また、本実施形態における「ホウ酸エステル」は、ホウ酸と水酸基を有する化合物との脱水縮合物であり、モノエステル、ジエステルおよびトリエステルのいずれも含有する。
まず、本発明に係る実施形態の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物について説明する。
本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物は、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)と、ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)と、を含む。
この理由は定かではないが、ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)は親水性が高く、かつ環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)と相溶性がよいため、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中へのホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の分散性を良好にすることができるからだと考えられる。
以上から、本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物は、光学成形体として好適に用いることができる。
本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物中の環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)およびホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の合計含有量の上限は特に限定されないが、例えば、100質量部以下である。
[第一の実施形態]
本発明の第一の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)は、得られる成形体の透明性および屈折率の性能バランスを良好に保ちつつ耐湿熱性をさらに向上できたり、成形性を向上できたりする観点から、以下一般式(I)で表される少なくとも1種のオレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(a)と、以下一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位(AA)、以下一般式(III)で表される繰り返し単位(AB)および以下一般式(IV)で表される繰り返し単位(AC)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の環状オレフィンモノマー由来の繰り返し単位(b)と、を有することが好ましい。
本発明の第一の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン共重合体を構成する繰り返し単位の全体を100モル%としたとき、オレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(a)の割合の上限値は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは95モル%以下、より好ましくは90モル%以下、さらに好ましくは85モル%以下、さらに好ましくは80モル%以下である。
また、本発明の第一の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン共重合体を構成する繰り返し単位の全体を100モル%としたとき、オレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(a)の割合の下限値は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは5モル%以上、より好ましくは10モル%以上、さらに好ましくは20モル%以上、さらに好ましくは30モル%以上、さらに好ましくは40モル%以上、さらに好ましくは50モル%以上である。
さらに、本発明の第一の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン共重合体を構成する繰り返し単位の全体を100モル%としたとき、オレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(a)の割合は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは5モル%以上95モル%以下、より好ましくは10モル%以上95モル%以下、さらに好ましくは20モル%以上90モル%以下、さらに好ましくは30モル%以上90モル%以下、さらに好ましくは40モル%以上85モル%以下、さらに好ましくは50モル%以上80モル%以下である。
なお、オレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(a)の割合は、13C-NMRによって測定することができる。
また、一般式(IIa)で表される環状オレフィンと、一般式(IIIa)または(IVa)で表される環状オレフィンのいずれかを用いることが好ましい。
また、本発明の第一の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン共重合体を構成する繰り返し単位の全体を100モル%としたとき、環状オレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(b)の割合の下限値は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは5モル%以上、より好ましくは10モル%以上、さらに好ましくは15モル%以上、さらに好ましくは20モル%以上である。
さらに、本発明の第一の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)を構成する繰り返し単位の全体を100モル%としたとき、環状オレフィンモノマー由来の繰り返し単位(b)の割合は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは5モル%以上95モル%以下、より好ましくは5モル%以上90モル%以下、さらに好ましくは10モル%以上80モル%以下、さらに好ましくは10モル%以上70モル%以下、さらに好ましくは15モル%以上60モル%以下、さらに好ましくは20モル%以上50モル%以下である。
なお、環状オレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(b)の割合は、13C-NMRによって測定することができる。
