Abstract

一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,包括车顶后备行李舱壳体(1)、太阳能电源(2)、吊装系统(3)和载物篮筐(4)。对现有乘用车的结构实施了创新改进,增设了车顶后备行李舱结构,提出了车顶后备行李舱载物的方法是载物篮筐(4)载物,车顶后备行李舱装卸物品的方法是地面装卸操作,以及驾乘人员携带所载物品在地面移动的方法是载物篮筐(4)拖车载物行走,为驾乘人员提供了极大的帮助与便利。

Description

一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车 技术领域
本发明属于乘用车领域,特别涉及一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车。
背景技术
汽车自发明到现在已有一百多年的历史了,为人类的文明进步做出了巨大的贡献,乘用车至今已发展出很多种车型供人们选用,极大的方便和满足了人们的生活与工作需求,车友们热衷于驾驶乘用车去自驾长途旅行;但是,现有的乘用车也存在有缺陷,比如,车友们在自驾长途旅行时,往往需要携带很多物品,而现有的乘用车的后备行李舱的载物空间有限,不足以全部装载所需物品,特别是MPV型7座乘用车、和电动乘用车,其储物空间更小,这样给车友的出行造成了许多不便;因而,部分车友选择在车顶安装车载行李箱,以延续车辆载物空间;然而安装车载行李箱时也存在些缺陷,由于车载行李箱安置在车顶行李架上,位置较高,造成车辆行驶中出现许多不可避免的行驶问题,诸如重心升高增加车辆行驶不稳定性,形成风阻造成车辆行驶耗油增大、行驶速度降低,及受到交通限高等的影响,同时,车载行李箱需要安装在乘用车顶上,驾乘人员站立于地面,对车顶安装车载行李箱的操作,及装卸车顶位置的车载行李箱里携带的物品时,其操作难度都比较大,不适宜所有驾乘人员操作,并且,驾乘人员在地面携带较多物品移动时,亦很不方便,因而,造成部分车友不方便使用车载行李箱。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,在现有的乘用车顶上创新增加固定设置了车顶后备行李舱,作为该乘用车的组成部分,扩大了载物空间;车顶后备行李舱装卸物品的方法是在地面上简单方便的操作;车顶后备行李舱亦提供一个简易拖车;创新改进了驾乘人员在地面携带所载物品行走的方法是使用车顶后备行李舱提供的简易拖车载物行走。
本发明为了解决上述缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,车顶后备行李舱壳体、太阳能电源、吊装系统、载物篮筐的四个部分组成。
车顶后备行李舱壳体包括:行李舱底壳、行李舱上盖、行李舱后盖、行李舱后出口;
所述行李舱底壳,是采用现有的两厢型乘用车,将其车顶壳体的后部分一体设计改装成行李舱底壳,行李舱底壳是该乘用车壳体不可分割的一部分,即是行李舱底壳,也是乘用车的后车顶,将车顶后备行李舱与乘员舱和发动机舱固定分隔开,且不影响原两厢型乘用车的完整功能与性能;行李舱底壳承载车顶后备行李舱的所有设施和物品;行李舱底壳设置有吊装系统的固定座,用于安装固定吊装系统;
所述行李舱上盖,设置于行李舱底壳之上,并遮盖行李舱底壳及其收纳的所有设施与物品,盖上面设置有太阳能发电板的安装区域;
所述行李舱后出口,设置于行李舱上盖后部,用作伸缩滑轨组的出入口;
所述行李舱后盖,设置于行李舱后部上盖的行李舱出口的上端,用于遮盖行李舱出口。
太阳能电源部分包括:太阳能发电板、电源控制器、控制面板、蓄电池;
所述太阳能发电板固定安装于行李舱上盖之上的安装区域,发电板正面向上,用于在阳光等光线照射下发电,所发电力储存于所述蓄电池中,作为操控运作所述吊装系统的电源;
