如图2所示,可选地,第一工件100靠近第二工件200的端面上设置有安装柱110,连接件420上开设有第一安装孔4221,安装柱110能够穿过第一安装孔4221,以使连接件420套设在安装柱110上。该连接件420和安装柱110 的连接关系,有利于提高覆盖组件400与第一工件100连接的稳定性,从而避免覆盖组件400脱落或丢失。
如图3所示,第一安装孔4221为沿靠近或远离覆盖件410的方向延伸的条形孔,安装柱110能够在第一安装孔4221中滑动,以便于为操作者组装和更换固定件300提供操作空间,避免对操作者造成干涉。当固定件300固定过程中,操作者首先将连接件420套设在安装柱110上,并使安装柱110位于第一安装孔4221远离覆盖件410的一端,以便于覆盖件410处于打开状态,且覆盖件410的位置不会对操作者拧紧固定件300造成干涉。操作者将固定件300拧紧固定后,可以推动覆盖件410和连接件420,使安装柱110位于第一安装孔4221靠近覆盖件410的一侧,使覆盖件410较容易地覆盖在固定件300上。
请参见图2和图3,当连接件420与安装柱110成夹角设置时,第一安装孔4221远离覆盖件410的一端能够与第二工件200抵接,避免安装柱110从第一安装孔4221中脱离,进而避免覆盖组件400从第一工件100上脱落。
请继续参见图3,连接件420包括过渡部421,过渡部421与覆盖件410连接。过渡部421与覆盖件410的端面和侧壁连接,从而有利于扩大覆盖件410与过渡部421的连接面积,进而提高连接强度,避免在覆盖固定件300和不覆盖固定件300过程中,覆盖件410和过渡部421反复折弯变形而断裂,有利于提高覆盖组件400的结构强度。当然,在其他实施例中,过渡部421也可以与覆盖件410的端面或者侧壁连接,以便于实现与覆盖件410的连接作用。
如图2和图3所示,可选地,连接件420还包括与过渡部421连接的连接部422,连接部422的延伸方向与覆盖件410靠近固定件300的端面平行且不共面,使覆盖件410和连接部422具有一定的高度差,以便于实现连接部422伸入到第一工件100且面向第二工件200的端面与安装柱110连接,而覆盖件410位于第一工件100与安装柱110相背的端面且覆盖在固定件300上。由于覆盖件410和连接件420分别位于第一工件100的两侧,如果连接部422与覆盖件410靠近固定件300的端面共面设置,则自由状态下,覆盖件410覆盖在固定件300上时,连接件420将受到来自覆盖件410的拉力,导致连接部422或者过渡部421处于拉伸或弯曲状态,容易发生应力疲劳而降低连接件420的使用寿命。与此同时,如果连接部422与覆盖件410靠近固定件300的端面呈夹角设置,自由状态的连接部422将与安装柱110具有一定的夹角,导致安装柱110容易从第一安装孔4221中脱离,从而使覆盖组件400容易从第一工件100上脱落。本实施例通过连接部422的延伸方向与覆盖件410靠近固定件300的端面平行且不共面,有效的避免上述问题。
请继续参见图2和图3,覆盖件410上开设有容纳腔411,覆盖件410覆盖 在固定件300上时,容纳腔411的内壁与固定件300间隙配合,且覆盖件410突出第一工件100设置。当盖板覆盖在第一工件100上时,突出第一工件100的覆盖件410能够起到缓冲作用,避免盖板和第一工件100的刚性碰撞,从而提高盖板和第一工件100的使用寿命。与此同时,容纳腔411与固定件300之间的间隙有利于提高上述缓冲效果。
如图5所示,第一工件100包括面板120和安装部130。安装部130设置在面板120上,且安装部130上开设有能够容纳覆盖件410的容纳槽133,容纳槽133的侧壁开设有连接孔131,连接件420能够穿过连接孔131与第一工件100连接,即连接件420能够套设在安装柱110上,从而使覆盖件410和连接件420分别位于第一工件100的两侧,即实现覆盖组件400与第一工件100连接的稳定性,又能够保持第一工件100的外观简洁。
作为一种可选方案,如图3~图5所示,安装部130的侧壁上开设有卡接孔132,覆盖件410还包括至少一个卡接件430,卡接件430设置在覆盖件410的外周,且卡接件430能够与卡接孔132卡接,从而避免覆盖件410从第二安装孔中脱离,提高覆盖件410的固定效果。
本实施例中,如图5所示,卡接件430为一个,该卡接件430设置在与连接件420相对的一侧,以便于卡接件430面向第一工件100的端面能够与卡接孔132的侧边抵接。当然,该覆盖组件400的过渡部421与覆盖件410侧壁连接的位置还形成一个突出结构,该突出结构也具有卡接作用,且该突出结构面向第一工件100的端面能够与连接孔131的侧边抵接。
为了提高覆盖件410与第一工件100卡接的结构强度,在覆盖件410面向第二工件200的端面上,卡接件430也形成凸起结构。
如图6所示,第一工件100还包括至少一个凸起140,该凸起140设置在容纳槽133的槽底,且覆盖件410能够与凸起140抵接,有利于使覆盖件410在第一工件100和盖板之间起到一定的缓冲作用,且有利于保证容纳腔411与固定件300保留有预设的间隙,进一步提高覆盖件410的缓冲效果。
