Abstract

課題　下着着用時に常に陰茎の根元方向または陰嚢よりも後方から包皮を引っ張ることで包皮が亀頭に被ることによる不快感を避けることができる仮性包茎の男性用下着を提供する。 解決手段　男性用下着本体外側前面（１）に取り付けられた陰茎固定サポート装具（３）を取り付けることにより、水平や上向きなどの自在な角度で陰茎の保持を可能にしつつ、包皮を陰茎の根元寄りに抑える。陰茎固定サポート装具（３）と男性器カバー布（７）は交換可能な方式とすることで、各個人の男性器の大きさに合わせた下着を提供できる。

Description

男性用下着および陰茎固定サポート装具
本発明は、男性用下着および陰茎固定サポート装具に関し、仮性包茎の男性に好適な包皮が亀頭に被さることによる不快感を低減した男性用下着に関するものである。
従来の男性下着は、陰茎と陰嚢の分離を下着自体の布で開口などを用いて空間で分離しているものがあるが、前屈みの姿勢時や陰茎の収縮による分離の一体化を十分考慮したものは市販品では見付けられない。陰茎を環状部材などの位置決め保持機構を用いて保持することを企図した下着においては、個々人の陰茎の長さや太さをある程度考慮して陰茎に装着はできるものの、陰茎からの取り外し時は環状部材と陰茎の間に指が入るほどの隙間はなく、小さくて一点留めの係止部材を引っ張るには操作に難がある。また、両手を使ったとしても、陰茎より上方の視線方向から排尿用開口部と言う両手よりも小さい空間で環状部材を陰茎に被せて係止部材を操作して環状部材の径を調節するのはやはり難がある。

上記２つの特許文献に記載の男性用下着では、取り外し時は環状部材と陰茎の間に指が入るほどの隙間はなく、小さくて一点留めの係止部材を引っ張るには操作に難がある。また、仮性包茎の人においては、包皮が環状部材を包む状態になってしまい、包茎を矯正する効果は無い。
上記特許文献１のように陰茎より上方の視線方向から弾性縁部を抑えながら排尿用開口部と言う両手よりも小さい空間で環状部材を押し下げながら陰茎に被せて係止部材を操作して環状部材の径を調節するのは難しいと思われる。操作性の観点から指が届くように弾性縁部の位置を下げた場合、亀頭部と近付いてしまい平常時や勃起時に弾性縁部から亀頭が露出してしまう。その為、ズボンの内側と亀頭が擦れる場合は着用者に苦痛を与える恐れがある。
当該特許文献１内の図８のような紐状部材を用いた場合で図７のように環状部材の取り付け位置が亀頭より上方にあると、勃起時は紐状部材がたるむだけで包皮を抑える効果はない。また、勃起時の包皮を弾性縁部が抑えるように密着する構造だと、勃起が緩和した際に抑えられた包皮が亀頭に被る形になる。また、係止め部材の固定が強く環状部材の伸縮が足りない場合、就寝時など長時間勃起状態が続くと締め付けられる痛みを感じる。
上記特許文献２のように面ファスナーを下着内側に配置してしまうと、折り込み片の封止部を前方に捲った状態では、面ファスナーが体に直接当たって着用者に不快感や苦痛を与えると考えられる。
そこで本発明では、下着本体の陰茎固定サポート装具取り付け位置を亀頭先端よりも下着本体側に配置することにより、平常時、勃起時、勃起緩和時を問わず常に陰茎の根元方向または陰嚢よりも後方から包皮を引っ張ることで包皮が亀頭に被ることによる不快感を避けることができる仮性包茎の男性用下着を提供する。
また、本発明では、軽度の仮性包茎や包茎ではない男性向けに相対的に摩擦係数の低い伸縮自在の布を陰茎固定部材に使用し、陰茎先端部の陰茎固定サポート装具のみを使い、伸縮ゴム部の長さを変えることにより、任意の角度で陰茎の保持ができ、陰茎と陰嚢が密着しない状態で下着を着用できる男性用下着を提供する。
