Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for preventing hair loss using protein in hair follicles.
- the protein produced in the hair follicle reacts with the capsule layer coated with an emulsifier to form a gel, filling the hair follicle with neutralized protein to hold the hair root. It prevents hair loss by reinforcing the support that prevents hair from escaping from the hair follicle, and various nutrients contained inside the capsule layer are absorbed into the skin inside the hair follicle, improving the elasticity and strength of the skin inside the hair follicle, thereby strengthening the hair root and providing nutrients to the hair. It relates to a hair loss prevention method using protein in hair follicles, which can prevent hair loss by supplying hair with thicker and stronger hair.
- Alopecia is influenced by various factors: genetic, hormonal and environmental factors, diet and physical activity. Hair has an essential aesthetic identity role. Therefore, alopecia in women or men can be a cause of significant psychological distress.
- a hair follicle refers to a bag-shaped epithelial tissue that surrounds the hair root, and the hair root refers to the part where the hair is embedded in the skin. Hair grows through active cell division near the hair follicle. If this cell division ability is reduced, hair follicles atrophy and move to shallower areas of the skin. Normally, a group of new cells created by reacquiring cell division ability moves deep into the skin, forming new hair follicles, growing hair and pushing out old hair, but if this 'hair exchange' does not occur, alopecia occurs. .
- the optimal treatment method for hair loss that has been developed so far is hair transplantation, but in the early stages of hair loss, treatments such as Minoxidil, a commercially available topical medication approved by the FDA, or Propecia, whose main ingredient is finasteride, an oral medication, are used to prevent hair loss. It can slow down progress.
- Minoxidil a commercially available topical medication approved by the FDA
- Propecia whose main ingredient is finasteride, an oral medication
- DMEM Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium
- Oxygen pressure was increased and cultured in RPMI 1640 medium at 31°C. In this case, the growth rate and amount of length increase are reduced compared to culturing at 37°C, which is the general culture temperature, but there are some cases where the morphological change of the hair bulb is less.
- various types of anti-hair loss and hair growth agents are generally combined drugs applied to the scalp, and have been mainly used for the purpose of promoting blood circulation in the scalp, activating hair hair cells, suppressing lipid secretion in the scalp, and supplying nutrients to the hair. .
- the present invention was devised in consideration of the above-described conventional problems.
- the capsule layer made of emulsifier reacts with proteins and dead skin cells produced on the surface of the scalp, making it possible to easily remove dead skin cells from the scalp and keep the scalp clean.
- the protein produced in the hair follicle reacts with the capsule layer coated with an emulsifier to form a gel, filling the hair follicle and holding the hair root, reinforcing the support that prevents hair from falling out of the hair follicle, thereby preventing hair loss.
- various nutrients contained within the capsule layer are absorbed into the epidermis of the scalp and hair follicles, improving the elasticity and strength of the skin inside the scalp and hair follicles, thereby strengthening the hair follicles and supplying nutrients to the hair, making the hair thicker and stronger, preventing hair loss.
- the goal is to provide a hair loss prevention method using proteins in hair follicles.
- the purpose of the present invention is to prevent hair loss, wherein when an anti-hair loss composition is added into a hair follicle, the protein in the hair follicle reacts with the anti-hair loss composition supplied to the hair follicle, and the hair follicle is filled with a gel-like reaction material to prevent hair loss. This is achieved by preventing hair loss using proteins in hair follicles.
- the hair loss prevention composition is composed of a mixture of two or more of the following: caffeine extract used as a base, a hair promoting extract with hair promoting ingredients, a skin irritation relieving extract with a skin irritation relieving ingredient, and a skin regenerating extract with a skin regenerating effect. It is achieved by a hair loss prevention method using proteins in hair follicles, which is achieved by lipomasizing the mixed nutrient extract into nano-size and then mixing it with an emulsifier.
- the emulsifier is achieved by a hair loss prevention method using a protein in hair follicles, wherein the emulsifier is one of lecithin, sorbitan, glyceryl stearate, and phospholipid.
- the emulsifier is achieved by a hair loss prevention method using protein in hair follicles, which is characterized in that 2.0 to 5.0% by weight of the emulsifier is mixed.
- the fermentation process is achieved by a hair loss prevention method using proteins in hair follicles, which is characterized by mixing 10 to 20% by weight of fermenting bacteria with 100% by weight of the extract and fermenting at a temperature of 35 to 40 ° C. for 24 to 72 hours. .
