钣金加工是钣金技术职员需要把握的枢纽技术,也是钣金制品成形的重要工序。钣金加工是包括传统的切割下料、冲裁加工、弯压成形等方法及工艺参数,又包括各种冷冲压模具结构及工艺参数、各种设备工作原理及操纵方法,还包括新冲压技术及新工艺。零件金属板材加工就叫钣金加工,在钣金加工时会有很多零件需要进行能够和收纳,一般通过零件盒进行存放,在零件转运时通过小车进行转移。
公开号为CN110789833A的专利公开了一种钣金零件加工用的转运装置,涉及钣金加工技术领域。包括运输台、零件本体、收纳装置和启停装置,所述运输台的底部铰接有四个滚轮,所述运输台的上表面固定安装有收纳装置,所述零件本体位于收纳装置的内部,所述运输台的底部固定安装有两个启停装置。通过设置收纳装置,利用放置腔可对每个零件本体进行独立放置,配合第一伸缩套杆带动夹持板对零件本体进行夹持以及拉动拨动杆可方便零件本体取出,使得零件本体得到独立存放的同时得到缓冲保护,从而避免了现有技术下将工件堆叠在一起进行运输的情况,解决了工件之间发生碰撞导致工件表面出现破损的问题,从而保证了零件的后续加工工作可以正常进行。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种移动零件盒存储架,包括支撑平台,所述支撑平台为自上而下等间距设置的多个平板结构,用于将零件盒进行放置;
侧面联动组件,所述侧面联动组件位于若干支撑平台的两侧且竖直设置,用于调节支撑平台的倾斜和水平状态切换;
底座,所述底座安装在侧面联动组件的底部,用于侧面联动组件的底部安装固定。
作为优选,所述侧面联动组件包括固定安装在底座上的固定列,以及滑动安装在底座上的移动列,两侧的所述固定列之间设置有支撑平台,所述支撑平台的一端外侧通过转轴与固定列的侧边处转动连接,所述支撑平台的中部外侧通过连杆与移动列连接,所述移动列水平移动能够通过连杆的运动带动支撑平台运动,使得支撑平台以固定列的外侧转轴处为圆心进行转动,从而实现倾斜与水平的切换。

本实施例中,侧面联动组件2包括固定安装在底座1上的固定列21,以及滑动安装在底座1上的移动列22,两侧的固定列21之间设置有支撑平台3,支撑平台3的一侧外壁安装有限位板31,支撑平台3的一端外侧通过转轴与固定列21的侧边处转动连接,支撑平台3的中部外侧通过连杆23与移动列22连接,连杆23的两端分别通过轴承与移动列22和固定列21转动连接,移动列22水平移动能够通过连杆23的运动带动支撑平台3运动,使得支撑平台3以固定列21的外侧转轴处为圆心进行转动,从而实现倾斜与水平的切换。
具体的,底座1包括底板11,底板11上方水平设置有驱动杆12,驱动杆12的中部安装有齿轮13,驱动杆12的上方设置有固定支架14,固定支架14的底部靠近齿轮13处安装有齿轮条141,齿轮条141与齿轮13啮合,驱动杆12的一端安装有手轮122,底板11的顶部两端安装有光轴滑轨15,光轴滑轨15上滑动设置有滑块151,滑块151的顶部与移动列22的底部连接,固定支架14的两端也与移动列22连接,通过手动转动手轮122能够实现驱动杆12的转动,进而通过齿轮条141与齿轮13啮合带动定支架14的水平移动,进而实现移动列22的水平移动,通过滑块151的顶部与移动列22的底部连接实现移动列22的稳定移动。
进一步的,驱动杆12通过支撑架12安装在底板11上,驱动杆12与支撑架12通过轴承转动连接,底板11的外侧安装有围板16,用于将底板11上的零部件保护,在底板11的底部安装有脚轮17,方便该装置的灵活移动,脚轮17与地面接触部分为聚氨酯,具有很好的耐磨效果。
进一步的,底座1的一侧上部安装有挡板4,用于将内部的零部件进行遮挡。

- 根据权利要求1所述的移动零件盒存储架,其特征在于:所述侧面联动组件(2)包括固定安装在底座(1)上的固定列(21),以及滑动安装在底座(1)上的移动列(22),两侧的所述固定列(21)之间设置有支撑平台(3),所述支撑平台(3)的一端外侧通过转轴与固定列(21)的侧边处转动连接,所述支撑平台(3)的中部外侧通过连杆(23)与移动列(22)连接,所述移动列(22)水平移动能够通过连杆(23)的运动带动支撑平台(3)运动,使得支撑平台(3)以固定列(21)的外侧转轴处为圆心进行转动,从而实现倾斜与水平的切换。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动零件盒存储架,其特征在于:所述底座(1)包括底板(11),所述底板(11)上方水平设置有驱动杆(12),所述驱动杆(12)的中部安装有齿轮(13),所述驱动杆(12)的上方设置有固定支架(14),所述固定支架(14)的底部靠近齿轮(13)处安装有齿轮条(141),所述齿轮条(141)与齿轮(13)啮合,所述驱动杆(12)的一端安装有手轮(122),所述底板(11)的顶部两端安装有光轴滑轨(15),所述光轴滑轨(15)上滑动设置有滑块(151),所述滑块(151)的顶部与移动列(22)的底部连接,所述固定支架(14)的两端也与移动列(22)连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的移动零件盒存储架,其特征在于:所述驱动杆(12)通过支撑架(12)安装在底板(11)上,所述驱动杆(12)与支撑架(12)通过轴承转动连接,所述底板(11)的外侧安装有围板(16),所述在底板(11)的底部安装有脚轮(17)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动零件盒存储架,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的一侧上 部安装有挡板(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动零件盒存储架,其特征在于:所述侧面联动组件(2)的外侧安装有锁紧螺杆(5),当所述支撑平台(3)倾斜设置时,所述锁紧螺杆(5)能够旋拧并将一端抵接在支撑平台(3)的侧壁上进行锁紧固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动零件盒存储架,其特征在于:所述支撑平台(3)的一侧外壁安装有限位板(31)。