男性用下着において、下着本体前面の下部に下着着用時に陰茎と陰嚢を下着内側から下着外側に出す開口部を備え、下着本体と脱着可能な陰茎固定サポート装具の留め具を備えて構成された男性用下着と、陰茎固定部材と伸縮ゴム部と上記男性用下着に脱着可能な留め具を備えた陰茎固定サポート装具を用いる。
上記陰茎固定部材に伸縮自在の布、自着性包帯、自着性伸縮包帯、伸縮性包帯、ガーゼを単一または組み合わせて使用した陰茎固定サポート装具を上記下着開口部外周の縁と下着本体脚部の縁に取り付けられるようにした男性用下着。
下着本体の陰茎固定サポート装具３の留め具４の位置を亀頭先端よりも下着本体側に配置することにより、平常時、勃起時、勃起緩和時を問わず常に陰茎の根元方向または陰嚢よりも後方から包皮を引っ張ることで包皮が亀頭に被ることによる不快感を避けることができる。下着本体の留め具４と男性器カバー布留め具８の数を増やすことで、陰茎固定サポート装具３の取り付け位置、男性器カバー布７の取り付け位置が調整できるようになり、伸縮ゴム１１や男性器カバー布の張り具合を変えることができる。
陰茎固定部材９の径や幅、厚み、形状を変えることで陰茎との接触面積や保持力を変更し、包皮の移動を抑制する効果を調節することができる。伸縮ゴム部の長さを変えることにより、水平や上向きなどの自在な角度での陰茎の保持を可能にする。
陰茎固定部材９の材質を変えることで陰茎との接触面の摩擦力を変更することにより、包皮を矯正する効果を調節することができる。軽度の仮性包茎や包茎ではない男性向けには相対的に摩擦係数の低い伸縮自在の布を陰茎固定部材に使用し、陰茎先端部の陰茎固定サポート装具のみを使うことで、任意の角度で陰茎の保持ができ、陰茎と陰嚢が密着しない状態で下着を着用できる。
陰茎固定部材９を陰茎に取り付ける際も、取り外す際も下着本体の開口部外周の縁５と下着本体脚部の縁６に陰茎固定サポート装具３を取り付けた状態で両足を開くか両手で伸縮ゴム１１を両側から外周方向に引っ張ることで陰茎固定部材９と陰茎の間に隙間を作ることができるため、陰茎固定部材９の陰茎への取り付け、取り外しが容易になる。
男性器カバー布７を下着本体から取り外すか、男性器カバー布７と下着の両下部だけを固定する状態においては、両手を使って陰茎固定サポート装具３を容易に下着本体や陰茎に装着するのに十分なスペースを確保することができる。男性器カバー布７の取り付け部分を下着本体の外側に配置することで、凹凸のある係止部分が着用時に直接肌に触れないようにできる。
陰茎固定サポート装具３と男性器カバー布７は交換可能な方式とすることで、各個人の陰茎と陰嚢の大きさに合わせた下着にすることができるし、繰り返しの洗濯により耐久性の観点から劣化した場合も部分的に新品に交換することで下着本体や留め具４と伸縮ゴム１１と脱着式の中間ゴム１２は長期に使うことができる。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参酌しながら説明し、本発明の理解に供する。図1は本発明の実施形態の男性用下着本体の着用状態の側面図であり、図２は本発明の実施形態の男性用下着本体の着用状態の正面拡大図であり、図３は本発明の実施形態の男性用下着本体の非着用状態の正面図である。
