锅盖组件及烹饪器具
本申请要求于2022年3月25日申请的、申请号为202220683634.1的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及烹饪器具技术领域,具体涉及一种锅盖组件及烹饪器具。
背景技术
传统饭煲等烹饪器具的底部采用发热盘或者IH线盘等方式进行加热,使得产生的热量多集中在底部。烹饪过程中,尤其在内锅的食物比较满时,容易造成食物受热不均而产生夹生的问题,甚至出现底糊锅,但食物上层还是夹生情况。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提出一种锅盖组件及烹饪器具,旨解决传统烹饪器具存在对锅体施热不均的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种锅盖组件,包括:
锅盖主体,包括盖体和设于所述盖体的一侧的盖板,所述锅盖主体贯设通孔,所述通孔贯穿所述盖板,所述盖体设有安装槽,所述盖板盖设所述安装槽的槽口;
线圈盘,设于所述锅盖主体内;以及,
测温器,设于所述安装槽内。
在一实施例中,所述测温器的测温端抵接在所述盖板上。
在一实施例中,所述盖板设有连通所述安装槽的气孔。
在一实施例中,所述安装槽靠近所述锅盖主体的中部布设,所述通孔设于所述安装槽的旁侧。
在一实施例中,所述锅盖组件还包括功能部件,所述功能部件与所述锅盖主体可拆卸连接,并穿设在所述通孔处。
在一实施例中,所述功能部件包括搅拌机构、投料机构和感测机构中的至少一种。
在一实施例中,所述功能部件在安装至所述锅盖主体时,与所述通孔的至少一侧孔壁保持间隔,以使得所述功能部件部分遮挡所述通孔。

加热装置,设于所述烹饪座,且用以对所述烹饪腔进行加热。
在一实施例中,所述加热装置为电磁加热装置。
有益效果
本申请提供的技术方案中,通过在锅盖组件上设置线圈盘,使得线圈盘在通电时能够对锅盖组件尤其是盖板处进行加热,实现对烹饪腔的顶部加热,结合烹饪腔的底部设置的加热装置,能够在烹饪腔内形成自下至上和自上至下热量流路,构建立体式循环加热环境,确保烹饪腔内食物的均匀受热,有助于提高烹饪效果;线圈盘采用电磁加热方式运行,相较于电阻丝等发热方式,能够形成较大区域受热且较为均匀的热量传导,有助于对烹饪腔的顶部的加热均匀,从而有助于在烹饪腔内蒸汽上升时,避免在盖板处形成冷凝水;通孔能够连通烹饪腔的内外环境,可作为例如蒸汽的排出通道,安装槽连通烹饪腔,但处于半封闭状态。通孔和安装槽可为不同的功能部件预留出不同的安装空间或者构建出不同的检测环境,有助于提高锅盖组件及烹饪器具的检测精准性和安装便利性,提高整机的结构通用性。

为解决上述问题,本申请提供一种烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具可以是但不限于电饭煲、压力煲、电磁炉、食物料理机等。请参阅图1至图10,附图所示为本申请提供的烹饪器具的具体实施例。
请参阅图1至图4,在本设计中,所述烹饪器具1包括烹饪座10、锅盖组件20和加热装置30。
其中,所述烹饪座10一般包括机壳,所述机壳可以根据实际需要设置为任意适宜的形状、尺寸和材质,例如设置为大致呈圆柱状、棱柱状或者球状等;所述机壳的制成材质可以设置为金属材质或者塑料材质等。
所述烹饪座10具有一端呈开口设置的腔体。可以理解,所述机壳可以直接限定出所述腔体;或者,所述烹饪座10包括机壳和锅体120,所述机壳限定出安装腔,所述锅体120安装在所述安装腔内,并限定出所述腔体。
