为了更加清楚地描述自清洁集尘座的行为,进行如下方向定义:自清洁集尘座可通过界定的如下三个相互垂直轴行进标定:横向轴Y、前后轴X及中心垂直轴Z。沿着前后轴X的箭头相反的方向即自动清洁设备进入自清洁集尘座的方向标示为“后向”,且沿着前后轴X的箭头方向即自动清洁设备离开自清洁集尘座的方向标示为“前向”。横向轴Y实质上是沿着由自清洁集尘座本体宽度的方向。垂直轴Z为沿自清洁集尘座底面向上延伸的方向。
如图1所示,自清洁集尘座底板1000突出自清洁集尘座本体2000方向为前向,自清洁集尘座本体2000后壁方向为后向,集尘仓3000位于自清洁集尘座左侧,净水箱4000位于集尘仓3000右侧,污水箱5000位于净水箱4000右侧。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的自清洁集尘座包括自清洁集尘座底板1000和自清洁集尘座本体2000。其中,自清洁集尘座底板1000和自清洁集尘座本体2000可拆卸式连接,具体地,自清洁集尘座底板1000与自清洁集尘座本体2000下部的本体底座6000可拆卸式连接。可拆卸式连接方式可以方便运输和维修。
自清洁集尘座本体2000配置为收集自动清洁设备的尘盒内的垃圾。在一些实施例中,自清洁集尘座本体2000上还可以并排设置有集尘仓3000、净水箱4000、污水箱5000等组件。
如图2所示,自清洁集尘座本体2000包括储水腔2700和集尘腔2100。储水腔2700开口向上向前地设置于自清洁集尘座本体2000的顶部,储水腔可以进一步包括用于容纳净水箱4000的净水仓和用于容纳污水箱5000的污水仓。集尘腔2100开口向上向前地与储水腔2700并排设置于自清洁集尘座本体2000顶端,集尘腔2100上设置有与集尘腔2100的开口相匹配的集尘罩2800,集尘罩2800可拆卸地扣设在集尘腔2100上,集尘腔2100与集尘罩2800一同形成容置垃圾收容装置的集尘仓3000。集尘罩2800的外表面的至少一部分作为自清洁集尘座的外观面的一部分。储水腔2700和集尘腔2100向上向前的设计便于污水箱5000、净水箱4000和集尘罩2800的安装与取下。
自清洁集尘座本体2000下方包括本体底座6000。在一些实施例中,本体底座6000一体设置在自清洁集尘座本体2000下方。本体底座6000还与自清洁集尘座底板1000相互抵接,具体地,自清洁集尘座底板1000和本体底座6000沿第二方向依次设置,其中第二方向为与前后轴X箭头相反的方向。
集尘口6100设置在本体底座6000上,大致位于本体底座6000的与自清洁集尘座底板1000连接处的边缘位置。集尘口6100配置为与自动清洁设备的出尘口对接,自动清洁设备的尘盒300内的垃圾经集尘口6100进入自清洁集尘座本体2000的集尘腔2100内。在一些实施例中,集尘口6100周围还设置有密封胶垫,用于将集尘口6100与自动清洁设备的出尘口对接后密封,防止垃圾泄露。
在一些实施例中,本体底座6000还包括清洗槽6200,清洗槽6200配置为清洁自动清洁设备上的清洁部件,例如,向自动清洁设备的湿式清洁模组补充清洁液,和/或容置从湿式清洁模组上移除的杂物,和/或收集清洁湿式清洁模组过程中产生的污水,进而方便对杂物和污水进行后续处理。在一些实施例中,清洗槽6200设置于集尘口6100的后方。
在一些实施例中,自清洁集尘座还包括风道,风道一端与本体底座6000的集尘口6100连通,风道另一端与集尘腔2100连通。当自清洁集尘座处于集尘状态时,集尘仓3000内形成足够的负压,将尘盒300内的垃圾经由集尘口6100、风道吸入集尘腔2100内的尘袋。
请一并参阅图2与图3,在一些实施例中,集尘腔2100包括:集尘腔后壁2134以及一对相对设置的集尘腔侧壁,其中集尘腔侧壁进一步包括第一集尘腔侧壁2131和第二集尘腔侧壁2132,第一集尘腔侧壁2131靠近自清洁集尘座本体2000的外壁,第一集尘腔侧壁2131与第二集尘腔侧壁2132相对设置,且均与集尘腔后壁2134相邻接。
具体地,集尘腔侧壁的端面可以为弧形结构,集尘腔侧壁的高度可以沿前后轴X的箭头方向呈逐渐降低的趋势,在集尘腔侧壁与集尘腔后壁2134邻接处,集尘腔侧壁的高度与集尘腔后壁2134的高度相等。集尘腔侧壁采用前低后高的弧形结构可以方便集尘罩2800的安放与移走,且一定程度提高了美观度。