所述电源控制器安置于所述行李舱底壳中,包括用于控制蓄电池充放电的控制电路、控制操作吊装系统运作的控制电路等,用于蓄电池充放电和运行吊装系统的操控;
所述控制面板设置于乘用车内,用于操控车顶后备行李舱内吊装系统的运作,控制信号线与所述电源控制器电连接,以控制其各项功能;
所述蓄电池安置于行李舱底壳中,用于储存太阳能发电板所发的电力,及为运作吊装系统提供电源。
吊装系统部分包括:伸缩滑轨组、微型电控传动齿轮,微型电控卷扬机、吊绳、吊绳导轮、挂钩、直线齿轮、载物篮筐闭锁装置;
所述伸缩滑轨组包括固定滑轨组、伸出滑轨组;
固定滑轨组固定安装于所述行李舱底壳上,用于承托和支撑伸出滑轨组在固定滑轨组中滑动位移,并承载伸出滑轨组位移时所承受的重量;
伸出滑轨组安装在固定滑轨组中,并在固定滑轨组中滑动位移,伸出滑轨组的后端部分可以滑动位移出到车顶后备行李舱外,前端部分仍然保留在固定滑轨组内,并由固定滑轨组承托支撑其承载重量;
伸出滑轨组上装置有直线齿轮,其齿轮与微型电控传动齿轮咬合,使其受控在固定滑轨组内实现位移;
伸出滑轨组上装置有载物篮筐的闭锁固定装置,用于在伸出滑轨组内闭锁固定或放开载物篮筐;
吊绳导轮分别安装在固定滑轨组和伸出滑轨组上,用于控制吊绳走向路径;
所述微型电控传动齿轮,固定安装于固定滑轨组中,传动齿轮与伸出滑轨组上的直线齿轮咬合,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控传动齿轮正反旋转实现操控伸出滑轨组在固定滑轨组中的位移;
所述微型电控卷扬机,固定安装于行李舱底壳上,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控微型电控卷扬机的卷筒正反向旋转,实现收回和放出吊绳而实现吊装操作载物篮筐的上升或下降;
所述吊绳沿着伸缩滑轨组上的吊绳导轮路径位移,吊绳的一端固定于所述微型电控卷扬机的卷筒上,随着卷筒的正反旋转实现吊绳被整齐的缠绕于卷筒或从卷筒放出,而实现收回或放出吊绳,吊绳另一端安装有挂钩装置,通过伸缩滑轨组上的吊绳导轮连接于载物篮筐,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控微型电控卷扬机的卷筒正反向旋转,而实现升上或降下载物篮筐;
吊装系统用于将置于车顶后备行李舱内的载物篮筐实施吊装操作,可以将载物篮筐从车顶后备行李舱中吊装降落于地面,和从地面吊装升上车顶后备行李舱内。
载物篮筐部分包括:载物篮筐、闭锁挂环、轮子闭锁装置、拖把闭锁装置、备用轮子、备用拖把;
所述载物篮筐用于承载车顶后备行李舱需要搭载的物品;
所述闭锁挂环固定设置于载物篮筐上,用于将载物篮筐闭锁挂接于吊绳挂钩上;
所述轮子闭锁装置固定设置于载物篮筐下面,用于闭锁安装或卸下备用轮子;
所述拖把闭锁装置固定设置于载物篮筐上,用于闭锁安装或卸下备用拖把;
所述备用轮子分为固定轮和万向轮,放置于载物篮筐内,备用装于载物篮筐上的轮子闭锁装置上;
所述备用拖把放置于载物篮筐内,备用装于载物篮筐上的拖把闭锁装置上。
综上所述,由车顶后备行李舱壳体、太阳能电源、吊装系统、载物篮筐的四个部分构成本发明一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车。
上述载物篮筐在通常情况下,闭锁固定于车顶后备行李舱中的伸出滑轨上的载物篮筐闭锁装置上;当载物篮筐降落于地面上,将备用轮子和备用拖把,安装于载物篮筐上的备用轮子和拖把闭锁装置时,载物篮筐即成为地面使用的载物篮筐拖车。
