本发明的实施例,在店铺靠墙侧和顶部修建隐蔽式仓储空间夹层仓库,夹层仓库按照物品仓储顺序进行仓储,并通过物品上传送道、分流器和下传送道与店铺售货柜连接进行售货;使仓储最小化占用店铺使用面积,让店铺卖场空间得到释放,在卖场仅设置对外的无人店铺售货柜和橱窗样品与购货者见面,通过隐藏实际物品方式,可腾出更多的占用店铺卖场面积,使腾出的卖场面积发挥更多的作用,实现成本大幅下降,减少或取消理货和清洁人工的目的,将物品隔离于安 全位置,减少被偷、被拆和理货人工及安保投入。
实施例1
店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,如图1所示,店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统设有控制器,控制器与供电模块连接;控制器设有控制系统,控制系统包括微处理器和物品分类仓储模块,微处理器与物品分类仓储模块、夹层仓库模块、推进器模块、分流器模块、上传送道模块和下传送道模块连接;物品分类仓储模块与1号夹层仓库模块、2号夹层仓库模块和N号夹层仓库模块连接;1号夹层仓库模块、2号夹层仓库模块和N号夹层仓库模块与夹层仓库模块连接;上传送道模块与1号上传送道模块、2号上传送道模块和N号上传送道模块连接;下传送道模块与1号下传送道模块、2号下传送道模块和N号下传送道模块连接;微处理器从物品分类仓储模块和夹层仓库模块获取信息,向推进器模块、分流器模块、上传送道模块和下传送道模块发送指令。
实施例2
如图2-5所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,店铺905内设有控制器101;店铺905设有店铺出入口906、1号夹层仓库201、2号夹层仓库202、N号夹层仓库203和若干个推进器;1号夹层仓库201通过1号连接装置305与1号上传送道301的一端连接,2号夹层仓库202通过2号连接装置306和3号连接装置307,分别与2号上传送道302的一端和3号上传送道303的一端连接,N号夹层仓库203通过N号连接装置308与N号上传送道304的一端连接;1号上传送道301、2号上传送道302、3号上传送道303和N号上传送道304的另一端,分别与分流器401的1号上接口411、2号上接口412、3号上接口413和N号上接口414对应连接;分流器401的1号下接口421、2号下接口422、3号下接口423和N号下接口424分别与1号下传送道801、2号下传送道802、3号下传送道803和N号下传送道804的一端对应连接;1号下传送道801、2号下传 送道802、3号下传送道803和N号下传送道804的另一端,分别与1号售货机901、2号售货机902、3号售货机903和N号售货机904对应连接;
其中,1号夹层仓库201、2号夹层仓库202或N号夹层仓库203内的物品204由若干个螺旋式推进机205根据控制器101发送的指令,按照顺序将物品204推送到库内传送机206上,并由库内传送机206将物品204传送进入1号上传送道301、2号上传送道302、3号上传送道303或N号上传送道304中,物品204通过1号上传送道301、2号上传送道302、3号上传送道303或N号上传送道304进入分流器401中,物品204经过分流器401分流后,进入1号下传送道801、2号下传送道802、3号下传送道803或N号下传送道804中,并通过1号下传送道801、2号下传送道802、3号下传送道803或N号下传送道804,进入1号售货机901、2号售货机902、3号售货机903或N号售货机904中。
实施例3
如图5-14所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,分流器401设有1号上接口411、2号上接口412、3号上接口413、N号上接口414、1号下接口421、2号下接口422、3号下接口423、N号下接口424、盖板404、左侧板405、右侧板408、底板406、辊筒407、上拨叉501、下拨叉502、左拨叉503、右拨叉504、上旋转轴601、下旋转轴602、左旋转轴603、右旋转轴604、上舵机701、下舵机702、左舵机703和右舵机704;
其中,物品204通过1号上传送道301、2号上传送道302、3号上传送道303或N号上传送道304进入分流器401中,上舵机701、下舵机702、左舵机703和右舵机704根据控制器101发送的指令,使上旋转轴601、下旋转轴602、左旋转轴603和右旋转轴604分别进行正/反方向旋转的指定角度运行,上旋转轴601、下旋转轴602、左旋转轴603和右旋转轴604分别带动连接的上拨叉501、下拨叉502、左拨叉503和右拨叉504运行,组合出各种分流通道使物品204通 过,物品204经过分流器401分流后,进入1号下传送道801、2号下传送道802、3号下传送道803或N号下传送道804中,并通过1号下传送道801、2号下传送道802、3号下传送道803或N号下传送道804,进入1号售货机901、2号售货机902、3号售货机903或N号售货机904中,从而实现物品204的分流。
实施例4
如图9所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统中,分流器401与地面垂直或有一定角度安装运行时,可依赖物品204重力通过分流器401,并进行物品204分流。