所述锅盖组件20可开合地设于所述烹饪座10的开口端111,以与所述烹饪座10共同围合构成烹饪腔110。可以理解,所述锅盖组件20可以任何适宜的活动形式可开合地设于所述烹饪座10。例如,所述锅盖组件20的一侧缘转动安装于所述烹饪座10的开口端111,以使得所述锅盖组件20可绕该侧缘翻转至打开和关闭所述腔体的开口。或者,所述锅盖组件20的中部可通过一转轴转动安装于所述烹饪座10的开口端111,使得所述锅盖组件20可绕该转轴转动至打开和关闭所述腔体的开口。或者,所述锅盖组件20可相对烹饪座10的开口端111平移运动,具体可以是滑动平移或者滚动平移,实现打开和关闭所述腔体的开口的目的。
当所述锅盖组件20活动至关闭所述腔体,也即盖合所述开口时,所述锅盖组件20与所述烹饪座10的至少开口端111密封配合,共同围合构成基本封闭(可预留例如蒸汽溢出孔)的烹饪腔110。
本设计对所述烹饪座10上开口端111的朝向设置不作限制,因此跟随地,当所述烹饪座10固定在任一平台上时,所述锅盖组件20可以根据实际需要设置在所述烹饪座10的任意侧,例如设置在所述烹饪座10的顶侧、任意旁侧甚至底侧。但为了便于理解,在以下实施例中,均以所述烹饪器具1沿上下向,也即竖直方向安装,且所述烹饪座10和所述锅盖组件20自下至上依次布设,所述开口朝上为例进行说明。
基于此,所述加热装置30设于所述烹饪座10,且用以对所述烹饪腔110的底部进行加热。所述加热装置30为所述烹饪器具1的主加热单元,主要对所述烹饪腔110的底部进行加热。在设计时,所述加热装置30可以设置在所述烹饪座10的底部,使得加热装置30距所述烹饪腔110的底部更近,在同样的热量供给下,有助于加热装置30的能量减省和整机的结构简化,且使得整机的重心靠下,更利于整机平稳。当然,在其他实施例中,所述加热装置30也可设置在所述烹饪座10靠下区域的任意侧部,将热量传导至所述烹饪腔110的底部。此外,所述加热装置30在对烹饪腔110的底部加热的基础上,还可对烹饪腔110靠下区域的侧部进行加热,例如将加热装置30的加热面设置为适于锅体120底部形状的凹型,实现对锅体120的底部及靠下区域的侧部进行加热。
在具体应用时,所述加热装置30的具体形式不作限制,可以是任意适宜的加热方式,例如电热片或者电热圈等的电阻式加热、电磁感应加热、远红外加热及瓦斯加热等。而在本实施例中,所述加热装置30为电磁加热装置,也即主要利用电磁感应原理进行加热的装置。
当然,为了所述加热装置30及烹饪器具1整机的良好运行,所述烹饪器具1一般还包括控制装置130,所述控制装置130一般设置在所述烹饪座10上,且可与所述加热装置30电性连接,为所述加热装置30提供电源和所需的控制信号。所述控制装置130可作为所述烹饪器具1的主控系统,已为成熟技术,不作赘述。
此外,所述烹饪器具1还可包括测温组件140,所述测温组件140设于所述烹饪座10的底部,用以对所述烹饪腔110内部进行测温;所述测温组件140也可设于锅盖组件20上,同样可以用以对所述烹饪腔110内部进行测温。所述测温组件140与所述控制装置130电性连接,使得所述控制装置130可根据所述测温组件140的工作状态和测量数据,对所述加热装置30的工作参数进行调整。所述测温组件140同样为现有技术,不作赘述。
由于本设计中主要对所述锅盖组件20进行改进,以下将结合具体附图,对所述锅盖组件20的具体结构进行阐述。
本申请还提供一种锅盖组件20,所述锅盖组件20包括锅盖主体210、线圈盘220和测温器240。其中,所述锅盖主体210包括盖体214和设于所述盖体214的一侧的盖板211,所述锅盖主体210贯设通孔215,所述通孔215贯穿所述盖板211,所述盖体214设有安装槽216,所述盖板211盖设所述安装槽216的槽口;所述线圈盘220设于所述锅盖主体210内;所述测温器240设于所述安装槽216内。
本申请提供的技术方案中,通过在锅盖组件20上设置线圈盘220,使得线圈盘220在通电时能够对锅盖组件20尤其是盖板211处进行加热,实现对烹饪腔110的顶部加热,结合烹饪腔110的底部设置的加热装置30,能够在烹饪腔110内形成自下至上和自上至下热量流路,构建立体式循环加热环境,确保烹饪腔110内食物的均匀受热,有助于提高烹饪效果。