本発明の第二の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)は、得られる成形体の透明性および屈折率の性能バランスを良好に保ちつつ耐湿熱性をさらに向上できたり、成形性を向上できたりする観点から、以下一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位(AA)および芳香環を有する環状オレフィンから導かれる構成単位(C)を含み、上記繰り返し単位(AA)が芳香環を含まず、上記芳香環を有する環状オレフィンが、以下式(C-1)で示される化合物、以下式(C-2)で示される化合物、および以下式(C-3)で示される化合物からなる群から選択される一種または二種以上を含むことが好ましい。
本発明の第二の実施形態に係る繰り返し単位(AA)は上記一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位である。上記繰り返し単位(AA)を含むことにより、得られる成形体の屈折率をさらに向上させることができる。
また、本発明の第二の実施形態に係る繰り返し単位(AA)は芳香環を含まない。上記繰り返し単位(AA)が芳香環を含まないことにより、得られる成形体の成形性をさらに向上させることができる。
また、本発明の第二の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の上記繰り返し単位(AA)および上記構成単位(C)の合計含有量を100モル%としたとき、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の繰り返し単位(AA)の割合の上限値は、特に限定されないが、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、例えば、95モル%以下である。
さらに、本発明の第二の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の上記繰り返し単位(AA)および上記構成単位(C)の合計含有量を100モル%としたとき、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の繰り返し単位(AA)の割合は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは5モル%以上95モル%以下、より好ましくは10モル%以上95モル%以下、さらに好ましくは20モル%以上95モル%以下、さらに好ましくは30モル%以上95モル%以下、さらに好ましくは40モル%以上95モル%以下、さらに好ましくは50モル%以上95モル%以下である。
本発明の第二の実施形態において、繰り返し単位(AA)の割合は、例えば、1H-NMRまたは13C-NMRによって測定することができる。
本発明の第二の実施形態に係る構成単位(C)は芳香環を有する環状オレフィン由来の構成単位である。
本発明の第二の実施形態に係る芳香環を有する環状オレフィンとしては、例えば、以下一般式(C-1)で示される化合物、以下一般式(C-2)で示される化合物、以下一般式(C-3)で示される化合物等が挙げられる。これらの芳香環を有する環状オレフィンは、一種単独で用いてもよいし、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
R1~R17はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、フッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子、またはフッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であり、R10~R17のうち一つは結合手であり、R15が結合手であることが好ましい。
R1~R17はそれぞれ独立に水素原子または炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であることが好ましく、水素原子であることがより好ましい。
またq=0のときR10とR11、R11とR12、R12とR13、R13とR14、R14とR15、R15とR10は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、またq=1または2のときR10とR11、R11とR17、R17とR17、R17とR12、R12とR13、R13とR14、R14とR15、R15とR16、R16とR16、R16とR10は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、また上記単環または上記多環が二重結合を有していてもよく、上記単環または上記多環が芳香族環であってもよい。
上記一般式(C-1)の中でも、以下一般式(C-1A)で示される化合物が好ましい。
R18~R31はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、フッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子、またはフッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基である。
R18~R31はそれぞれ独立に水素原子または炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であることが好ましく、水素原子であることがより好ましい。
またq=1のときR28とR29、R29とR30、R30とR31は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、またq=2または3のときR28とR28、R28とR29、R29とR30、R30とR31、R31とR31は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、上記単環または上記多環が二重結合を有していてもよく、また上記単環または上記多環が芳香族環であってもよい。
R32~R39はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、フッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子、またはフッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基である。
R32~R39はそれぞれ独立に水素原子または炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であることが好ましく、水素原子であることがより好ましい。
またq=1のときR36とR37、R37とR38、R38とR39は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、またq=2または3のときR36とR36、R36とR37、R37とR38、R38とR39、R39とR39は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、上記単環または上記多環が二重結合を有していてもよく、また上記単環または上記多環が芳香族環であってもよい。