図１と図２は、仮性包茎の男性の着用時を想定して２つの陰茎固定サポート装具３を用いる例であるが、図２のように、下着本体前面１の下部に開けられた、楕円形開口部２より出された陰茎を亀頭先端よりも下着本体側に配置された２つの陰茎固定サポート装具３で２ヶ所保持する。留め具４は縫付けマグネットやスナップボタンを使い、陰茎固定サポート装具３と下着本体を固定する。下着本体の留め具４と陰茎固定サポート装具３は繰り返しの脱着が想定されるため、通気性を確保しながら強度を増しやすい部位に下着側の留め具４を配置する必要がある。これを考慮すると図３で示すように開口部外周の縁５と下着本体脚部の縁６が陰茎固定サポート装具３の留め具４の位置として好ましい。下着側の留め具４を各２ヶ所以上備えることで、陰茎の引っ張り角度の調節が可能になるので、包皮を抑える力を調整できる要素が増える。
陰茎先端部の陰茎固定サポート装具３は開口部外周の縁５と留められ、陰茎の根元方向から包皮を引っ張ることで亀頭後端から陰茎根元部までの包皮の移動を抑える。陰茎根元部の陰茎固定サポート装具３は、下着本体脚部の縁６と固定され陰嚢の後方から包皮を引っ張ることで陰茎根元部と陰茎付け根部の皮膚が亀頭方向へ移動するのを抑制する。こうすることで平常時、勃起時、勃起緩和時を問わず包皮が亀頭に被ることによる不快感を避けることができる。下着本体前面１と開口部外周の縁５と下着本体脚部の縁６は陰茎が勃起した時に発生する陰茎固定サポート装具３を亀頭方向に引っ張る力に反発できる伸縮率の低い材質が好まれる。包皮の移動を抑制する力の調節の為に、陰茎固定部材９と伸縮ゴム部の伸縮ゴム１１と脱着式の中間ゴム１２を交換可能な方式とする。
軽度の仮性包茎や包茎ではない男性は、相対的に摩擦係数の低い伸縮自在の布を陰茎固定部材９に使用し、陰茎先端部の陰茎固定サポート装具３のみを使い、伸縮ゴム１１や脱着式の中間ゴム１２の長さを変えることにより、任意の角度で陰茎の保持ができ、陰茎と陰嚢が密着しない状態で下着を着用できる。
図４は一体型陰茎固定サポート装具の例であり、図５は分割型陰茎固定サポート装具の例である。図４のように陰茎固定部材９に通し穴１０を用いて伸縮ゴム１１を通すか、陰茎固定部材９と伸縮ゴム１１の部分を一体化した陰茎固定サポート装具３にすることもできるが、陰茎固定部材９に通し穴１０を設けると、勃起時や装着・取り外し時に伸縮ゴム１１に引っ張られた時に陰茎固定部材９の部分的な変形量が大きく、長期間の使用には適していないと想定される。構造としては、図５のように脱着式の中間ゴム１２を用いる方が、陰茎固定部材９と伸縮ゴム１１の組み合わせ変更や交換が容易になる上に着用時の陰茎固定部材９の変形を抑えられる。
陰茎に直接触れる陰茎固定部材９の実施形態は、各個人に合わせた自由度を持たせる為に交換可能なので、色々な可能性が考えられるが、伸縮自在の布、自着性包帯、自着性伸縮包帯、伸縮性包帯、ガーゼを単一または組み合わせて用いることで包皮を抑える効果を調整できる。生地を短手方向に巻いてリング状にしたものか、または折り畳んで長板状にし、それを長手方向に巻いてパイプ状にしたものを縫製か接着剤を使用するか自着にてリングまたはパイプの状態で固定する。
陰茎固定サポート装具３を下着本体に取り付けている着用状態では、脱着式の中間ゴム１２や伸縮ゴム１１が下着本体へと繋がっているため、包皮がこれらの伸縮ゴム部を乗り越えることを抑制していることもあり、運動や前傾姿勢を伴う着座姿勢、乗馬やオートバイなどの運転などでも包皮が陰茎固定部材９全体を包むような状態にはならない。陰茎固定部材９が陰茎から外れるような場合は、陰茎固定部材９の外周表面に自着性包帯など摩擦係数が高い材質の物に交換したり、径を小さくしたり、伸縮ゴム１１や脱着式の中間ゴム１２の長さを短いものと交換したりすると外れにくくなる。
