所述开合口机构包括呈上下扣合的开合口盖和固定座,所述固定座的顶部设置环形滑槽,所述环形滑槽的一侧开设缺口,所述环形滑槽内放置转动盘并形成滑动连接,所述转动盘的周边上固设一段弧形齿条,所述固定座的下方固设开合电机,所述开合电机的驱动轴朝上伸入所述固定座,所述驱动轴的顶端固套齿轮,所述齿轮与所述弧形齿条通过缺口的位置啮合连接,所述开合口盖的底面上固装固定盘,所述固定盘与所述转动盘之间夹设若干开合片,所述固定盘上呈旋转对称开设若干导滑槽一,所述转动盘上呈旋转对称开设若干导滑槽二,所述开合片的上面凸设导向销一,下面凸设导向销二,所述导向销一对应伸入所述导滑槽一内形成导滑连接,所述导向销二对应伸入所述导滑槽二内形成导滑连接,所述固定座的一侧开设安装孔一和安装孔二,所述安装孔一内呈转动穿设全开触动组件,所述安装孔二内呈转动穿设全闭触动组件,所述全开触动组件包括上下固连的全开传动轴和全开轴端件,所述全开传动轴的顶端伸出所述固定座的顶 面,所述全开传动轴顶端的侧壁上凸设全开传动块,所述转动盘的周边上凸设全开限位凸起,所述全开限位凸起与所述全开传动块配合形成限位传动连接,所述全开轴端件的底端伸出所述固定座的底面,所述全开轴端件底端的侧壁上凸设全开触动块,所述固定座的底侧固装全开微动开关,所述全开微动开关的内侧设置全开触动片,所述全开触动块与所述全开触动片配合形成限位触动连接,所述全闭触动组件包括上下固连的全闭传动轴和全闭轴端件,所述全闭传动轴的顶端伸出所述固定座的顶面,所述全闭传动轴顶端的侧壁上凸设全闭传动块,所述转动盘的周边上凸设全闭限位凸起,所述全闭限位凸起与所述全闭传动块配合形成限位传动连接,所述全闭轴端件的底端伸出所述固定座的底面,所述全闭轴端件底端的侧壁上凸设全闭触动块,所述固定座的底侧固装全闭微动开关,所述全闭微动开关的内侧设置全闭触动片,所述全闭触动块与所述全闭触动片配合形成限位触动连接,所述全开微动开关和所述全闭微动开关均电控连接所述开合电机;
所述静音粉碎机构包括固贴于所述粉碎筒内周的内衬筒,所述粉碎筒内周过盈装配粉碎齿圈,所述粉碎齿圈抵靠在所述内衬筒的底沿上,所述粉碎齿圈包括一体固连的上部圆环体和下部齿环体,所述上部圆环体的内径小于所述下部齿环体的内径,所述上部圆环体的内孔与所述下部齿环体的内孔之间通过锥形孔过渡衔接,所述锥形孔的内周上均匀凸设若干等腰三角形凸齿;所述排水筒的底部固装粉碎电机,所述粉碎电机朝上伸出转轴,所述转轴穿入所述粉碎筒内腔,所述粉碎筒与所述排水筒之间隔设筛板,所述粉碎齿圈位于所述筛板上方,所述转轴由上至下驱动连接一级刀具、二级刀具组件、三级刀具和四级刀具组件,所述一级刀具、二级刀具组件、三级刀具和四级刀具组件均位于所述筛板上方,且所述四级刀具组件位于所述粉碎齿圈的内周,所述一级刀具为第一齿片,所述第一齿片的周圈向上弯折设置若干一级齿牙,相对的一级齿牙形成一组,不同组的一级齿牙具有不同的弯折角度,同组的一级齿牙之间形成抓取范围,所述二级刀具组件至少包括由上至下逐级增大直径的第二齿片、第三齿片和第四 齿片,所述第二齿片、第三齿片和第四齿片的周边上呈对称平向设置二级齿牙,所述三级刀具为第五齿片,所述第五齿片的周边上呈对称向上竖立三级齿牙,相对的所述三级齿牙之间形成抓取范围,所述四级刀具组件至少包括由上至下逐级增大直径的第六齿片和第七齿片,所述第六齿片的周边呈阵列分布一圈等高锯齿,所述第七齿片的半径由短逐渐变长形成蜗壳状圆弧边,所述蜗壳状圆弧边上呈阵列分布一圈等高锯齿;
