Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et une machine à filer dans laquelle un fil s'étend entre des moyens d'alimentation de fil vers des moyens de récupération de fil, à travers des moyens de tension, des moyens de torsion d'un diamètre DB et, des moyens de guidage, lesdits moyens de récupération de fil (2) étant reliés à des moyens d'actionnement pour faire tourner les moyens de récupération de fil (2) à une vitesse prédéterminée, de sorte que le fil forme un chemin en spirale avec au moins deux ballons (4) en un point situé à l'intérieur de la distance LB qui correspond à la distance entre les moyens de guidage et le moyen de torsion, la distance LB étant au moins égale à trois fois la distance DB. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que pendant le processus de filage, le fil est contraint au moyen d'un premier anneau de constriction (2) dans un des ballons (4) avec une constriction ou forme déterminée dans sa ligne de contact (Y) avec le ballon (4), de sorte que chacun des ballons (4) suivants, c'est-à-dire ceux situés en aval du ballon contraint par ledit anneau de constriction (2) de ballon, est modifié au niveau de sa forme sans recours à des anneaux de constriction avec de nouvelles formes de constriction (Y', Y''...) associées à la forme de constriction dudit premier anneau de constriction (2), la variation de tension du processus de filage étant ainsi réduite.
