- Figure 2 is a side view of the right front tire, and when the vehicle travels backwards in this figure, the tire rotates counterclockwise. At this time, the roll direction of the engine 12 is clockwise, so when the engine 12 moves in the roll direction, the mount rubber main body 21 moves to the right in Figure 2 accordingly. If there is further movement in the roll direction from this state by more than a predetermined amount, the first stopper rubber 22 provided on the front side of the mount rubber main body 21 abuts against the front wall surface 171 of the vehicle body mount bracket 17, thereby restricting the movement of the power unit 14 in the roll direction.

- the compression coil spring 23 is attached to the vehicle body side mount bracket 17 with a predetermined pre-compression load applied. Therefore, if the mount rubber main body 21 is subjected to a further moving load to the left from the state of displacement D1 in FIG. 5, the first stopper rubber 22 moves to the left and the first stopper rubber 22 is compressed. Until the load due to this self-compression reaches the predetermined pre-compression load of the compression coil spring 23, only the first stopper rubber 22 moves to the left and the compression coil spring 23 is not displaced.
- the state when the load due to the self-compression of the first stopper rubber 22 reaches the predetermined pre-compression load of the compression coil spring 23 is shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 6, and the displacement of the mount rubber main body 21 at this time is D2.

- the relationship between the load and displacement of the mounting rubber body 21 in the range of displacement D0 to D1 in the load-displacement diagram in Figure 9 is close to linear because the range of displacement is small.
- the spring constant k of the combined part of the first stopper rubber 22 and the compression coil spring 23 is smaller than the spring constant k1 of the first stopper rubber 22.
- the schematic diagram in Figure 7 shows the state from when the load due to the self-compression of the first stopper rubber 22 reaches a predetermined pre-compression load of the compression coil spring 23 until the second stopper rubber 24 abuts against the rear wall surface 172 of the vehicle body side mount bracket 17, and the schematic diagram in Figure 8 shows the state when the second stopper rubber 24 abuts against the rear wall surface 172 of the vehicle body side mount bracket 17, with the displacement of the mount rubber main body 21 at this time being D3.
- the state of displacement D2 to D3 in Figure 7 corresponds to the range of displacement D2 to D3 in the load-displacement diagram in Figure 9, and the elastic force of the mount rubber main body 21, the elastic force of the first stopper rubber 22, and the elastic force of the compression coil spring connected in series absorb and dampen the movement in the roll direction of the power unit 14.

- the power unit mount device 2 of this embodiment is further provided with a second stopper rubber 24 that is provided between the engine side mount bracket 16 and the vehicle body side mount bracket 17 and elastically restricts movement of the engine side mount bracket 16 in the roll direction that exceeds a predetermined value, so that movement in the roll direction that exceeds a predetermined value can be restricted.
- the first stopper rubber 22 and the second stopper rubber 24 are molded as a single unit, which reduces the number of manufacturing steps.
- the power unit mount device 2 of this embodiment further includes a vehicle body side mount bracket 17 and a mount rubber body 21 that supports the engine side mount bracket 16 and is attached to the vehicle body side mount bracket 17, the compression coil spring 23 is attached to the vehicle body side mount bracket 17, and the first stopper rubber 22 and the second stopper rubber 24 are integrally molded with the mount rubber body 21, so that it is possible to suppress the transmission of vibrations from the power unit 14 to the vehicle body side and to reduce the number of manufacturing steps.

- the elastic member is a metallic compression coil spring 23, so the displacement in response to the load is linear, and the length of the displacements D2 to D3 can be set long.
