本发明涉及被动锻炼器械的技术领域,尤其涉及一种按摩椅。
背景技术
按摩椅,利用机械的滚动力作用和机械力挤压来进行按摩,人工推拿按摩能够疏通经络,使气血循环,保持机体的阴阳平衡,所以按摩后可感到肌肉放松,关节灵活,使人精神振奋,消除疲劳,对保证身体健康有重要作用。
现有技术中给的按摩椅,例如中国发明申请CN113509366A,按摩椅底部框架一般只能够对按摩椅的座椅进行一个支撑和微调作用,按摩椅的按摩功能和运动功能都是集中在座椅上的。
所以说按摩椅的结构就决定了按摩椅不能带动人体进行连续的整体运动和按摩。
技术问题
为了实现按摩椅能带动人体进行整体的运动,本发明提供了一种按摩椅,其技术方案如下所述。
技术解决方案
按摩椅,包括座椅和设置在座椅下方的驱动装置,驱动装置包括底板、连接架、上下抖动装置和四连杆装置,座椅底部固定设有连接杆和滚动设置有滚轮,连接杆与连接架铰接,滚轮表面滚动接触连接架,上下抖动装置和四连杆装置设置在底板上,上下抖动装置的底部与连接架连接,四连杆装置与连接架铰接,上下抖动装置带动连接架运动。
上下抖动装置包括动力装置和偏心机构,动力装置带动偏心机构运动,偏心机构包括偏心轮、带动轴和连接片,偏心轮固定安装在带动轴上,偏心轮带动连接片上下运动,动力装置带动带动轴转动,带动轴带动偏心轮转动。
偏心机构还包括摆动座,摆动座具有两个轴承孔,其中一个轴承孔通过轴承和轴肩螺钉与连接片连接,偏心轮通过轴承和另一个轴承孔连接。

通过上下抖动装置的设置使得按摩椅的底部支架能够带动按摩椅实现整体上下抖动的动作,同时通过四连杆装置保证了座椅能够稳定的被连接架支撑,同时四连杆装置能够保证四个支点位置的抖动频率保持一致。

为实现以上技术目的,本发明的技术方案提供了一种按摩椅,其技术方案如下:
如图1、2所示,按摩椅,包括座椅A和设置在座椅A下方的驱动装置,驱动装置包括底板1、连接架2、上下抖动装置3和四连杆装置4,座椅A底部固定设有连接杆和滚动设置有滚轮5,连接杆与连接架2铰接,滚轮5表面滚动接触连接架2,上下抖动装置3和四连杆装置4设置在底板1上,上下抖动装置3的底部与连接架2连接,四连杆装置4与连接架2铰接,上下抖动装置3带动连接架2运动。
如图3,实际操作的时候,动力装置6设置为电机,动力装置6通过同步带从动轮75转动,从动轮75与带动轴72固定连接,这里可以是一体铸成可以是通过键、销连接的结构都行,转动的从动轮75进而带动带动轴72一起转动。
如图3、4、5、6和7所示,带动轴72上套设有偏心轮71,偏心轮71的外表面与轴承连接轴承安装在摆动座74的轴承孔内,带动轴72的转动就带动偏心轮71一起转动,偏心轮71的外表面就会带动轴承做偏心运动,因为轴承是安装在轴承孔内的,所以轴承就带动摆动座74进行上下动作,摆动座74另一个轴承孔通过轴肩螺钉与连接片73连接,所以摆动座74就带动连接片73进行上下运动,连接片73的顶部与连接架2固定连接,所以偏心轮71就带动连接架2进行上下运动了。
如图5所示,当连接架2上下运动的时候,与连接架2铰接的V型杆41的长端就被连接架2带动着一起进行上下运动,因为V型杆41的中间与底板1铰接,V型杆41的短端与横杆42连接,所以整个按摩椅的上部分其实就是放置在连杆上面的,V型杆41因为三个铰接点形成了连杆,所以就能保证至少两个点的运动在横杆的带动下保持一致。
实际操作的时候为了保证按摩椅的稳定性,四连杆装置4设有两个,整个按摩椅的上部分都架设在四连杆装置4上,两个四连杆装置4在能保证带动按摩椅的同时增加了按摩椅的承重,同时因为实际操作的时候两个横杆相互平行,就保证了整个按摩椅的抖动一致。
底板1下方为了适应不同的地面环境,设置有脚杯9,能够方便调节四个脚各自的高度来适应。
座椅A底部固定设有连接杆和滚动设置有滚轮5,所述连接杆与所述连接架2铰接,所述滚轮5表面滚动接触所述连接架2。
通过滚轮5的设置,使得座椅A与连接架2之间的连接动作更为顺滑流畅,提升了使用者的体验。
为了更好的用户体验,在按摩椅的座椅A上还设有压力传感器,压力传感器设置在座椅对应屁股的部分,当压力传感器感应到有持续重物的时候,才能够对电机的转速进行调控,从而调控上下抖动的频率,当压力传感器未感应到重物的时候,电机就只能按照指定的转速去运行。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述上下抖动装置(3)包括动力装置(6)和偏心机构(7),所述动力装置(6)带动所述偏心机构(7)运动,所述偏心机构(7)包括偏心轮(71)、带动轴(72)和连接片(73),所述偏心轮(71)固定安装在所述带动轴(72)上,所述偏心轮(71)带动所述连接片(73)上下运动,所述动力装置(6)带动所述带动轴(72)转动,所述带动轴(72)带动所述偏心轮(71)转动,所述连接片(73)顶部与所述连接架(2)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述偏心机构(7)还包括摆动座(74),所述摆动座(74)具有两个轴承孔,其中一个轴承孔通过轴承和轴肩螺钉与连接片(73)连接,所述偏心轮(71)通过轴承和另一个轴承孔连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述带动轴(72)上还设有从动轮(75),所述从动轮(75)通过同步带与所述动力装置(6)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述四连杆装置(4)包括一横杆(42)和至少两个V型杆(41),所述V型杆(41)包括一个短边和一个长边,所述横杆(42)两端分别与所述V型杆(41)的短边铰接,所述V型杆(41)的中间与所述底板(1)铰接,所述V型杆(41)的长端与所述连接架(2)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述底板(1)上至少设有两个四连杆装置(4)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述带动轴(72)上设置有至少两个偏心轮(71)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述底板(1)下方设置有脚杯(9)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅,其特征在于,所述座椅上设置有压力传感器。