また、本発明の第二の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の上記繰り返し単位(AA)および上記構成単位(C)の合計含有量を100モル%としたとき、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の繰り返し単位(C)の割合の下限値は、特に限定されないが、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、例えば、5モル%以上である。
さらに、本発明の第二の実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の上記繰り返し単位(AA)および上記構成単位(C)の合計含有量を100モル%としたとき、本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)中の上記構成単位(C)の割合は、より優れた耐湿熱性、機械的特性および光学特性を有する成形体を得る観点から、好ましくは5モル%以上95モル%以下、より好ましくは5モル%以上90モル%以下、さらに好ましくは5モル%以上80モル%以下、さらに好ましくは5モル%以上70モル%以下、さらに好ましくは5モル%以上60モル%以下、さらに好ましくは5モル%以上50モル%以下である。
本発明の第二の実施形態において、構成単位(C)の割合は、例えば、1H-NMRまたは13C-NMRによって測定することができる。
また、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)のMFRの上限値は、例えば100g/10分以下である。
本実施形態に係るホウ酸エステル化合物(B)は以下構造式(B-1)にて示される化合物を含むことが好ましい。これにより、得られる成形体の透明性を大きく損なわずに、耐湿熱性を向上させることができる。
R1、R2、R3の例として、好ましくは脂肪酸グリセリンエステルや脂肪酸ジグリセリンエステルの部分構造、または水素が挙げられる。これらの部分構造であることにより、ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)中の親水基と疎水基のバランスが向上し、結果としてホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の10%重量減少温度も向上する。
本実施形態のホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の10%重量減少温度の上限値は特に限定されないが、例えば300℃以下である。
また、本実施形態の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物におけるホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の含有量の上限値は、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)の含有量を100質量部としたとき、好ましくは10.0質量部以下、より好ましくは7.5質量部以下、さらに好ましくは5.0質量部以下、さらに好ましくは4.0質量部以下、さらに好ましくは3.5質量部以下、さらに好ましくは3.0質量部以下、さらに好ましくは2.0質量部以下である。ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の含有量が上記上限値以下であることにより、環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物の透明性がより好適になる。
すなわち、式(B-4)または式(B-5)で表されるドナー・アクセプター系化合物は、式(B-3)にて示されるホウ素系化合物をドナー成分とし、アクセプター成分としての塩基性窒素化合物とを混合させて得られる。

また、本実施形態の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物におけるドナー・アクセプター系化合物の含有量の上限値は、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)100質量部に対して、好ましくは5.0質量部以下、より好ましくは4.0質量部以下、さらに好ましくは3.0質量部以下、さらに好ましくは2.0質量部以下である。ドナー・アクセプター系化合物の含有量が上記上限値以下であることにより、環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物の透明性がより好適になる。
また、本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物のガラス転移温度(Tg)の上限値は、成形体を車載カメラレンズや携帯機器用カメラレンズ等の耐熱性が求められる光学部品として使用する際に良好な成形性を得るという観点から、好ましくは170℃以下、より好ましくは165℃以下、さらに好ましくは160℃以下である。
さらに、本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物のガラス転移温度(Tg)は、好ましくは100℃以上170℃以下、より好ましくは105℃以上165℃以下、さらに好ましくは110℃以上160℃以下である。環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物のガラス転移温度(Tg)が上記範囲であると、成形体を車載カメラレンズや携帯機器用カメラレンズ等の耐湿熱性が求められる光学部品として使用する際に、十分な耐熱性を得ることができるとともに、良好な成形性を得ることができる。
本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物には、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)およびホウ酸エステル化合物(B)以外に、本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物の良好な物性を損なわない範囲内で任意成分として公知の添加剤を含有させることができる。
添加剤としては、例えば、酸化防止剤、二次抗酸化剤、滑剤、離型剤、防曇剤、耐候安定剤、耐光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、金属不活性化剤等が挙げられる。
次に、本発明に係る実施形態の成形体について説明する。
本実施形態に係る成形体は本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物を含む。
