背景技术
目前罐状包装盒和瓶装包装盒由于不能直接印刷信息和促销信息,因此,在很多包装领域,还需要使用柔性包装材料,例如纸质包装材料制作包装盒。现有的纸质包装材料中,印刷层设置于纸板层的外层,即在远离容器内部空间的一侧,且在印刷层的外层还需要设置一层PE层,以保护印刷层不被损坏,同时在制作包装盒时,还可与纸板层的内层的热封层粘结,以形成密闭的包装盒。
其中,外层的PE层,其密度一般为10-15g/m2,由于外层PE层的涂覆量较大,因此,在包装盒的回收过程中,需要将外层PE层与纸板层分离,然后再分别回收纸板和PE层,这无疑增加了回收难度,增加了回收能耗和回收成本,另外,对于未回收的包装盒,大量的PE材料的存在也会造成环境污染。
发明内容
本申请公开了一种包装材料及其制备方法、包装容器,以解决现有包装材料因外层PE含量较高造成的回收难度大、回收成本高且易造成环境污染的问题。

采用本申请的技术方案,产生的有益效果如下:
本申请的包装材料,由于在第二表面的第二方向上不含聚乙烯层,因此, 在回收时,可不用再与纸板层分离,而直接进入纸板层的回收过程中。由此,可减少与纸板层的分离工艺,简化了包装盒的回收工艺,降低回收难度和回收成本,同时,可提高包装盒的环保性,减少环境污染。

本申请实施例提供一种包装材料,如图1所示,该包装材料包括纸板层101。纸板层101的一侧,即第一表面101a,延第一方向D1,设有依次叠层设置的阻隔层103和热封层104。所述纸板层101的另一侧表面,即第二表面101b,设有印刷层102。印刷层102可以包含水性油墨或溶剂型油墨。第一方向D1和所述第二方向D2在同一直线(例如,在纸板层101的厚度方向)上且方向相反。包装材料在第二表面101b的一侧沿第二方向D2不含有聚乙烯层。现有技术中,在纸板层101的第二表面101b,会设有一层聚乙烯层,位于印刷层102和纸板层101之间,或者位于印刷层102远离纸板层101的一侧。本申请的一个主要的技术方案为,通过具有热封合性的树脂替代上述现有技术中的聚乙烯层,这样不仅降低了聚乙烯的用量,更有利于环保,同时也降低了生产成本。
如图1所示,阻隔层103可为Al层,也可为非金属阻隔层,例如可以为高密度聚乙烯(high density polyethylene,HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(low density polyethylene,LDPE)、聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol vinylalcohol polymer,PVOH)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、聚偏二氯乙烯(poly vinylidene chloride,PVDC)、尼龙(polyamide,PA)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene glycol terephthalate, PET)或其组合等。
热封层104包括低密度聚乙烯LDPE与茂金属聚乙烯的复合层,或者线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE与茂金属聚乙烯的复合层,其中,茂金属聚乙烯在热封层中的质量占比例如可以为35%-95%。
参照图1,在一种可选的实现方式中,纸板层101和阻隔层103之间可设置第一粘结层105,阻隔层103和热封层104之间可设置第二粘结层106。
其中,第一粘结层或第二粘结层可为聚烯烃材料层(例如聚乙烯等),也可以为聚乙烯-马来酸酐接枝聚合物(EMAH),乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)或乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAA)等。
纸板层可选自硬纸板、纸板和纸中的一种或者其至少两种的组合组成,用于印刷各种图案和字符等。
印刷层为油墨层,覆盖于纸板层表面,以形成各种所需图案、文字和符号。
