排线连接器、柔性电路板、触控面板及显示装置
本申请要求在2017年03月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720277465.0、实用新型名称为“排线连接器、柔性电路板、触控面板及显示装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开实施例涉及排线连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种排线连接器、柔性电路板、触控面板及显示装置。
背景技术
显示装置中,因柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)的设计需求,模组结构在电路转接的时候经常需要使用到连接器(Connecter)。
相关技术中,连接器一般包括公接头和母接头两部分,通过将公接头的引线端子与母接头的引线端子插接,及通过盖板结构压紧,可以实现公接头的引线端子和母接头的引线端子之间的连接固定,进而实现柔性电路板排线之间的连接。然而,在实际应用过程中,连接器的公接头和母接头的引线端子之间很容易出现插接不到位及插接偏位的问题,从而很容易导致电路连接失效,进而导致如显示模组的触摸功能失效、显示功能失效等问题。
发明内容
本公开至少一实施例提供了一种排线连接器,包括:
公接头,包括第一本体和排布于第一本体上的第一引线端子;沿所述第一引线端子的排布方向上,所述第一本体设有两个凹形槽;
母接头,包括第二本体、排布于第二本体上的第二引线端子和安装于第二本体上的两个卡合结构;其中,所述第二引线端子可与所述第一引线端子一一插接配合;且当所述第二引线端子与所述第一引线端子一一插接配合时,所述两个卡合结构分别与所述第一本体的两个凹形槽相卡合。
本公开的某一实施例中,所述两个凹形槽对称设置于所述第一本体的两端。
本公开的某一实施例中,所述卡合结构包括:
延伸部,沿垂直于所述第二引线端子的排布方向延伸,固定于所述第二本体上且相对于所述第二本体伸出;
卡合部,固定于所述延伸部相对于所述第二本体伸出的一端、且可与所述凹形槽卡合匹配。
本公开的某一实施例中,所述卡合部为圆珠头结构;所述圆珠头的直径大于所述延伸部的径向尺寸;所述凹形槽为圆弧形槽。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述, 显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
如图1~图4所示,本公开实施例提供的一种排线连接器,包括:
公接头1,该公接头1包括第一本体11和排布于第一本体11上的第一引线端子12;且沿第一引线端子12的排布方向上,第一本体11上设有两个凹形槽3;
母接头2,该母接头2包括第二本体21、排布于第二本体21上的第二引线端子22和安装于第二本体21上的两个卡合结构4;其中,第二引线端子22可与第一引线端子12一一插接配合;且当第二引线端子22与第一引线端子12一一插接配合时,两个卡合结构4分别与第一本体11的两个凹形槽3相卡合。
上述排线连接器中,由于公接头1的第一本体11沿垂直于第一引线端子12排布方向上设有两个凹形槽3;相应地,母接头2的第二本体21沿垂直于第二引线端子22排布方向上设有两个卡合结构4,且当公接头1的第二引线端子22与母接头2的第一引线端子12一一插接配合时,母接头2的两个卡合结构4可分别与公接头1的两个凹形槽3相卡合;因此,通过该两个卡合结构4与两个凹形槽3的卡合匹配,可以利于公接头1的第一本体11与母接头2的第二本体21之间的插接定位,进而可以避免排线连接器出现第一引线端子12与第二引线端子22之间插接不到位和插接偏位的问题;因此,该排线连接器的可靠性较高。
如图1~图4所示,一种具体的实施例中,公接头1中,第一本体11上的两个凹形槽3对称设置于第一本体11的两端;进而,当母接头2的两个卡合结构4与该两个凹形槽3卡合匹配时,母接头2的两个卡合结构4可以对公接头1的第一本体11产生夹持作用,从而可以提高公接头1和母接头2之间连接的可靠性、避免公接头1和母接头2之间脱落或断开。
如图1~图4所示,在上述实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,母接头2中,每个卡合结构4可以包括:
沿垂直于第二引线端子22的排布方向延伸的延伸部41,该延伸部41固定于第二本体21上且相对于第二本体21延伸出一部分;以及,固定于延伸部41相对于第二本体21所延伸出来的一端的卡合部42,该卡合部42可与凹 形槽3卡合匹配。