线圈盘220采用电磁加热方式运行,相较于电阻丝等发热方式,能够形成较大区域受热且较为均匀的热量传导,有助于对烹饪腔110的顶部的加热均匀,从而有助于在烹饪腔110内蒸汽上升时,避免在盖板211处形成冷凝水,有效解决烹饪过程中盖板211处产生的冷凝水回落烹饪腔110内的食物(例如米饭)上,导致米饭滴白或者夹生,影响食物,口感的问题;同时也有效避免盖板211处产生的冷凝水在锅盖组件的20的开盖过程中掉落在米饭上、滴落在烹饪座10上,污染烹饪座10或者渗入烹饪座10内部,对烹饪座10内的电控器件造成损坏。
通孔215能够连通烹饪腔110的内外环境,可作为例如蒸汽的排出通道,安装槽216可连通烹饪腔110而处于半封闭状态,或者被盖板211完全盖合而处于封闭状态。通孔215和安装槽216可为不同的功能部件250预留出不同的安装空间或者构建出不同的检测环境,有助于提高锅盖组件20及烹饪器具1的检测精准性和安装便利性,提高整机的结构通用性。
鉴于上述,本设计中的所述锅盖主体210大致呈现为与所述烹饪座10的形状、尺寸、材质相适配的块状或者具有一定厚度的板状。所述锅盖主体210具有朝向所述烹饪座10的开口端111的底侧和背对所述烹饪座10的开口端111的顶侧。其中,所述盖体214形成在所述锅盖主体210的顶侧、所述盖板211形成在所述锅盖主体210的底侧,朝向所述开口端111设置,且在盖合所述开口端111时,与烹饪座10的腔体共同围合构成所述烹饪腔110。
所述线圈盘220可以包括盘座221和绕设在所述盘座221上的线圈绕组222。所述线圈盘220在运行时,至少能够对所述盖板211进行加热。可以理解,所述盖板211被设置为由导热材料制成,具体例如为金属材质。
在具体应用时,所述盖板211可以是平直的板状结构,与所述开口的形状、尺寸相适配,以恰好盖合所述开口设置;当然,在其他实施例中,所述盖板211的至少朝向所述开口的一侧可以设置为具有一定弧度的弧面状,例如自盖板211的边缘至盖板211的中部呈逐渐朝向烹饪座10方向突出延伸,或者自盖板211的边缘至盖板211的中部呈逐渐背离烹饪座10方向凹陷延伸等;或者,所述盖板211整体可以呈凹型设置,具有板状主体和自板状主体的周缘逐渐朝向所述烹饪座10的方向突出延伸的周侧壁,如此地,所述线圈盘220可以仅对应所述板状主体设置,或者分别对应所述板状主体及所述周侧壁设置,使得当所述线圈盘220工作时,热量可直接地作用在板状主体上,并且直接或者间接地作用在所述周侧壁上,实现对所述烹饪腔110的靠上区域的立体式加热。
所述盖体214设于所述盖板211背对所述烹饪座10的一侧,所述盖体214、所述线圈盘220和所述盖板211依次层叠布设,并且,所述盖体214与所述盖板211共同限位所述线圈盘220。所述盖体214可呈板状设置,并与所述盖板211正对。或者,所述盖体214的下端凹设有容置槽,所述容置槽收容所述线圈盘220和所述盖板211,使得所述锅盖组件20的结构紧凑且更具美观性。
接着,所述锅盖主体210还可包括隔板212,所述隔板212设于所述盖板211和所述盖体214之间。所述隔板212和所述盖体214共同夹持限位所述线圈盘220。需要说明的是,当所述盖体214具体设计有上述容置槽时,所述盖板211与所述盖体214之间的区域,指的是所述容置槽的槽底部与所述盖板211之间的区域。
