箍耳在日常使用的过程中很容易在其表面沉积污渍,因此,需要对箍耳定期进行清洗。但相关技术中箍耳的清洗通常是通过人工的方式进行清洗,虽然达到对箍耳定期清洗的目的,但通过人工清洗的方式不仅费时费力,工作效率较低,且在清洗的过程中,箍耳很容易划伤手,导致清洗人员受伤,安全性较低。
发明内容

一种基于如上所述的箍耳清洗装置的箍耳清洗方法,包括:
将所述箍耳倒入所述螺旋输送机构内,使所述控制模块控制所述第一水管打开,其中,当所述控制模块控制所述第一水管打开后,热水经所述第一水管流至所述螺旋输送机构内;

其中,第一水管31位于螺旋输送机构的中部,以便于热水对由进料口输送至螺旋输送机构中部的箍耳进行清洗;第二水管32位于第一端,以使螺旋输送机构内的水在自身重力的作用下自动流至第一端处,以便于从第二水管32流出。

S1中,将箍耳倒入螺旋输送机构内,使控制模块8控制第一水管31打开,以将热水经第一水管31流至螺旋输送机构内。
S2中,使控制模块8控制螺旋输送机构启动,以将箍耳由螺旋输送机构的第一端输送至螺旋输送机构的第二端,其中,在输送箍耳过程中热水对箍耳进行清洗。
S3中,使控制模块8控制第二水管32打开,以使螺旋输送机构内的水流出。
本实施例中的箍耳清洗方法的具体清洗过程如下,如图2所示:
首先,将箍耳倒入螺旋输送本体21上的进料口内,并使控制模块8控制第一水管31上的阀门打开,以将储存在热水箱5内的热水经第一水管31流至螺旋输送本体21内;
然后,再使控制模块8控制驱动件22启动,驱动件22驱动螺旋输送本体21运转,以将箍耳由螺旋输送本体21的第一端输送至螺旋输送本体21的第二端,且在输送的过程中热水对箍耳进行清洗;由于在输送的过程中,箍耳在螺旋输送本体21内作螺旋转动,能够使热水对箍耳的每个位置都能够进行清洗,以使清洗效果较好;当箍耳输送至位于螺旋输送本体21第二端的出料口时,箍耳在自身重力的作用下自动掉落至收集设备4内,从而将经过清洗后的箍耳自动回收。
同时,使控制模块8控制第二水管32上的阀门打开,以使螺旋输送本体21内的水在自身重力的作用下自动流至螺旋输送本体21内的第一端处后,再经第二水管32流出至回收箱6内,以使螺旋输送本体21中的水形成循环,从而保证螺旋输送本体21内的热水较为干净,以确保对箍耳的清洗效果。

    机架(1);

    连接水管,包括分别与所述螺旋输送机构连通的第一水管(31)及第二水管(32),所述第一水管(31)设置为将热水输送至所述螺旋输送机构内,所述第二水管(32)设置为使所述螺旋输送机构内的水流出;及
    控制模块(8),分别与所述螺旋输送机构及所述第一水管(31)控制连接。

  6. 如权利要求1所述的箍耳清洗装置,还包括:回收箱(6),安装在所述机架(1)上,所述第二水管(32)上未与所述螺旋输送机构连通的一端与所述回收箱(6)连通,以将所述螺旋输送机构内的水输出至所述回收箱(6)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的箍耳清洗装置,其中,所述第一水管(31)及所述第二水管(32)上分别设置有阀门,所述阀门与所述控制模块(8)控制连接,设置为控制所述阀门的开闭,所述阀门设置为控制所述第一水管(31)以及所述第二水管(32)的连通与阻断。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的箍耳清洗装置,其中,所述驱动件(22)为减速机。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的箍耳清洗装置,其中,所述收集设备(4)为收集桶。
  10. 一种基于如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的箍耳清洗装置的箍耳清洗方法,包括:
    将所述箍耳倒入所述螺旋输送机构内,使所述控制模块(8)控制所述第一水管(31)打开,其中,当所述控制模块(8)控制所述第一水管(31)打开后,热水经所述第一水管(31)流至所述螺旋输送机构内;
    使所述控制模块(8)控制所述螺旋输送机构启动,以将所述箍耳由所述螺旋输送机构的第一端输送至所述螺旋输送机构的第二端,其中,在输送所述箍耳过程中,热水对所述箍耳进行清洗;及
    使所述控制模块(8)控制所述第二水管(32)打开,其中,当所述控制模块(8)控制所述第二水管(32)打开后,可以使所述螺旋输送机构内的水流出。