包装材料在第二表面101b的一侧沿第二方向D2进一步包括防护层108,其中防护层108为非聚乙烯层,所述防护层的涂覆量为1-5g/m2。防护层108具有一定的热封性能,同时能起到阻水以及保护纸层101的作用。防护层108由水性树脂乳液形成,所述水性树脂乳液中的固体颗粒的粒径为0.2-0.9um。水性树脂乳液包括以下组分:丙烯酸型的树脂乳液、消泡剂和流平剂。
包装材料在所述第二表面101b的一侧沿第二方向D2可以进一步包括底涂层107,其中所述底涂层107为非聚乙烯层,所述底涂层107的涂覆量为1-5g/m2。底涂层107具有一定的热封性能,同时能起到阻水以及保护纸层101的作用。底涂层107由水性树脂乳液形成,所述水性树脂乳液中的固体颗粒的粒径为0.2-0.9um。水性树脂乳液包括以下组分:丙烯酸型的树脂乳液、消泡剂和流平剂。
防护层108和底涂层107的一个区别在于,两者热封强度不同。底涂层107的热封强度大于防护层108。具体来说,构成底涂层107的材料,比构成防护层108的丙烯酸,其官能团化程度更高(例如,具有更多的羧基和羟基 基团),从而使得底涂层107的热封强度大于防护层108。对于本申请中涉及的包装材料,不同的位置需要的热封强度不相同,为了节省成本的同时保证包装材料在使用时的密封强度,可以在第二表面101b的不同位置配置防护层108和底涂层107。在一些实施例中,在第二表面101b,底涂层107和防护层108的质量比可以为1:15~1:1之间,优选的范围为1:10~1:5,更优选的范围为1:9~1:4。
其中,包装材料的第二表面的静摩擦系数为0.310-0.352,包装材料的第二表面为与纸板层的第二表面所在同一侧的表面。包装材料的第二表面的动摩擦系数为0.162-0.198。可利用摩擦系数测定仪测量包装材料的上述静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数。例如,常温下,如20-30℃,测试静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数时,在两片包装材料的第二表面重叠且接触的状态下,可在63.5mm×63.5mm的区域负载3000g的测试条件下进行测量。
根据本申请的一个实施例,在包装材料表面根据具体的需要设置防护层108或者底涂层107。第二表面101b可以包括第一区域和第二区域。第一区域的封合涂层的热封性要高于第二区域封合涂层的热封性。第一区域至少为包装材料的底部封合区、耳翼封合区或侧壁封接区中的一种,第二区域为第二表面除第一区域外剩余的区域。
图2至图4为根据本申请披露的包装材料制作包装容器的一种实施例。如图2为根据本申请的一种包装材料的第二表面一种实施例的示意图。图3为根据图2所示的包装材料制造的包装容器所示。图4为图3所示的包装底部封合示意图。图2所示的包装材料经过折叠和灌装形成图3和图4所示的包装容器。
第二表面101b可以包含多条预折痕线,预折痕线有利于包装材料在灌装机上被折叠为如图3所示的包装。如图2所示,第二表面可以包括横向预折痕线211、212、213或214中的一个或多个。第二表面可以包括纵向预折痕线221、222、223或224的一个或多个。第二表面可以包括斜向预折痕线231、232、233、234、235、236、237或238的一个或多个。
结合图3,第二表面进一步包括由预折痕线形成的侧面241、242、243和244。经过灌装机的折叠灌装后,形成包装容器的侧壁,例如包装侧壁311。
第二表面进一步包含第一侧边区239和第二侧边区240。第一侧边区239和第二侧边区240通过对接和/或搭接的方式形成如图3或图4所示的中封区302。第二表面不含有聚乙烯层(例如通过淋膜形成的或者层压复合形成的聚乙烯层)。相应的,为了满足热封成包装容器的需求,第二表面可以覆盖如图1所述的防护层和/或底涂层。
第二表面进一步包含耳翼形成区域,例如如图3所示,横向预折痕线211、横向预折痕线212、纵向预折痕线221、纵向预折痕线222结合斜向预折痕线231、232共同形成耳翼形成区域,耳翼形成区域用来形成图3所示的耳翼301。在包装过程中,耳翼301需要粘在侧壁311上。因此,包装材料的第二表面进一步包含耳翼封合区。耳翼封合区可以位于耳翼成型区内,也可以位于与耳翼成型区相邻的侧壁区域。例如,在图2中,包装材料第二表面进一步包含耳翼封合区251、252、253或254。耳翼封合区可以位于耳翼形成区(例如251或253),可以部分或者全部覆盖耳翼形成区。耳翼封合区也可以位于耳翼形成区对应的侧壁上(例如252或254)。