所述隔板212与所述盖体214连接。具体而言,所述隔板212可直接与所述盖体214连接,例如通过例如焊接固定、螺接固定、卡扣固定、粘接固定或者吸附固定等方式安装在所述容置槽的侧槽壁上。或者,所述锅盖主体210还可包括安装支架218,所述安装支架218供所述隔板212安装,且连接至所述盖体214上。具体而言,请参阅图3和图6,所述安装支架218大致呈环状,且具有供所述隔板212支撑固定的环形支撑面,所述环形支撑面朝向所述线圈盘220设置。所述安装支架218与上述同理地,可通过例如焊接固定、螺接固定、卡扣固定、粘接固定或者吸附固定等方式安装在所述容置槽的侧槽壁上。
当所述锅盖主体210如上所述设置有安装支架218时,所述安装支架218与所述盖体214连接,将所述盖体214、所述线圈盘220和所述隔板212连接呈一体。所述盖板211可安装在所述安装支架218背对所述隔板212的一侧,并与所述安装支架218可拆卸连接。如此地,在实际应用时,所述盖板211可根据实际需要进行拆除,例如进行维修替换、拆装清洗等,隔板212可以对至少线圈盘220起到良好的隔离保护作用,避免所述盖板211的拆装过程影响线圈盘220的使用、或者对用户造成危害。
基于上述,进一步地,所述隔板212至少对应所述线圈盘220的部位处,设置有可视化结构。所述可视化结构可以具体表现为由玻璃、透明膜层等材料制成的透明视窗,或者表现为通过例如反射、折射等原理将所述线圈盘220处的图像信息表现出来的显示面。例如在本实施例中,为了简化结构且降低成本,可将所述隔板212整体设置为由玻璃材料制成,既能达到可视化目的,还能对经由线圈盘220作用在盖板211的热量起到一定的均匀、保温的效果。
此外,由于所述线圈盘220需要在通电状态下感应发热。因此,所述锅盖组件20一般还包括电控部件230,所述电控部件230与所述线圈盘220电性连接,为所述线圈盘220提供电源,还可根据实际需要提供预设的控制信号。所述电控部件230例如为集成设置的电路板。所述电控部件230可与上述的控制装置130分体设置,具体例如独立设置于所述锅盖主体210上或者设于烹饪座10上;当然,所述电控部件230也可与所述控制装置130一体设置,构成所述控制装置130中的部分结构。
在实际应用时,所述烹饪器具1一般还包括显控面板,所述显控面板提供控制界面和/或显示界面,所述显控面板可设置在锅盖组件20的上端,也即盖体214处。基于此,所述电控部件230同样可以安装在所述盖体214处。而为了减少电控部件230与所述线圈盘220之间的相互影响,在一实施例中,所述锅盖主体210还包括屏蔽板213,所述屏蔽板213至少对应设置在所述电控部件230和所述线圈盘220之间。所述屏蔽板213具体可以是铝制板等。
基于上述任意实施例,请参阅图6至图8,所述锅盖主体210贯设通孔215。所述通孔215贯穿所述盖板211,也即自所述盖板211惯穿至所述锅盖主体210除所述盖板211所在侧以外的另一侧其中,所述锅盖主体210的另一侧,可以指的是与所述盖板211呈相对设置的一侧,也即盖体214背对所述盖板211的一侧;也可以指的是所述锅盖主体210的任意周侧,例如盖板211的周侧或者盖体214的周侧,只要能够通过所述通孔215连通所述烹饪腔110的内外环境即可。所述通孔215能够实现所述烹饪腔110内外物质交换,例如,将烹饪腔110内经烹饪过程产生的蒸汽排放至烹饪腔110外,或者将烹饪腔110外的例如食材等投放至烹饪腔110内。因此,根据所述烹饪器具1的实际需求,所述通孔215可作为连通孔215,例如所述烹饪腔110的蒸汽溢出孔、物料(例如食材、调料、水等)的投料孔、散热孔、泄压孔等。
当然,由于所述通孔215连通所述烹饪腔110的内外环境,请参阅图9至图10,在一实施例中,当所述锅盖组件20还包括功能部件250时,所述通孔215还可作为所述功能部件250的安装孔或者避让孔。具体而言,所述功能部件250与所述锅盖主体210可拆卸连接,所述功能部件250与所述锅盖主体210二者的连接处可以位于所述锅盖主体210的任意部位。并且,所述功能部件250的至少部分部位穿设在所述通孔215处,可以完全收容在所述通孔215内,也可以穿过所述通孔215并伸入至所述烹饪腔110内。如此地,无需为所述功能部件250额外开设其他孔结构,有助于简化加工工艺,且保证所述锅盖主体210的结构强度。
