 本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、带有舱室、舱室空间大、密封性好、干湿分离的充气皮艇。
 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种充气皮艇,其特征在于该充气皮艇包括舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊,所述的舱底拉丝气囊设为板状条形囊,板状条形囊的两端中部分别设有喇叭形开口,喇叭形开口之间的板状条形囊上方中部粘贴充气后使板状条形囊呈V型船底的第一密封条,板状条形囊的喇叭形开口处通过第二密封条对接连接形成皮艇的首部和尾部,所述的舱顶拉丝气囊设为带有侧翼的板型气囊,板型气囊包括平板部和侧翼部,侧翼部与平板部的下板面之间粘贴第三密封条,第三密封条使充气后板型气囊的侧翼部朝向下方弯曲,舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊之间经第四密封条密封连接形成内部带有舱室的皮艇,舱顶拉丝气囊上有与舱室连通的座位孔,舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊上分别设有充气孔。
 本实用新型所述的舱顶拉丝气囊的平板部的下方连接第五密封条,第五密封条使充气后平板部弯曲拱起,增大了舱室的空间。
 本实用新型所述的第一密封条分为左侧连接部和右侧连接部,所述的板状条形囊中线两侧分别设有左粘连部和右粘连部,第一密封条的左侧连接部和右侧连接部分别连接在板状条形囊的左粘连部和右粘连部上,第一密封条的左侧连接部和右侧连接部朝向内侧拉动板状条形囊的左粘连部和右粘连部进而实现在板状条形囊充气后呈V型。
 本实用新型所述的第三密封条分为侧翼连接部和平板连接部,所述的板型气囊的侧翼部上设有侧翼粘贴部,板型气囊的平板部上设有平板粘贴部,第三密封条的侧翼连接部和平板连接部分别连接在板型气囊的侧翼粘贴部和平板粘贴部上,第三密封条的侧翼连接部和平板连接部朝向内侧拉动板型气囊的侧翼粘贴部和平板粘贴部进而实现板型气囊充气后使板型气囊的侧翼部朝向下方弯曲。
 本实用新型所述的舱顶拉丝气囊的平板部为皮艇顶部梭形结构,舱顶拉丝气囊的侧翼部为梭形平板部的两侧延长加宽部分。
 本实用新型所述的舱室内设有隔断板,所述的隔断板与舱室端部之间形成密封隔水舱,密封隔水舱上方的舱顶拉丝气囊上设有取物孔,取物孔经盖板封闭。
 本实用新型所述的座位孔上设有密封围裙,密封围裙的外沿与座位孔侧壁的舱顶拉丝气囊密封连接,密封围裙的内沿套在人体上,通过密封围裙实现舱室的密封。
 本实用新型所述的舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊都为充气后经内部拉丝作用呈板型的气囊。

 上述所述的板状条形囊中线两侧的左粘连部12和右粘连部13之间设有非粘连部,该非粘连部所在的板状条形囊的上层可切除后将左粘连部12和右粘连部13对接后与第一密封条4的左侧连接部和右侧连接部连接,也可以将非粘连部不切除,只是将非粘连部隐藏、左粘连部12和右粘连部13的内端接触后再将第一密封条4的左侧连接部和右侧连接部连接在左粘连部12和右粘连部13上,这样就将板状条形囊上层的中线两侧内缩,可实现在充气后的板状条形囊两侧朝向上方弯曲形成V型结构,该种连接方式将第一密封条4密封在舱室内,通过舱室内的第一密封条4的连接实现了结构的塑形,保证了皮艇结构的完整以及扩大的舱室结构。
 进一步,所述的第三密封条7分为侧翼连接部和平板连接部,所述的板型气囊的侧翼部6上设有侧翼粘贴部14,板型气囊的平板部5上设有平板粘贴部15,第三密封条7的侧翼连接部和平板连接部分别连接在板型气囊的侧翼粘贴部14和平板粘贴部15上,第三密封条7的侧翼连接部和平板连接部朝向内侧拉动板型气囊的侧翼粘贴部14和平板粘贴部15进而实现板型气囊充气后使板型气囊的侧翼部6朝向下方弯曲。
 上述所述的板型气囊的平板粘贴部15和侧翼粘贴部14之间设有非粘连部,该非粘连部所在的板型气囊的下层可切除后将平板粘贴部15和侧翼粘贴部14对接后与第三密封条7的侧翼连接部和平板连接部连接,也可以将非粘连部不切除,只是将非粘连部隐藏、平板粘贴部15和侧翼粘贴部14的内端接触后再将第三密封条7的侧翼连接部和平板连接部连接在板型气囊的平板粘贴部15和侧翼粘贴部14,进而实现板型气囊充气后使板型气囊的侧翼朝向下方弯曲,该种连接方式将第三密封条7封闭在舱室内,通过舱室内的第三密封条7的连接实现了结构的塑形,保证了皮艇结构的完整以及扩大的舱室结构。
 进一步,所述的舱顶拉丝气囊2的平板部5为皮艇顶部梭形结构,舱顶拉丝气囊2的侧翼部6为梭形平板部5的两侧延长加宽部分,该结构的舱顶拉丝气囊2可以更好的实现舱室内空间的扩大,便于人体的腿部收纳,可以通过密封围裙实现舱室的封闭。
 进一步,所述的舱室内设有隔断板,所述的隔断板与舱室端部之间形成密封隔水舱,密封隔水舱上方的舱顶拉丝气囊2上设有取物孔,取物孔经盖板16封闭,密封隔水舱可以用于收纳衣物等,实现了干湿分离。
 进一步,所述的座位孔9上设有密封围裙,密封围裙的外沿与座位孔9侧壁的舱顶拉丝气囊2密封连接,密封围裙的内沿套在人体上,通过密封围裙实现舱室的密封。
 进一步,所述的舱底拉丝气囊1、舱顶拉丝气囊2都为充气后经内部拉丝作用呈板型的气囊,板型的气囊结构,可以实现充气后皮艇的舱壁为板型,使皮艇结构规整。
 进一步,所述的第五密封条11的左右两侧分别连接在需要弯曲部位的舱顶拉丝气囊2的平板部5的左右两侧位置,第五密封条11的左右两侧朝向内侧拉动待弯曲的舱顶拉丝气囊2的平板部5下板面的两侧,进而实现舱顶拉丝气囊2充气后弯曲拱起。
 上述所述的舱顶拉丝气囊2的平板部5需要弯曲部位的左右两侧分别为粘连部,中间为非粘连部,非粘连部可以切除后将粘连部的内端对接后再经第五密封条11左右两侧进行连接密封,也可以部切除非粘连部,直接将非粘连部隐藏、粘连部内端对接后直接经过第五密封条11密封连接,通过第五密封条11实现了充气后实现舱顶拉丝气囊2的平板部5的弯曲拱起,该种连接方式将第五密封条11封闭在舱室内,通过舱室内的第五密封条11的连接实现了结构的塑形,保证了皮艇结构的完整以及扩大的舱室结构。
 本实用新型由于包括了舱底拉丝气囊1、舱顶拉丝气囊2,舱底拉丝气囊1通过其上方中部连接的第一密封条4连接,将舱底拉丝气囊1在充气后呈V型结构,舱顶拉丝气囊2通过其下方两侧的第三密封条7连接,将舱顶拉丝气囊2在充气后舱顶拉丝气囊2的侧翼部6朝向下方弯曲,这样舱底拉丝气囊1、舱顶拉丝气囊2通过第四密封条8连接后能形成内部具有舱室结构的皮艇,舱室可容纳人体的腿部,而且舱顶拉丝气囊2的前后两端中部设有喇叭开口,板状条形囊的喇叭形开口处通过第二密封条17对接连接形成皮艇的首部和尾部,进而能实现舱底拉丝气囊1、舱顶拉丝气囊2的扣合连接,第一密封条4和第三密封条7隐藏在舱室内,因此,船体的密封性能好,可以实现干湿分离,而且舱室空间大,整体性好,本实用新型由于采用上述结构,具有结构简单、带有舱室、密封性好、干湿分离等优点。