所述排水筒的侧部连通T型管,所述T型管的下端连通V型管,所述进水机构包括一进两出电磁阀,所述一进两出电磁阀具有进水阀和冲洗阀,所述固定座的筒壁内开设导水通路,所述进水阀通过进水管连通所述固定座的导水通路,所述导水通路具有上行通孔、中间通孔和下行通孔,所述上行通孔连通所述固定座与所述开合口盖之间的空隙,所述中间通孔连通所述粉碎筒的内腔,所述粉碎筒的筒壁内开通一条下水通道,所述下水通道的顶口连通所述导水通路的下行通孔,所述下水通道的底口通过所述筛板的通孔连通所述排水筒的内腔顶部,所述冲洗阀通过冲洗管连通所述V型管。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,所述全开触动组件还包括全开扭簧,所述全开扭簧套接于所述安装孔一的外壁上,所述全开扭簧的一端插入所述全开传动轴内;所述全闭触动组件还包括全闭扭簧,所述全闭扭簧套接于所述安装孔二的外壁上,所述全闭扭簧的一端插入所述全闭传动轴内;所述全开传动轴外周套接密封圈一,所述密封圈一的外壁与所述安装孔一的内壁形成密封贴合;所述全闭传动轴外周套接密封圈二,所述密封圈二的外壁与所述安装孔二的内壁形成密封贴合;所述全开传动轴由底端开通装配孔一,所述全开轴端件具有套筒状本体,所述全开轴端件套接于所述全开传动轴下部,所述全开轴端件的底面压设垫片一,所述垫片一底侧由螺钉一穿入所述装配孔一形成紧固连接;所述全闭传动轴由底端开通装配孔二,所述全闭轴端件具有套筒状本体,所述全闭轴端件套接于所述全闭传动轴下部,所述全闭轴端件的底面压设垫片二,所述垫片二底侧由螺钉二穿入所述装配孔二形成紧固连接。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,所述等腰三角形凸齿的顶角为圆角,所述等腰三角形凸齿的腰边与所述粉碎齿圈的锥形孔壁成钝角衔接;所述等腰三角形凸齿的数量为四个,每相对两个所述等腰三角形凸齿分为一组,两组所述等腰三角形凸齿不等高。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,所述粉碎筒的上下两端均为通口,所述粉碎筒为上口小、下口大的锥形筒体,所述内衬筒的上下两端均为通口,所述内衬筒为上口小、下口大的锥形筒体;所述内衬筒具体为橡胶筒,所述内衬筒的外周壁上凸设相交叉的横向加强筋和纵向加强筋,所述横向加强筋和纵向加强筋与所述粉碎筒内周壁相贴,所述横向加强筋和纵向加强筋之间形成缓冲凹槽。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,所述第二齿片具有两个二级齿牙,所述第三齿片具有两个二级齿牙,所述第四齿片具有两个二级齿牙,所述第五齿片具有两个三级齿牙,所述第二齿片的二级齿牙、所述第三齿片的二级齿牙、所述第四齿片的二级齿牙和所述第五齿片的三级齿牙依次错位布设。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,所述粉碎电机的转轴外周固套转轴套,所述一级刀具、二级刀具组件、三级刀具和四级刀具组件的中心均开设通孔,所述转轴套贯穿所述通孔形成转向驱动连接,所述转轴套的顶端与所述一级刀具的顶面上压设压片,所述压片通过螺钉固定在所述转轴套的顶端上,所述转轴套的底部设置凸台,所述凸台外周固套刮刀片形成转向驱动连接,所述刮刀片挨贴所述筛板的底面。
多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法,包括以下内容:
A、开口运行及感应过程:
1)、开合电机的驱动轴逆时针旋转,带动齿轮同步逆时针旋转,通过齿轮与弧形齿条的啮合传动,带动转动盘顺时针旋转,转动盘上的全部导滑槽二同步顺时针转向移动,进而带动全部导向销二沿导滑槽二移动,从而驱使全部开合片逐渐正向旋转打开进料口;
