拼接显示装置 技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种拼接显示装置。
背景技术
由于目前的技术水平限制,利用显示屏进行大尺寸显示时,需要使用拼接显示装置。拼接显示装置是由一个或多个箱体拼装形成,每个箱体上设置有多个显示屏。拼接显示装置可以安装于墙面上,设置有显示屏的一面面对观众,设置有箱体的一面面对墙体。已知的一种拼接显示装置的多个显示面板是直接设置在箱体上,为了将显示面板,特别是小尺寸的显示面板设置在箱体上,并且保证多个显示面板之间的平整度,需要在箱体上形成多个支撑柱。例如,为了固定一个显示面板,对应的,在箱体上可能需要形成6个支撑柱。支撑柱的数量过多,会与设置于箱体内的部件发生干涉。
技术问题
本申请提供一种能够减少箱体上的支撑柱数量,防止支撑柱与箱体内的部件发生干涉的拼接显示装置。

本申请提供一种拼接显示装置,包括:
箱体;
托架,可拆卸地设置于所述箱体上;
多个显示面板,可拆卸地设置于所述托架上;
多个面板固定件,固定所述显示面板与所述托架;以及
多个托架固定件,固定所述托架与所述箱体。
可选的,在一种实施方式中,所述多个面板固定件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件与所述托架固定件可拆卸地连接,所述第二固定件仅连接所述显示面板与所述托架。
可选的,在一种实施方式中,所述托架包括主体部和围绕所述主体部设置的周缘部,所述第一固定件至少设置于所述托架的周缘部,所述第二固定件至少设置于所述托架的主体部。
可选的,在一种实施方式中,所述托架上形成有第一安装孔,所述显示面板上形成有对应于所述第一安装孔的第二安装孔,所述面板固定件贯穿所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔将所述显示面板固定于所述托架上。

有益效果
本申请通过在箱体与显示面板之间设置托架,先将多个显示面板固定在一个托架上,再将托架整体固定在箱体上。由于托架形成为一个整体,在将托架固定在箱体上时,需要的托架固定件的数量比将多个显示面板一一固定在箱体上的固定件的数量少。因此,箱体上用于固定显示面板的支撑柱的数量可以相应减少,在满足固定显示面板且保证多个显示面板之间的平整性的情况下,又能避免箱体上的支撑柱与其他部件产生干涉。

本申请提供一种拼接显示装置100。拼接显示装置100可以由一个或多个箱体10拼装形成,每个箱体10上设置有多个显示屏,以进行大尺寸显示。拼接显示装置100可以安装于墙面上,设置有显示屏的一面面对观众,设置有箱体10的一面面对墙体。
请参考图1至图3,拼接显示装置100包括箱体10、可拆卸地设置于箱体10上的托架20、可拆卸地设置于托架20上的多个显示面板30、固定显示面板30与托架20的多个面板固定件40以及固定托架20与箱体10的多个托架固定件50。
现有技术中,多个显示面板是直接设置在箱体上,为了将显示面板,特别是小尺寸的显示面板设置在箱体上,并且保证多个显示面板之间的平整度,需要在箱体上形成多个支撑柱。例如,为了固定一个显示面板,对应的,在箱体上可能需要形成6个支撑柱。支撑柱的数量过多,会与设置于箱体内的部件发生干涉。本申请通过在箱体10与显示面板30之间设置托架20,先将多个显示面板30固定在一个托架20上,再将托架20整体固定在箱体10上。由于托架20形成为一个整体,在将托架20固定在箱体10上时,需要的固定件的数量比将多个显示面板30一一固定在箱体10上的固定件的数量少。因此,箱体10上用于固定托架20的支撑柱的数量可以相应减少,在满足固定显示面板30且保证多个显示面板30之间的平整性的情况下,又能避免箱体10上的支撑柱与其他部件产生干涉。
以下,对本申请的各个部分进行说明。
请继续参考图1至图3,拼接显示装置100可以包括一个或多个箱体10。虽然图1中以包括一个箱体10的拼接显示装置100为例进行了说明,但本申请的拼接显示装置100也可以包括多个箱体10。多个箱体10的排列方式和形状可以根据拼接显示装置100的形状和大小设计。例如,但拼接显示装置100为矩形时,箱体10的形状可以为图1中所示的矩形,多个矩形箱体10呈矩阵排列,多个矩形箱体10之间通过箱体10固定件(未图示)固定从而形成矩形的拼接显示装置100。