本実施形態に係る成形体は本実施形態に係る環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物を含むため、光学性能に優れている。そのため像を高精度に識別する必要がある光学系において、光学部品として好適に用いることができる。光学部品とは光学系機器等に使用される部品であり、具体的には、各種センサー用レンズ、ピックアップレンズ、プロジェクタレンズ、プリズム、fθレンズ、撮像レンズ、導光板、ヘッドマウントディスプレイ用レンズ等が挙げられ、本実施形態に係る効果の観点から、fθレンズ、撮像レンズ、センサー用レンズ、プリズムまたは導光板に好適に用いることができる。
また、本発明は前述の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲での変形、改良等は本発明に含まれるものである。
<環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)>
(触媒の調製)
VO(OC2H5)Cl2をシクロヘキサンで希釈し、バナジウム濃度が6.7mmol/Lであるバナジウム触媒のシクロヘキサン溶液を調製した。エチルアルミニウムセスキクロリド(Al(C2H5)1.5Cl1.5)をシクロヘキサンで希釈し、アルミニウム濃度が107mmol/Lである有機アルミニウム化合物触媒のシクロヘキサン溶液を調製した。
攪拌式重合器(内径500mm、反応容積100L)を用いて、連続的にエチレンとテトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセンとの共重合反応を行った。重合溶媒としてシクロヘキサンを使用した。この共重合反応を行う際は、上記方法によって調製されたバナジウム触媒のシクロヘキサン溶液を、重合器内のシクロヘキサンに対するバナジウム触媒濃度が0.6mmol/Lになるように、重合器内に供給した。
また、有機アルミニウム化合物であるエチルアルミニウムセスキクロリドを、アルミニウムとバナジウムの質量比(Al/V)が18.0になるように重合器内に供給した。重合温度を8℃とし、重合圧力を1.8kg/cm2Gとして連続的に共重合反応を行い、エチレンとテトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセンとの共重合体(エチレン・テトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセン共重合体)を得た。
重合器より抜出した、エチレン・テトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセン共重合体溶液に、水およびpH調節剤として、濃度25質量%のNaOH溶液を添加し、重合反応を停止させた。また、エチレン・テトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセン共重合体中に存在する触媒残渣を除去(脱灰)し、ポリマー溶液Aを得た。
上記脱灰処理を行った、エチレン・テトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセン共重合体のシクロヘキサン溶液(ポリマー溶液A、ポリマー濃度7.7質量%)に安定剤として、ペンタエリスリチル‐テトラキス[3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート]を、上記共重合体100質量部に対して0.4質量部となるように添加した後、一旦、有効容量1.0cm3の撹拌槽を用いて1時間混合した。
熱源として20kg/cm2Gの水蒸気を用いた二重管式加熱器(外管径2B、内管径3/4B、長さ21m)に、濃度を5質量%とした上記共重合体のシクロヘキサン溶液を150kg/Hの量で供給して、180℃に加熱した。
熱源として25kg/cm2Gの水蒸気を用いた二重管式フラッシュ乾燥器(外管径2B、内管径3/4B、長さ27m)とフラッシュホッパー(容積200L)とを用いて、上記加熱工程を経た上記共重合体のシクロヘキサン溶液から重合溶媒であるシクロヘキサンとともに大半の未反応モノマーを除去することでフラッシュ乾燥された溶融状態の環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)を得た。示差走査熱量計で測定した、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)のガラス転移温度(Tg)は161℃であった。
フラスコにグリセリン(富士フイルム和光純薬株式会社製)1モルとホウ酸(富士フイルム和光純薬株式会社製)1モルを加え、210℃まで加熱攪拌し、1モル分脱水した。次にステアリン酸メチル(富士フイルム和光純薬株式会社製)をフラスコに1モル加え、230~240℃でエステル交換反応を行い、メタノールを除去することで、式(1)で示されるホウ酸エステル化合物を得た。
式(1)の化合物について、後述の<10%重量減少温度>の方法にて測定した10%重量減少温度は272℃であった。
上記の溶融状態の環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)を、ベント付二軸混練押出機の樹脂装入部より装入した。次いで、揮発物を除去する目的でベント部分からトラップを介し真空ポンプで吸引しつつ、ベント部よりも下流側のシリンダー部に、上記式(1)で表されるホウ酸エステル化合物を環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)100質量部に対して1.5質量部添加し、押出機のベント部より下流側で混錬した。この時、押出機ダイバーダー部で樹脂温度の最大値と最小値の差が3℃以内になるように押出機の条件を調整した。
[実施例1]における式(1)で示されるホウ酸エステル化合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)100質量部に対して3.0質量部としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
[実施例1]における式(1)で示されるホウ酸エステル化合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)100質量部に対して5.0質量部としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
[実施例1]における式(1)で示されるホウ酸エステル化合物の代わりに以下のホウ酸エステルと塩基性化合物をモル比1:1で配合した以下式(2)で示される混合物(ビオミセルBN-105:株式会社ボロン研究所製、一般式(B-4)にて示されるドナー・アクセプター系化合物)を使用し、式(2)で示される混合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)100質量部に対して1.5質量部としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
式(2)で示される混合物について、後述の<10%重量減少温度>の方法にて測定した10%重量減少温度は289℃であった。
[実施例4]における式(2)で示される混合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)100質量部に対して2.5質量部としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
