Abstract
フイルムカメラへ容易に装着し、元々カメラに設定されている撮影操作を行うことで、絞りやシャッタースピードの設定が反映された、デジタル画像が得られるイメージセンサー・モジュールを提供する。 フイルムカメラ内に、容易に装着できるローラースイッチと撮像素子とモジュール本体から構成されるイメージセンサー・モジュールを収め、巻上レバーの動きで動画撮影を開始し、シャッタースイッチを押すことで撮影を終了する。撮影で得られた動画から、自動でデジタル画像を抽出・保存し、その後待機状態に戻ることにより解決できる。
Description
本発明は、フイルムカメラに装着してデジタル画像を得る装置に係り、特にパトローネ型の個体撮像装置・撮像モジュールに関する。
デジタルカメラの普及当初より、今まで愛用してきたフイルムカメラを使用しデジタル画像を得たいというニーズは存在した。しかし、長年に渡り生産販売されてきた個々のカメラのサイズの相違に対応し容易に装着ができ、かつ撮影者が行ったカメラ操作を読み取りながら、絞りとシャッタースピード設定を反映させたデジタルの撮像結果を得る技術はなかった。
35ミリのフイルムを使用するフイルムカメラであれば、凡そ装着が可能であること。特殊な工具や加工・交換等を用いず、容易に装着ができること。
撮影前に行う設定は、日時設定程度のごく簡易なものに留められること。
撮影時には一切内部のモジュール部には触れず、フイルムカメラ機の元々設定されている撮影操作を行うことで画像が得られること。
フイルムカメラで行った絞りやシャッタースピードの設定が、反映されたデジタル画像が得られること。
先願の特開2013-5428においては、裏蓋の交換が必要であり、容易に装着できるとは言い難い。
先願の特開2021-67792においては、個々のカメラによる撮像素子位置変化への対応が明確でない。またカメラ毎に撮影前にシャッター開時間の計測が必要であり、それは現在の技術では容易ではない。
下記の構成要素(ローラースイッチ、撮像素子、モジュール本体)を適切に装着し、プログラムコントロール下で起動することで、課題を解決する機能が得られる。
巻取スプールに圧着することで、巻上レバーの動きを読み取ることができるローラースイッチ
フイルム押え板に、弱粘着シート等を利用して固定する等により、凡そ適当な位置に固定された撮像素子
光感知部、ブザー、日付設定等入力部、メモリ、バッテリー、USBポート、演算装置、プログラムコントロール等を備えたモジュール本体
本発明により、フイルムカメラに装着してデジタル画像を得ることが可能なイメージセンサー・モジュールを提供することができる。
以下、本発明を構成するローラースイッチ、撮像素子、モジュール本体の装着と撮影、およびデータ読込と充電を実施するための形態を説明する。
200フイルムカメラは、銀塩カメラであり、一例として35ミリのフイルムを用いるレンジファインダーカメラである。200フイルムカメラは、電子シャッター・機械シャッターのいずれでもよく、また一眼レフカメラであっても良い。
200フイルムカメラの203裏蓋を開けることで、100イメージセンサー・モジュールを装着することができる。
202巻取スプールに、124ゲージを当て直径を確認する。適正な直径であればそのまま120ローラースイッチを差し入れ固定する。適正な直径より細い場合においては125補助具をシール等で固定した後、120ローラースイッチを差し入れ固定する。120ローラースイッチはバネ弾性力をもち、そのまま202巻取スプールに122固定ローラー等により固定された状態となる。 この際、201巻上レバーを操作し123圧着ローラーが連動し回転することを確認する。123圧着ローラーは確認しやすい様、色を変えるのが望ましい。
204フイルム押え板に110撮像素子を、何度も剥離が可能な115弱粘着シート等を利用して固定する。 この際、110撮像素子は凡そ中央にあれば良く、また角度も凡そ水平であれば良い。微細な位置調整は不要である。
十分に内部バッテリーへの充電がされ、かつ133日付設定等入力部を用いて日付・モード等を入力完了した130モジュール本体を205パトローネ室へ装着する。 130モジュール本体はフイルムカートリッジとほぼ同サイズにて、各カメラのフイルム固定方法に準じて装着が可能である。
130モジュール本体・120ローラースイッチ・110撮像素子をコネクタを用いてつなぎ、203裏蓋を閉じることで装着を完了する。
撮影については、各カメラの操作方法に準じて行う。主に絞り、シャッタースピードを設定し、201巻上レバーを巻上の後、ピント調整をして206シャッタースイッチを押し込むことで撮影が終了する。
詳細な撮影の流れについて説明する。(図6参照) カメラの203裏蓋を閉じることで、100イメージセンサー・モジュールは待機状態となる。撮影者が201巻上レバーを操作することで、内部202巻取スプールが回転し、これにより120ローラースイッチの123圧着ローラーが回転する。 120ローラースイッチより130モジュール本体へ起動信号が送られる。
信号を受信した130モジュール本体は撮影可能な状態であれば、音波にて撮影者に撮影開始を知らせた後、110撮像素子からの動画撮影を開始する。 この時、カメラ内部は露光していない為、暗闇を撮影している状態である。 また130モジュール本体が撮影不可能な状態であった場合は、音波または無音にて撮影者に撮影開始不可を知らせた後、待機状態へ戻る。
撮影可能音波を確認した撮影者が、自身のタイミングで206シャッタースイッチを押し込むことで、設定したシャッタースピードの時間だけ撮像素子に露光が起き画像が投影される。露光終了をトリガーとして動画の撮影を終了する。
一回の撮影によって得られる動画データは、シャッタースピード設定により都度、露光時間が変わる為、データー時間長が異なる。 これを加算合成することで、絞りとシャッタースピード設定を反映した画像が得られる。得られた画像の外周には受光していない部分がある。それを角度調整も行いながらトリミングし、色調補正等を施した後、日付データを用いたファイルとして、130モジュール本体内部のメモリへ保存する。
画像ファイルを保存後、撮影した動画データの消去を完了する。 尚、データ消去は撮影中・編集中に一部行ってもかまわない。
その後、イメージセンサー・モジュールは待機状態へ移行する。 待機状態においては、撮影を繰り返し行うことができる。 または、203裏蓋を開け130モジュール本体の132USBポートより充電・画像読込を行うことができる。
充電は130モジュール本体の132USBポートに、100V電源とつながったUSBケーブルを差し入れることで行う。
画像読込は130モジュール本体の132USBポートに、PC等とつながったUSBケーブルを差し入れることで行う。 PC等とはパーソナルコンピューター、タブレットコンピューター、スマートフォン等であり、130モジュール本体の内部メモリより、画像ファイルを読込・編集することができる。

Claims (2)
- フイルムカメラ内に、同カメラへ工具や加工・交換を用いず装着でき、かつ撮影者が同カメラの巻上レバーを動かすことで、撮像素子からの動画撮影が始まり、シャッタースイッチを押すことで撮像素子からの動画撮影を終了し、モジュール本体に得られた動画より、加算合成、トリミングおよび色調補正を施した画像を抽出し、それをモジュール本体内のメモリへ保存し、撮影動画を消去した後、撮影を繰り返し行うことができる待機状態へ移行することを特徴としたイメージセンサー・モジュール。
- 前記巻上レバーを動かすことで動画撮影を起動する方法として、巻取スプールにバネ弾性力を利用してローラーを圧着し、それが回ることで起動信号とする機構を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフイルムカメラ用のイメージセンサー・モジュール。
