Description

安全带限力器和汽车 技术领域
本申请主要涉及安全带技术领域,具体地涉及一种安全带限力器和汽车。
背景技术
当车辆发生碰撞时,安全带限力器在保护成员安全方面具有重要的作用。在碰撞时,随着乘员向前移动,安全带抽出的长度逐渐增加,安全带限力器对安全带施加的力也会随之增加,从而使得安全带施加给乘员的约束力随之上升。为防止安全带对成员施加的约束力过大引起二次伤害,当约束力达到限力值时,安全带限力器内部的限力杆扭转变形,织带可继续拉出,乘员继续向前移动。
针对乘员的移动量,根据法规GB16166-2013的要求,乘员胸部移动量要在100mm~300mm之间。为了满足法规要求,应限制乘员胸部的移动量。
所以,如何保证乘员胸部的移动量满足要求是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全带限力器和汽车,该安全带限力器可保证乘员胸部的移动量满足要求。
本申请为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是一种安全带限力器,包括:支架,具有通孔,所述通孔的内周面具有棘轮;卷带筒,所述卷带筒穿过所述通孔且可转动地设于所述支架上,所述卷带筒具有停止爪容纳部;停止螺栓,与所述卷带筒在所述卷带筒的轴向传动连接;停止螺母,与所述卷带筒传动连接,且所述停止螺母的内周面与所述停止螺栓之间螺纹连接;停止爪,设于所述停止爪容纳部内,所述停止爪具有朝向所述棘轮的棘爪以及设于所述停止爪容纳部与所述棘爪之间的弹性部件,所述弹性部件常态地向所述棘爪施加朝向所述棘轮的力;停止闩,沿轴向穿设于所述卷带筒与所述停止螺母之间,且压抵所述棘爪以阻止所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合;以及其中当所述停止螺栓锁止时,所述卷带筒带动所述停止螺母同步 转动预设圈数后,所述停止螺母带动所述停止闩沿所述停止螺栓向远离所述棘爪的方向移动以将所述停止闩从所述棘爪抽离,使得所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合,阻止所述卷带筒转动。
在本申请一实施例中,所述停止螺母具有位于其外周面且沿径向突出的若干个凸起。
在本申请一实施例中,所述停止螺母具有沿轴向延伸的连接孔,所述连接孔设置于任一所述凸起上,其中,所述停止闩的一端设置于所述连接孔内。
在本申请一实施例中,所述卷带筒具有停止螺母容纳孔,所述停止螺母容纳孔具有位于其内周面且沿径向向外凹陷的若干个凹槽,其中,所述若干个凸起与所述若干个凹槽相键合以使所述停止螺母与所述卷带筒传动连接。
在本申请一实施例中,所述卷带筒具有沿其轴向延伸的通孔,所述停止闩的一端穿过所述通孔压抵所述棘爪以阻止所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合。
在本申请一实施例中,所述停止爪具有支撑部,所述支撑部与所述棘爪相对设置,其中,当所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合时,所述支撑部位于所述停止爪容纳部内。
在本申请一实施例中,还包括限力杆,所述限力杆的一端与所述卷带筒传动连接,另一端与所述停止螺栓传动连接。
在本申请一实施例中,所述卷带筒具有沿轴向延伸的限力杆容纳孔,其中,所述限力杆的一端穿过所述限力杆容纳孔与所述卷带筒传动连接。
在本申请一实施例中,所述卷带筒的外周面具有若各个凹槽。
本申请为解决上述技术问题还提出一种汽车,该汽车包括如前文所述的安全带限力器。
本申请的安全带限力器可以在发生碰撞时,当卷带筒转动预设圈数后,将停止闩抽离停止爪,从而使得停止爪与支架上的棘轮相啮合,进而实现强制停止安全带的抽出的功能。

图1所示是本申请一实施例的限力器的立体示意图,图2是本申请一实施例的安全带限力器的爆炸图。如图1和图2所示,安全带限力器100包括支架110、卷带筒120、停止螺栓130、停止螺母140、停止爪150、停止闩160和限力杆170。其中,结合图1和图2所示,限力杆170的一端与卷带筒120连接,另一 端与停止螺栓130连接,停止螺母140的内周面与停止螺栓130的外周面螺纹连接,停止爪150设置于卷带筒120的停止爪容纳部内,停止闩160沿轴向穿设于卷带筒120与停止螺母140之间,且压抵停止爪150的棘爪以阻止棘爪与支架110上的棘轮啮合。
在车辆碰撞前,卷带筒120、停止螺栓130和停止螺母140同步转动,限力杆170两端分别与卷带筒120和停止螺栓130连接,其也会被卷带筒120和停止螺栓130驱使着围绕自身的轴线转动,停止闩170也会随着卷带筒120和停止螺母140一起转动。当发生碰撞时,停止螺栓130被琐止不动,卷带筒120、停止螺母140和限力杆170转动,停止闩160随着卷带筒120和停止螺母140转动。当停止螺母140转动时,停止螺母140同时沿卷带筒120的轴向朝向停止螺栓130移动,并带动与之连接的停止闩160沿卷带筒120的轴向朝向停止螺栓130移动,当卷带筒120转动预设圈数后,停止闩160从停止爪150抽离,从而使得停止爪150的棘爪与架110上棘轮啮合,阻止卷带筒120继续转动。
