Description

轮胎后充气装置
本申请要求申请日为2022年11月30日、申请号为202223190243.5的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及轮胎后充气技术领域,例如涉及一种轮胎后充气装置。
背景技术
后充气是生产轮胎的一道重要工序,是为了解决轮胎热收缩变形,后充气装置作为硫化机的主要辅助设备,衔接于硫化机之后。轮胎硫化在后气装置上定型冷却,保证了轮胎外股外缘尺寸。在充气的过程中,轮胎会有很大的膨胀力,通常采用油缸或是气缸进行压紧,如图8所示,为保持压紧力,需要大尺寸的油缸进行压紧,不但体积大,还会出现漏油的情况发生。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种轮胎后充气压紧装置,能够将轮胎在充气的过程中压紧保持,减少升降驱动缸受到的压力,使用体积较小的升降驱动缸即可满足实用需求,减少漏油或是漏气的情况发生,延长升降驱动缸的实用寿命。
本申请公开了一种轮胎后充气装置,包括:框架;设置于所述框架上的升降杆;与所述升降杆的下端连接的卡盘组件,所述卡盘组件上设置有对轮胎进行充气的充气口;设置于所述升降杆两侧的升降驱动缸,所述升降驱动缸设置为驱动所述升降杆进行上下运动;及
压紧组件,设置在所述框架上,所述压紧组件包括压杆和驱动组件,所述驱动组件设置为驱动所述压杆将下降到位后的升降杆压紧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本申请作进一步详细的说明。
如图1到6所示,本申请公开了一种轮胎后充气装置,包括框架1和压紧组件;所述框架1上设置有升降杆2,所述升降杆2的下端连接有卡盘组件3,所述卡盘组件3上设置有对轮胎进行充气的充气口31,所述升降杆2两侧设置有升降驱动缸21,升降驱动缸21驱动所述升降杆2进行上下运动,所述升降驱动缸可以为气缸或是油缸;
压紧组件设置在所述框架1上,所述压紧组件包括压杆4和驱动组件,所述驱动组件驱动所述压杆4将下降到位后的升降杆2压紧。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,通过设置所述压紧组件将升降杆2压紧并保持位置不变,减少升降驱动缸21受到的压力,使用体积较小的升降驱动缸21即可满足使用需求,减少漏油或是漏气的情况发生,延长升降驱动缸21的使用寿命。
如图4和图5所示,在一些实施方案中,所述压紧组件可以采用以下结构方案,所述压紧组件包括:安装座41和导向套42,所述安装座41设置在所述框架1上,所述安装座41上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔内设置有轴承,所述导向套42设置在所述安装座41上的轴承内,所述导向套42内设置有螺纹,所述压杆4设置在所述导向套42内,所述压杆4上设置有与所述导向套42配合的螺纹,所述驱动组件驱动所述导向套42旋转,所述压杆4在所述导向套42内上下移动。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,将压杆4设置在导向套42内并与导向套 42通过螺纹连接,在驱动组件的控制下,导向套42旋转,压杆4可在导向套42内下降,通过压杆4与导向套42间的配合将升降杆2压紧并保持位置不变,减少升降驱动缸21受到的压力。
在一些实施方案中,所述安装座41可以采用以下结构方案,所述安装座41下方设置有移动装置,如图1-图3所示,所述移动装置包括:滑轨51和拉动气缸52,所述滑轨51安装在框架1上,沿着框架1的宽度的方向安装所述拉动气缸52,所述滑轨51上设置有滑块,所述安装座41通过螺丝安装在所述滑块上,所述拉动气缸52水平安装在框架1上,所述拉动气缸52的输出端与所述安装座41下部连接。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,在升降杆2向上移动更换轮胎时,移动装置将安装座41移动到升降杆2的侧面,避免升降杆2与压杆4碰撞,在升降杆2下降后,移动装置将安装座41移动到升降杆2的上方,将压杆4对准升降杆2,实现对升降杆2顶部的压紧。
在一些实施方案中,所述驱动组件可以采用以下结构方案,如图4所示,所述驱动组件包括电机61、主动齿轮62及从动齿轮63,所述电机61竖直安装在所述安装座41上,所述主动齿轮62通过键连接在所述电机61的输出端,所述主动齿轮62与所述从动齿轮63啮合设置,所述从动齿轮63固定安装在所述导向套42的上表面。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,通过设置电机61驱动主动齿轮62和从动齿轮63旋转,然后带动导向套42旋转,驱动压杆4在安装座41内上下移动,通过电机61及齿轮的驱动方式方便对压杆4的位置进行控制,使压杆4达到压紧位置,确保充气后轮胎的尺寸合格。