由于在灌装设备上对耳翼封合的难度大于对中封封合的强度,因此在一些实施例中,耳翼封合区所需要的热封强度大于第一侧边区239或第二侧边区240,因此图1所述的防护层108可以至少部分覆盖第一侧边区239或第二侧边区240,底涂层107可以至少部分覆盖耳翼封合区。
第二表面进一步包含底部形成区域,如图2所述的阴影部分261,用于形成图4所示的底封。灌装设备通过折叠预折痕线(例如213、214、235、236、237、238)形成底封。进一步的,底部形成区域进一步包括底部封合区。例如阴影部分261,或者纵向预折痕线221、横向预折痕线213、横向预折痕线214、斜向预折痕线235形成的区域,或者横向预折痕线213、斜向预折痕线235、斜向预折痕线236形成的区域。
由于在灌装设备上对底部封合的难度大于对中封封合的强度,因此在一 些实施例中,底部封合区所需要的热封强度大于第一侧边区或第二侧边区,因此图1所述的防护层可以至少部分覆盖第一侧边区或第二侧边区,底涂层可以至少部分覆盖底部封合区。
第二表面可以包括第一区域和第二区域。第一区域的封合涂层的热封性要高于第二区域封合涂层的热封性。第一区域至少为包装材料的底部封合区、耳翼封合区或侧壁封接区中的一种,第二区域为第二表面除第一区域外剩余的区域。
图5至图7为根据本申请披露的包装材料制作包装容器的另一种实施例。如图5为根据本申请的一种包装材料的第二表面一种实施例的示意图。图6为根据图5所示的包装材料制造的包装容器所示。图7为图6所示的包装容器的底部封合示意图。图5所示的包装材料经过折叠和灌装形成图6和图7所示的包装容器。与图2至图4的实施例相比,其中的一个区别在于,如图6所示,最终形成的包装容器具有一个大致呈弧形环绕的侧面601,其对应的一条棱602为带有圆弧的形状。所谓弧形环绕指的是指,如图6所示,在21或22处,与图3的棱340相比,其对应的棱至少要一部分带倒角。
图5所示的包装材料的第二表面500同样具有耳翼形成区501,用来形成如图6所示的耳翼603。在包装过程中,耳翼603需要粘在侧壁601上。因此,包装材料的第二表面进一步包含耳翼封合区。例如,在图5中,包装材料第二表面进一步包含耳翼封合区511或512。耳翼封合区可以为耳翼形成区501,也可以位于耳翼形成区(例如511位于耳翼形成区501内),也可以部分或者全部覆盖耳翼形成区。耳翼封合区也可以位于耳翼形成区对应的侧壁上(例如512位于侧壁601上)。
第二表面进一步包含底部形成区域,如图5所述的阴影部分521,用于形成图7所示的底封。灌装设备通过折叠预折痕线形成底封。进一步的,底部形成区域进一步包括底部封合区,例如阴影部分521,或者纵向预折痕线533、横向预折痕线、横向预折痕线534、斜向预折痕线531、532形成的区域。
图8至图10为根据本申请披露的包装材料制作包装容器的另一种实施例。 如图8为根据本申请的一种包装材料的第二表面一种实施例的示意图。图9为根据图8所示的包装材料制造的包装容器。图10为图9所示的包装容器底部封合示意图。图8所示的包装材料经过折叠和灌装形成图9和图10所示的包装容器。与图2至图4的实施例相比,其中的一个区别在于,如图9所示,最终形成的包装容器具有一个屋顶型的面903,耳翼901粘接在屋顶型面903上,以及底面1001采用耳翼贴合密封的方式。
图8所示的包装材料的第二表面800同样具有耳翼形成区801,用来形成如图9所示的耳翼901。在包装过程中,耳翼901需要粘在侧壁903上。因此,包装材料的第二表面进一步包含耳翼封合区。例如,在图8中,包装材料第二表面进一步包含耳翼封合区511或512。耳翼封合区可以为耳翼形成区801,也可以位于耳翼形成区(例如811位于耳翼形成区801内),也可以部分或者全部覆盖耳翼形成区。耳翼封合区也可以位于耳翼形成区对应的侧壁上(例如812位于侧壁903上)。
第二表面进一步包含底部形成区域,如图8所述的阴影部分821,用于形成图10所示的底封。灌装设备通过折叠预折痕线形成底封。进一步的,底部形成区域进一步包括底部封合区,例如阴影部分821,或者纵向预折痕线822、横向预折痕线813、横向预折痕线814、斜向预折痕线835形成的区域,或者横向预折痕线813、斜向预折痕线835、斜向预折痕线836形成的区域。