箱体10用于支撑设置于箱体10上的托架20和显示面板30,并用于收容设置于箱体10内的其他部件,例如电路板、电线等。箱体10包括底板11和设置于底板11上的侧壁12。侧壁12围绕底板11的外周设置一圈,在俯视时,形成一个闭合的图形。可选的,底板11为矩形,侧壁12在俯视时形成一个闭合的矩形。底板11与侧壁12共同形成一个收容腔。
箱体10的底板11上设置有至少一个支撑柱13。支撑柱13用于固定和支撑托架20与显示面板30。底板11包括本体部111和周边部112。其中,本体部111和周边部112的边界以虚线示出。支撑柱13包括第一支撑柱131和第二支撑柱132。第一支撑柱131设置在箱体10的底板11的周边部112。可选的,第一支撑柱131可以设置于侧壁12的内表面上或者与侧壁12相邻设置。第二支撑柱132设置于底板11的本体部111,即设置于周边部112的内侧。托架固定件50设置于支撑柱13上。可选的,如本实施方式中,支撑柱13的材料可以为可磁化的金属材料,托架固定件50为磁性件,例如吸铁石,通过磁性吸附在支撑柱13上。或者,托架固定件50可以是螺钉,支撑柱13上可以开设螺纹孔,螺钉设置于螺纹孔中。
托架20用于承载多个拼接显示面板30,同时辅助拼接显示面板30同转接板60连接完成驱动,并与箱体10连接完成固定。托架20包括多条沿第一方向D1延伸的第一承托条21和多条沿第二方向D2延伸的第二承托条22。第二方向D2与第一方向D1相交,可选的,第一方向D1与第二方向D2垂直。多条第一承托条21沿第二方向D2相互平行间隔排列。多条第二承托条22沿第一方向D1相互平行间隔排列。多条第一承托条21与多条第二承托条22相交,形成多个镂空的承托单元20U。显示单元设置于承托单元20U上。由此,一个托架20可以安装多个显示面板30。可选的,托架20还可以包括至少一条辅助承托条23,用于提升增加托架20的强度,防止变形,起到加强筋的作用。具体地,至少一条辅助承托条23可以与第一承托条21或者第二承托条22平行,并且位于相邻两条第一承托条21或者相邻两条第二承托条22之间。当然,也可以同时设置与第一承托条21的辅助承托条23和与第二承托条22平行的辅助承托条23。需要说明的是,由于设置于托架20上的显示面板30上的端子需要进行与转接板60上的端子对应连接进行驱动,辅助承托条23的位置需要避让显示面板30上的端子。另外,为了保证多个显示面板30拼接成的显示屏的平整性,托架20整体上形成为与多个显示面板30的拼接体匹配的平板状。可以理解,如果多个显示面板30的拼接体为弧形,则托架20也要对应形成为弧形。需要说明的是,本文中将第一承托条21、第二承托条22以及辅助承托条23统称为承托条,在本文中所指承托条是指第一承托条21、第二承托条22以及辅助承托条23中的至少一个。
托架20上形成有第一安装孔H1,第一安装孔H1用于固定托架20与显示面板30。具体地,托架20包括相对设置的第一面20a和第二面20b,安装有显示面板30的一面为第一面20a。在托架20的第二面20b上形成有多个凸起24。第一安装孔H1开设于凸起24中。进一步,第一安装孔H1贯穿凸起24与承托条。凸起24能够起到定位,辅助连接的作用。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,也可以不设置凸起24,直接在托架20的承托条上开设第一安装孔H1。
此外,托架20上设置有防呆用的凸部,相应的,在显示面板30上设置有与所述凸部对应的凹槽,凸部与凹槽相配合,防止灯板防反引起的显示异常。托架20的可以成型方式为压铸成型。由于显示面板30显示时容易发热,金属材料制成的托架20可以起到散热的作用。
多个显示面板30用于显示画面。通过驱动控制,能够使多个中小尺寸的显示面板30拼接在一起显示完整画面。多个显示面板30可拆卸地设置于托架20上,并通过托架20可拆卸地设置于箱体10上。多个显示面板30可以为微发光二极管(mini-LED)显示面板30或者次毫米发光二极管(micro-LED)显示面板30。由于mini-LED显示面板和micro-LED显示面板为自发光面板,也可以称之为灯板。显示面板30可以为150×168.75、150×112.5等的大尺寸显示面板,也可以为150×56.25等的小尺寸显示面板。在本实施方式中,显示面板30为150×56.25的小尺寸mini-LED显示面板。