陰茎固定部材９の径を変える場合は、例えば、内径２０ミリメートルのパイプ状を内径１９ミリメートルのパイプ状に径を１ミリ縮めたい場合は、円周長で１π分つまり約３．１ミリメートル生地の長手方向の長さを縮めて裁断する必要がある。生地の厚みや伸縮性でも最適な径は変わって来る。平常時の陰茎には弾力があるし、陰茎の断面が楕円形のため、包帯や糸で装着する陰茎の部分の平常時の周長を測り、目安として２ミリメートル以上小さめの径でいくつかの種類を試して最適な径を見付けるのが近道だと考えられる。個人差があるかも知れないが、陰茎固定部材９の幅は着用状態で１０ミリメートル以上あれば包皮との摩擦力を生じさせるのに十分と考えられる。また、陰茎先端部の径は陰茎根元部の径よりも小さくなると考えられる。
図４と図５の伸縮ゴム１１は留め具４を取り付けることができれば平ゴムでも丸ゴムでも問題無い。伸縮ゴム１１に伸縮性があれば、陰茎の勃起、緩和に追従できるので脱着式の中間ゴム１２は伸縮性が無い材質でも問題無い。脱着式の中間ゴム１２は自着できる素材にするか、スナップボタンなどを取り付けてその部品の目的から脱着式の中間ゴム１２自身を脱着できるようにするのが望ましい。
就寝時など長時間勃起状態が続くような時でも、陰茎固定部材９は外周方向に広がるし、伸縮ゴム１１も伸びて追従して固定をサポートする。もし就寝時に気になるようであれば、陰茎固定サポート装具３を装着しないか、装着したまま下着本体との留め具４を片側か両側外してしまえば伸縮ゴム１１に引っ張られる力が気にならなくなる。勃起緩和時でも陰茎固定サポート装具３は陰茎の収縮に追従して固定を維持する。陰茎固定部材９の伸縮率は２０％以上あるのが望ましい。
図６は本発明の実施形態の男性器カバー布の陰茎非密着面を表とした例の正面図であり、図７は本発明の実施形態の男性用下着本体に取り付けた男性器カバー布の正面図であり、図８は本発明の実施形態の男性器カバー布付きの男性用下着全体の斜視図である。
図７、図８のように男性器カバー布７は男性器カバー布留め具８によって下着本体前面１に固定され、図６、図７で示しているように、男性器カバー布取り付け状態では男性器カバー布７は陰茎、陰嚢、陰茎固定サポート装具３全体を覆い隠すことができるので、下着が他人の目に触れるような場合でも既存の下着と見た目は大きく変わらない。
図６、図７、図８のように男性器カバー布７に開口部を設ければ、排尿時の陰茎の出し入れは容易になるし、下着本体上部と男性器カバー布の留め具８を一時的に外してしまっても良い。男性器カバー布留め具８は縫付けマグネットやスナップボタンが適していると考えられる。陰茎がやや上向きで固定されていても、陰茎を持って伸縮ゴム１１を伸ばすか、前傾姿勢を取れば水平か下向きに排尿することもできるし、図１、図２、図３で表現している開口部外周の縁５と留められている陰茎先端部の陰茎固定サポート装具の留め具４を排尿時に一時的に取り外せば排尿に支障はない。その場合、ズボンのチャック部分から指が届く範囲に開口部外周の縁５の留め具４を配置するのが望ましい。また、同留め具４を縫付けマグネットにすれば、排尿時と就寝時の下着本体との取り付け、取り外しは容易になる。
当然、男性器カバー布留め具８と下着本体との留め具は、男性器カバー布側の留め具８が縫付けマグネットなら下着本体側も男性器カバー布留め具８を縫付けマグネットにするなど本体側も合わせる必要はある。さらに、男性器カバー布留め具８がスナップボタンの場合、本体側のスナップボタンの数を増やせば、同じ男性器カバー布７でも取り付け間隔を狭めることで奥行きが広がり、陰茎と陰嚢の空間に奥行き方向の余裕を持たせたりすることができるようになる。縫付けマグネットの磁力にもよるが、狭い間隔でマグネットを配置すると意図していない時に、下着本体のマグネット同士や男性器カバー布のマグネット同士でくっついてしまうので、マグネットの多用は避けた方が良い。