在一些实施方案中,所述压杆4可以采用以下结构方案,如图5所示,所述压杆4为中空杆,套设在所述升降杆2上,所述压杆4下方设置有安装板71,所述安装板71侧面安装有移动气缸72,所述移动气缸72的输出端设置有压板73,压板73与安装板71贴近设置,所述压板73在所述移动气缸72的驱动下压紧所述升降杆2。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,通过将压杆4设置为中空杆的方式,使升降杆2在压杆4内移动,不需要移动安装座41,升降杆2需要压紧时,只需移动气缸72,将压板73上的下压面75移动到升降杆2的上方即可。
在一些实施方案中,所述压板73可以采用以下结构方案,所述压板73上设 置有供所述升降杆2通过的通孔74,所述通孔74的一侧设置有下压面75,所述下压面75设置在所述压板73的下表面。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,在升降杆2需要上升时,升降杆2从通孔74内通过,升降杆2下降到位后,由移动气缸72将压板73的水平拉动然后下压面75将升降杆2压紧。
在一些实施方案中,如图3所示,所述压紧组件与所述升降杆2可以采用以下结构方案,轮胎后充气装置上下对称分别设置有所述压紧组件与所述升降杆2。
采用上述技术方案的有益之处在于,通过上下对称设置可以一次对两个轮胎进行充气压紧,提高后充气装置的加工效率。
在一些实施方案中,如图2和图7所示,所述压卡盘组件3可以采用以下结构方案,所述卡盘组件3分为上卡盘和下卡盘,所述上卡盘与升降杆2连接,在升降杆2的带动下,上卡盘能够上下移动,所述下卡盘固定设置在框架内的横梁11上,所述充气口31设置在所述下卡盘上,连接外部气源对轮胎进行充气。
工作过程,首先外部设备将待处理的轮胎放置横梁11上的下卡盘上,然后升降杆2带动卡盘组件3中的上卡盘下降与下卡盘配合将轮胎压紧固定,下降到位后拉动气缸52拉动安装座41,使安装座41移动到升降杆2的上方(若压杆4为中空杆,则移动气缸72将压板73上的下压面75移动到升降杆2上),压杆4在驱动组件的驱动下下降,对升降杆2进行压紧并保持一段时间,在轮胎充气定型后压杆4上升,然后升降杆2上升,外部设备将处理好的轮胎取走再放置一个待处理的轮胎继续加工。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种轮胎后充气装置,包括:
    框架(1);
    设置于所述框架(1)上的升降杆(2);
    与所述升降杆(2)的下端连接的卡盘组件(3),所述卡盘组件(3)上设置有对轮胎进行充气的充气口(31);
    设置于所述升降杆(2)两侧的升降驱动缸(21),所述升降驱动缸(21)设置为驱动所述升降杆(2)进行上下运动;及
    压紧组件,设置在所述框架(1)上,所述压紧组件包括压杆(4)和驱动组件,所述驱动组件设置为驱动所述压杆(4)将下降到位后的升降杆(2)压紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轮胎后充气装置,其中,所述压紧组件包括:安装座(41)和导向套(42),所述安装座(41)设置在所述框架(1)上,所述导向套(42)可旋转设置在所述安装座(41)上,所述导向套(42)内设置有螺纹,所述压杆(4)设置在所述导向套(42)内,所述压杆(4)上设置有与所述导向套(42)配合的螺纹,所述驱动组件设置为驱动所述导向套(42)旋转,所述压杆(4)在所述导向套(42)内上下移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的轮胎后充气装置,其中,所述安装座(41)下方设置有移动装置,所述移动装置包括:滑轨(51)和拉动气缸(52),所述滑轨(51)上设置有滑块,所述安装座(41)设置在所述滑块上,所述拉动气缸(52)水平设置在框架(1)上,所述拉动气缸(52)的输出端与所述安装座(41)下部连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的轮胎后充气装置,其中,所述驱动组件包括电机(61)、主动齿轮(62)、从动齿轮(63),所述电机(61)设置在所述安装座(41)上,所述主动齿轮(62)设置在所述电机(61)的输出端,所述主动齿轮(62)与所述从动齿轮(63)啮合设置,所述从动齿轮(63)与所述导向套(42)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的轮胎后充气装置,其中,所述压杆(4)为中空杆,套设在所述升降杆(2)上,所述压杆(4)下方设置有安装板(71),所述安装板(71)侧面设置有移动气缸(72),所述移动气缸(72)的输出端设置有压板(73),所述压板(73)设置为在所述移动气缸(72)的驱动下压紧所述升降杆(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的轮胎后充气装置,其中,所述压板(73)上设置有供所述升降杆(2)通过的通孔(74),所述通孔(74)的一侧设置有下压面(75),所述下压面(75)设置在所述压板(73)的下表面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的轮胎后充气装置,其中,所述压紧组件与所述升降杆(2)上下对称设置。