下面将结合图11和图12对包装容器的侧壁封接区做进一步详细说明。图11为一种实施例包装容器的侧壁连接处的结构示意图,如图11所示,该包装容器,例如纸筒001,包括侧壁002,所述侧壁002围绕形成有容置空间1,所述侧壁002具有侧壁封接区003,所述侧壁封接区003由所述包装材料的第一侧边区004和第二侧边区005交叠压合形成,其中,所述第一侧边区004位于所述侧壁封接区005的内侧,所述第二侧边区005位于所述侧壁封接区003的外侧。侧壁封接区003的内侧为纸筒001的内壁侧,内壁侧用于直接和容置空间1的物质接触,封接区003的外侧为纸筒001的外壁侧,外壁侧为朝向外部空间的一侧,为纸筒001的观察面。
其中,底涂层或者防护层设于所述第一侧边区对应的至少部分所述印刷层的表面,并与所述第二侧边区的所述热封层粘结;所述防护层设于所述侧壁的外表面。
图12为一种侧壁封接区的结构截面示意图,在本申请的一种实施例中,参考图12,侧壁封接区包括第一侧壁区域A;第一侧壁区域A包括第一层序列,第一层序列包括自容置空间1向外依次设置的第一壁层2、第二壁层3和第三壁层4;其中,在第一侧壁区域A中,第二壁层3与第三壁层4连接;其中,第一壁层2包括沿自容置空间1向外依次设置的第一热封层21和第一载体层22;第二壁层3包括沿自容置空间1向外依次设置的第二热封层31和第二载体层32;第三壁层4包括沿自容置空间1向外依次设置的第三热封层和第三载体层42;在第一侧壁区域A中,第三载体层41的层厚度大于第二载体层31的层厚度,和/或,第三载体层41的层厚度大于第一载体层21的层厚度。其中,所述第一载体层22、所述第二载体层32和所述第三载体层42均为所述包装材料除所述热封层之外的剩余层的总和。
继续参照图12,在上述纸筒中上,侧壁封接区的侧壁还包括与第一侧壁区域A邻接的第二侧壁区域B,第二侧壁区域B包括第二层序列,其中,如图3所示,第二层序列包括有自容置空间1向外依次设置的第一壁层2、第二壁层3和第三壁层4;其中,第二侧壁区域B中,第一壁层2与第二壁层3连接,第二壁层与第三壁层连接;且在第二侧壁区域B中,第二载体层31的层厚度小于第一载体层21的层厚度,或,第二载体层31的层厚度小于第三载体层41的层厚度,或者第二载体层31的层厚度同时小于第一载体层21和第三载体层41两者各自的层厚度。
继续参照图12,在本实施例的纸筒中,侧壁封接区的侧壁还包括第三侧壁区域C,对于在侧壁中设置第三侧壁区域C,使的侧壁中在纵向接缝处形成的结构形状有多种选择方式,其中,作为第三侧壁区域C设置纵缝接缝处形成的结构形状一种实施方式,如图3所示,可以在第一侧壁区域A的一侧设置第三侧壁区域C,且第三侧壁区域C与第一侧壁区域A邻接,第三侧壁区 域包括第三层序列,该第三层序列包括有自容置空间1向外依次设置的第一壁层2、和第三壁层4;其中,第三侧壁区域C中,第一壁层2与第三壁层4连接;且在第三侧壁区域C中,第一载体层21的层厚度与第三载体层41的层厚度相同。
其中,所述第一壁层的用于和所述第三壁层连接的表面设有所述底涂层或防护层,该底涂层或者防护层和第三壁层的热封层粘结;所述底涂层或防护层设于所述包装容器,如包装盒的外表面。经测试,包装盒侧壁封接区的粘结强度大于80N/15mm,满足使用要求。
在利用本申请的包装材料形成包装容器后,底涂层用于与包装材料的部分热封层粘结,实现包装材料的封合,防护层可位于包装容器的侧壁表面,用于保护印刷层不受损伤,利用该结构,可替代传统的外层PE层,且本申请实施例的包装材料中,防护层和底涂层的涂覆量均为1-5g/m2,涂覆量较少,在回收时,可不用再与纸板层分离,而直接进入纸板层的回收过程中。由此,可减少与纸板层的分离工艺,简化了包装盒的回收工艺,降低回收难度和回收成本,同时,可提高包装盒的环保性,减少环境污染。
本申请实施例还提供一种上述包装材料的制备方法,该制备方法可包括以下步骤:
所述纸板层依次与所述阻隔层和所述热封层叠层复合,然后在所述纸板层的背离所述阻隔层的一侧通过凹版印刷工艺形成所述印刷层,再在所述印刷层的表面通过凹版印刷工艺分别形成所述防护层和所述底涂层。