实施例5
如图10所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统中,分流器401与地面平行或夹角较小安装运行时,可安装电动输送辊筒407,驱使物品204通过分流器401,并进行物品204分流。
实施例6
如图11所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统中,分流器401将2号上接口412、3号上接口413和N号上接口414分别传送的物品204,分流到3号下接口423时,上拨叉501、下拨叉502、左拨叉503和右拨叉504所处于的位置状态;
其中,1号上接口411、2号上接口412、3号上接口413和N号上接口414分别传送的物品204,由控制器101按顺序发送指令给各螺旋式推进机205和库内传送机206,进行顺序推进传送运行,防止物品204同时传送至分流器401中发生阻塞现象。
实施例7
如图12所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统中,分流器401将1号上接口411、2号上接口412、3号上接口413和N号上接口414分别传送 的物品204,分流到1号下接口421时,上拨叉501、下拨叉502、左拨叉503和右拨叉504所处于的位置状态。
实施例8
如图13所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统中,分流器401将1号上接口411和2号上接口412分别传送的物品204,分流到2号下接口422时,上拨叉501、下拨叉502、左拨叉503和右拨叉504所处于的位置状态。
实施例9
如图14所示,店铺905夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统中,分流器401将N号上接口414传送的物品204,分流到N号下接口424时,上拨叉501、下拨叉502、左拨叉503和右拨叉504所处于的位置状态。

Claims (10)
- 一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,包括控制器、一个或一个以上的夹层仓库、两条或两条以上的上传送道、分流器、两条或两条以上的下传送道和两个或两个以上的物品架/柜;所述两条或两条以上的上传送道的一端分别与一个或一个以上的夹层仓库连接,另一端分别与分流器上接口连接,分流器下接口分别与两条或两条以上的下传送道的一端连接,两条或两条以上的下传送道的另一端与两个或两个以上的物品架/柜分别连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述控制器设有控制系统,控制系统包括微处理器和物品分类仓储模块,微处理器与物品分类仓储模块、夹层仓库模块、推进器模块、分流器模块、上传送道模块和下传送道模块中的至少一种连接;所述控制器连接有供电模块。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述控制器安装在店铺内或店铺外或物品架/柜上;所述控制器可分别与两条或两条以上的传送道和/或分流器电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,在所述一个或一个以上的夹层仓库中,设置一组或一组以上的物品推进器,推进器由舵机/电机驱动,其舵机/电机与所述控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述两条或两条以上的上传送道设置为滑道和/或传送机;所述两条或两条以上的下传送道设置为滑道和/或传送机。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,在所述一个或一个以上的夹层仓库与所述两条或两条以上的上传送道的连接处,设置连接装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述分流器,包括两个或两个以上的上接口、两个或两个以上的下接口、 盖板、底板、侧板、拨叉、旋转轴和舵机/电机。
- 根据权利要求7所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述侧板,设置为左侧板和右侧板;所述拨叉,设置为上拨叉、下拨叉、左拨叉和右拨叉;所述旋转轴,设置为上旋转轴、下旋转轴、左旋转轴和右旋转轴;所述舵机/电机,设置为上舵机/电机、下舵机/电机、左舵机/电机和右舵机/电机。
- 根据权利要求8所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述上拨叉与所述上旋转轴连接,上旋转轴通过底板与所述上舵机/电机连接;所述上舵机/电机与控制器电连接;所述下拨叉与所述下旋转轴连接,下旋转轴通过底板与所述下舵机/电机连接;所述下舵机/电机与控制器电连接;所述左拨叉与所述左旋转轴连接,左旋转轴通过底板与所述左舵机/电机连接;所述左舵机/电机与控制器电连接;所述右拨叉与所述右旋转轴连接,右旋转轴通过底板与所述右舵机/电机连接;所述右舵机/电机与控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库多传送道及其分流系统,其特征在于,所述分流器,当分流器水平使用时,分流器底板上设置传送机。