当驾乘人员在地面上需要对车顶后备行李舱进行装卸物品时,装卸物品的方法是在地面装卸物品操作;具体操作过程是,打开车顶后备行李舱后盖,然后,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控传动齿轮旋转,驱动操控闭锁固定有载物篮筐的伸出滑轨组在固定滑轨组中位移,从行李舱出口滑出行李舱外,至载物篮筐完全位于车顶后备行李舱和乘用车体区域外面,且伸出滑轨组前端仍然位于固定滑轨组内时为止,此时,伸出滑轨组仍然由固定滑轨组承托与支撑,而载物篮筐悬于乘用车体外,重量由伸出滑轨组和固定滑轨组构成的伸缩滑轨组支撑与承载;解开伸出滑轨组上的载物篮筐闭锁装置,松开载物篮筐,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控微型电控卷扬机的卷筒旋转,驱动卷筒旋转放出吊绳,将载物篮筐吊装降落至地面后,驾乘人员既可方便的在地面上的载物篮筐内装卸所载物品;
地面上载物篮筐装卸完所载物品后,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控微型电控卷扬机的卷筒旋转,驱动卷筒旋转收回吊绳,吊绳即将载物篮筐升上至车顶处的伸出滑轨组内,闭锁伸出滑轨组上的载物篮筐闭锁装置,即将载物篮筐闭锁固定于伸出滑轨组内;然后,由控制面板操控电源控制器进而操控传动齿轮旋转,驱动操控闭锁固定有载物篮筐的伸出滑轨组在固定滑轨组中位移,从行李舱出口全部滑入行李舱内后,关闭行李舱后盖,载物篮筐即回位到车顶后备行李舱中;
至此既完成了车顶后备行李舱装卸物品的过程。
当驾乘人员在地面需要携带较多所载物品行走时,携带所载物品行走的方法是使用载物篮筐拖车载物行走;具体操作过程是,打开行李舱后盖,由控制面板操作吊装系统降下载物篮筐至地面,从载物篮筐的挂环上取下吊绳,然后取出配置的备用轮子和备用拖把,安装在载物篮筐上的备用轮子和拖把的闭锁装置上,此时载物篮筐既成为载物篮筐拖车使用,驾乘人员可以推拉载物篮筐拖车在地面上载物行走;
用完载物篮筐拖车后,把备用轮子和备用拖把从载物篮筐上取下,再把吊绳挂于载物篮筐上的挂环上,然后,由控制面板操作吊装系统将载物篮筐吊装回车顶后备行李舱中即可;
至此即完成了使用载物篮筐拖车载物行走的过程。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,提供了创新设计的一种乘用车型的技术方案,在车顶壳体后部设置有车顶后备行李舱,作为所述乘用车的延伸储物空间,为驾乘人员提供了较大的备用储物空间;
同时,提供了地面使用的载物篮筐拖车,为驾乘人员在地面载物行走提供了帮助与方便;
车顶后备行李舱与车顶壳体一体设计制造,车身造型为低风阻设计,不会影响所述乘用车的行驶性能,不会受限于道路交通限制;
车顶后备行李舱装卸物品的方法是在地面装卸操作,极大的方便了驾乘人员装卸物品的操作;
驾乘人员携带所载物品在地面移动的方法,是使用载物篮筐拖车载物行走,为驾乘人员提供了极大的帮助与便利。

所述吊绳35沿着伸缩滑轨组上的吊绳导轮36路径位移,吊绳35的一端固定于所述微型电控卷扬机33的卷筒上,随着卷筒的正反旋转实现吊绳35被整齐的缠绕于卷筒或从卷筒放出,而实现收回或放出吊绳35,吊绳35另一端安装有挂钩37装置,通过伸缩滑轨组上的吊绳导轮36连接于载物篮筐4,由控制面板操控电源控制器22进而操控微型电控卷扬机33的卷筒正反向旋转,而实现升上或降下载物篮筐4;
吊装系统3用于将置于车顶后备行李舱内的载物篮筐4实施吊装操作,可以将载物篮筐4从车顶后备行李舱中吊装降落于地面,和从地面吊装升上车顶后备行李舱内。

所述闭锁挂环41固定设置于载物篮筐4上,用于将载物篮筐4闭锁挂接于吊绳挂钩37上;
所述轮子闭锁装置42固定设置于载物篮筐4下面,用于闭锁安装或卸下备用轮子44;