具体的,图3是本申请一实施例的安全带限力器的剖面示意图,该剖视图的视角为图1中的左侧视角。结合图2和图3所示,支架110具有第一通孔111,如图3所示,第一通孔111的内周面具有棘轮111a。此外,参考图2所示,支架110还具有第二通孔112。结合图1所示,卷带筒120穿设于支架110的第一通孔111和第二通孔112内。
结合图1和图2所示,卷带筒120穿过支架的第一通孔111和第二通孔112内可转动地设于支架110上。安全带(图未示)可缠绕在卷带筒120的外表面。当抽拉安全带时,安全带带动卷带筒120旋转。此外,如图2所示,卷带筒120具有停止爪容纳部121。参考图3所示,停止爪容纳部121可用于容纳停止爪150。在图3中,停止爪容纳部121具有台阶121a,停止爪150具有与之匹配的台阶152。当停止爪150放置于停止爪容纳部121时,两者的台阶相匹配,如此可保持停止爪150的稳定性。可以理解,本申请中的停止容纳部的形状以及其与停止爪之间的配合方式不限于上述实施例。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,卷带筒120的外周面具有若各个凹槽122。通过在卷带筒120上设置凹槽122可减少卷带筒120的用材,从而降低安全带限力器的成本和重量。
参考图2所示,停止螺栓130与卷带筒120在卷带筒120的轴向传动连接。具体的,限力杆170的第一端171和第二端172均具有花键,第一端171和第二端172分别与停止螺栓130和卷带筒120传动连接。在一实施例中,停止螺栓130的孔131的底部设置有与第一端171的花键相匹配的凹槽,限力杆170与停止螺栓130连接后,第一端171的花键与孔131内的凹槽相匹配,如此可实现限力杆170和停止螺栓130之间的传动连接。此外,在该实施例中,卷带筒120具有沿轴向延伸的限力杆容纳孔(图未示),该限力杆容纳孔的底部具有与第二端172的花键相匹配的凹槽,限力杆170与卷带筒120连接后,第二端172的花键与限力杆容纳孔底部的凹槽相匹配,如此可实现限力杆170和卷带筒120之间的传动连接。
限力杆170的第一端171和第二端172分别与停止螺栓130和卷带筒120传动连接后,在碰撞前,当抽动安全带时,卷带筒120通过限力杆170带动停止螺栓130一起转动。在碰撞时,停止螺栓130被琐止,此时,虽然当安全带被抽出时卷带筒120继续转动,卷带筒120可通过限力杆170继续向停止螺栓130施加扭力,但由于停止螺栓130被琐止,停止螺栓130无法转动。
继续参考图2所示,停止螺母140与卷带筒120传动连接,且停止螺母140的内周面141与停止螺栓130的外周面132之间螺纹连接。如此,在停止螺栓130被琐止后,当卷带筒120带动停止螺母140转动时,停止螺母140转动时,同时沿着卷带筒120的轴向向停止螺栓130移动。
具体的,图4是本申请一实施例的停止螺母的主视示意图。参考图4所示,停止螺母140具有位于其外周面142且沿径向突出的若干个凸起143。与之对应,卷带筒120具有停止螺母容纳孔(图未示),停止螺母容纳孔具有位于其内周面且沿径向向外凹陷的若干个凹槽。当将停止螺母140安放于停止螺母容纳孔时,停止螺母140的若干个凸起143与停止螺母容纳孔内的凹槽相键合,如此,卷带筒120转动时,停止螺母140随之转动。图4中的凸起143的数量和形状仅是示例性的,可以根据需求改变图4中的凸起143的数量、形状以及在外周面的具体位置。
此外,如图4所示,停止螺母140具有沿轴向延伸的连接孔144,连接孔设置于任一凸起143上,停止闩的一端可与连接孔144连接。
回到图2所示,停止闩160沿轴向穿设于卷带筒120与停止螺母140之间。接下来通过实施例对停止闩与卷带筒和停止螺母之间的连接方式进行详细的说明。
首先,图5所示是本申请一实施例的安全带限力器的剖面示意图,参考图5所示。停止闩160可通过将其的第一端161设置在停止螺母140的连接孔内的方式与停止螺母140连接。需要说明的是,第一端161与停止螺母140的连接方式能够实现停止螺母140拖动停止闩160沿轴向向停止螺栓130移动。
接着,参考图5所示,卷带筒120具有沿其轴向延伸的通孔123。停止闩160穿设于通孔123内。当卷带筒120转动时,停止闩160随之转动。
如此,在停止螺栓被琐止时,卷带筒可带动停止螺母转动,进而停止螺母带动停止闩沿轴向朝向停止螺栓移动。
接下来通过实施例对本申请停止爪的结构和作用进行介绍。
参考图2所示,停止爪150设于停止爪容纳部121内,停止爪150具有朝向棘爪151。参考图3所示,当停止爪150设置于停止爪容纳部121时,棘爪151朝向棘轮111a,在停止爪容纳部与棘爪151之间设置有的弹性部件(图未示),弹性部件常态地向棘爪151施加朝向棘轮111a的力。在一实施例中,参考图3所示,停止爪150具有与棘爪151相对设置的支撑部153。棘爪151能够与棘轮111a相啮合。当棘爪151与棘轮111a啮合时,支撑部153位于停止爪容纳部内,从而形成“停止爪150中棘爪151所在的一端与支架110的棘轮111a相啮合,支撑部153所在的一端位于卷带筒120内”的情形,由于支架110是固定不定的,因此,停止爪150能够阻止卷带筒120的转动,从而限制安全带的抽出。