在一些实施例中,第一集尘腔侧壁2131、第二集尘腔侧壁2132、以及集尘腔后壁2134与自清洁集尘座本体2000为一体结构,从而可以提高集尘腔2100的稳定性,避免集尘腔2100相对于自清洁集尘座本体2000晃动。
在一些实施例中,集尘腔2100还包括周式内壁2150,该周式内壁2150自集尘腔2100的底壁朝向远离清洁集尘座本体2000的方向延伸。集尘腔后壁2134以及集尘腔侧壁围绕周式内壁2150设置,且与该周式内壁2150相间隔。周式内壁2150各处的高度可以不相等,在一些实施例中,周式内壁2150的高度沿前后轴X的箭头方向呈逐渐降低的趋势,周式内壁2150的这种前低后高的结构设计可以方便集尘罩2800的安放与移走。
在一些实施例中,周式内壁2150可以为一闭环结构,进一步包括依次首尾连接的前内壁2153、第一侧内壁2151、后内壁2154以及第二侧内壁2152,其中,前内壁2153与后内壁2154相对设置,第一侧内壁2151与第二侧内壁2152相对设置。并且周式内壁2150 的各个内壁也可以与集尘腔后壁2134、集尘腔侧壁存在对应关系,具体地,第一侧内壁2151与第一集尘腔侧壁2131位于同侧且间隔设置,后内壁2154与集尘腔后壁2134位于同侧且间隔设置,第二侧内壁2152与第二集尘腔侧壁2132位于同侧且间隔设置。
在一些实施例中,周式内壁2150与自集尘腔2100的底壁为一体结构,从而可以提高周式内壁2150的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,集尘腔2100还包括密封垫2140,该密封垫2140围绕周式内壁2150设置,集尘腔后壁2134以及集尘腔侧壁围绕该密封垫2140设置。在一些实施例中,密封垫2140为一闭环结构,密封垫2140各处的宽度等于或略大于周式内壁2150与集尘腔后壁2134、集尘腔侧壁之间的间隔,以使密封垫2140与周式内壁2150、集尘腔后壁2134、集尘腔侧壁紧密接触。密封垫2140的材料可以为各种天然或人工合成橡胶。通过密封垫2140,可以使集尘腔2100和扣设在集尘腔2100上的集尘罩2800紧密贴合,形成封闭的集尘仓3000。
在一些实施例中,集尘腔2100内还设置有尘袋支架2110,该尘袋支架2110配置为安装尘袋。尘袋支架2110设置在集尘腔2100的内部,自集尘腔底部朝向远离自清洁集尘座本体2000的方向延伸。尘袋支架2110可以通过螺钉等固定部件设置在集尘腔2100的周式内壁2150上,或通过尘袋支架2110底部固结至集尘腔底壁上。在一些实施例中,尘袋支架2110设置在第一侧内壁2151处,尘袋支架2110远离集尘腔2100的侧壁可以与该第一侧内壁2151一体形成,从而可以提高尘袋支架2110的稳固度。尘袋支架2110内部具有中空腔体,该中空腔体作为自清洁集尘座的风道的一部分,例如作为风道的末端。尘袋支架2110包括一朝向集尘仓3000内的支架侧壁,该支架侧壁上具有出尘接口,该出尘接口与集尘口6100通过风道连通,风道用于将垃圾引导至集尘仓3000体内,例如为集尘仓3000体内的尘袋中。出尘接口配置为与尘袋的入口连通,用于将垃圾收集至尘袋中。
请一并参阅图4与图5,在一些实施例中,集尘罩2800包括:集尘罩盖体2810以及集尘罩壁2820。其中,集尘罩盖体2810位于集尘罩壁2820的上方,集尘罩壁2820自集尘罩盖体2810沿远离所述集尘罩盖体2810的方向延伸。集尘罩盖体2810与集尘罩壁2820一同围成容置空间,响应于集尘罩2800扣在集尘腔2100上,周式内壁2150容置在该容置空间内,集尘罩壁2820远离集尘罩盖体2810的自由端贴合密封垫2140以形成封闭的集尘仓3000。
在一些实施例中,集尘罩壁2820进一步包括依次首尾连接的集尘罩前壁2823、集尘罩第一侧壁2821、集尘罩后壁2824以及集尘罩第二侧壁2822。其中,集尘罩前壁2823与集尘罩后壁2824相对设置,集尘罩第一侧壁2821与集尘罩第二侧壁2822相对设置。