显示面板30具有正面30a和与正面30a相对的背面30b。显示面板30的背面30b上设置有多个突起部31。突起部31中开设有第二安装孔H2。第二安装孔H2对应于第一安装孔H1设置。
可选的,拼接显示装置100还包括设置于箱体10与托架20之间的转接板60(HUB板)。请参考图4,一个箱体10能够容纳至少一块转接板60。可选的,在本实施方式中,一个箱体10能够容纳两块转接板60。支撑柱13避让转接板60设置。在本申请中,“避让”是指在组装情况下,二者不会发生干涉。具体地,箱体10上的第一支撑柱131与第二支撑柱132围绕转接板60设置。即,箱体10上的第一支撑柱131与第二支撑柱132与转接板60间隔设置,因此,不会与转接板60发生干涉。
以下,对本申请中的各部分之间的连接关系进行说明。
显示面板30与托架20之间可拆卸连接。具体地,请参考图5,多个面板固定件40包括第一固定件41和第二固定件42,第一固定件41与托架固定件50可拆卸地连接,第二固定件42不与托架固定件50连接。在本实施方式中,托架固定件50的数量少于面板固定件40的数量。本申请中,第一固定件41起到固定显示面板30、托架20和箱体10三者的作用,第二固定件42仅起到固定显示面板30和托架20的作用。在箱体10对应第二固定件42的位置能够省去支撑柱13,从而防止支撑柱13造成的干涉。第一固定件41和第二固定件42分别设置于不同位置的第一安装孔H1中。第一固定件41对应于第一支撑柱131和第二支撑柱132设置。具体地,托架20包括主体部201和围绕主体部201设置的周缘部202,周缘部202至少包括托架20最外周的一圈承托条。在组装状态下,第一固定件41至少设置于托架20的周缘部202,第二固定件42至少设置于托架20的主体部201。可以理解,第一固定件41也可以设置于托架20的主体部201,第二固定件42也可以设置于托架20的周缘部202。
第一固定件41和第二固定件42(面板固定件40)从托架20侧贯穿第一安装孔H1与第二安装孔H2,将显示面板30可拆卸地固定于托架20上。可以理解的是,显示面板30与托架20也可以通过其他方式连接,例如,在托架20上设置磁铁,在显示面板30上设置螺钉,通过磁铁与螺钉的磁吸作用连接。另外,显示面板30的背面30b上还设置有与转接板60连接,进行显示驱动的第一端子32和必要的电子元件33。
具体地,在图6中,沿图5的A-A线的位置,位于托架20的一条短边上的多个第一固定件41和多个第二固定件42沿第一方向D1排成一列。在图7中,沿图5的B-B线的位置,多个第一固定件41和多个第二固定件42沿第一方向D1间隔设置并排成一列。在图8中,沿图5的C-C线的位置,多个第二固定件42与第一端子32沿第一方向D1间隔设置并排成一列。在图9中,沿图4的D-D线的位置,位于托架20中部的位置,多个第一固定件41和多个第二固定件42沿第一方向D1排成一列。
托架20与箱体10之间也是可拆卸连接。具体地,托架20与支撑柱13之间可拆卸连接。可选的,托架20与支撑柱13磁性连接。请继续参阅图6,托架固定件50可拆卸地设置于支撑柱13上,第一固定件41可拆卸地设置于托架20上对应于支撑柱13的位置,托架固定件50与第一固定件41磁性连接。托架固定件50与第一固定件41中的至少一个为磁铁。第一固定件41可以为平头螺钉,平头螺钉的螺帽直径可以为8mm-10mm。平头螺钉设置于第一安装孔H1中。托架固定件50可以为吸铁石,一端通过磁吸设置在箱体10的支撑柱13上,另一端与平头螺钉进行磁吸固定。可以理解,吸铁石也可以通过双面胶等其他方式固定在箱体10的支撑柱13上。由于平头螺钉和吸铁石的加工精度限制,平头螺钉与吸铁石之间可以预留出0.3mm-0.5mm的空间用于进行连接。第二固定件42也可以为设置于第一安装孔H1中的平头螺钉。由于第一固定件41需要连接下方的箱体10上的支撑柱13,因此,第一固定件41比第二固定件42的固定能力要强。具体地,当第一固定件41与第二固定件42为螺钉时,第一固定件41的长度比第二固定件42的长度长,第一固定件41的螺帽直径也比第二固定件42的螺帽直径大。另外,第一固定件41可以包括两种固定能力不同的零件,设置于托架20的周缘部202的第一固定件41比设置于主体部201的第一固定件41的固定能力强。第二固定件42可以包括两种固定能力不同的零件,设置于托架20的周缘部202的第二固定件42比设置于主体部201的第二固定件42的固定能力强。可以理解,除了上述磁性连接方式,托架20与箱体10之间也可以通过其他方式连接,例如通过在箱体10的侧壁12外表面设置凹槽,在托架20上设置卡合部,使卡合部卡合于凹槽内,从而固定托架20与支撑柱13。
