Then, the first straightening portion 33 of the first inner louver 30 comes into contact with the first inner contact portion 51 of the fin 50, and the second straightening portion 43 of the second inner louver 40 comes into contact with the second inner contact portion 52 of the fin 50.

  • the air outlet 3 is formed by opposing a lower end 14 (first lower end) of the first outer louver 10 to a lower end 24 (second lower end) of an opening 27 of the second outer louver 20, a first inner louver 30 that is installed on the first outer louver 10 and that, in a cross-sectional view in the short side direction, guides air flowing through the hollow space 2 to the air outlet 3, a second inner louver 40 that is installed on the second outer louver 20 and that, in a cross-sectional view in the short side direction, guides air flowing through the hollow space 2 to the air outlet 3, and a plurality of fins 50 that divide a part of the hollow space 2 into a plurality of spaces in the longitudinal direction and keep the opening width of the air outlet 3 constant.

  • the first outer louver 10 and the first inner louver 30 are fixed in surface contact, and the second outer louver 20 and the second inner louver 40 are fixed in surface contact, by a simple combination structure of each component. Therefore, when air is circulated through the louver 1, air leakage from the hollow space 2 formed inside can be suppressed, and an increase in noise caused by air leakage can be suppressed. In other words, the louver 1 can reduce the complexity of its shape and reduce the risk of increased noise.
  • each component can be manufactured from sheet metal parts that have no curved sections when viewed in cross section in the short direction, which simplifies the manufacturing process compared to conventional air blower cylinders (louvers) and reduces manufacturing costs by eliminating the need for molds, etc.
  • the multiple fins 50 may be configured to be arranged so as to divide the portion of the hollow space 2 where the first inner louver 30 and the second inner louver 40 are arranged opposite each other into multiple spaces in the longitudinal direction.

  • the first and second straightening sections 33 and 43 are arranged symmetrically with respect to each other across the air outlet 3 when viewed in cross section in the short side direction, and the hollow space 2 may be configured such that the width of the hollow space 2 gradually narrows toward the air outlet 3 due to the first and second straightening sections 33 and 43 when viewed in cross section in the short side direction.
  • the louver 1 can efficiently blow the airflow AF1 out from the outlet 3.
  • each of the multiple fins 50 may be shorter than the sum of the vertical lengths of the first lower end 31 and first straightening portion 33 of the first inner louver 30 and the sum of the vertical lengths of the second lower end 41 and second straightening portion 43 of the second inner louver 40, and may be such that the lower end of each of the multiple fins 50 does not come into contact with the lower surface 13 of the first outer louver 10 and the lower surface 23 of the second outer louver 20.
  • This configuration further improves the ease of cleaning the air outlet 3, and also improves safety since the fins 50 do not protrude outside the device.
  • the first inner louver 30 and the second inner louver 40 each have a plurality of first slits 34 and second slits 44 for inserting a plurality of fins 50, and each of the plurality of fins 50 may be provided with a mechanism for preventing the fins from falling out of the plurality of first slits 34 and second slits 44 of the first inner louver 30 and the second inner louver 40, respectively.
  • Each of the multiple fins 50 has a first inner contact portion 51 configured to be parallel to the plane of the first straightening portion 33 of the first inner louver 30, a second inner contact portion 52 configured to be parallel to the plane of the second straightening portion 43 of the second inner louver 40, a first protrusion portion 53 that protrudes outward from the extension line of the first inner contact portion 51, and a second protrusion portion 54 that protrudes outward from the extension line of the second inner contact portion 52, and the anti-slip mechanism may be formed by the first protrusion portion 53 and the second protrusion portion 54.
  • This configuration makes it possible to realize an anti-disconnection mechanism with a simpler configuration.
  • Each of the multiple fins 50 may have a first notch 55 provided at the lower end of each of the multiple fins 50 and configured to sandwich the first lower end 14 of the first outer louver 10 and the first lower end 31 of the first inner louver 30, and a second notch 56 provided at the lower end of each of the multiple fins 50 and configured to sandwich the second lower end 24 of the second outer louver 20 and the second lower end 41 of the second inner louver 40.
  • This configuration also limits the left-right positional deviation of each component, allowing the width of the air outlet opening 3 to be kept constant.

  • the end of each of the multiple louvers 1 on the wall surface 101 side is connected to the wall surface 101 so that air is introduced from the blower 103 via an air passage.

  • the multiple louvers 1 are arranged so that, in a cross-section of the short side of each louver 1 (cross-section of the y-z plane), the undersides of the air outlets 3 of each louver 1 (a linear surface in the longitudinal direction having a predetermined width) are located in the same plane (in this example, in a plane parallel to the x-y plane) (see Figure 7).
  • the multiple louvers 1 are also arranged parallel to each other in the x-axis direction with a predetermined distance between them in the y-axis direction. In other words, the multiple louvers 1 are arranged side by side with gaps between them so that the undersides of the respective air outlets 3 are located on the same plane.
  • the intake port 102 is an opening for taking in air into the interior of the wall surface 101.
  • the intake port 102 is located below the wall surface 101, and draws in air in the space in front of the intake port 102.
  • the "below" position where the intake port 102 is provided on the wall surface 101 refers to the area on the wall surface 101 that is closer to the floor than the head of a person seated in an indoor space, and more specifically, refers to the area on the wall surface 101 that is 130 cm above the floor.
  • the intake port 102 is rectangular, for example, as shown in FIG. 7.
  • the blower 103 is a known turbo machine such as a centrifugal blower.