响应于集尘罩2800扣设在集尘腔2100上,集尘罩第一侧壁2821的至少一部分夹设在第一集尘腔侧壁2131与第一侧内壁2151之间,集尘罩第二侧壁2822的至少一部分夹设在第二集尘腔侧壁2132与第二侧内壁2152之间,集尘罩后壁2824夹设在集尘腔后壁2134与后内壁2154之间。
在一些实施例中,集尘罩2800还包括拉手部2811,该拉手部2811设置在集尘罩盖体2810的远离集尘罩壁2820的一侧。拉手部2811可以为设置于集尘罩盖体2810上的拉环、拉杆、把手等结构,通过设置拉手部2811,可以使得集尘罩2800的安放与移走更为方便,便于用户日常更换集尘仓3000内的垃圾。
在一些实施例中,集尘罩2800还包括限位件2825,该限位件2825设置在集尘罩壁2820上,该限位件2825可以与设置在集尘腔2100的限位部相配合,使得集尘罩2800稳固地扣设在集尘腔2100上而不发生晃动。限位部可以设置在集尘腔后壁2134和集尘腔侧壁中的至少一个上。限位件2825与限位部成对设置并相互匹配。图4所示的实施例中,限位件2825设置在集尘罩第二侧壁2822上,与该限位件2825对应的限位部设置在第二集尘腔侧壁2132上。响应于集尘罩2800扣在集尘腔2100上,限位件2825与限位部抵接。
在一些实施例中,集尘腔底壁、周式内壁2150以及集尘罩壁2820中的至少一个上设置有支撑肋2826。支撑肋2826可以为相对于表面向外凸起的条状结构。图4所示的实施例中,支撑肋2826至少设置在集尘罩第二侧壁2822的内表面,并且在该集尘罩第二侧壁2822的内表面设置了多根支撑肋2826。通过设置支撑肋2826可以避免集尘仓3000内的尘袋贴合集尘腔底壁、周式内壁2150和/或集尘罩壁2820,避免由于贴合影响气流从尘袋中流出。
本公开还提供一种集尘系统,包括自动清洁设备和前述实施例中的自清洁集尘座。
通过集尘罩倒扣在集成腔上的设计,使得在风机的作用下集尘罩与集成腔的结合更紧密,进一步提高了集尘效率;而集尘罩的裸露设计方式可方便用户更直观的观察到罩内的情况,更及时的对集尘腔进行处理,比如:更换尘袋。
相关技术中,自动清洁设备的尘盒容量有限,用户需要经常弯腰清理尘盒,用户体验不佳。为此,本公开实施例提供一种自清洁集尘座,通过集尘系统将自动清洁设备尘盒中的垃圾集中收集到自清洁集尘座的集尘仓中,以及通过在集尘仓中设置尘袋支架及尘袋,将尘盒中的垃圾基本无泄漏地转移到位于集尘仓内的尘袋中,从而可以减少用户处理垃圾的次数,提高用户体验,并且尘袋采用卡板与滑板配合的设计,当尘袋自尘袋支架上拆卸下来时,滑板处于封闭位置,避免尘袋中的垃圾遗撒在集尘仓中。
具体的,本公开实施例提供的一种自清洁集尘座,作为一种举例,如图1是示例性示出一种自清洁集尘座的整体结构示意图,如图2是示例性示出本公开的除去污水箱、净水箱和集尘罩后自清洁集尘座本体的结构示意图。
如图1所示,自清洁集尘座底板1000突出自清洁集尘座本体2000方向为前向,自清洁集尘座本体2000后壁方向为后向,集尘仓3000位于自清洁集尘座左侧,净水箱4000位于集尘仓3000右侧,污水箱5000位于净水箱4000右侧。
自清洁集尘座本体2000配置为收集自动清洁设备的尘盒内的垃圾。在一些实施例中,自清洁集尘座本体2000上还可以并排设置有集尘仓3000、净水箱4000、污水箱5000等组件。具体地,如图2所示,自清洁集尘座本体2000包括储水腔2700和集尘腔2100。 储水腔2700开口向上向前地设置于自清洁集尘座本体2000的顶部,储水腔可以进一步包括用于容纳净水箱4000的净水仓和用于容纳污水箱5000的污水仓。集尘腔2100开口向上向前地与储水腔2700并排设置于自清洁集尘座本体2000顶端,集尘腔2100上设置有与集尘腔2100的开口相匹配的集尘罩2800,集尘罩2800可拆卸地扣设在集尘腔2100上,集尘腔2100与集尘罩2800一同形成集尘仓3000。储水腔2700和集尘腔2100向上向前的设计便于污水箱5000、净水箱4000和集尘罩2800的安装与取下。