所述功能部件250可以根据实际需要设置为不同:
在一实施例中,当所述烹饪器具1例如为炒菜机等产品,设置有搅拌功能时,所述功能部件250可以是搅拌机构,搅拌机构至少包括搅拌轴以及与搅拌轴连接的搅拌叶片,此时,所述搅拌轴可穿过所述通孔215,并将所述搅拌叶片安装在所述烹饪腔110内。
在一实施例中,当所述烹饪器具1为自动料理机等产品,设置有自动投料功能、破碎物料功能等时,所述功能部件250可以是投料机构,具体例如为鼓气或抽气机构、传送带机构等;所述功能部件250还可以是刺破机构,例如为刺破胶囊的刀具、碾破米粒的滚轮等。
在一实施例中,所述功能部件250也可以是感测机构,例如为测温器240、湿度传感器、压力传感器等。
需要说明的是,当所述烹饪器具1中的所述通孔215同时用作上述提及的连通孔215和装配孔时,连通功能和装配功能可交替存在,例如,当将搅拌机构移出通孔215时,通孔215用作蒸汽溢出孔用;当将搅拌机构安装至通孔215时,通孔215被搅拌机构封闭而无法溢出蒸汽。
或者,在一实施例中,所述功能部件250在安装至所述锅盖主体210时,与所述通孔215的至少一侧孔壁保持间隔,以使得所述功能部件250部分遮挡所述通孔215。也即,所述功能部件250可保持在通孔215处的安装状态,但需要与所述通孔215内预留出通路,使得即使功能部件250在安装至通孔215的同时,通孔215仍可连通所述烹饪腔110的内外环境。
鉴于上述,所述锅盖主体210还可以包括蒸汽阀组件217,所述蒸汽阀组件217与所述盖体214连接,并活动安装于所述通孔215处,以控制所述通孔215处的开度大小。
此外,基于上述任意实施例,请参阅图6至图8,所述锅盖主体210开设有安装槽216。所述盖板211盖设在所述安装槽216的槽口处:
当所述盖板211完全封闭所述安装槽216时,所述安装槽216呈现为完全封闭状态。此时,所述测温器240容设在安装槽216内,且所述测温器240的测温端可直接抵接在所述盖板211上,用以感测所述盖板211的温度值。
当所述盖板211设有连通所述安装槽216的气孔,烹饪腔110内的蒸汽可经由所述气孔进入所述安装槽216内时,所述测温器240容设在安装槽216内,根据实际需要,所述测温器240的测温端可朝向盖板211而与盖板211保持间隔,以感测蒸汽温度,从而获得烹饪腔110的温度;或者,所述测温器240的测温端可直接抵接在所述盖板211上,用以感测所述盖板211的温度值。
当然,所述安装槽216还可用作其他构件(以下统称为安装构件)的安装位,由于所述安装槽216将所述烹饪腔110的内外环境分隔开,使得所述安装构件的安装环境单一而不会受到另一环境的影响。基于此,所述安装构件可选测量烹饪腔110内的工作参数的其他感测机构,除以上测温器240以外,还可以是测量烹饪腔110内烹煮过程中的压强变化的压力传感器、用于测量烹饪腔110外环境温度的温度传感器、用于感测烹饪腔110外是否有人体靠近的人体感应器等。
需要说明的是,上述测温器240或者上述测温组件还可安装在所述通孔215处。例如,所述测温器240设置为两个,或者同一测温器240具有两个测温点时,两个测温器240或者两个测温点可分设在通孔215和安装槽216处,提供更多、更丰富的测量结果,有助于测量准确。