可选的,第二固定件42避让转接板60设置。托架20包括与转接板60正对的正对部203。虽然未图示,正对部203为转接板60在托架20上的正投影完全覆盖的转接板60的部分。请参阅图8,第二固定件42固定托架20的正对部203与多个显示面板30,第二固定件42位于转接板60远离箱体10的一侧。可选的,第二固定件42可以与转接板60之间设置有间隔,也可以与转接板60的表面相接触。本申请通过将连接与转接板60正对的托架20的部分和显示面板30之间的第二固定件42设置于转接板60远离箱体10的一侧,能够防止第一连接件与转接板60之间发生干涉。转接板60中开设有至少一个开口OP。可选的,转接板60具有沿箱体10宽度方向上排列的多个开口OP。结合图5,多个第一固定件41中的一部分围绕托架20的四周设置,多个第一固定件41中的另一部分对应于相邻的转接板60之间的间隙设置,多个第一固定件41中的再一部分对应于转接板60中的开口OP设置。多个第一固定件41沿第一方向D1排列成多列。多个第二固定件42的一部分正对转接板60设置。多个第二固定件42也沿第二方向D2排列成多列。每一转接板60上方设置有两列第二固定件42。多个第一固定件41中的另一部分围绕转接板60设置。
可选的,支撑柱13还包括辅助支撑柱133。辅助支撑柱133起到辅助支撑作用。每一开口OP中均设置有至少一个辅助支撑柱133。辅助支撑柱133上也设置有第一固定件41,第一固定件41与托架固定件50在至少一个开口OP中可拆卸地连接。通过在转接板60上进行挖空,制作出至少一个开口OP,并在开口OP内设置辅助支撑柱133、第一固定件41以及托架固定件50,进一步增强显示面板30、托架20与箱体10之间的连接强度。转接板60上设置有第二端子61,第二端子61用于与显示面板30上的第一端子32连接。可选的,转接板60可拆卸地固定于托架20上。具体地,转接板60中开设有至少一个通孔60a,拼接显示装置100包括转接板固定件70,转接板固定件70贯穿通孔60a,将转接板60可拆卸地固定于托架20上。
在拼接显示装置100的组装过程中,先将多个显示面板30通过面板固定件40安装于托架20的第一面20a上,再将转接板60通过转接板固定件70安装于托架20的第二面20b,组装完成后将显示面板30、托架20和转接板60放入箱体10中,使托架固定件50与第一固定件41连接固定。
当本申请的拼接显示装置100的显示面板30发生故障时,通过破坏托架固定件50与面板固定件40之间的连接便可取下托架20。托架20上面固定有显示面板30,再把面板固定件40取下,便可取下显示面板30进行维护。整体上来说,本申请的拼接显示装置100为前维护方式,便于拆卸和安装。

    箱体;
    托架,可拆卸地设置于所述箱体上;
    多个显示面板,可拆卸地设置于所述托架上;
    多个面板固定件,固定所述显示面板与所述托架;以及
    多个托架固定件,固定所述托架与所述箱体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述多个面板固定件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件与所述托架固定件可拆卸地连接,所述第二固定件仅连接所述显示面板与所述托架。