当将第一本体11上的第一引线端子12与第二本体21上的第二引线端子22相插接时,第一本体11可插入相对于第二本体21伸出的两个卡合结构4之间;直至两个卡合结构4的卡合部42分别嵌入于第一本体11两端端面10的两个凹形槽3内并与凹形槽3相卡合时,则可以判断第一引线端子12与第二引线端子22之间已插接到位,且一一配合、未出现偏位。
如图1~图4所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,两个卡合结构4的延伸部41之间的间距可以等于第一本体11的两端端面10之间的距离,也可以小于第一本体11的两端端面10之间的距离,即存在一定的公差;进而,当第一本体11与第二本体21相插接配合时,两个卡合结构4的延伸部41可以对第一本体11具有夹持作用,从而可以提高公接头1和母接头2之间连接的可靠性、避免公接头1和母接头2之间脱落或断开。
如图1和图2所示,在上述两个实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,卡合结构4中,卡合部42可以设计为圆珠头结构;具体地,该圆珠头的直径大于延伸部41的径向尺寸,即截面尺寸;进一步地,凹形槽3可以为圆弧形槽,以便于与圆珠头结构的卡合匹配。
如图3和图4所示,另一种具体的实施例中,卡合结构4中,卡合部42也可以设计为钩状体结构;具体地,两个卡合结构4的钩状体相向设置;进一步地,凹形槽3可以为方形槽或梯形槽,以便于与钩状体结构的卡合匹配。
如图1~图4所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,卡合结构4可以为一体式结构。
进一步地,卡合结构4可以选用弹性恢复效果较好的弹性材料制备,如弹性金属材料。
当然,本公开实施例的排线连接器中,卡合结构4并不限于上述各实施例中的具体结构,只要在第二引线端子22与第一引线端子12一一插接配合时,能够与第一本体11上的凹形槽3相卡合的结构,都属于本公开实施例中的卡合结构4所包括的范围。
另外,需要说明的是,本公开实施例的排线连接器中,公接头1的第一引线端子12和母接头2的第二引线端子22可以用于连接柔性电路板排线或者电路引线;具体地,公接头1的第一引线端子12可以为插针,母接头2的第二引线端子22为与插针插合匹配的管脚;或者,也可以是,母接头2的第 二引线端子22为插针,而公接头1的第一引线端子12为与插针插合匹配的管脚。
本公开实施例还提供了一种柔性电路板,该柔性电路板可以包括上述任一实施例中的排线连接器。
本公开实施例还提供了一种触控面板,该触控面板可以包括上述任一实施例中的排线连接器。
本公开实施例还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置可以包括上述任一实施例中的排线连接器。
由于上述柔性电路板、触控面板和显示装置都包括本公开实施例提供的排线连接器,因此,其内部电路连接的可靠性较高,不易出现功能性不良。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种排线连接器,包括:
    公接头,包括第一本体和排布于第一本体上的第一引线端子;沿所述第一引线端子的排布方向上,所述第一本体设有两个凹形槽;
    母接头,包括第二本体、排布于第二本体上的第二引线端子和安装于第二本体上的两个卡合结构;其中,所述第二引线端子可与所述第一引线端子一一插接配合;且当所述第二引线端子与所述第一引线端子一一插接配合时,所述两个卡合结构分别与所述第一本体的两个凹形槽相卡合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的排线连接器,其中,所述两个凹形槽对称设置于所述第一本体的两端。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的排线连接器,其中,所述卡合部为圆珠头结构;所述圆珠头的直径大于所述延伸部的径向尺寸;所述凹形槽为圆弧形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的排线连接器,其中,所述卡合部为钩状体结构;所述两个卡合结构的钩状体相向设置;所述凹形槽为方形槽或梯形槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的排线连接器,其中,所述卡合结构为一体式结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的排线连接器,其中,所述卡合结构为弹性材料制备。
  8. 一种柔性电路板,包括如权利要求1~7任一项所述的排线连接器。
  9. 一种触控面板,包括如权利要求1~7任一项所述的排线连接器。
  10. 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求1~7任一项所述的排线连接器。