2)、当转动盘顺时针旋转至一定角度时,转动盘上的全开限位凸起接 触并推动全开传动块,使全开传动轴摆转至一定角度,同步带动全开轴端件摆转至一定角度,使全开触动块按下全开微动开关的全开触动片,全开微动开关即时控制开合电机停机,转动盘停止转动使全部开合片保持开口状态;
B、投料、闭口运行及感应过程:
1)、从开口状态的进料口投入厨余垃圾,开合电机的驱动轴顺时针旋转,带动齿轮同步顺时针旋转,通过齿轮与弧形齿条的啮合传动,带动转动盘逆时针旋转,转动盘上的全部导滑槽二同步逆时针转向移动,进而带动全部导向销二沿导滑槽二移动,从而驱使全部开合片逐渐反向旋转闭合进料口;
2)、当转动盘逆时针旋转至一定角度时,转动盘上的全闭限位凸起接触并推动全闭传动块,使全闭传动轴摆转至一定角度,同步带动全闭轴端件摆转至一定角度,使全闭触动块按下全闭微动开关的全闭触动片,全闭微动开关即时控制开合电机停机,转动盘停止转动使全部开合片保持闭口状态;
C、自动进水过程:
1)、一进两出电磁阀是常闭电磁阀,在执行打料程序时,将进水阀打开,通过进水管开始注水,水进入固定座的导水通路内分成以下三路:
a、一路经过上行通孔流入固定座与开合口盖之间的空隙,对该空间内的零部件进行冲洗;
b、另一路经过中间通孔由粉碎筒的上口处流进粉碎筒内腔,参与打料过程,以便顺流处理厨余垃圾;
c、又一路经过下行通孔而后流经粉碎筒的下水通道,最后由高位流入排水筒内腔,冲洗排水筒及T型管的流道;
2)、将冲洗阀打开,水流经过冲洗管进入V型管,将V型管拐角底部的沉积物冲走;
D、自动打料过程:
1)、粉碎电机启动,带动第一齿片、第二齿片、第三齿片、第四齿片、 第五齿片、第六齿片及第七齿片同速旋转;
2)、厨余垃圾进入粉碎筒,首先与第一齿片接触,弯折角度大的一级齿牙比较高且具有较小的抓取半径,可抓取更高位置的厨余垃圾,弯折角度小的一级齿牙比较低且具有较大的抓取半径,可抓取更大范围的厨余垃圾,第一齿片的两组一级齿牙将厨余垃圾初步切割并甩向四周,防止厨余垃圾架空于粉碎结构上方;
3)、第二齿片、第三齿片和第四齿片通过二级齿牙继续将上方掉落的厨余垃圾进行二级切割处理并甩向四周;
4)、通过第五齿片竖立的三级齿牙进一步抓取并切割较大块的厨余垃圾,同时将落在第五齿片上的厨余垃圾甩向四周;
5)、第六齿片的锯齿数量多,齿高小,吃料少,进而将大块的厨余垃圾切割成小块厨余垃圾;第七齿片的锯齿数量多,齿高小,吃料少,通过逐渐增大半径所凸设的锯齿,将前面处理后的厨余垃圾进一步精细切割,并与粉碎齿圈配合处理,得到小颗粒厨余垃圾从筛板排出;
6)、粉碎电机启动同步带动刮刀片挨贴在筛板下表面转动,通过筛板掉落的小颗粒厨余垃圾被转动的刮刀片再次进行切割,最终将细小厨余垃圾颗粒排出。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,在步骤B中,当手指卡在若干开合片的开口内时,若干开合片处于半开半闭状态,转动盘的全闭限位凸起与全闭传动块未接触,故全闭微动开关未动作,开合电机未接收闭合信号将自动逆时针旋转,带动若干开合片重新打开以释放手指。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,在步骤C中,打料程序结束后,先将进水阀关闭,再打开冲洗阀。
在上述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法中,在步骤C中,打料程序进行中,同时开启进水阀和冲洗阀。
与现有技术相比,本多功能垃圾处理器及其运作方法具有以下有益效果:
1、通过在转动盘上设置全开限位凸起和全闭限位凸起,进一步利用全 开触动组件或全闭触动组件传动,最终通过全开微动开关或全闭微动开关操控开合电机停机,避免对开合电机带来损伤,大大降低开合电机的故障率,有效延长开合电机使用寿命。另外增设防夹手功能,有效保障使用者的安全,还避免开合电机卡死烧坏。