结合图3和图5所示,在发生碰撞前,停止闩160的第二端162穿过卷带筒120的通孔123压抵棘爪151以阻止棘爪151在弹力的作用下与棘轮111a啮合。当发生碰撞后,停止螺栓130被锁止时,乘员因惯性向前移动,并将安全带抽出,进而带动卷带筒120转动,卷带筒120在带动停止螺母140同步转动预设圈数后,停止螺母140带动停止闩160从棘爪151抽离,使得棘爪151与棘轮111a啮合,阻止卷带筒120转动。本申请不对预设圈数做限制,例如,可以根据法规规定的安全带抽出距离来计算预设圈数。
当发生碰撞时,在卷带筒转动预设圈数后,上述实施例中的安全带限力器通过将停止闩抽离停止爪,从而使得停止爪与支架上的棘轮相啮合,进而实现强制停止安全带的抽出的功能。
本申请另一方面还提出一种汽车,该汽车包括如前文所述的安全带限力器。当发生碰撞时,在卷带筒转动预设圈数后,上述汽车的安全带限力器通过将停止闩抽离停止爪,从而使得停止爪与支架上的棘轮相啮合,进而实现强制停止安全带的抽出的功能。
上文已对基本概念做了描述,显然,对于本领域技术人员来说,上述申请披露仅仅作为示例,而并不构成对本申请的限定。虽然此处并没有明确说明,本领域技术人员可能会对本申请进行各种修改、改进和修正。该类修改、改进和修正在本申请中被建议,所以该类修改、改进、修正仍属于本申请示范实施例的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全带限力器,其特征在于,包括:
    支架,具有通孔,所述通孔的内周面具有棘轮;
    卷带筒,所述卷带筒穿过所述通孔且可转动地设于所述支架上,所述卷带筒具有停止爪容纳部;
    停止螺栓,与所述卷带筒在所述卷带筒的轴向传动连接;
    停止螺母,与所述卷带筒传动连接,且所述停止螺母的内周面与所述停止螺栓之间螺纹连接;
    停止爪,设于所述停止爪容纳部内,所述停止爪具有朝向所述棘轮的棘爪以及设于所述停止爪容纳部与所述棘爪之间的弹性部件,所述弹性部件常态地向所述棘爪施加朝向所述棘轮的力;
    停止闩,沿轴向穿设于所述卷带筒与所述停止螺母之间,且压抵所述棘爪以阻止所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合;以及
    其中当所述停止螺栓锁止时,所述卷带筒带动所述停止螺母同步转动预设圈数后,所述停止螺母带动所述停止闩沿所述停止螺栓向远离所述棘爪的方向移动以将所述停止闩从所述棘爪抽离,使得所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合,阻止所述卷带筒转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述停止螺母具有位于其外周面且沿径向突出的若干个凸起。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述停止螺母具有沿轴向延伸的连接孔,所述连接孔设置于任一所述凸起上,其中,所述停止闩的一端设置于所述连接孔内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述卷带筒具有停止螺母容纳孔,所述停止螺母容纳孔具有位于其内周面且沿径向向外凹陷的若干个凹槽,其中,所述若干个凸起与所述若干个凹槽相键合以使所述停止螺母与所述卷带筒传动连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述卷带筒具有沿其轴向延伸的通孔,所述停止闩的一端穿过所述通孔压抵所述棘爪以阻止所述棘爪与所述棘 轮啮合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述停止爪具有支撑部,所述支撑部与所述棘爪相对设置,其中,当所述棘爪与所述棘轮啮合时,所述支撑部位于所述停止爪容纳部内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的限力器,其特征在于,还包括限力杆,所述限力杆的一端与所述卷带筒传动连接,另一端与所述停止螺栓传动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述卷带筒具有沿轴向延伸的限力杆容纳孔,其中,所述限力杆的一端穿过所述限力杆容纳孔与所述卷带筒传动连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的限力器,其特征在于,所述卷带筒的外周面具有若各个凹槽。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的安全带限力器。