男性器カバー布７の材質は下着本体よりも自由度が高く、交換可能とすることで、カスタマイズ性の高い下着になることが期待される。例えば、男性器カバー布７の布の色や柄を下着本体と異なるものにすることはもちろん、通気性の高いメッシュ素材にすることや図６、図７，図８で示しているように排尿用の開口穴の有無、開口穴を閉じる方法についても右利き用、左利き用、両利き用の留め具にするなど個々人の好みに合わせた下着を作り上げることができる。
本発明者が市販の下着を用いて試作した際は、当初陰茎固定部材９は２層構造とし、外周部よりも伸び率が低いが伸縮性のある（伸縮率約１８％）圧迫固定包帯を幅８ｍｍに切って芯材とし、伸び率が高く（伸縮率約５０％）、摩擦係数の高い幅２５ｍｍの自着性包帯で包み、幅約１０ミリメートルのパイプ状にして自着だけで留めて使用した。脱着式の中間ゴム１２は自着性包帯のみを使い、図５の構成にした所、陰茎の保持、包皮の移動の抑制に効果的だった。また、試作品では着用したまま就寝しても、勃起時に血流を止める（うっ血する）ような状態は発生しなかった。着用したままで、立った状態、座った状態での放尿も問題無くできた。入浴時以外約３日間陰茎固定サポート装具を連続装着しても、陰茎固定サポート装具と皮膚が接触している部分についての痛み、痒み、腫れなども起きなかった。
次の試作品では陰茎固定部材９に市販の伸縮性のある（伸縮率約２３％）幅１１ｍｍのニットテープを円形にして合わせ部を縫い、脱着式の中間ゴム１２は伸縮性のない幅９ｍｍの綾テープに変更し、スナップボタンで脱着できるようにした。伸縮ゴム１１は肌着用の強力ゴム６コール（約４．５ｍｍ幅、伸縮率２００％以上）を使用した。結果は自着性包帯の試作品と同様の結果であった。相違点としては、同じ狙い径で作成したが、発明者が使用した場合は包皮抑制の効果は変わらず、摩擦が自着性包帯よりも低いため、装着と脱着は外周に自着性包帯を用いたものより容易であった。ただし、コットン１００％のニットテープを使用したため、勃起時に一度径が広がると、勃起緩和時の径は元の平常時の径まで完全には戻らず、少し伸びたままの状態になってしまっていた。
本下着の市販化の際は、量産性のある陰茎固定部材９の材質選定と陰茎固定サポート装具３の構造が最重要点になると考えられる。評価要素としては、繰り返しの洗濯での劣化具合、何回の脱着に耐えうるかがあり、それらの結果に基づいた標準の交換頻度の設定が考えられる。その他には、留め具４に関して、縫付けマグネットでも実用上問題が無いか磁石の強度や縫付方法の検討が必要だと考えられる。また、陰茎固定部材９の径の見分け方法と伸縮ゴム１１と脱着式の中間ゴム１２の長さが容易に判別できるようにする為に、数字や記号で表記するか複数色で構成するなど見分け方法の検討が必要になると考えられる。

Claims (4)

  1. 男性用下着において、下着本体前面の下部に下着着用時に陰茎と陰嚢を下着内側から下着外側に出す開口部を備え、下着本体と脱着可能な陰茎固定サポート装具の留め具を備えて構成された男性用下着。
  2. 陰茎固定部材と伸縮ゴム部と請求項１に記載の男性用下着に脱着可能な留め具を備えた陰茎固定サポート装具。
  3. 上記陰茎固定部材に伸縮自在の布、自着性包帯、自着性伸縮包帯、伸縮性包帯、ガーゼを単一または組み合わせて使用した請求項２に記載の陰茎固定サポート装具。
  4. 上記陰茎固定サポート装具の留め具を開口部外周の縁と下着本体脚部の縁に各２ヶ所以上備えた請求項１に記載の男性用下着。