2、在打料过程中,垃圾处理器自动持续进水,打料结束自动停止进水,整个过程无需人为干预,解放了用户劳动力。通过多个路径与角度进入水流,实现一边打料、一边冲洗的操作,使得处理器内部的垃圾均被冲走,保持内部洁净状态,避免厨余长时间存积发生变质,产生臭味。垃圾处理器会自动冲洗下水弯头,使得下水弯头处无粉碎后的餐厨垃圾沉积,解决了使用垃圾处理器容易堵塞下水管的问题。
3、通过在粉碎筒内周增设内衬筒,利用橡胶材质特性和凹槽形成的缓冲间隙,在粉碎块碰撞内壁时有效缓冲撞击力,从而减小粉碎过程中的噪音。
通过优化切割刀具组合结构形成多级塔式切割,通过优化切割齿牙形态,实现高位、低位、小范围及大范围的厨余垃圾抓取,进一步通过各式齿牙进行针对性破碎,整体增强破碎力度、提升粉碎效果,可处理各类食物垃圾,包括传统垃圾处理器无法处理的大块食物垃圾和高纤维食物垃圾,处理效率高,处理后食物垃圾颗粒度小,不易堵塞管道,大大提升用户体验。
通过锥形孔的逐渐扩张结构,使内周的等腰三角形凸齿与刀片组件形成特定配合,通过上部圆环体到下部齿环体逐渐扩张的通道,可大大降低粉碎结构卡死的风险,可有效处理高纤维物料,既保证对厨余垃圾的彻底处理,又对粉碎电机形成保护,延长使用寿命。

在开合口机构中,开合口盖1的中间开通投料口,固定盘2的中间开设通口一,转动盘4的中间开设通口二,固定座5的中间开通进料口,开合口盖1的投料口、固定盘2的通口一、转动盘4的通口二与固定座5的进料口形成对正连通。全开触动组件、全开微动开关14和全闭触动组件、全闭微动开关21呈左右对称设置。转动盘4的全开限位凸起4b位于全开触动组件的外侧,转动盘4的全闭限位凸起4c位于全闭触动组件的外侧,使全开触动组件和全闭触动组件位于全开限位凸起4b与全闭限位凸起4c之间。固定座5的底侧向上凹设装配槽一,全开微动开关14通过螺丝固装于装配槽一内;固定座5的底侧向上凹设装配槽二,全闭微动开关21通过螺丝固装于装配槽二内。固定盘2上的若干导滑槽一与转动盘4上的若干导滑槽二的旋转方向相反设置。开合片3呈扇叶状,相邻开合片3的表面形成滑动贴合。
静音粉碎机构包括固贴于粉碎筒22内周的内衬筒23,粉碎筒22的上口内周固设挡沿,内衬筒23的顶边抵靠在挡沿下方。粉碎筒22内周过盈装配粉碎齿圈33,粉碎齿圈33抵靠在内衬筒23的底沿上,粉碎齿圈33包括一体固连的上部圆环体和下部齿环体,粉碎齿圈33为SUS304铸件,下部齿环体包括若干呈圆形阵列的矩形齿33b。上部圆环体的内径小于下部齿环体的内径,上部圆环体的内孔与下部齿环体的内孔之间通过锥形孔过渡衔接,锥形孔的内周上均匀凸设若干等腰三角形凸齿33a;排水筒37的底部固装粉碎电机38,粉碎电机38朝上伸出转轴,转轴穿入粉碎筒22内腔,粉碎筒22与排水筒37之间隔设筛板34,排水筒37的顶口周圈凹设安装槽,筛板34呈吻合嵌入安装槽内,并通过螺丝与安装槽的槽底形成固装。筛板34上开通若干长条孔,若干长条孔绕筛板34中心倾斜摆转设 置。粉碎齿圈33位于筛板34上方,转轴由上至下驱动连接一级刀具、二级刀具组件、三级刀具和四级刀具组件,一级刀具、二级刀具组件、三级刀具和四级刀具组件均位于筛板34上方,且四级刀具组件位于粉碎齿圈33的内周,一级刀具为第一齿片26,第一齿片26的周圈向上弯折设置若干一级齿牙,相对的一级齿牙形成一组,不同组的一级齿牙具有不同的弯折角度,同组的一级齿牙之间形成抓取范围,二级刀具组件至少包括由上至下逐级增大直径的第二齿片27、第三齿片28和第四齿片29,第二齿片27、第三齿片28和第四齿片29的周边上呈对称平向设置二级齿牙,三级刀具为第五齿片30,第五齿片30的周边上呈对称向上竖立三级齿牙,相对的三级齿牙之间形成抓取范围,四级刀具组件至少包括由上至下逐级增大直径的第六齿片31和第七齿片32,第六齿片31的周边呈阵列分布一圈等高锯齿,第七齿片32的半径由短逐渐变长形成蜗壳状圆弧边,蜗壳状圆弧边上呈阵列分布一圈等高锯齿;
