在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
如图1-6所示,一种吹发辅助装置,包括头罩部1、披肩部2、风干物通道3和风管4。
头罩部1的侧部圆周面为双层结构,头罩部1的侧部内层密布开设有多个吹风孔5;头罩部1的顶部贯通开设有多个水汽散发孔6。
头罩部1的下方设有披肩部2,披肩部2为双层机构,披肩部2的外层密布开设有多个吹风孔5,头罩部1内部与披肩部2内部通过内部气道7连通;头罩部1上与披肩部2相接的区域贯通开设有风干物通道3。
披肩部2的下方设有与披肩部2内部连通的风管4,风管4的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴,风管4的另一端设有魔术贴15以及粘贴有魔术贴15的固定带,当风管4的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴时,固定带缠绕几圈使固定带魔术贴与风管4上的魔术贴紧密相连,实现风管4的另一端紧固连接有吹风机的风嘴。风管4内壁沿着其长度方向呈间隔地设有多个弹性支撑圈8。
本实施例的工作原理为:
首先将本吹发辅助装置戴在头上,其中头罩部1罩于头上(头罩部1与头接触的一圈设有弹性松紧带装置,便于将头罩部1稳固固定于头上),披肩部2放置于背上,将湿长发从风干物通道3中取出,平铺在披肩部上;
其次,将风管4的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴,以魔术贴15紧固住固定带;然后,开启吹风机,吹风机的热风由风管4进入到披肩部2、头罩部1中,热风从披肩部2的外层吹风孔5中吹出,对披肩部2上的湿长发进行热风吹干,热风也从头罩部1的内层吹风孔5中吹出,对头罩部1内的湿长发进行热风吹干——吹干头发的过程中,使用者可以做自己的事情,无需举着吹风机以及拨弄头发导致手臂酸痛,解放了双手,更加方便和自由;
本吹发辅助装置将半封闭式风干(头罩部1内热风吹干方式)和开放式风干(披肩部2上热风吹干方式)融合为一体,一方面,长发可以展开导致吹干效果更好,长发吹发时间加快,使头发均匀受热;另一方面,采用半封闭式风干和开放式风干结合吹发的方式,产品生产成本降低且使用方便;
吹发完后,将风管4的另一端连接的吹风机取下,依次沿着风管4、披肩部2和头罩部1卷起来,使得本吹发辅助装置卷起折叠成一个小方块,再放入收纳袋中即可,便于收纳和携带,不占用空间。
本发明的实施方式
如图7-11所示,一种吹发辅助装置,包括头罩部1、披肩部2、风干物通道3和风管4。
头罩部1的侧部圆周面为双层结构,头罩部1的侧部内层密布开设有多个吹风孔5;头罩部1的顶部贯通开设有多个水汽散发孔6。
头罩部1的下方设有披肩部2,披肩部2为双层机构,披肩部2的外层密布开设有多个吹风孔5,头罩部1内部与披肩部2内部通过内部气道7连通;头罩部1上与披肩部2相接的区域贯通开设有风干物通道3。
披肩部2的下方设有与披肩部2内部连通的风管4,风管4的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴,风管4的另一端设有魔术贴15以及粘贴有魔术贴15的固定带,当风管4的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴时,固定带缠绕几圈使固定带魔术贴与风管4上的魔术贴紧密相连,实现风管4的另一端紧固连接有吹风机的风嘴。风管4内壁沿着其长度方向呈间隔地设有多个弹性支撑圈8。
头罩部1的顶部内环向设有多个卡条9,多个卡条9内穿设有一环形支撑管10。环形支撑管10底端面贯通开设有与头罩部1内部连通的多个通孔11,环形支撑管10顶端面贯通开设有一入孔,入孔上盖设有封盖12且封盖12伸出头罩部1的顶部。
披肩部2可以为一个整体的披肩部2,此时待吹的湿长发从风干物通道3中拿出,散在披肩部2上,本实施中即为一个整体的披肩部2。
披肩部2也可以为两个相邻的独立式披肩部2(图中未显示);两个独立的披肩部2均为双层机构,披肩部2的外层均密布开设有多个吹风孔5,头罩部1内部与两个披肩部2内部均通过气道7连通,两个披肩部2内部均与风管4连通。此时待吹的湿长发无需从风干物通道3中拿出,湿长发披着将两个的披肩部2放入湿长发下方即可,省去了将待吹的湿长发从风干物通道3中拿出的动作。
披肩部2的外层沿着其长度方向设有相互平行的多组卡条9,每组卡条9内穿设有两个拼接在一起的L形支撑管13,拼接在一起的方式为:相互拼接的一侧L形支撑管13的管口开设有凹槽,相互拼接的另一侧L形支撑管13的管口开设有凸部,两侧L形支撑管13相互拼接时凸部匹配卡设于凹槽内(图中未显示)。两个相互拼接的L形支撑管13构成U形支撑管,将整个披肩部2折弯成U形。
L形支撑管13的顶端面贯通开设有多个通孔11和多个滚珠14孔,L形支撑管13的多个滚珠14孔内分别销接有滚珠14;L形支撑管13远离拼接端的管口上盖设有封盖12。
本实施例的工作原理为:
首先将本吹发辅助装置戴在头上,其中头罩部1罩于头上(头罩部1与头接触的一圈设有弹性松紧带装置,便于将头罩部1稳固固定于头上),披肩部2放置于背上,将湿长发从风干物通道3中取出,平铺在披肩部上的多组L形支撑管13上;
其次,将风管4的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴,以魔术贴15紧固住固定带;然后,开启吹风机,吹风机的热风由风管4进入到披肩部2、头罩部1中,热风从披肩部2的外层吹风孔5中吹出,对披肩部2上的湿长发进行热风吹干,热风也从头罩部1的内层吹风孔5中吹出,对头罩部1内的湿长发进行热风吹干——吹干头发的过程中,使用者可以做自己的事情,无需举着吹风机以及拨弄头发导致手臂酸痛,解放了双手,更加方便和自由;