Claims (9)

  1.  一种充气皮艇,其特征在于该充气皮艇包括舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊,所述的舱底拉丝气囊设为板状条形囊,板状条形囊的两端中部分别设有喇叭形开口,喇叭形开口之间的板状条形囊上方中部粘贴充气后使板状条形囊呈V型船底的第一密封条,板状条形囊的喇叭形开口处通过第二密封条对接连接形成皮艇的首部和尾部,所述的舱顶拉丝气囊设为带有侧翼的板型气囊,板型气囊包括平板部和侧翼部,侧翼部与平板部的下板面之间粘贴第三密封条,第三密封条使充气后板型气囊的侧翼部朝向下方弯曲,舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊之间经第四密封条密封连接形成内部带有舱室的皮艇,舱顶拉丝气囊上有与舱室连通的座位孔,舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊上分别设有充气孔。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的舱顶拉丝气囊的平板部的下方连接第五密封条,第五密封条使充气后平板部弯曲拱起。
  3.  根据权利要求1所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的第一密封条分为左侧连接部和右侧连接部,所述的板状条形囊中线两侧分别设有左粘连部和右粘连部,第一密封条的左侧连接部和右侧连接部分别连接在板状条形囊的左粘连部和右粘连部上,第一密封条的左侧连接部和右侧连接部朝向内侧拉动板状条形囊的左粘连部和右粘连部进而实现在板状条形囊充气后呈V型。
  4.  根据权利要求1所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的第三密封条分为侧翼连接部和平板连接部,所述的板型气囊的侧翼部上设有侧翼粘贴部,板型气囊的平板部上设有平板粘贴部,第三密封条的侧翼连接部和平板连接部分别连接在板型气囊的侧翼粘贴部和平板粘贴部上,第三密封条的侧翼连接部和平板连接部朝向内侧拉动板型气囊的侧翼粘贴部和平板粘贴部进而实现板型气囊充气后使板型气囊的侧翼部朝向下方弯曲。
  5.  根据权利要求1或4所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的舱顶拉丝气囊的平板部为皮艇顶部梭形结构,舱顶拉丝气囊的侧翼部为梭形平板部的两侧延长加宽部分。
  6.  根据权利要求1所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的舱室内设有隔断板,所述的隔断板与舱室端部之间形成密封隔水舱,密封隔水舱上方的舱顶拉丝气囊上设有取物孔,取物孔经盖板封闭。
  7.  根据权利要求1所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的座位孔上设有密封围裙,密封围裙的外沿与座位孔侧壁的舱顶拉丝气囊密封连接,密封围裙的内沿套在人体上,通过密封围裙实现舱室的密封。
  8.  根据权利要求1所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的舱底拉丝气囊、舱顶拉丝气囊都为充气后经内部拉丝作用呈板型的气囊。
  9.  根据权利要求2所述的一种充气皮艇,其特征在于所述的第五密封条的左右两侧分别连接在需要弯曲部位的舱顶拉丝气囊的平板部的左右两侧位置,第五密封条的左右两侧朝向内侧拉动待弯曲的舱顶拉丝气囊的平板部下板面的两侧,进而实现舱顶拉丝气囊充气后弯曲拱起。