在静音粉碎机构中,第一齿片26、第二齿片27、第三齿片28、第四齿片29、第五齿片30、第六齿片31及第七齿片32由上至下逐级增大直径,进而形成塔状结构与厨余垃圾被逐级破碎体积变小相适应。排水筒37的侧部开通出水口。排水筒37的底部具有凹腔,粉碎电机38通过螺丝固装于凹腔内。一级齿牙、二级齿牙和三级齿牙均为三角形齿,且三角形齿的齿尖为平角。第七齿片32的周边锯齿所在圆周半径呈等差分布。
排水筒37的侧部连通T型管39,T型管39的下端连通V型管40,进水机构包括一进两出电磁阀,一进两出电磁阀具有进水阀41和冲洗阀43,固定座5的筒壁内开设导水通路,进水阀41通过进水管42连通固定座5的导水通路,导水通路具有上行通孔、中间通孔和下行通孔,上行通孔连通固定座5与开合口盖1之间的空隙,中间通孔连通粉碎筒22的内腔,粉碎筒22的筒壁内开通一条下水通道22d,下水通道22d的顶口连通导水通路的下行通孔,下水通道22d的底口通过筛板34的通孔连通排水筒37的内腔顶部,冲洗阀43通过冲洗管44连通V型管40。
在进水机构中,上行通孔为位于固定座5顶部的环形排列的若干圆孔; 中间通孔为位于固定座5内周壁底部的环形排列的若干圆孔。通过上行通孔的一圈设置的若干圆孔,可以对开合口盖1的周圈进行均匀冲洗,以全面覆盖水流避免清洁死角,实现该空间内全部零件的清洁到位。通过中间通孔的一圈设置的若干圆孔,可以对粉碎筒22周圈进行均匀注水,使粉碎筒22内部的厨余垃圾湿度均匀,便于破碎操作。
V型管40的一边V口连通T型管39的朝下底口,V型管40的另一边V口倾斜向上设置,冲洗管44连接在V型管40的拐角处。通过冲洗管44出口冲出的水流直接对V型管40的拐角进行冲洗,由此利用水流推力直接将拐角内的沉积物冲出,作用力度强、效果好,清除彻底。
固定座5的顶面凹设台阶槽,台阶槽内放置第一密封圈,开合口盖1在盖合状态下压制第一密封圈;固定座5的底面与粉碎筒22的顶面之间夹设第二密封圈,第二密封圈的顶部具有环形凸起,环形凸起伸入导水通路形成密封连接。通过第一密封圈防止固定座5与开合口盖1之间漏水,通过第二密封圈防止固定座5与粉碎筒22之间漏水。粉碎筒22的下水通道22d的顶口外周设置下凹槽,下凹槽中嵌设第三密封圈,第三密封圈的上方由固定座5压制;粉碎筒22的下水通道22d的底口与筛板34之间夹设第四密封圈。通过第三密封圈和第四密封圈防止下水通道22d的顶口、底口出现漏水现象。
全开触动组件还包括全开扭簧10,全开扭簧10套接于安装孔一的外壁上,全开扭簧10的一端插入全开传动轴8内;全闭触动组件还包括全闭扭簧17,全闭扭簧17套接于安装孔二的外壁上,全闭扭簧17的一端插入全闭传动轴15内;在固定座5的安装孔一外周由下向上开设环槽,全开扭簧10嵌入环槽中并紧固安装孔一的外壁。在固定座5的安装孔二外周由下向上开设环槽,全闭扭簧17嵌入环槽中并紧固安装孔二的外壁。全开传动轴8外周套接密封圈一9,密封圈一9的外壁与安装孔一的内壁形成密封贴合;全闭传动轴15外周套接密封圈二16,密封圈二16的外壁与安装孔二的内壁形成密封贴合;通过密封圈一9对全开传动轴8与安装孔一之间的间隙进行封堵,以避免该处出现漏水现象。通过密封圈二16对全闭传动 轴15与安装孔二之间的间隙进行封堵,以避免该处出现漏水现象。全开传动轴8由底端开通装配孔一,全开轴端件11具有套筒状本体,全开轴端件11套接于全开传动轴8下部,全开轴端件11的底面压设垫片一12,垫片一12底侧由螺钉一13穿入装配孔一形成紧固连接;全闭传动轴15由底端开通装配孔二,全闭轴端件18具有套筒状本体,全闭轴端件18套接于全闭传动轴15下部,全闭轴端件18的底面压设垫片二19,垫片二19底侧由螺钉二20穿入装配孔二形成紧固连接。