设置多组L形支撑管13的原因在于:考虑到长发直接平铺在披肩部2上时,热风直接与长发相接触,热风距离太近会对头发造成一定的损伤,因此设置了多组L形支撑管13,头发铺在多组L形支撑管13上使得头发与披肩部2外层吹出的热风之间留有一定距离(即L形支撑管13的高度),保护了头发,防止受损;同时两个相互拼接的L形支撑管13构成U形支撑管,将整个披肩部2折弯成U形,整个披肩部2的两侧部分即立起,侧部立起部分开设有的吹风孔5会从侧面对外层长发进行吹干,最终披肩部2上的长发,不仅会内层受热风被吹干,也可以在两侧面外层受热风被吹干,如图9所示;每根L形支撑管13上销接有滚珠,在受到热风冲击力时,可以360°转动,此时长发也会受到滚珠拨弄的效果,里外层受热更均匀,滚珠滚动时也有按摩的效果;
本吹发辅助装置将半封闭式风干(头罩部1内热风吹干方式)和开放式风干(披肩部2上热风吹干方式)融合为一体,一方面,长发可以展开导致吹干效果更好,长发吹发时间加快,使头发均匀受热;另一方面,采用半封闭式风干和开放式风干结合吹发的方式,产品生产成本降低且使用方便;
吹发完后,将另一端连接的吹风机取下,再将两个拼接L形支撑管13风管4的拆卸,依次沿着风管4、披肩部2和头罩部1卷起来,使得本吹发辅助装置卷起折叠成一个小方块,再放入收纳袋中即可,便于收纳和携带,不占用空间;
设置环形支撑管10的原因在于:对头罩部1起到塑形的作用,圆形头罩不会塌陷或变形,更加美观;
环形支撑管10、L形支撑管13上设置通孔的原因在于:将封盖12打开,在环形支撑管10、L形支撑管13内注入香薰物品或者护发用品,香薰物品或者护发用品会从环形支撑管10、L形支撑管13的通孔11中挥发出来,散发到头罩部1内或者披肩部2上,满足有香薰或护发需求的使用者;
打开环形支撑管10、L形支撑管13的封盖12,将两管的封盖12所在的入孔通过连通管连接起来,连通管再接蒸汽发生器,蒸汽会通过通孔11发散到头罩部1内或者披肩部2上,满足有蒸汽护理需求的使用者,由此,本吹发辅助装置也可起到可以蒸汽护理的作用。
以上,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,根据本实用新型的技术方案及其实用新型构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本吹发辅助装置可在服装厂批量生产。头罩部1和披肩部2可用缝合两层布料边缘的方式制成,吹风孔5和水汽散发孔6可用模具在布料上冲孔制成。以上均为成熟的现有纺织生产技术。
本吹发辅助装置可在家庭、旅途中、女生宿舍、酒店、幼儿园、养老院等场景下使用,适用人群包括长发女性、失能老人、女童等。本吹发辅助装置适用人群的数量在中国大陆地区约4.5亿人,全球约有22.5亿人。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,包括头罩部(1)、披肩部(2)、风干物通道(3)和风管(4);所述头罩部(1)为双层充气结构,所述头罩部(1)的内层密布开设有多个吹风孔(5),所述头罩部(1)贯通开设有多个水汽散发孔(6);所述头罩部(1)的下方设有披肩部(2),所述披肩部(2)为双层充气结构,所述披肩部(2)的外层密布开设有多个吹风孔(5),所述头罩部(1)内部与所述披肩部(2)内部通过气道(7)连通;所述头罩部(1)上与披肩部(2)相接的区域贯通开设有风干物通道(3);所述披肩部(2) 的远离头罩部(1)端设有与披肩部(2)内部连通的风管(4),所述风管(4)的另一端连接吹风机的风嘴。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述风管(4)内壁沿着其长度方向呈间隔地设有多个弹性支撑圈(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述头罩部(1)的侧部圆周面为双层充气结构,所述头罩部(1)贯通开设有多个水汽散发孔(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述头罩部(1)的顶部内环向设有多个卡条(9),多个卡条(9)内穿设有一环形支撑管(10)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述环形支撑管(10)底端面贯通开设有与头罩部(1)内部连通的多个通孔(11),所述环形支撑管(10)顶端面贯通开设有一入孔,入孔上盖设有封盖(12)且封盖(12)伸出所述头罩部(1)的顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述披肩部(2)包括两个相邻的分体式披肩部(2);两个披肩部(2)均为双层充气结构,所述披肩部(2)的外层均密布开设有多个吹风孔(5),所述头罩部(1)内部与两个披肩部(2)内部均通过气道(7)连通,两个披肩部(2)内部均与风管(4)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述披肩部(2)的外层沿着其长度方向设有相互平行的多组卡条(9),每组卡条(9)内穿设有两个拼接在一起的L形支撑管(13);两个相互拼接的L形支撑管(13)构成U形支撑管,将整个披肩部(2)折弯成U形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种吹发辅助装置,其特征在于,所述L形支撑管(13)的顶端面贯通开设有多个通孔(11)和多个滚珠(14)孔,所述L形支撑管(13)的多个滚珠(14)孔内分别销接有滚珠(14);所述L形支撑管(13)远离拼接端的管口上盖设有封盖(12)。
