诸如商用SUV、轿车等车辆上安装有天窗,天窗一方面能够满足通风的需要,另一方面还可以开阔视野。但是相关技术中的天窗多通过蘑菇搭扣固定在车辆顶棚上,蘑菇搭扣组装耗时费力,且成本较高。
发明内容

如图1至图3所示,本公开实施例的顶棚天窗组件包括顶棚1、天窗3和连接件2。
顶棚1设有窗口,如图1所示,顶棚1大体可以为矩形框状,顶棚1可以通过金属板、塑料板、麻纤维板等材料加工成型。窗口可以设在顶棚1的中部位置,窗口可以为矩形、圆形、方形等。
连接件2的材质可以与顶棚1的材质一致,连接件2可以与顶棚1一体成型并设在顶棚1的窗口处。天窗可以通过连接件2与顶棚1连接固定,例如,连接件2上可以设有卡扣,天窗上可以设有卡槽,卡扣可以配合在卡槽内,从而方便了天窗和顶棚1的安装固定。
本公开实施例的顶棚天窗组件,由于连接件2和顶棚1一体设置,避免了需要首先将连接件2与顶棚1安装固定的情况,简化了天窗的安装工序和固定方式,提升了装配的便 捷性。另外,相对于蘑菇卡扣,连接件2的成本低,还实现了降本增效的目的。

当插接件31插入插槽21内后,如图2所示,插卡接部311可以配合在卡腔211内,卡腔211的内壁和插卡接部311的外周面可以相对挡止,从而限制插接件31在插拔方向的位移,避免了插接件31轻易从插槽21内脱出的情况,提高了天窗3装配的稳定性。

顶棚1设有软质材料,软质材料可以为橡胶等,如图3所示,部分软质材料构成配合部11并嵌入配合槽26内,由此,增加了连接件2和顶棚1的连接固定位置,提高了连接件2装配的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,连接件2设有翻边27,翻边27设在插槽21的槽口处,翻边27适于与天窗3贴合配合。如图3所示,翻边27可以设在连接件2的顶部,翻边27向连接件2的上侧翻折,使用时,翻边27可以与天窗3贴合,从而起到限位作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种顶棚天窗组件,包括:
    顶棚,所述顶棚设有窗口;
    连接件,所述连接件与所述顶棚一体设置;
    天窗,所述天窗通过所述连接件固定在所述顶棚的所述窗口处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件设有插槽,所述天窗设有插接件,所述插接件适于配合在所述插槽内以将所述天窗固定在所述顶棚的窗口处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件为环形,所述连接件设在所述窗口处并沿着所述窗口的口沿延伸闭合,所述连接件上设有多个所述插槽,多个所述插槽沿着所述连接件的周向间隔排布,所述天窗上设有多个所述插接件,多个所述插接件一一对应地配合在所述连接件的多个所述插槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件有多个,多个所述连接件设在所述窗口处并沿着所述窗口的口沿间隔排布,所述天窗上设有多个所述插接件,多个所述插接件一一对应地配合在多个所述连接件的所述插槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述插槽包括卡腔,所述插接件设有卡接部,所述卡接部配合在所述卡腔内,且所述卡接部的外周面适于与所述卡腔的内壁挡止以约束所述插接件在插接方向的位移。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件内设有减重孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件设有第一延伸部,所述第一延伸部适于与所述顶棚相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件设有第二延伸部和第三延伸部,所述第二延伸部和所述第三延伸部间隔布置,所述第二延伸部和所述第三延伸部之间限制出配合槽,所述天窗设有配合部,所述配合部适于嵌入所述配合槽内以增强所述连接件的装配稳定性。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的顶棚天窗组件,其中所述连接件设有翻边,所述翻边适于与所述天窗贴合配合。
  10. 一种车辆,包括顶棚天窗组件,所述顶棚天窗组件为根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的顶棚天窗组件。