等腰三角形凸齿33a的顶角为圆角,等腰三角形凸齿33a的腰边与粉碎齿圈33的锥形孔壁成钝角衔接;等腰三角形凸齿33a的数量为四个,每相对两个等腰三角形凸齿33a分为一组,两组等腰三角形凸齿33a不等高。
粉碎筒22的上下两端均为通口,粉碎筒22为上口小、下口大的锥形筒体,内衬筒23的上下两端均为通口,内衬筒23为上口小、下口大的锥形筒体;内衬筒23具体为橡胶筒,内衬筒23的外周壁上凸设相交叉的横向加强筋23a和纵向加强筋23b,横向加强筋23a和纵向加强筋23b与粉碎筒22内周壁相贴,横向加强筋23a和纵向加强筋23b之间形成缓冲凹槽。通过橡胶材质及缓冲凹槽结构,对高速旋转撞击的厨余碎块起到缓冲作用,同时有效减小撞击所产生的噪音。
第二齿片27具有两个二级齿牙,第三齿片28具有两个二级齿牙,第四齿片29具有两个二级齿牙,第五齿片30具有两个三级齿牙,第二齿片27的二级齿牙、第三齿片28的二级齿牙、第四齿片29的二级齿牙和第五齿片30的三级齿牙依次错位布设。
粉碎电机38的转轴外周固套转轴套36,一级刀具、二级刀具组件、三级刀具和四级刀具组件的中心均开设通孔,转轴套36贯穿通孔形成转向驱动连接,转轴套36的顶端与一级刀具的顶面上压设压片25,压片25具体采用六角压片。压片25通过螺钉24固定在转轴套36的顶端上,转轴套36的底部设置凸台,凸台外周固套刮刀片35形成转向驱动连接,通过凸台与刮刀片35形成周向固定。刮刀片35挨贴筛板34的底面。
多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法,包括以下内容:
A、开口运行及感应过程:
1)、开合电机6的驱动轴逆时针旋转,带动齿轮7同步逆时针旋转,通过齿轮7与弧形齿条4a的啮合传动,带动转动盘4顺时针旋转,转动盘4上的全部导滑槽二同步顺时针转向移动,进而带动全部导向销二沿导滑槽二移动,从而驱使全部开合片3逐渐正向旋转打开进料口;
2)、当转动盘4顺时针旋转至一定角度时,转动盘4上的全开限位凸起4b接触并推动全开传动块,使全开传动轴8摆转至一定角度,同步带动全开轴端件11摆转至一定角度,使全开触动块按下全开微动开关14的全开触动片,全开微动开关14即时控制开合电机6停机,转动盘4停止转动使全部开合片3保持开口状态;
当开合电机6的驱动轴顺时针旋转时,带动转动盘4逆时针旋转,使全开限位凸起4b与全开传动块分离,全开扭簧10通过弹簧力带动全开传动轴8复位,使全开轴端件11的全开触动块松开全开微动开关14的全开触动片。
B、投料、闭口运行及感应过程:
1)、从开口状态的进料口投入厨余垃圾,开合电机6的驱动轴顺时针旋转,带动齿轮7同步顺时针旋转,通过齿轮7与弧形齿条4a的啮合传动,带动转动盘4逆时针旋转,转动盘4上的全部导滑槽二同步逆时针转向移动,进而带动全部导向销二沿导滑槽二移动,从而驱使全部开合片3逐渐反向旋转闭合进料口;
2)、当转动盘4逆时针旋转至一定角度时,转动盘4上的全闭限位凸起4c接触并推动全闭传动块,使全闭传动轴15摆转至一定角度,同步带动全闭轴端件18摆转至一定角度,使全闭触动块按下全闭微动开关21的全闭触动片,全闭微动开关21即时控制开合电机6停机,转动盘4停止转动使全部开合片3保持闭口状态;
当开合电机6的驱动轴逆时针旋转时,带动转动盘4顺时针旋转,使全闭限位凸起4c与全闭传动块分离,全闭扭簧17通过弹簧力带动全闭传动轴15复位,使全闭轴端件18的全闭触动块松开全闭微动开关21的全闭 触动片。