在本实施例中,所述测温器240设于所述安装槽216处,所述盖板211设有连通安装槽216的气孔。安装槽216由于半封闭,能够聚积更多的高温蒸汽,避免高温蒸汽流通至烹饪腔110外。因此,将测温器240设于安装槽216处,对于感测烹饪腔110内烹煮过程中的温度变化,具有更好更准的测量效果。进一步地,可将所述安装槽216尽量靠近所述锅盖主体210的中部布设。由于烹饪腔110内的蒸汽多汇聚在中部并向上升腾,靠近中部布设的测温器240能够接收到更多地、更原始的蒸汽,从而有助于测量准确。所述通孔215设于所述安装槽216的旁侧,避免通孔215处蒸汽的溢出、或者功能部件250的安装,对测温器240的测量过程或结果产生干扰。当然,所述测温器240可在所述安装槽216直接测量蒸汽温度,也可在蒸汽附着在盖板211时,通过测量盖板211的温度并经转换后获得烹饪腔110温度。
此外,当参阅图3、图5及图6,在一实施例中,所述盖体214、所述线圈盘220和所述盖板211依次层叠布设时;所述通孔215依次贯穿所述盖板211、所述线圈盘220和所述盖体214设置。因此,所述通孔215由所述盖板211、所述线圈盘220及所述盖体214上的各个孔段共同构成。但需要说明的是,构成所述通孔215的各个孔段的结构可作相同设置,也可作至少部分相异设置。为便于理解,在以下实施例中,将所述通孔215对应所述线圈盘220处设置的定义为第一孔段215a、设于所述盖体214的定义为第二孔段215b、设于所述盖板211的定义为第三孔段215c。
在一实施例中,所述第三孔段215c在所述盖板211处孔口可以设置为包括多个小孔或者呈格栅状,使得该孔口在溢出蒸汽的同时,可起到一定的过滤功能,避免烹饪腔110内烹煮的例如米粒等食材进入通孔215并造成堵塞。
在一实施例中,所述第二孔段215b在所述盖体214处的孔口可自下至上呈扩口设置,使得溢出的蒸汽能够分散出。
需要说明的是,所述第一孔段215a、所述第二孔段215b和所述第三孔段215c保持连通,但结构上可以依次连接或者断开连接。本实施例中,主要以所述第一孔段215a、所述第二孔段215b和所述第三孔段215c保持连接为例进行说明。
进一步地,请参阅图6至图8,在一实施例中,所述锅盖主体210在所述第一孔段215a处设有隔挡结构260,所述隔挡结构260用以阻隔所述通孔215处的气体流向所述线圈盘220处。所述隔挡结构260能够将所述通孔215与所述线圈盘220所处环境分隔开,避免例如所述通孔215内流通的水汽流向线圈盘220,导致线圈盘220短路等危害发生。
具体而言,在一实施例中,所述隔挡结构260包括挡圈261,所述挡圈261环绕所述第二孔段215b的外围设置,且自所述盖体214朝向所述线圈盘220方向凸设。可以理解,所述挡圈261可以直接围合限定出所述第二孔段215b和所述第一孔段215a、甚至所述第三孔段215c;所述挡圈261可与所述盖体214一体成型设置,也可与所述盖体214分体设置,并通过各连接结构进行连接。
或者,在一实施例中,所述隔挡结构260包括密封圈262,所述密封圈262设于所述第三孔段215c处,且朝向所述线圈盘220方向延伸。所述密封圈262可安装在锅盖主体210上,并围合限定出整个所述通孔215。所述密封圈262可以是有例如橡胶材质制成的弹性密封结构。
此外,在一实施例中,当所述隔挡结构260包括如上所述的所述挡圈261和所述密封圈262时,所述密封圈262的侧壁侧向凸设台阶,并形成朝向所述挡圈261的台阶面,所述挡圈261靠近所述密封圈262的一端支撑在所述台阶面上。如此地,所述挡圈261和所述密封圈262部分套接,套接处形成双层密封,有助于增加连接处的密封强度,且增加所述挡圈261与所述密封圈262的连接强度。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种锅盖组件,其中,包括:
    锅盖主体,包括盖体和设于所述盖体的一侧的盖板,所述锅盖主体贯设通孔,所述通孔贯穿所述盖板,所述盖体设有安装槽,所述盖板盖设所述安装槽的槽口;