環状オレフィン系共重合体(A2)(5013L-10、POLYPLASTICS社製)を、ベント付二軸混練押出機の樹脂装入部より装入し、ベント部よりも下流側のシリンダー部に、上記式(1)で表されるホウ酸エステル化合物を環状オレフィン系共重合体(A2)100質量部に対して2.0質量部添加し、押出機のベント部より下流側で混錬した。この時、押出機ダイバーダー部で樹脂温度の最大値と最小値の差が3℃以内になるように押出機の条件を調整した。
[実施例6]における式(1)で表されるホウ酸エステル化合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A2)に対して3.0質量部としたこと以外は実施例6と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
[実施例6]における式(1)で表されるホウ酸エステル化合物の代わりに、式(2)で示される混合物を使用し、式(2)で示される混合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A2)に対して2.0質量部としたこと以外は実施例6と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
[実施例8]における式(2)で示される混合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A2)に対して3.0質量部としたこと以外は実施例8と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
[実施例1]における式(1)で示されるホウ酸エステル化合物の代わりに、以下式(3)で示される化合物(2,3-Di-o-benzyl-d-glucopyranose、Combi-Blocks社製)を使用し、式(3)で示される化合物の添加量を、環状オレフィン系共重合体(A1)100質量部に対して1.0質量部としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
式(3)で示される化合物について、後述の<10%重量減少温度>の方法にて測定した10%重量減少温度は243℃であった。
[実施例1]において式(1)で表されるホウ酸エステル化合物を添加しなかったこと以外は[実施例1]と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
[実施例6]において式(1)で表されるホウ酸エステル化合物を添加しなかったこと以外は[実施例6]と同様にして、樹脂組成物を製造した。
TG-DTA7300(SII社製)を用いて、JIS K-7120に準じて測定した。TG曲線の重量減少率が10%となる温度を10%重量減少温度とした。
射出成形機(ファナック社製 ROBOSHOT S2000i-30α)を用いて、シリンダー温度275℃、金型温度120℃で、得られた樹脂組成物を射出成形し、光学面を持つ35mm×65mm×厚み3mmtのテストピースを成形した。
テストピースの内部ヘイズは、村上色彩技術研究所(株)製のヘーズメーターHM-150を用いて、JIS K-7105に基づいてベンジルアルコール中で測定した。
内部ヘイズ測定で作製したテストピースを、温度85℃、相対湿度95%の雰囲気下に168時間放置した。その後、温度23℃、相対湿度50%の雰囲気に取り出して48時間後に内部ヘイズを測定した。
その後、耐湿熱試験後の内部ヘイズから耐湿熱試験前の内部ヘイズを差し引いた変化量を、Δ内部ヘイズとして測定した。
射出成形機(ファナック社製 ROBOSHOTO S200i―30α)を準備し、金型として、レンズ部分の直径が6.0mm、レンズ部分の厚みが0.5mmの平板レンズを形成する金型を準備した。
この金型を用い、シリンダー温度285℃、金型温度は105℃の条件において、実施例および比較例で得られた樹脂組成物を射出成形し、合計4500ショット成形した。
4500ショット後に金型のレンズ面の汚れをデジタルマイクロスコープVHX-5000(キーエンス社製)で観察し、4500ショット後の汚れについて、以下の基準に従って目視にて評価した。
A(少ない):ゲート部分にのみ汚れが認められる。
B(やや多い):ゲートから反ゲートの中間部分にまで汚れが認められる。
C(多い):反ゲート部分に至るまで、全体に汚れが認められる。
一方、比較例1は、金型汚れが多く発生していた。また、比較例2、3は、Δ内部ヘイズが増加し、耐湿熱性が劣っていた。なお、比較例2、3では、耐湿熱性が発揮されなかったため、金型汚れは評価していない。
Claims (9)
- 環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)と、ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)と、を含む環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物において、
前記環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)が、
以下一般式(I)で表される少なくとも1種のオレフィン由来の繰り返し単位(a)と、
以下一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位(AA)、以下一般式(III)で表される繰り返し単位(AB)および以下一般式(IV)で表される繰り返し単位(AC)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の環状オレフィンモノマー由来の繰り返し単位(b)と、
を有する環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物。
(前記一般式(I)において、R300は水素原子又は炭素原子数1~29の直鎖状または分岐状の炭化水素基を示す。)
(前記一般式(II)において、uは0または1であり、vは0または正の整数であり、wは0または1であり、R61~R78ならびにRa1およびRb1は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、炭素原子数1~20のアルキル基、炭素原子数1~20のハロゲン化アルキル基、炭素原子数3~15のシクロアルキル基または炭素原子数6~20の芳香族炭化水素基であり、R75~R78は、互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよい。)
