下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图13,本实用新型提供一种电气设备,包括箱体101和多个挂装件300,箱体101外安装有器件200;各挂装件300分别固定于器件200,且挂装件300中第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分布于箱体101两侧。
本实用新型实施例提供的电气设备中,挂装件300安装于箱体101外的器件200,而非直接安装于箱体101,节约箱体101面积,避免箱体101因装配挂装件300而设置为较大,利于满足现有技术对电气设备的小型化要求。另外,箱体101无需设置为较大还能节约成本。
为了便于挂装,挂装件300设置为杆状,并且挂装件300的根端固定于器件200,自由端向远离箱体101的方向延伸,其中,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302的自由端的延伸方向相反。
进一步的,上述第一挂装件301、第二挂装件302安装于靠近箱体101中相对两侧边沿处的器件200,以确保第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分布于箱体101两侧,方便挂装。
上述电气设备中,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302可设置为分别固定于不同的器件200,下面结合附图具体介绍:
实施例1
请参阅图1,本实施例提供的电气设备中第一器件201包裹第二器件202,第一挂装件301固定于第一器件201,或者固定于第二器件202,或者第一挂装件301穿过第一器件201并固定于第二器件202。
另外,本实施例提供的电气设备中第三器件203和第四器件204并排靠紧 布置,并且第四器件204更靠近箱体101的边沿;第二挂装件302固定于第四器件204,或者第二挂装件302穿过第四器件204固定于第三器件203。
实施例2
请参阅图2,本实施例提供的电气设备中第一器件201、第二器件202和箱体101层叠布置,且第一器件201通过第二器件202固定于箱体101;第一挂装件301固定于第一器件201,或固定于第二器件202,或固定在第一器件201和第二器件202之间。
上述第一器件201、第二器件202靠近箱体101的一侧边沿,第三器件203靠近箱体101的另一侧边沿,第二挂装件302固定于该第三器件203。
实施例3
请参阅图3,本实施例提供的电气设备中,其特征在于,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分别固定于第一器件201和第二器件202,且第一挂装件301位于第一器件201背离第二器件202的一侧、第二挂装件302位于第二器件202背离第一器件201的一侧。
本实施例中,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分别靠近于箱体101的两侧边沿,两者之间设置有如第三器件203等其他器件200,各其他器件分别与第一、第二器件间隔布置。
实施例4
请参阅图4-5,本实施例提供的电气设备中,其特征在于,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分别固定于第一器件201和第二器件202,且第一挂装件301位于第一器件201背离第二器件202的一侧、第二挂装件302位于第二器件202背离第一器件201的一侧。第一器件201可设置为由散热器211和风道212 组成的集成件,第二器件202可设置为电抗器,本实施例对用于固定各挂装件300的器件200种类不做限定。
上述实施例1-4中,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302装配于不同的器件200的不同位置,根据电气设备中箱体101外所安装器件200的结构、排布方式,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302还可采用其他安装方式,如第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分别固定于同一个器件200,并且第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分布于该器件200相对的两侧,本实施例不做限定,仅需确保第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分布于箱体101中相对的两侧即可,下面结合附图具体介绍:
实施例5
请参阅图6,本实用新型实施提供的电气设备中,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分别固定于第一器件201中相对的两端;该第一器件201的尺寸较长,确保第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分布于箱体101的两侧,便于挂装。
上述第一器件201直接固定于箱体101,且与其他器件200没有连接关系。根据电气设备中器件200的排布需求,第二器件202、第一器件201和箱体101可设置为依次层叠布置,第一器件201安装于箱体101,且第二器件202通过第一器件201固定于箱体101,第一挂装,301和第二挂装件302分别固定于第一器件的两端,如图7所示;或者第一器件201、第二器件202和箱体101依次层叠布置,第一器件201通过第二器件202安装于箱体101,第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302分别固定于第一器件201的两端,如图8所示。
本实施例对安装第一挂装件301和第二挂装件302的第一器件201于箱体101外的排布和安装方式不做限定,仅需确保使第一挂装件301和第二挂装件 302分布于箱体101两侧即可。