其中,印刷层直接印刷在纸板层的表面。阻隔层可直接与纸板层的表面复合,也可通过第一粘结层与纸板层复合,当阻隔层通过第一粘结层与纸板层复合时,可先在纸板层的表面涂覆形成第一粘结层,然后再将阻隔层复合在第一粘结层的表面。热封层可直接与阻隔层复合,也可通过第二粘结层与阻隔层复合。当热封层通过第二粘结层与阻隔层复合时,可在阻隔层的表面涂覆形成第二粘结层,然后再将热封层复合在第二粘结层的表面。
在一种可选的实施例中,用于形成所述防护层的防护涂料的粘度为ASTM  D4212-93号标准下14-23秒/蔡恩杯2#,印刷速度为400-800m/min。
在制备防护层时,将用于形成防护层的水性丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂搅拌均匀后,加入树脂重量50%-100%的水,稀释至印刷粘度,从而实现印刷速度400-800m/min的快速印刷的要求。
在一种可选的实施例中,用于形成所述底涂层的底涂浆料的黏度为ASTM D4212-93号标准下14-23秒/蔡恩杯2#,印刷速度为400-800m/min。
在制备底漆层时,将用于形成底涂层的自交联型水性丙烯酸树脂、0.05%-1%消泡剂、0.1%-1%流平剂搅拌均匀后,加入树脂重量5%-10%的水,稀释至印刷粘度,实现印刷速度400-800m/min的快速印刷的要求。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

  1. 一种包装材料,其特征在于,包括纸板层,所述纸板层包括第一表面和第二表面,其中:
    所述包装材料包括在所述第一表面的一侧沿第一方向设置的阻隔层和热封层;
    所述包装材料在所述第二表面的一侧沿第二方向不含有聚乙烯层,其中所述第一方向和所述第二方向在同一直线上且方向相反。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装材料,其特征在于,
    所述包装材料在所述第二表面的一侧包括印刷层,所述印刷层包含水性油墨或溶剂型油墨。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装材料,其特征在于,
    所述包装材料在所述第二表面的一侧沿第二方向进一步包括防护层,其中所述防护层为非聚乙烯层,所述防护层的涂覆量为1-5g/m2
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装材料,其特征在于,
    所述包装材料在所述第二表面的一侧沿第二方向进一步包括底涂层,其中所述底涂层为非聚乙烯层,所述底涂层热封合强度大于所述防护层,所述底涂层的涂覆量为1-5g/m2
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装材料,其特征在于,
    所述第二表面包括第一区域和第二区域,其中,所述第一区域至少为所述包装材料的底部封合区、耳翼封合区或侧壁封接区中的一种,所述第二区域为第二表面除第一区域外剩余的区域,所述包装材料至少包括以下情况的一种:
    a.所述底涂层至少部分覆盖所述第一区域;
    b.所述防护层至少部分覆盖所述第二区域;
    c.所述底涂层至少部分覆盖所述第二区域;
    d.所述防护层至少部分覆盖所述第一区域。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述防护层由水性树脂乳液形成,所述水性树脂乳液中的固体颗粒的粒径为0.2-0.9um。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述水性树脂乳液包括以下组分:丙烯酸型的树脂乳液、消泡剂和流平剂。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述底涂层的原料包括:硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、流平剂、消泡剂与水。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述包装材料的第二表面的静摩擦系数为0.310-0.352;所述包装材料的第二表面的动摩擦系数为0.162-0.198。
  10. 根据权利要求4-9任一项所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述防护层或所述底涂层通过凹版印刷工艺形成于所述印刷层的表面。
