本申请涉及汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种车辆座椅固定装置及汽车。
背景技术
为了满足汽车市场多元化的需求,车企推出各种各样的车型,其中,包括相近车型。相近车型因不同的人机布置,车辆后排座椅安装支架和儿童座椅安装支架的焊接位置也不同。
技术问题
现有技术中的车辆后排座椅左安装支架、车辆后排座椅右安装支架、车辆后排座椅中间安装支架和多个儿童座椅安装支架分别焊接在后地板上横梁上,导致相近车型的后地板上横梁总成存在差异,因此,在车间生产时需要对各后地板上横梁总成进行区分,但由于相近车型的后地板上横梁总成外形结构相近,在生产过程中容易因误认而出错;此外,因后地板上横梁总成结构的不同,需要投入各自相应的模具、检具和夹具等工装设备,增加成本。
技术解决方案
本申请提供了一种车辆座椅固定装置及汽车,通过设置后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架于基座上,能够实现车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的集成化,有利于减少焊装变量。
一方面,本申请提供一种车辆座椅固定装置,包括基座,以及设置于所述基座上的后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架;
所述后座左安装支架和所述后座右安装支架设置在所述基座的两端;
所述后座左安装支架和所述后座右安装支架均设有后座安装部,所述后座安装部与车辆后排座椅固定连接;
所述后座左安装支架和所述后座右安装支架均设有地板安装部,所述地板安装部与车辆地板固定连接。

请参考图1,图1为现有技术的车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的结构示意图,图1中的车辆后排座椅左安装支架60、车辆后排座椅右安装支架70、车辆后排座椅中间安装支架80和多个儿童座椅安装支架100分别焊接在后地板上横梁90上,儿童座椅安装挂钩101焊接在儿童座椅安装支架100上,因相近车型人机布置的微小差异,车辆后排座椅左安装支架60、车辆后排座椅右安装支架70、车辆后排座椅中间安装支架80和多个儿童座椅安装支架100在后地板上横梁90上的焊接位置也存在差异,导致相近车型的后地板上横梁总成存在差异。因此,在车间生产时需要进行各后地板上横梁总成的区分,但由于相近车型的后地板上横梁总成外形结构相近,在生产过程中容易因误认而出错;此外,因后地板上横梁总成结构的不同,需要投入各自相应的模具、检具和夹具等工装设备,增加成本。
鉴于现有技术的不足,本申请的车辆座椅固定装置设置后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架于基座上,能够实现车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的集成化,有利于车辆座椅固定装置的外部供货,减少整车厂装配过程中的焊装变量。
下面结合附图介绍本申请实施例中的技术方案。
请参考图2和图3,本申请实施例中,车辆座椅固定装置包括基座10,以及设置于基座10上的后座左安装支架20、儿童座椅安装部30和后座右安装支架40;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40设置在基座10的两端;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40均设有后座安装部,后座安装部与车辆后排座椅固定连接;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40均设有地板安装部,地板安装部与车辆地板固定连接。
本申请实施例中,基座10包括管状基座,具体的,管状基座为方管基座。后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40设置在基座10的沿长度方向的左右两端。
具体的,后座安装部包括设于后座左安装支架20上的后座左安装部21、以及设于后座右安装支架40上的后座右安装部41,车辆后排座椅上设置有与后座左安装部21和后座右安装部41对应匹配的车辆后排座椅安装部,如此,可以通过紧固件沿车辆Z向穿入后座安装部,实现后座安装部与车辆后排座椅安装部的固定连接。
优选的,后座安装部与车辆后排座椅安装部螺接。
具体的,地板安装部包括设于后座左安装支架20上的地板左安装部22、以及设于后座右安装支架40上的地板右安装部42,车辆地板110上设置有与地板左安装部22和地板右安装部42对应匹配的车辆地板安装部,如此,可以通过紧固件沿车辆X向穿入地板安装部,实现车辆座椅固定装置中的地板安装部与车辆地板安装部的固定连接。
优选的,车辆座椅固定装置中的地板安装部与车辆地板安装部螺接。
本申请的车辆座椅固定装置设置后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架于基座上,能够实现车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的集成化,有利于车辆座椅固定装置的外部供货,减少整车厂装配过程中的焊装变量和节约成本。
本申请实施例中,车辆座椅固定装置还包括设置于基座10上的辅助安装支架50,辅助安装支架50设置于后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40之间,辅助安装支架50与车辆地板110固定连接。
具体的,辅助安装支架50和基座10焊接,优选采用二氧化碳保护焊焊接。
一个实施例中,辅助安装支架50设置于后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40之间的中心位置,如此,实现车辆座椅固定装置与车辆地板110的稳固连接。
本申请实施例中,辅助安装支架50设有与车辆后排座椅转轴相匹配的转轴孔51,辅助安装支架50与车辆后排座椅转动连接。
具体的,转轴孔51和车辆后排座椅转轴间隙配合,如此,可以实现车辆后排座椅的转动。
本申请实施例中,辅助安装支架50设有第一辅助安装部52和第二辅助安装部53;第一辅助安装部52和第二辅助安装部53分别与车辆地板110固定连接。
具体的,车辆地板110设置有与第一辅助安装部52匹配的车辆地板第一安装部,以及与第二辅助安装部53匹配的车辆地板第二安装部,如此,可以实现第一辅助安装部52和车辆地板第一安装部的固定连接,以及第二辅助安装部53和车辆地板第二安装部的固定连接。
具体的,第一辅助安装部52和车辆地板第一安装部螺接,第二辅助安装部53和车辆地板第二安装部螺接。