挂装件300和与之固定连接的器件200可设置为一体成型,如图9所示;或者挂装件300和与之固定连接的器件200相互分体,并且两者通过螺纹连接(如图10所示)、焊接、粘接或铆接的方式固定连接,本实施例不做限定。各器件200分别外装于箱体101,上述“外装”是指器件200与箱体101相互分体,而非一体成型,具体各器件200可通过固定件(如螺钉)连接、胶连接、铆接、焊接等方式固定于箱体101,本实施例不做限定。
上述实施例提供的电气设备中,任何一个器件200可分别设置为如下器件200中的一个或多个的组合:电抗器、散热器211、风道212。当然根据电气设备的种类部件,各器件200的种类还可设置为其他,本实施例不做限定。
本实施提供的电气设备利用挂装件300替代挂装支架,体积更小,成本更低,并且本实施例提供的电气设备结构简单,便于生产制造。
本实用新型实施还提供一种电气设备挂装系统,包括电气设备和挂板400,电气设备为上述实施例提供的电气设备,挂装件300与挂板400的挂装缺口401配合。
优选的,挂装缺口401设置于挂装件300的上边沿,即方便电气设备安装,又确保安装后挂装件300在电气设备自身重力作用下可靠卡装在挂装缺口401内。
进一步的,上述电气设备挂装系统中,挂板400通过可拆卸的第一固定件404与电气设备固定连接;挂板400设有与第一固定件404配合的过孔402、电气设备设有与第一固定件404配合的螺纹孔111。
本实施例提供的电气设备挂装系统采用第一固定件404连接电气设备和挂板400,能防止电气设备转动,提高电气设备挂装的可靠性,同时,第一固定件404将电气设备和挂板400相互固定还提高电气设备的防盗性。
具体的,电气设备的螺纹孔111设置于箱体101或器件200,本实施例不做限定。上述第一固定件404为整机固定螺钉。上述挂板400可通过挂板固定螺钉等第二固定件403安装于墙体、支架、立柱等生产现场所具备的安装基础,本实施例不做限定。
本实用新型实施例还提供一种光伏电站,包括电气设备挂装系统,电气设备挂装系统为上述实施例提供的电气设备挂装系统。
本实用新型实施例提供的电气设备挂装系统、光伏电站分别应用上述电气设备,能满足现有技术中对电气设备的小型化需求。当然,本实用新型实施例提供的电气设备挂装系统和光伏电站还具有上述实施例提供的有关电气设备的其他效果,在此不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电气设备,其特征在于,包括箱体和多个挂装件,所述箱体外安装有器件;各所述挂装件分别固定于所述器件,且所述挂装件中第一挂装件和第二挂装件分布于所述箱体两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述第一挂装件和所述第二挂装件分别固定于不同的所述器件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述电气设备中第一器件包裹第二器件;所述第一挂装件固定于所述第一器件,或者所述第一挂装件穿过所述第一器件并固定于所述第二器件。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述电气设备中第三器件和第四器件并排靠紧布置,并且所述第四器件靠近所述箱体的边沿;所述第二挂装件固定于所述第四器件,或者所述第二挂装件穿过所述第四器件并固定于所述第三器件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述电气设备中第一器件、第二器件和所述箱体层叠布置,且所述第一器件通过所述第二器件固定于所述箱体;所述第一挂装件固定于所述第一器件,或固定于所述第二器件,或固定在所述第一器件和所述第二器件之间。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述第一挂装件和所述第二挂装件分别固定于第一器件和第二器件,且所述第一挂装件位于所述第一器件背离所述第二器件的一侧、所述第二挂装件位于所述第二器件背离所述第一器件的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述第一挂装件和所述第二挂装件固定于同一个所述器件,并且两者分布于该器件相对的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述电气设备中第一器件安装于所述箱体、第二器件与所述第一器件层叠布置,且所述第二器件通过所述第一器件固定于所述箱体;所述第一挂装件和所述第二挂装件分别固定于所述第一器件的两端;或者
    所述电气设备中第一器件与第二器件层叠布置,并且所述第一器件通过所述第二器件安装于所述箱体;所述第一挂装件和所述第二挂装件分别固定于所述第一器件的两端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述挂装件和与之固定连接的所述器件为一体成型;或者,所述挂装件和与之固定连接的所述器件相互分体,并且两者通过螺纹连接、焊接、粘接或铆接的方式固定连接。
  10. 一种电气设备挂装系统,其特征在于,包括电气设备和挂板,所述电 气设备为权利要求1-9任意一项所述的电气设备,所述挂装件与所述挂板的挂装缺口配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电气设备挂装系统,其特征在于,所述挂装缺口位于所述挂装件的上边沿。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电气设备挂装系统,其特征在于,所述挂板通过第一固定件与所述电气设备固定连接;所述挂板设有与所述第一固定件配合的过孔、所述电气设备设有与所述第一固定件配合的螺纹孔。
  13. 一种光伏电站,包括电气设备挂装系统,其特征在于,所述电气设备挂装系统统为权利要求10-12任意一项所述的电气设备挂装系统。