自清洁集尘座本体2000下方包括本体底座6000。在一些实施例中,本体底座6000一体设置在自清洁集尘座本体2000下方。本体底座6000还与自清洁集尘座底板1000相互抵接,具体地,自清洁集尘座底板1000和本体底座6000沿第二方向依次设置,其中第二方向为与前后轴X箭头相反的方向。
集尘口6100设置在本体底座6000上,大致位于本体底座6000的与自清洁集尘座底板1000连接处的边缘位置。集尘口6100配置为与自动清洁设备的出尘口对接,自动清洁设备的尘盒300内的垃圾经集尘口6100进入自清洁集尘座本体2000的集尘腔2100内。在一些实施例中,集尘口6100周围还设置有密封胶垫,用于将集尘口6100与自动清洁设备的出尘口对接后密封,防止垃圾泄露。

结合图1-2所示,在一些实施例中自清洁集尘座还包括尘袋支架2110,该尘袋支架2110配置为安装尘袋。尘袋支架2110设置在所述集尘仓3000中,例如通过螺钉等固定部件设置在集尘仓3000的内侧壁上,或通过尘袋支架2110底部固结至集尘仓3000的底面上。
所述尘袋支架2110内部具有中空腔体,该中空腔体作为自清洁集尘座的风道的一部分,例如作为风道的末端。
所述尘袋支架2110包括一朝向集尘仓3000内的支架侧壁2111,该支架侧壁2111上具有出尘接口2112。所述出尘接口2112与所述集尘口6100通过风道连通,风道用于将垃圾引导至集尘仓3000体内,例如集尘仓3000体内的尘袋中。出尘接口2112配置为与尘袋的入口连通,用于将垃圾收集至尘袋中。
所述尘袋支架2110还包括可在所述支架侧壁2111上滑动的滑动挡板2113。滑动挡 板2113配置可以在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。响应于所述滑动挡板2113处于第一位置,所述滑动挡板2113遮蔽所述出尘接口2112,响应于所述滑动挡板2113处于第二位置,所述滑动挡板2113暴露所述出尘接口2112。由于尘袋作为耗材,可以与尘袋支架2110可拆卸的安装。尘袋支架2110采用上述设计可以在其在未装入尘袋时,由滑动挡板2113遮蔽出尘接口2112,隔离集尘仓3000和风道,因此风机产生的抽吸力无法由集尘仓进入风道,避免垃圾进入未装设尘袋的集尘仓3000中。

在一些实施例中,如图8-9B所示,本公开还提供一种尘袋2120,所述尘袋2120配置为可拆卸地安装在尘袋支架2110上,用于收集垃圾。
所述尘袋2120包括尘袋本体2121、卡板2122以及滑板2123。尘袋本体2121,例如采用透气但可以过滤细小颗粒的材料制成,例如采用无纺布、纸质材料制成,尘袋本体配置为收容所述垃圾。卡板2122与所述尘袋本体2121固接。所述卡板2122具有卡板开口21221,所述卡板开口21221作为所述尘袋本体2121的入口。滑板2123与所述卡板2122可滑动地连接,配置为在封闭位置和开启位置之间切换,响应于所述滑板2123处于封闭位置,所述滑板2123遮蔽所述卡板开口21221,响应于所述滑板2123处于开启位置,所述滑板2123暴露所述卡板开口21221。
具体地,如图8和图6所示,滑板2123具有滑板开口21231,响应于所述滑板2123处于封闭位置,滑板开口21231在所述卡板2122上的正投影与所述卡板开口2821不重叠,所述滑板2123遮蔽所述卡板开口22121,如图8所示。响应于所述滑板2123处于开启位置,滑板开口21231在所述卡板2122上的正投影与所述卡板开口21221至少部分重叠,所述滑板2123通过滑板开口21231暴露所述卡板开口21221的至少一部分,如图9所示。
在一些实施例中,滑板开口21231的尺寸例如大于卡板开口21221,响应于所述滑板2123处于封闭位置,滑板开口21231在所述卡板2122上的正投影覆盖所述卡板开口21221。在一些实施例中,滑板开口21231的尺寸例如小于卡板开口21221,响应于所述滑板2123处于封闭位置,滑板开口21231在所述卡板2122上的正投影落入所述卡板开口21221之中。在一些实施例中,滑板开口21231的尺寸例如等于卡板开口21221,响应于所述滑板2123处于封闭位置,滑板开口21231在所述卡板2122上的正投影于所述卡板开口21221基本重合。