- This invention is a first invention.
- the capsule layer made of emulsifier reacts with proteins and dead skin cells on the surface of the scalp, making it possible to easily remove dead skin cells from the scalp and keep the scalp clean.
- the protein produced in the hair follicle reacts with the capsule layer coated with an emulsifier to form a gel, filling the hair follicle and holding the hair root, reinforcing the support that prevents hair from falling out of the hair follicle, thereby preventing hair loss.
- FIG. 1 is a manufacturing process diagram showing a method of manufacturing an anti-hair loss composition to which the technology of the present invention is applied.
- the attached drawing, Figure 1 is a manufacturing process diagram showing a method of manufacturing a hair loss prevention composition using protein in hair follicles to which the technology of the present invention is applied.
- the present invention extracts caffeine, which has skin cancer prevention, hair growth promotion, and moisturizing effects, from natural plants.
- Caffeine extract used as a base a hair promoting extract extracted from the first natural plant group with hair promoting ingredients, a skin irritation relieving extract extracted from the second natural plant group with skin irritation relieving ingredients, and a skin regenerating effect.
- a raw material preparation process (S100) is performed to prepare a mixed nutritional extract by mixing skin regeneration extracts extracted from the third natural plant group.
- the raw material preparation process (S100) consists of natural plants from which caffeine can be extracted, the first natural plant group consisting of goji berry, licorice, dermis, jujube, perilla leaves, ginseng, black beans, Houttuynia cordata, green tea, and green tea.
- the second natural flora group consisting of ginkgo leaves, persimmon leaves, Cornus officinalis fruit, dandelion, perilla leaves, deodeok, sycamore, mulberry fruit, bellflower root, licorice, etc., and thistle, Schisandra chinensis, dermis, jujube, brown rice, bulb root, kelp, etc.
- the third natural plant group is thoroughly washed and dried at 60°C for 24 to 48 hours, then cut to a certain size and dried. Then, each natural plant and natural plant group is placed in a clean burlap bag and re-dried for about 24 hours. Place the burlap bag in a container prepared with distilled water or water and heat it. At this time, the extract is collected by collecting the water vapor generated.
- a fermentation process (S200) is performed to ferment the mixed nutrient extract by adding Bacillus fermentation strain to the mixed nutrient extract prepared by mixing each extract obtained through the raw material preparation process (S100).
- the reason for fermenting the mixed nutrient extract as described above is to change the mixed nutrient extract with a high molecular weight matrix into a low molecular weight substrate to facilitate absorption into the scalp (skin) and improve antibacterial activity.
- the degree of irritation, hair elasticity, and scalp improvement can be found in Table 1 below.
- 100 ml of mixed nutritional extract was prepared by mixing 25.0% by weight of caffeine extract, 40.0% by weight of hair promotion extract, 15.0% by weight of skin irritation relief extract, and 20.0% by weight of skin regeneration extract.
- the unfermented mixed nutrient extract was tested (5-point measurement method) on scalp (skin) absorption, scalp (skin) irritation, and hair elasticity by a total of 30 people (15 men and 15 women). The level of scalp improvement was measured every 5 days for 30 days using a portable scalp measuring device.
- 100 ml of the mixed nutrient extract was prepared by fermenting the mixed nutrient extract, and a total of 30 people (15 men and 15 women) were surveyed to evaluate the sensory scalp (skin) absorption capacity, scalp (skin) irritation, and hair elasticity. It is shown in Table 1 below. The level of scalp improvement was measured every 5 days for 30 days using a portable scalp measuring device.
- a high-concentration fermentation extract is produced by centrifuging the filtered water separated and purified by adsorbing the bacteria and foreign substances mixed in the fermentation broth. Perform the high-concentration fermentation extract acquisition process (S300).
- the high-concentration fermentation extract acquisition process removes foreign substances from the fermentation broth after the fermentation process (S200) using a slightly acidic ion exchange resin. Additionally, the fermentation broth that has passed through the ion exchange resin is placed in a centrifuge and centrifuged to complete the previous process. Phase separation occurs at the bottom for particulate foreign matter and bacterial cells that cannot be removed, and for the solution containing the active ingredient at the top. The supernatant is separated in a centrifuge where phase separation occurred and stored and aged in a container for 1 to 2 days to achieve highly concentrated mixing. Obtain nutritional extract.