本申请实施例中,后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40均设有后座定位部,后座定位部与车辆后排座椅定位部间隙配合;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40均设有地板定位部,地板定位部与车辆地板定位部间隙配合。
具体的,后座定位部包括设于后座左安装支架20上的后座左定位部23、以及设于后座右安装支架40上的后座右定位部43。后座左定位部23可以为第一定位销孔,后座右定位部43以为第二定位销孔,车辆后排座椅上设置有与后座左定位部23和后座右定位部43对应匹配的车辆后排座椅定位部,车辆后排座椅定位部可以为定位销,后座定位部和车辆后排座椅定位部间隙配合,如此,实现车辆后排座椅的定位,便于车辆后排座椅的装配。
具体的,地板定位部包括设于后座左安装支架20上的地板左定位部24、以及设于后座右安装支架40上的地板右定位部44。地板左定位部24可以为第一定位销,地板右定位部44可以为第二定位销,车辆地板110上设置有与地板左定位部24和地板右定位部44对应匹配的车辆地板定位部,车辆地板定位部可以为定位销孔,车辆座椅固定装置中的地板定位部和车辆地板定位部间隙配合,如此,实现车辆座椅固定装置的定位,便于车辆座椅固定装置的装配。
本申请实施例中,儿童座椅安装部30设置于后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40之间。
本申请实施例中,儿童座椅安装部30包括多个儿童座椅安装件31,多个儿童座椅安装件31沿基座10的长度方向间隔布置。
具体的,儿童座椅安装件31包括U型挂钩,如此,儿童座椅固定带能够方便的穿过U型挂钩,便于儿童座椅的安装固定。
在一个实施例中,儿童座椅安装部30包括4个儿童座椅安装件31,4个儿童座椅安装件31沿基座10的长度方向间隔布置。
在另一个实施例中,儿童座椅安装部30包括2个儿童座椅安装件31,2个儿童座椅安装件31布设于后座左安装支架20和辅助安装支架50之间,且沿基座10的长度方向间隔布置。
在另一个实施例中,儿童座椅安装部30包括2个儿童座椅安装件31,2个儿童座椅安装件31布设于后座右安装支架40和辅助安装支架50之间,且沿基座10的长度方向间隔布置。
本申请实施例中,基座10分别与后座左安装支架20、儿童座椅安装部30和后座右安装支架40焊接,优选采用二氧化碳保护焊焊接,如此,可以提供强度更高的后座安装部和地板安装部。
本申请实施例中,车辆座椅固定装置设有减重结构54。
在一个实施例中,辅助安装支架50上设置有减重结构54,减重结构54包括减重通孔,具体的,减重通孔布设在转轴孔51的旁侧,如此,能够较小车辆座椅固定装置的重量和成本。
表1是本申请实施例的车辆座椅固定装置斜拉CAE分析,表2是本申请实施例的车辆座椅固定装置正拉CAE分析,通过正拉和斜拉CAE分析表明,本申请实施例中的车辆座椅固定装置在减少焊装变量的同时,可以满足儿童座椅安装部斜拉和正拉要求。
斜拉测试:约束白车身边界处自由度,利用拉索对静态加载装置施加5000N载荷,载荷的施加方向与水平面成0°,且与车辆纵向对称面夹角成75°,后座左安装支架的塑性变形量小于等于4%,后座右安装支架的塑性变形量小于等于4%,辅助安装支架的塑性变形量小于等于3%。
正拉测试:约束白车身边界处自由度,利用拉索对静态加载装置施加8000N载荷,载荷的施加方向与水平面成10°,且与车辆纵向对称面夹角成0°,后座左安装支架的塑性变形量小于等于1%,后座右安装支架的塑性变形量小于等于1%,辅助安装支架的塑性变形量小于等于1%。

本申请的车辆座椅固定装置设置后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架于基座上,能够实现车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的集成化,有利于车辆座椅固定装置的外部供货,减少整车厂装配过程中的焊装变量。

具体的,基座10为方管基座,后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40设置在方管基座的沿长度方向的左右两端。