C、自动进水过程:
1)、一进两出电磁阀是常闭电磁阀,在执行打料程序时,将进水阀41打开,通过进水管42开始注水,水进入固定座5的导水通路内分成以下三路:
a、一路经过上行通孔流入固定座5与开合口盖1之间的空隙,对该空间内的零部件进行冲洗;
b、另一路经过中间通孔由粉碎筒22的上口处流进粉碎筒22内腔,参与打料过程,以便顺流处理厨余垃圾;
c、又一路经过下行通孔而后流经粉碎筒22的下水通道22d,最后由高位流入排水筒37内腔,冲洗排水筒37及T型管39的流道;
2)、将冲洗阀43打开,水流经过冲洗管44进入V型管40,将V型管40拐角底部的沉积物冲走;
D、自动打料过程:
1)、粉碎电机38启动,带动第一齿片26、第二齿片27、第三齿片28、第四齿片29、第五齿片30、第六齿片31及第七齿片32同速旋转;
2)、厨余垃圾进入粉碎筒22,首先与第一齿片26接触,弯折角度大的一级齿牙比较高且具有较小的抓取半径,可抓取更高位置的厨余垃圾,弯折角度小的一级齿牙比较低且具有较大的抓取半径,可抓取更大范围的厨余垃圾,第一齿片26的两组一级齿牙将厨余垃圾初步切割并甩向四周,防止厨余垃圾架空于粉碎结构上方;
3)、第二齿片27、第三齿片28和第四齿片29通过二级齿牙继续将上方掉落的厨余垃圾进行二级切割处理并甩向四周;
4)、通过第五齿片30竖立的三级齿牙进一步抓取并切割较大块的厨余垃圾,同时将落在第五齿片30上的厨余垃圾甩向四周;
5)、第六齿片31的锯齿数量多,齿高小,吃料少,进而将大块的厨余垃圾切割成小块厨余垃圾;第七齿片32的锯齿数量多,齿高小,吃料少,通过逐渐增大半径所凸设的锯齿,将前面处理后的厨余垃圾进一步精细切 割,并与粉碎齿圈33配合处理,得到小颗粒厨余垃圾从筛板34排出;
6)、粉碎电机38启动同步带动刮刀片35挨贴在筛板34下表面转动,通过筛板34掉落的小颗粒厨余垃圾被转动的刮刀片35再次进行切割,最终将细小厨余垃圾颗粒排出。
在步骤B中,当手指卡在若干开合片3的开口内时,若干开合片3处于半开半闭状态,转动盘4的全闭限位凸起4c与全闭传动块未接触,故全闭微动开关21未动作,开合电机6未接收闭合信号将自动逆时针旋转,带动若干开合片3重新打开以释放手指。
在步骤C中,打料程序结束后,先将进水阀41关闭,再打开冲洗阀43。可以先进行打料,顺流排出处理后的厨余垃圾,排完后再对V型管40的沉积物进行最后清理。从而减省水流路径与水量消耗。
在步骤C中,打料程序进行中,同时开启进水阀41和冲洗阀43。也可以在打料排出厨余垃圾的同时,同步对V型管40的沉积物进行随时清理,通过随排随清的操作,避免V型管40拐角处一次性沉积物过多,影响排流截面积,甚至堵塞V型管40。
与现有技术相比,本多功能垃圾处理器及其运作方法具有以下有益效果:
1、通过在转动盘4上设置全开限位凸起4b和全闭限位凸起4c,进一步利用全开触动组件或全闭触动组件传动,最终通过全开微动开关14或全闭微动开关21操控开合电机6停机,避免对开合电机6带来损伤,大大降低开合电机6的故障率,有效延长开合电机6使用寿命。另外增设防夹手功能,有效保障使用者的安全,还避免开合电机6卡死烧坏。
2、在打料过程中,垃圾处理器自动持续进水,打料结束自动停止进水,整个过程无需人为干预,解放了用户劳动力。通过多个路径与角度进入水流,实现一边打料、一边冲洗的操作,使得处理器内部的垃圾均被冲走,保持内部洁净状态,避免厨余长时间存积发生变质,产生臭味。垃圾处理器会自动冲洗下水弯头,使得下水弯头处无粉碎后的餐厨垃圾沉积,解决了使用垃圾处理器容易堵塞下水管的问题。