  11. 一种如权利要求4-10任一项所述的包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    所述纸板层依次与所述阻隔层和所述热封层叠层复合,然后在所述纸板层的背离所述阻隔层的一侧通过凹版印刷工艺形成所述印刷层,再在所述印刷层的表面通过凹版印刷工艺分别形成所述防护层和所述底涂层。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,用于形成所述防护层的防护涂料的粘度为ASTM D4212-93号标准下14-23秒/蔡恩杯2#,印刷速度为400-800m/min。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,用于形成所述底涂层的底涂浆料的黏度为在ASTM D4212-93号标准下14-23秒/蔡恩杯2#,印刷速度为400-800m/min。
  14. 一种包装容器,其特征在于,利用如权利要求4-10任一项所述的包装材料封接形成,所述包装容器包括侧壁,所述侧壁围绕形成有容置空间,所述侧壁具有侧壁封接区,所述侧壁封接区由所述包装材料的第一侧边区和第二侧边区交叠压合形成。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述侧壁封接区通 过第一侧边区对应的防护层和第二侧边区对应的热封层粘合形成。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述侧壁封接区通过第一侧边区对应的底涂层或防护层和第二侧边区对应的热封层粘合形成。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述侧壁封接区包括第一侧壁区域、第二侧壁区域和第三侧壁区域;
    所述第一侧壁区域包括第一层序列,所述第一层序列包括自所述容置空间向外依次设置的第一壁层、第二壁层和第三壁层;其中,在所述第一侧壁区域中,所述第二壁层由所述第一壁层弯折后向靠近所述第一壁层的方向弯折形成,所述第二壁层与所述第三壁层连接;
    所述第一壁层包括沿自所述容置空间向外依次设置的第一热封层和第一载体层;
    所述第二壁层包括沿自所述容置空间向外依次设置的第二载体层和第二热封层;
    所述第三壁层包括沿自所述容置空间向外依次设置的第三热封层和第三载体层;
    在所述第一侧壁区域中,所述第三载体层的层厚度大于所述第二载体层的层厚度,和/或,所述第三载体层的层厚度大于所述第一载体层的层厚度;
    所述第二侧壁区域包括第二层序列,所述第二层序列包括有自所述容置空间向外依次设置的所述第一壁层、所述第二壁层和所述第三壁层;
    其中,所述第二侧壁区域中,所述第一壁层与所述第二壁层连接,所述第二壁层与所述第三壁层连接;且在所述第二侧壁区域中,所述第二载体层的层厚度小于所述第一载体层的层厚度,和/或,所述第二载体层的层厚度小于所述第三载体层的层厚度;所述第一载体层、所述第二载体层和所述第三载体层为所述包装材料除所述热封层之外的剩余层的总和;
    所述第三侧壁区域包括第三层序列,所述第三层序列包括有自所述容置空间向外依次设置的所述第一壁层和所述第三壁层,且在所述第三侧壁区域中,所述第一壁层与所述第三壁层连接;所述第一壁层的用于和所述第三壁 层连接的表面设有所述底涂层或防护层;所述防护层设于所述包装容器的外表面。
  18. 根据权利要求14-17任一项所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述包装容器包括顶部、底部以及设于所述顶部和所述底部之间的所述侧壁;所述底部设有底部封合区,所述底部封合区的粘结区域设有所述底涂层或防护层;所述包装容器的外表面设有所述防护层。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述顶部设有耳翼封合区,所述耳翼封合区包括耳翼,所述耳翼自所述包装容器的顶面向所述侧壁弯折后与所述侧壁连接;
    所述耳翼朝向所述侧壁的表面设有所述底涂层,和/或,所述侧壁用于与所述耳翼连接的表面设有所述底涂层。
