被搬送体のズレが前記センサにより検出された場合にエラー情報を出力する出力装置と、
     を備える請求項1に記載の搬送装置。
  3.  前記センサは、
     前記被搬送体の前記台車に対する相対的な位置を検出することで、前記所定の位置からの前記被搬送体のズレを検出する請求項2に記載の搬送装置。
  4.  前記センサは、
     前記掛止部が前記第1の被掛止部に掛止しているか否かを検出することで、前記所定の位置からの前記被搬送体のズレを検出する請求項2に記載の搬送装置。
  5.  前記台車は、自動で移動するものであり、
     前記出力装置によりエラー情報が出力された場合に前記台車の移動が自動停止する請求項2に記載の搬送装置。
  6.  前記出力装置は、
     前記所定の位置からの前記被搬送体のズレが前記センサにより設定時間、継続して検出された場合にエラー情報を出力する請求項2ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の搬送装置。
  7.  所定の方向にスライド可能に台車に載置され、前記台車の移動により搬送される被搬送体であって、
     前記台車に配設された掛止部に掛止される複数の被掛止部が前記被搬送体に前記所定の方向に並んで形成されており、
     前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの第1の被掛止部に掛止することで前記被搬送体が前記台車における所定の位置に載置され、前記被搬送体が前記所定の位置からズレた場合に前記掛止部が前記複数の被掛止部のうちの前記第1の被掛止部以外の被掛止部に掛止する被搬送体。