3、通过在粉碎筒22内周增设内衬筒23,利用橡胶材质特性和凹槽形成的缓冲间隙,在粉碎块碰撞内壁时有效缓冲撞击力,从而减小粉碎过程中的噪音。
通过优化切割刀具组合结构形成多级塔式切割,通过优化切割齿牙形态,实现高位、低位、小范围及大范围的厨余垃圾抓取,进一步通过各式齿牙进行针对性破碎,整体增强破碎力度、提升粉碎效果,可处理各类食物垃圾,包括传统垃圾处理器无法处理的大块食物垃圾和高纤维食物垃圾,处理效率高,处理后食物垃圾颗粒度小,不易堵塞管道,大大提升用户体验。
通过锥形孔的逐渐扩张结构,使内周的等腰三角形凸齿33a与刀片组件形成特定配合,通过上部圆环体到下部齿环体逐渐扩张的通道,可大大降低粉碎结构卡死的风险,可有效处理高纤维物料,既保证对厨余垃圾的彻底处理,又对粉碎电机38形成保护,延长使用寿命。

    2)、当转动盘顺时针旋转至一定角度时,转动盘上的全开限位凸起接触并推动全开传动块,使全开传动轴摆转至一定角度,同步带动全开轴端件摆转至一定角度,使全开触动块按下全开微动开关的全开触动片,全开微动开关即时控制开合电机停机,转动盘停止转动使全部开合片保持开口状态;
    B、投料、闭口运行及感应过程:
    1)、从开口状态的进料口投入厨余垃圾,开合电机的驱动轴顺时针旋转,带动齿轮同步顺时针旋转,通过齿轮与弧形齿条的啮合传动,带动转动盘逆时针旋转,转动盘上的全部导滑槽二同步逆时针转向移动,进而带动全部导向销二沿导滑槽二移动,从而驱使全部开合片逐渐反向旋转闭合进料口;
    2)、当转动盘逆时针旋转至一定角度时,转动盘上的全闭限位凸起接 触并推动全闭传动块,使全闭传动轴摆转至一定角度,同步带动全闭轴端件摆转至一定角度,使全闭触动块按下全闭微动开关的全闭触动片,全闭微动开关即时控制开合电机停机,转动盘停止转动使全部开合片保持闭口状态;
    C、自动进水过程:
    1)、一进两出电磁阀是常闭电磁阀,在执行打料程序时,将进水阀打开,通过进水管开始注水,水进入固定座的导水通路内分成以下三路:

    2)、厨余垃圾进入粉碎筒,首先与第一齿片接触,弯折角度大的一级齿牙比较高且具有较小的抓取半径,可抓取更高位置的厨余垃圾,弯折角度小的一级齿牙比较低且具有较大的抓取半径,可抓取更大范围的厨余垃圾,第一齿片的两组一级齿牙将厨余垃圾初步切割并甩向四周,防止厨余垃圾架空于粉碎结构上方;
    3)、第二齿片、第三齿片和第四齿片通过二级齿牙继续将上方掉落的厨余垃圾进行二级切割处理并甩向四周;
    4)、通过第五齿片竖立的三级齿牙进一步抓取并切割较大块的厨余垃圾,同时将落在第五齿片上的厨余垃圾甩向四周;
    5)、第六齿片的锯齿数量多,齿高小,吃料少,进而将大块的厨余垃 圾切割成小块厨余垃圾;第七齿片的锯齿数量多,齿高小,吃料少,通过逐渐增大半径所凸设的锯齿,将前面处理后的厨余垃圾进一步精细切割,并与粉碎齿圈配合处理,得到小颗粒厨余垃圾从筛板排出;
    6)、粉碎电机启动同步带动刮刀片挨贴在筛板下表面转动,通过筛板掉落的小颗粒厨余垃圾被转动的刮刀片再次进行切割,最终将细小厨余垃圾颗粒排出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法,其特征在于,在步骤B中,当手指卡在若干开合片的开口内时,若干开合片处于半开半闭状态,转动盘的全闭限位凸起与全闭传动块未接触,故全闭微动开关未动作,开合电机未接收闭合信号将自动逆时针旋转,带动若干开合片重新打开以释放手指。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能垃圾处理器的运作方法,其特征在于,在步骤C中,打料程序结束后,先将进水阀关闭,再打开冲洗阀。