所述拖把闭锁装置43固定设置于载物篮筐4上,用于闭锁安装或卸下备用拖把45;
所述备用轮子44分为固定轮和万向轮,放置于载物篮筐4内,备用装于载物篮筐4上的轮子闭锁装置42上;
所述备用拖把45放置于载物篮筐4内,备用装于载物篮筐4上的拖把闭锁装置43上。
综上所述,由车顶后备行李舱壳体1、太阳能电源2、吊装系统3、载物篮筐4的四个部分构成本发明实施方式的一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车。
参照图7所示,载物篮筐4在通常情况下,闭锁固定于车顶后备行李舱中的伸出滑轨32上的载物篮筐闭锁装置39上随车行走。
参照图6所示,当载物篮筐4降落于地面上,将备用轮子44和备用拖把45,安装于载物篮筐4上的备用轮子和拖把闭锁装置42和43时,载物篮筐4即成为地面使用的载物篮筐拖车。
参照图8所示,当驾乘人员在地面上需要对车顶后备行李舱进行装卸物品时,装卸物品的方法是在地面装卸物品操作;具体操作过程是,打开车顶后备行李舱后盖13,然后,由控制面板操控电源控制器22进而操控传动齿轮34旋转,驱动操控闭锁固定有载物篮筐4的伸出滑轨组32在固定滑轨组31中位移,从行李舱出口滑出行李舱外,至载物篮筐4完全位于车顶后备行李舱和乘用车体区域外面,且伸出滑轨组32前端仍然位于固定滑轨组31内时为止,此时,伸出滑轨组32仍然由固定滑轨组31承托与支撑,而载物篮筐4悬于乘用车体外,重量由伸出滑轨组32和固定滑轨组31构成的伸缩滑轨组支撑与承载;
参照图9所示,解开伸出滑轨组32上的载物篮筐闭锁装置39,松开载物篮筐4,由控制面板操控电源控制器22进而操控微型电控卷扬机33的卷筒旋转,驱动卷筒旋转放出吊绳35,将载物篮筐4吊装降落至地面后,驾乘人员既可方便的在地面上的载物篮筐4内装卸所载物品;
参照图7所示,地面上载物篮筐4装卸完所载物品后,由控制面板操控电源控制器22进而操控微型电控卷扬机33的卷筒旋转,驱动卷筒旋转收回吊绳35,吊绳35即将载物篮筐4升上至车顶处的伸出滑轨组32内,闭锁伸出滑轨组32上的载物篮筐闭锁装置39,即将载物篮筐4闭锁固定于伸出滑轨组32内;然后,由控制面板操控电源控制器22进而操控传动齿轮34旋转,驱动操控闭锁固定有载物篮筐4的伸出滑轨组32在固定滑轨组31中位移,从行李舱出口全部滑入行李舱内后,关闭行李舱后盖13,载物篮筐4即回位到车顶后备行李舱中;
至此既完成了车顶后备行李舱装卸物品的过程。
参照图6所示,当驾乘人员在地面需要携带较多所载物品行走时,携带所载物品行走的方法是使用载物篮筐拖车载物行走;具体操作过程是,打开行李舱后盖13,由控制面板操作吊装系统3降下载物篮筐4至地面,从载物篮筐4的挂环41上取下吊绳35,然后取出配置的备用轮子44和备用拖把45,安装在载物篮筐4上的备用轮子和拖把的闭锁装置42和43上,此时载物篮筐4既成为载物篮筐拖车使用,驾乘人员可以推拉载物篮筐拖车在地面上载物行走;
用完载物篮筐拖车后,把备用轮子44和备用拖把45从载物篮筐4上取下,再把吊绳35挂于载物篮筐4上的挂环41上,然后,由控制面板操作吊装系统3将载物篮筐4吊装回车顶后备行李舱中即可;
至此即完成了使用载物篮筐拖车载物行走的过程。

  1. 一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,其特征在于,所述一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车包括:车顶后备行李舱壳体、太阳能电源、吊装系统、载物篮筐;
    所述车顶后备行李舱壳体设置于该乘用车车顶后部,是乘用车体不可分割的一部分,用于承载所有附属设施和承载需要搭载的物品;
