沟槽钢管端口距沟槽的长度尺寸的定位,是由可调定尺盘限制钢管端口沟槽的位置的,定尺盘安装在压槽主动轮的轴上靠近压槽作业立面机架位置。由于每一种规格的钢管沟槽到端口的尺寸都不一样,同一种规格的钢管不同的连接卡箍不同,其沟槽到端口的尺寸也不一样,因此公用限位装置设置了可前后移动且可固定的结构。为了提高耐磨使用寿命,定尺盘2表面硬度设计在洛氏硬度90度以上。
实施例三
如图2-3所示,本公开还提供了一种带有钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置的钢管压槽设备,包括:钢管压槽机1、设置在压槽作业立面机架的压槽作业垂直面12位置的可调定尺盘2、可调的辊轮组、直径圆度测量传感器4、12线经纬度测量仪5、斜度测量传感器6及数据处理系统,偏摆传感器7、平台方位传感器8、钢管支撑平台9、压槽装置10、基座平台11、框架15和智能控制系统,平台方位传感 器8设置在钢管支撑平台9上表面,偏摆传感器7设置在框架15上,钢管压槽机1的压槽装置10与可调定尺盘2以及可调的辊轮组位于同一个平面上同一个圆心方位,钢管支撑平台9设置在框架15的基座平台11上,所述智能控制系统与钢管支撑平台9以及钢管压槽机总控制系统实现信号连接。
优选的,所述钢管压槽设备还包括有设置在压槽作业机架上面的控制校核钢管端口垂直度的沟槽深度测量装置。
更进一步的,压槽作业垂直面机架上还安装有测量钢管端口面的多维度测量仪器、垂直度测量系统,钢管水平中心度与管端面、压槽作业设备的垂直度一致性测量,通过智能控制系统自动找正。
更进一步的,所述平台方位传感器8包括平台角度传感器和/或平台水平传感器。
本公开的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置包括了压槽作业立面机架,压槽主动轮后轴安装的定尺盘,在自动压轮两侧安装的定尺辊,立面上的向心圆周辊,钢管端口斜度测量系统,钢管垂直度、直径、圆度、测量控制系统。设置有钢管压槽作业过程的智能系统能对钢管动态进行测量及控制,定尺辊(盘)及限制钢管端口的向心圆周辊,复合成一个垂直面的钢管端口限位装置。
本公开的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置的沟槽钢管端口距沟槽长度尺寸的定位是由可调的辊轮组限位装置实现的,其安装在压槽作业立面机架上。定尺辊轮用来确定钢管端口压槽距离尺寸的,用来减少钢管压槽过程由于管的旋转相对端口于定尺面摩擦阻力的,提高 其使用寿命。垂直限位装置包括定尺辊或定尺盘、圆周限位辊,还可包括感知、测量、数据处理、操作、显示等软件设备控制系统。
本公开的压槽作业立面机架上安装有钢管端口斜口测量传感器及数据处理系统,测量端面平口几何尺寸精度,控制沟槽位置及距端口长度。控制沟槽与垂直面的平行度。钢管端口斜口测量传感器设置在垂直端面上,负责数据的采集与传输。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置,其特征在于,包括:钢管压槽机的压槽作业立面机架,设置在压槽作业立面机架的压槽作业垂直面(12)位置的可调定尺盘(2)、可调的辊轮组、直径圆度测量传感器(4)、12线经纬度测量仪(5)、斜度测量传感器(6)及数据处理系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置,其特征在于,所述定尺盘(2)安装在钢管压槽机的压槽主动轮的后轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置,其特征在于,所述可调的辊轮组包括定尺辊(13)、向心圆周辊(3)及可调向心圆周辊座(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置,其特征在于,所述定尺辊(13)安装在钢管压槽机的自动压轮两侧,所述向心圆周辊(3)设置在位于压槽作业立面机架上的可调向心圆周辊座(14)上并且可沿圆心垂直线上下移动调节。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置,其特征在于,所述可调向心圆周辊座(14)上安装有朝向圆心的若干个长型向心圆周辊,长型向心圆周辊和定尺辊集成在同一个平面上,且长型向心圆周辊和定尺辊的轴线延长线相交于同一点,可调的辊轮组的圆心和半径适于根据钢管规格的不同而随着可调向心圆周辊座(14)沿圆心垂直方向的上下移动而调节。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置,其特征在于,所述定尺辊(13)适于确定钢管端口压槽距离尺寸,所述定尺盘(2)适于限制钢管端口沟槽的位置,所述定尺盘(2)适于通过公用限位装置来限定长度尺寸,所述定尺盘(2)的表面硬度洛氏硬度大于90度。
  7. 一种包括如权利要求1-6之任一项所述的钢管压槽管端复合垂直限位装置的钢管压槽设备,其特征在于,包括:钢管压槽机(1)、设置在压槽作业立面机架的压槽作业垂直面(12)位置的可调定尺盘(2)、可调的辊轮组、直径圆度测量传感器(4)、12线经纬度测量仪(5)、斜度测量传感器(6)及数据处理系统,偏摆传感器(7)、平台方位传感器(8)、钢管支撑平台(9)、压槽装置(10)、基座平台(11)、框架(15)和智能控制系统,平台方位传感器(8)设置在钢管支撑平台(9)上表面,偏摆传感器(7)设置在框架(15)上,钢管压槽机(1)的压槽装置(10)与可调定尺盘(2)以及可调的辊轮组位于同一个平面上同一个圆心方位,钢管支撑平台(9)设置在框架(15)的基座平台(11)上,所述智能控制系统与钢管支撑平台(9)以及钢管压槽机总控制系统实现信号连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的钢管压槽设备,其特征在于,所述钢管压槽设备还包括有设置在压槽作业机架上面的控制校核钢管端口垂直度的沟槽深度测量装置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的钢管压槽设备,其特征在于,压槽作业垂直面机架上还安装有测量钢管端口面的多维度测量仪器和垂直 度测量系统,钢管水平中心度与管端面、压槽作业设备的垂直度一致性测量,通过智能控制系统自动找正。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的钢管压槽设备,其特征在于,所述平台方位传感器(8)包括平台角度传感器和/或平台水平传感器。