    线圈盘,设于所述锅盖主体内;以及,
    测温器,设于所述安装槽内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述测温器的测温端抵接在所述盖板上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述盖板设有连通所述安装槽的气孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述安装槽靠近所述锅盖主体的中部布设,所述通孔设于所述安装槽的旁侧。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述锅盖组件还包括功能部件,所述功能部件与所述锅盖主体可拆卸连接,并穿设在所述通孔处。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述功能部件包括搅拌机构、投料机构和感测机构中的至少一种。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述功能部件在安装至所述锅盖主体时,与所述通孔的至少一侧孔壁保持间隔,以使得所述功能部件部分遮挡所述通孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述盖体、所述线圈盘和所述盖板依次层叠布设;
    所述通孔依次贯穿所述盖板、所述线圈盘和所述盖体设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述通孔包括对应所述线圈盘处设置的第一孔段;
    所述锅盖主体在所述第一孔段处设有隔挡结构,所述隔挡结构用以阻隔所述通孔处的气体流向所述线圈盘处。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述通孔包括设于所述盖体的第二孔段;
    所述隔挡结构包括挡圈,所述挡圈环绕所述第二孔段的外围设置,且自所述盖体朝向所述线圈盘方向凸设。
  11. 如权利要求9或者10所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述通孔包括设于所述盖板的第三孔段;
    所述隔挡结构包括密封圈,所述密封圈设于所述第三孔段处,且朝向所述线圈盘方向延伸。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述隔挡结构包括所述挡圈和所述密封圈,所述密封圈的侧壁侧向凸设台阶,并形成朝向所述挡圈的台阶面,所述挡圈靠近所述密封圈的一端支撑在所述台阶面上。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述锅盖主体还包括隔板:
    所述盖体和所述隔板连接,所述线圈盘限位在所述盖体和所述隔板之间,所述盖板设于所述隔板背对所述盖体的一侧。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述盖板与所述隔板可拆卸连接;
    所述隔板至少对应所述线圈盘处设有可视化结构。
  15. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括:
    烹饪座,具有一端呈开口设置的腔体;
    如权利要求1至14任一项所述的锅盖组件,所述锅盖组件可开合地设于所述烹饪座的开口端,以与所述烹饪座共同围合构成烹饪腔;以及,
    加热装置,设于所述烹饪座,且用以对所述烹饪腔进行加热。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述加热装置为电磁加热装置。
