其中,1号夹层仓库201内的物品204由若干个螺旋式推进机205根据控制器101发送的指令,按照顺序将物品204推送到库内传送机206上,并由库内传送机206传送进入1号传送道301中,物品204通过1号传送道301进入售货机401中;
其中,2号夹层仓库202内的物品204由若干个螺旋式推进机205根据控制器101发送的指令,按照顺序将物品204推送到库内传送机206上,并由库内传送机206传送进入2号传送道302中,物品204通过2号传送道302进入售货机401中。

如图9-11所示,店铺402夹层式仓库传送道系统,店铺402内设有控制器101;店铺402设有店铺出入口403、1号夹层仓库201、2号夹层仓库202、N号夹层仓库203和若干个推进器;1号夹层仓库201通过1号连接装置305与1号传送道301的一端连接,2号夹层仓库202通过2号连接装置306与2号传送道302的一端连接,N号夹层仓库203通过N号连接装置307与N号传送道303的 一端连接;1号传送道301、2号传送道302和N号传送道303的另一端,分别与总传送道304连接;总传送道304的一端与售货机401连接;
其中,1号夹层仓库201内的物品204由若干个螺旋式推进机205根据控制器101发送的指令,按照顺序将物品204推送到库内传送机206上,并由库内传送机206传送进入1号传送道301中,物品204通过1号传送道301进入总传送道304后,再进入售货机401中;
其中,2号夹层仓库202内的物品204由若干个螺旋式推进机205根据控制器101发送的指令,按照顺序将物品204推送到库内传送机206上,并由库内传送机206传送进入2号传送道302中,物品204通过2号传送道302进入总传送道304后,再进入售货机401中;
其中,N号夹层仓库203内的物品204由若干个螺旋式推进机205根据控制器101发送的指令,按照顺序将物品204推送到库内传送机206上,并由库内传送机206传送进入N号传送道303中,物品204通过N号传送道303进入总传送道304后,再进入售货机401中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,包括控制器、一个或一个以上的夹层仓库、两条或两条以上的传送道和物品架/柜;所述两条或两条以上的传送道的一端分别与一个或一个以上的夹层仓库对应连接,另一端与物品架/柜连接;或设置总传送道,两条或两条以上的传送道的一端分别与一个或一个以上的夹层仓库连接,另一端与总传送道连接,总传送道的一端与物品架/柜连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,所述控制器设有控制系统,控制系统包括微处理器和物品分类仓储模块,微处理器与物品分类仓储模块、夹层仓库模块、推进器模块和传送道模块中的至少一种连接;所述控制器连接有供电模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,所述控制器安装在店铺内或店铺外或物品架/柜上;所述控制器可分别与两条或两条以上的传送道和/或总传送道电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,在所述一个或一个以上的夹层仓库中,设置一组或一组以上的物品推进器,推进器由舵机/电机驱动,其舵机/电机与所述控制器电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,所述两条或两条以上的传送道设置为滑道和/或传送机。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,所述总传送道设置为滑道和/或传送机。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述一种店铺夹层式仓库传送道系统,其特征在于,在所述一个或一个以上的夹层仓库与所述两条或两条以上的传送道的连接处,设置连接装置。