- a nanoization process (S400) is performed to safely and stably deliver the high-concentration mixed nutrient extract active ingredients obtained as above to the dermal layer of the skin and manufacture them in a size of 10 to 50 nm to facilitate skin absorption.
- the mixed nutrient extract is brought to a temperature of 40 to 50°C, then the mixed nutrient extract having the above temperature is placed in a pad mixer, stirred slowly at 60 to 100 rpm, and mixed at 2,500 to 3,500 rpm using a homomixer. Stir for about 2 to 4 minutes, and when the stirring is completed, the process is repeated 3 times at a pressure of 700 to 1,000 bar in a microfluidizer.
- the skin absorption power of the mixed nutrient extract that underwent the nanoization process (S400) as in the present invention was found to be You can see that it is significantly higher.
- a mixed encapsulation process is performed to encapsulate the high-concentration mixed nutrient extract for which the nanoization process (S400) has been completed by mixing a weakly acidic emulsifier.
- a pH adjuster to adjust the acidity of the emulsifier to make it slightly acidic. The reason is that if the pH is below 5.5, there is a risk of damage to hair and skin, and if the pH is above 6.5, there is a problem in that it cannot react with the protein and does not change state into a gel.
- the inside of the hair follicle appears to be filled with neutralized protein.
- the neutralized protein holds the hair root, and various nutrients inside the capsule layer are absorbed into the skin inside the hair follicle. This improves the elasticity and strength of the skin inside the hair follicles, thereby strengthening the hair roots, and supplying nutrients to the hair, making the hair thicker and stronger.
- the emulsifier uses lecithin extracted from soybeans, eggs, etc., and instead of lecithin, sorbitan, glyceryl stearate, and phospholipid ( Phospolipid) can be used.
- the emulsifier forms a coating layer, that is, a capsule, on the surface, and the inside of the capsule made of the emulsifier contains a high concentration of emulsifier.
- a coating layer that is, a capsule, on the surface, and the inside of the capsule made of the emulsifier contains a high concentration of emulsifier.
- the emulsifier is used in an amount of 2.0% by weight or less, the gel formed by the reaction between the protein in the hair follicle and the capsule layer coated with the emulsifier does not form sufficient viscosity and is in an unstable state, so it does not function properly as an emulsifier and separation phenomenon may occur. There is a possibility that if more than 5.0% by weight of the above emulsifier is used, the viscosity of the gel formed by the reaction between the protein in the hair follicle and the capsule layer coated with the emulsifier becomes high, exceeding the appropriate range, and the emulsifiers clump together to form uneven crystals. Because there is a problem.
- a dual liposome process (S600) is performed to nanosize the encapsulated mixture again.
- the dual liposome process (S600) is one more process similar to the nanoization process (S400), and the process description is omitted. It is manufactured with a molecular size of 50 to 120 nm.
- the structure at this time is an extract of natural ingredients with good skin compatibility. It has a structure coated with a double layer.
- the reason for encapsulating the mixed nutrient extract as described above is to ensure that the mixed nutrient extract can be easily supplied into the hair follicles when the mixed nutrient extract is applied or sprayed to the scalp, and the anti-hair loss composition of the present invention into the hair follicles.
- Table 3 below shows an experiment that shows changes in the hair follicles when this product enters the hair follicles, and Table 4 shows the protein reaction rate according to the acidity of the emulsifier.
- the viscosity of the gel-shaped reaction product is preferably in the range of 1,200 to 4,400 cps. If the viscosity is less than 1,200 cps, the viscosity of the gel formed by the reaction between the protein in the hair follicle and the capsule layer coated with the emulsifier is too low. There is a problem in preventing hair loss due to low gel formation and lack of strength to hold the hair roots.
- the viscosity of the gel formed by the reaction between the protein in the hair follicle and the capsule layer coated with the emulsifier is too high, and the gel filled in the hair follicle may block the hair follicle, causing scalp trouble.
- Various nutrients are not sufficiently absorbed into the scalp and hair, so they do not function as an anti-hair loss effect.
- the capsule layer made of an emulsifier reacts with the proteins and keratin produced on the surface of the scalp, making it possible to easily remove dead skin cells from the scalp, thereby keeping the scalp clean, and the protein produced in the hair follicles.
- the capsule layer coated with superemulsifier reacts and becomes gel-like, it fills the hair follicles, holds the hair roots, and strengthens the support that prevents hair from falling out of the hair follicles, thereby preventing hair loss.

Description

<비교예 2>

<실시예 3>