请继续参见图6,覆盖件410沿远离第二工件200的方向包括嵌入部412和卡固部413。嵌入部412与安装部130的侧壁间隙配合,卡固部413的直径大于安装部130的内径,覆盖件410覆盖在固定件300上时,卡固部413的局部或全部位于安装部130中,从而便于嵌入部412放入安装部130中,且卡固部413经过一定压缩变性后能够进入安装部130,以避免卡固部413从安装部130中脱落,有利于提高覆盖件410的覆盖效果。卡接件430与卡接孔132相抵接的端面与嵌入部412向卡固部413过渡的端面共面设置。
家用电器通过上述连接结构,有利于避免覆盖组件400从第一工件100上脱落,避免固定件300裸露。该家用电器可以是衣物清洁设备,从而有效避免覆盖组件400掉落而丢失,有效避免固定件300与水接触,避免固定件300生锈。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种连接结构,应用于家用电器,包括第一工件(100)、第二工件(200)以及固定件(300),所述第一工件(100)与所述第二工件(200)通过所述固定件(300)固定连接,所述连接结构还包括覆盖组件(400),所述覆盖组件(400)包括:
    覆盖件(410),被配置为覆盖在所述固定件(300)上;以及
    连接件(420),与所述覆盖件(410)连接,在所述覆盖件(410)覆盖或者不覆盖在所述固定件(300)上的情况下,所述连接件(420)均与所述第一工件(100)连接,所述覆盖件(410)和所述连接件(420)一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一工件(100)靠近所述第二工件(200)的端面上设置有安装柱(110),所述连接件(420)上开设有第一安装孔(4221),所述安装柱(110)能够穿过所述第一安装孔(4221),以使所述连接件(420)套设在所述安装柱(110)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一安装孔(4221)为沿靠近或远离所述覆盖件(410)的方向延伸的条形孔,所述安装柱(110)能够在所述第一安装孔(4221)中滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接件(420)包括:
    过渡部(421),与所述覆盖件(410)连接;
    连接部(422),与所述过渡部(421)连接,所述连接部(422)的延伸方向与所述覆盖件(410)靠近所述固定件(300)的端面平行且不共面。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述覆盖件(410)上开设有容纳腔(411),所述覆盖件(410)覆盖在所述固定件(300)上时,所述容纳腔(411)的内壁与所述固定件(300)间隙配合,且所述覆盖件(410)突出所述第一工件(100)设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一工件(100)包括:
    面板(120);以及
    安装部(130),设置在所述面板(120)上,所述安装部(130)上开设有能够容纳所述覆盖件(410)的容纳槽(133),所述容纳槽(133)的侧壁开设有连接孔(131),所述连接件(420)能够穿过所述连接孔(131)与所述第一工件(100)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一工件(100)还包括:
    至少一个凸起(140),所述至少一个凸起(140)设置在所述容纳槽(133)的槽底,且所述覆盖件(410)能够与所述至少一个凸起(140)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的连接结构,其中,所述安装部130的侧壁开设有卡接孔(132),所述覆盖组件(400)还包括:
    至少一个卡接件(430),设置在所述覆盖件(410)的外周,所述至少一个卡接件(430)被配置为与所述卡接孔(132)卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一工件(100)包括安装部(130),所述安装部(130)被配置为容纳所述覆盖件(410),所述覆盖件(410)沿远离所述第二工件(200)的方向依次包括:
    嵌入部(412),与所述安装部(130)的侧壁间隙配合;以及
    卡固部(413),所述卡固部(413)的直径大于所述安装部(130)的内径,在所述覆盖件(410)覆盖在所述固定件(300)上的情况下,所述卡固部(413)的局部或全部位于所述安装部(130)中。
  10. 一种家用电器,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的连接结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的家用电器,其中,所述家用电器为衣物清洁设备。