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述托架包括主体部和围绕所述主体部设置的周缘部,所述第一固定件至少设置于所述托架的周缘部,所述第二固定件至少设置于所述托架的主体部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述托架上形成有第一安装孔,所述显示面板上形成有对应于所述第一安装孔的第二安装孔,所述面板固定件贯穿所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔将所述显示面板固定于所述托架上。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述拼接显示装置还包括转接板,所述转接板设置于所述箱体与所述托架之间,所述托架包括与所述转接板正对的正对部,所述第二固定件固定所述正对部与所述多个显示面板,所述第二固定件位于所述转接板远离所述箱体的一侧。

  7. 如权利要求5所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述箱体包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱避让所述转接板设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述支撑柱包括第一支撑柱,所述第一支撑柱围绕所述转接板设置。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述支撑柱包括辅助支撑柱,所述转接板中设置有至少一个开口,所述第一固定件、所述托架固定件以及所述辅助支撑柱在所述至少一个开口中可拆卸地连接。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述转接板可拆卸地固定于所述托架上。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述箱体包括支撑柱,所述托架固定件设置于所述支撑柱上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述箱体包括底板,所述底板包括本体部和周边部,所述周边部围绕所述本体部,所述支撑柱包括第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱,所述第一支撑柱设置在所述周边部,所述第二支撑柱设置在本体部。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述拼接显示装置还包括转接板,所述转接板设置于所述箱体与所述托架之间,所述第一支撑柱和所述第二支撑柱围绕所述转接板设置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述支撑柱包括辅助支撑柱,所述转接板中设置有至少一个开口,所述面板固定件、所述托架固定件以及所述辅助支撑柱在所述至少一个开口中可拆卸地连接。
  15. 如权利要求2所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述第一固定件与所述托架固定件之间磁性连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述第一固定件为螺钉,所述托架固定件为吸铁石。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述第二固定件为螺钉,所述第一固定件的长度比所述第二固定件的长度长,所述第一固定件的螺帽直径比所述第二固定件的螺帽直径大。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述托架包括多条第一承托条和多条与所述第一承托条相交的第二承托条,所述第一承托条与所述第二承托条相交形成多个承托单元,所述显示面板安装于所述承托单元上。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述托架固定件的数量少于所述面板固定件的数量。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的拼接显示装置,其中,所述多个显示面板为微发光二极管显示面板或者次毫米发光二极管显示面板,所述显示面板的尺寸为150×168.75、150×112.5或150×56.25。
