Abstract

一种PAMAM/纳米孔金修饰丝网印刷碳电极适配体生物传感器及其制备方法和应用。在修饰有纳米孔金的丝网印刷电极上加载巯基乙胺形成Au-S键,后利用戊二醛交联剂将PAMAM固定在电极表面,之后再利用戊二醛交联剂连接PAMAM的氨基和赭曲霉毒素A适配体中的氨基,实现PAMAM/NPG/SPCE传感器表面赭曲霉毒素A适配体的修饰,能够作为探针实现对赭曲霉毒素A的特异性检测。PAMAM/纳米孔金修饰丝网印刷碳电极适配体生物传感器具有特异性强、灵敏度高等优点,而且能够微型化,不需要专业操作人员进行操作,具有高效便携、成本低等优点。