请参考图2和图3,实施例1提供了一种车辆座椅固定装置,包括基座10,以及设置于基座10上的后座左安装支架20、儿童座椅安装部30和后座右安装支架40;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40设置在基座10的两端;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40均设有后座安装部,后座安装部与车辆后排座椅固定连接;后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40均设有地板安装部,地板安装部与车辆地板固定连接。
具体的,基座10为方管基座,后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40设置在方管基座的沿长度方向的左右两端。
进一步的,后座左安装支架20上设置有后座左安装孔,后座右安装支架40上设置有后座右安装孔,车辆后排座椅上设置有与后座左安装孔和后座右安装孔对应匹配的车辆后排座椅安装部,如此,通过螺栓实现后座安装部与车辆后排座椅安装部的固定连接。
进一步的,后座左安装支架20上设置有地板左安装孔,后座右安装支架40上设置有地板右安装孔,车辆地板110上设置有与地板左安装孔和地板右安装孔对应匹配的车辆地板安装部,如此,通过螺栓实现车辆座椅固定装置中的地板安装部与车辆地板安装部的固定连接。
进一步的,车辆座椅固定装置还包括设置于基座10上的辅助安装支架50,辅助安装支架50设置于后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40之间。
具体的,辅助安装支架50设置于后座左安装支架20和后座右安装支架40之间的中心位置。
具体的,辅助安装支架50和基座10二氧化碳保护焊接。
进一步的,辅助安装支架50设有与车辆后排座椅转轴相匹配的转轴孔51,转轴孔51与车辆后排座椅转动连接。
进一步的,辅助安装支架50设有第一辅助安装孔和第二辅助安装孔;第一辅助安装孔和第二辅助安装孔分别通过螺栓与车辆地板110固定连接。
具体的,第一辅助安装孔和第二辅助安装孔设置于辅助安装支架50的不同方向面。如此,可以实现车辆座椅固定装置与车辆地板110的稳固连接。
同时,后座左安装支架20上设置有第一定位销孔,后座右安装支架40上设置有第二定位销孔,车辆后排座椅上设置有与第一定位销孔和第二定位销孔对应间隙匹配的车辆后排座椅定位部,车辆后排座椅定位部为定位销,如此,实现车辆后排座椅的定位,便于车辆后排座椅的装配。
同时,后座左安装支架20上设置有第一定位销,后座右安装支架40上设置有第二定位销,车辆地板110上设置有与第一定位销和第二定位销对应间隙匹配的车辆地板定位部,车辆地板定位部为定位销孔,如此,实现车辆座椅固定装置的定位,便于车辆座椅固定装置的装配。
进一步的,儿童座椅安装部30包括2个U型挂钩,2个U型挂钩布设于后座左安装支架20和辅助安装支架50之间,且沿基座10的长度方向间隔布置。如此,儿童座椅固定带能够方便的穿过U型挂钩,便于儿童座椅的安装固定。
进一步的,基座10分别与后座左安装支架20、儿童座椅安装部30和后座右安装支架40二氧化碳保护焊接,如此,可以提供强度更高的后座安装部和地板安装部。
实施例2提供的车辆座椅固定装置设置后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架于基座上,能够实现车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的集成化,有利于减少焊装变量。
实施例3
实施例3和实施例2的不同之处在于儿童座椅安装部30的设置,与实施例2的相同之处在此不再赘述,现对实施例3与实施例2的不同之处进行如下说明:
具体的,儿童座椅安装部30包括2个U型挂钩,2个U型挂钩布设于后座右安装支架40和辅助安装支架50之间,且沿基座10的长度方向间隔布置。如此,儿童座椅固定带能够方便的穿过U型挂钩,便于儿童座椅的安装固定。
实施例3提供的车辆座椅固定装置设置后座左安装支架、儿童座椅安装部和后座右安装支架于基座上,能够实现车辆后排座椅和儿童座椅安装位的集成化,有利于减少焊装变量。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,包括基座(10),以及设置于所述基座(10)上的后座左安装支架(20)、儿童座椅安装部(30)和后座右安装支架(40);
    所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)设置在所述基座(10)的两端;
    所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)均设有后座安装部,所述后座安装部与车辆后排座椅固定连接;
    所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)均设有地板安装部,所述地板安装部与车辆地板固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述基座(10)上的辅助安装支架(50),所述辅助安装支架(50)设置于所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)之间,所述辅助安装支架(50)与所述车辆地板固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)均设有后座定位部,所述后座定位部与车辆后排座椅定位部间隙配合;
    所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)均设有地板定位部,所述地板定位部与车辆地板定位部间隙配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述儿童座椅安装部(30)设置于所述后座左安装支架(20)和所述后座右安装支架(40)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述儿童座椅安装部(30)包括多个儿童座椅安装件(31),多个所述儿童座椅安装件(31)沿所述基座(10)的长度方向间隔布置。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述辅助安装支架(50)设有与车辆后排座椅转轴相匹配的转轴孔(51),所述辅助安装支架(50)与所述车辆后排座椅转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述辅助安装支架(50)设有第一辅助安装部(52)和第二辅助安装部(53);
    所述第一辅助安装部(52)和所述第二辅助安装部(53)设置于所述辅助安装支架(50)的不同方向面;
    所述第一辅助安装部(52)和所述第二辅助安装部(53)分别与所述车辆地板固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述基座(10)分别与所述后座左安装支架(20)、所述儿童座椅安装部(30)和所述后座右安装支架(40)焊接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅固定装置,其特征在于,所述车辆座椅固定装置设有减重结构(54)。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的车辆座椅固定装置。