(前記一般式(III)において、xおよびdは0または1以上の整数であり、yおよびzは0、1または2であり、R81~R99は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、炭素原子数1~20のアルキル基若しくは炭素原子数3~15のシクロアルキル基である脂肪族炭化水素基、炭素原子数6~20の芳香族炭化水素基またはアルコキシ基であり、R89およびR90が結合している炭素原子と、R93が結合している炭素原子またはR91が結合している炭素原子とは、直接あるいは炭素原子数1~3のアルキレン基を介して結合していてもよく、またy=z=0のとき、R95とR92またはR95とR99とは互いに結合して単環または多環の芳香族環を形成していてもよい。)
(前記一般式(IV)において、R100、R101は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、水素原子または炭素原子数1~5の炭化水素基を示し、fは1≦f≦18である。) - 請求項1に記載の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物において、
前記環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)が、
前記一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位(AA)および
芳香環を有する環状オレフィンから導かれる構成単位(C)を含み、
前記繰り返し単位(AA)が芳香環を含まず、
前記芳香環を有する環状オレフィンが、以下一般式(C-1)で示される化合物、以下一般式(C-2)で示される化合物、および以下一般式(C-3)で示される化合物からなる群から選択される一種または二種以上を含む、環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物。
(前記一般式(C-1)中、nおよびqはそれぞれ独立に0、1または2であり、R1~R17はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、フッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子、またはフッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であり、R10~R17のうち一つは結合手であり、またq=0のときR10とR11、R11とR12、R12とR13、R13とR14、R14とR15、R15とR10は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、またq=1または2のときR10とR11、R11とR17、R17とR17、R17とR12、R12とR13、R13とR14、R14とR15、R15とR16、R16とR16、R16とR10は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、また前記単環または前記多環が二重結合を有していてもよく、前記単環または前記多環が芳香族環であってもよい。)
(前記一般式(C-2)中、nおよびmはそれぞれ独立に0、1または2であり、qは1、2または3であり、R18~R31はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、フッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子、またはフッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であり、またq=1のときR28とR29、R29とR30、R30とR31は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、またq=2または3のときR28とR28、R28とR29、R29とR30、R30とR31、R31とR31は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、前記単環または前記多環が二重結合を有していてもよく、また前記単環または前記多環が芳香族環であってもよい。)
(前記一般式(C-3)中、qは1、2または3であり、R32~R39はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、フッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子、またはフッ素原子を除くハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~20の炭化水素基であり、またq=1のときR36とR37、R37とR38、R38とR39は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、またq=2または3のときR36とR36、R36とR37、R37とR38、R38とR39、R39とR39は互いに結合して単環または多環を形成していてもよく、前記単環または前記多環が二重結合を有していてもよく、また前記単環または前記多環が芳香族環であってもよい。) - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物において、
当該環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物に含まれる前記環状オレフィン系共重合体(A)の含有量を100質量部としたとき、前記ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)の含有量が0.05質量部以上10.0質量部以下である、環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物において、
前記ホウ酸エステル化合物(B)は、以下式(B-4)または式(B-5)で表されるドナー・アクセプター系化合物を含む、環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物。
(前記式(B-4)中、RA及びRBは、それぞれ独立して、炭素原子数8~21のアルキル基、RGCO-OCH2-またはHOCH2-で、かつ少なくとも一方が炭素原子数10~21のアルキル基またはRGCO-OCH2-であり、RC及びRDは、それぞれ独立して、CH3-、C2H5-、HOCH2-、HOC2H4-又はHOCH2CH(CH3)-であり、REは、CnH2n(nは2以上10以下)であり、RF及びRGは、それぞれ独立して、炭素原子数10~21のアルキル基である。)
(前記式(B-5)中、RA及びRBは、それぞれ独立して、炭素原子数8~21のアルキル基、RGCO-OCH2-またはHOCH2-で、かつ少なくとも一方が炭素原子数10~21のアルキル基またはRGCO-OCH2-であり、RC及びRDは、それぞれ独立して、CH3-、C2H5-、HOCH2-、HOC2H4-又はHOCH2CH(CH3)-であり、REは、CnH2n(nは2以上10以下)であり、RF及びRGは、それぞれ独立して、炭素原子数10~21のアルキル基である。) - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の環状オレフィン系樹脂組成物を含む成形体。
- 請求項8に記載の成形体を含む光学部品。