    所述太阳能电源在光线照射下发电并储存以用于操作运行吊装系统之用;
    所述吊装系统置于车顶后备行李舱壳体内,用于在车顶后备行李舱壳体内位置和地面之间吊装升降载物篮筐;

    所述行李舱底壳承载车顶后备行李舱的所有设施和物品,是采用现有的两厢型乘用车,将其车顶壳体的后部分一体设计制造改装成行李舱底壳,是该乘用车壳体不可分割的一部分,将车顶后备行李舱与乘员舱和发动机舱固定分隔开,并设置有吊装系统的固定座,用于安装固定吊装系统;
    所述行李舱上盖,设置于行李舱底壳之上,并遮盖行李舱底壳及其收纳的所有设施与物品,上盖上面设置有太阳能发电板的安装区域;
    所述行李舱后出口,设置于行李舱上盖后部,用作伸缩滑轨组的出入口;
    所述行李舱后盖,设置于行李舱后出口的上端,用于遮盖行李舱出口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,其特征在于,所述太阳能电源包括:太阳能发电板、电源控制器、控制面板、蓄电池;
    所述太阳能发电板固定安装于行李舱上盖之上的安装区域,正面向上,用于在光线照射下发电,并储存于所述蓄电池中,作为运作吊装系统的电源;
    所述电源控制器置于行李舱底壳中,包括控制蓄电池充放电和控制操作吊装系统运作的控制电路,用于操控蓄电池充放电和运行吊装系统;
    所述控制面板设置于乘用车内,其控制信号线与电源控制器电连接,用于操控电源控制器各项功能;
    所述蓄电池置于行李舱底壳中,用于储存电力和为运作吊装系统提供电源。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,其特征在于,所述吊装系统设置于车顶后备行李舱壳体中,用于吊装操作升降载物篮筐,包括:伸缩滑轨组、微型电控传动齿轮,微型电控卷扬机、吊绳、吊绳导轮、挂钩、直线齿轮、载物篮筐闭锁装置;
    所述伸缩滑轨组由固定滑轨组、和伸出滑轨组构成,固定滑轨组固定安装于行李舱底壳上,用于承托和支撑伸出滑轨组在固定滑轨组中滑动位移,并承载伸出滑轨组位移时所承受的重量,伸出滑轨组安装在固定滑轨组中,并在固定滑轨组中滑动位移,伸出滑轨组的后端部分可以滑动位移出到车顶后备行李舱外,前端部分仍然保留在固定滑轨组内,并由固定滑轨组承托支撑其重量;
    所述直线齿轮装置于伸出滑轨组上,咬合受控驱动于微型电控传动齿轮;
    所述载物篮筐的闭锁固定装置设置于伸出滑轨组上,用于闭锁固定或放开载物篮筐;
    所述吊绳导轮安装在伸缩滑轨组上,用于控制吊绳的走向路径;
    所述吊绳的一端固定于微型电控卷扬机的卷筒上,随着卷筒的正反旋转实现收回或放出吊绳,吊绳另一端装有挂钩,挂接于载物篮筐;
    所述微型电控传动齿轮,固定安装于固定滑轨组中,与直线齿轮咬合,受控于电源控制器操控伸出滑轨组在固定滑轨组中的位移;
    所述微型电控卷扬机,固定安装于行李舱底壳上,受控于电源控制器操控其卷筒旋转,以收回和放出吊绳实现吊装操作载物篮筐的上升或下降。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有车顶后备行李舱的乘用车,其特征在于,所述载物篮筐包括:载物篮筐、闭锁挂环、轮子闭锁装置、拖把闭锁装置、备用轮子、备用拖把;
    所述载物篮筐用于承载车顶后备行李舱需要搭载的物品;
    所述闭锁挂环固定设置于载物篮筐上,用于闭锁挂接于吊绳上;
    所述轮子闭锁装置固定设置于载物篮筐下面,用于闭锁装卸备用轮子;
    所述拖把闭锁装置固定设置于载物篮筐上,用于闭锁装卸备用拖把;
    所述备用轮子分为固定轮和万向轮,可装卸于载物篮筐的轮子闭锁装置上;
    所述备用拖把可装卸于载物篮筐上的拖把闭锁装置上。