通过滑板2123和卡板卡板2122的滑动配合,可以封闭尘袋入口,以避免尘袋中的垃圾泄露。
在一些实施例中,如图8-图9B所示,所述卡板开口21221边缘设置有朝向滑板2123凸出的柔性胶圈21224,响应于所述滑板2123处于开启位置,所述柔性胶圈21224穿过 所述滑板开口21231朝向远离所述滑板2123的方向凸出,使得所述滑板开口21231和所述卡板开口21221对接时,封堵滑板2123和卡板2122在两开口对接处的狭缝,使得滑板开口21231和所述卡板开口21221密封对接。响应于所述滑板2123不处于开口位置,例如处于封闭位置时,所述柔性胶圈21224的至少一部分可以挤压在滑板2123和卡板2122之间,增加两者之间的摩擦力,使得滑板2123和卡板2122需要在一定外力的作用下才能相对滑动,使得滑板2123可以稳定的保持在封闭位置,避免尘袋中的垃圾遗撒。
在一些实施例中,如图8和图9所示,滑板2123相对于所述卡板2122在第一方向M上可滑动,所述滑板2123包括限位凸块21243,设置在所述滑板2123的至少一侧,例如设置在滑板2123的两侧,限位凸块21243数量例如为2个,自所述滑板2123沿垂直于第一方向M的第二方向凸出。所述卡板2122包括限位部件21223,设置在所述卡板2122在第一方向上的两端部处,配置为在第一方向M上阻挡所述限位凸块21233,防止滑板2123脱离所述卡板2122。限位部件21223的数量例如为四个,对称分布在卡板2122两侧。在滑板2123相对于卡板2122滑动时,限位凸块21233只能在位于所述卡板2122在第一方向上的两端部处的相对应的限位部件21223之间移动。
在一些实施例中,所述滑板2123还包括把手部21232,设置在所述滑板在第一方向M上的一端部上,配置为便于操作者握持以移动所述滑板2123。
所述尘袋2120配置为可拆卸地安装在尘袋支架2110上,响应于所述尘袋2120安装在尘袋支架2110上,所述滑动挡板2123处于第二位置以暴露所述出尘接口,所述滑板处于开启位置,所述卡板开口21221与所述出尘接口2112对接。基于上述设置,尘袋支架2110在未装入尘袋2120时,其滑动挡板2113处于第一位置,遮蔽出尘接口2112,风机产生的抽吸力无法由集尘仓进入风道,避免垃圾进入未装设尘袋2120的集尘仓3000中。
当尘袋2120自尘袋支架2110上拆卸下来时,滑板处于封闭位置2123,避免尘袋中的垃圾遗撒在集尘仓中。且封口的尘袋亦避免了尘袋中的垃圾遗撒的外界环境中。
袋2120在未装入尘袋支架2110时,其滑板2123遮蔽卡板2122的卡板开口21221,以便在将其装入尘袋支架2110时能够通过滑板2123与卡板2122的共同作用将滑动挡板2113自第一位置推至第二位置并固定在该第二位置;而当尘袋2120抽离尘袋支架2110时,其滑板2123遮蔽卡板开口21221,避免垃圾外泄。尘袋支架2110装入尘袋2120后,卡板开口21221(即尘袋入口)与所述出尘接口2112对接,在风机提供的气流的作用下,自动清洁设备的尘盒中的垃圾可以依次经过本体底座6000上的集尘口6100、自清洁集尘座内的风道、尘袋支架2110上的出尘接口2112以及尘袋2120上的卡板开口21221收集至尘袋本体2121中。

在一些实施例中,如图6-11所示,所述尘袋支架2110包括滑槽2114,所述滑动挡板2113的至少一部分位于所述滑槽2114内,使得所述滑动挡板2113可以沿所述滑槽2114 的延伸方向X’滑动,进而在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。滑槽2114的数量例如为1个或更多个,如图6-11所示,滑槽2114的数量例如为两个,分别设置在尘袋支架2110的支架侧壁2111的相对两端部处,两个滑槽2114分别收容所述滑动挡板2113的两相对端部,使得所述滑动挡板2113可以沿所述滑槽2114的延伸方向X’滑动。
如图6-11所示,尘袋2120的卡板2122和滑板2123配置为可插入所述滑槽2114中,沿所述滑槽2114延伸方向X’滑动,并推动所述滑动挡板2113沿所述滑槽的延伸方向X’滑动,使得所述尘袋2120安装至所述尘袋支架2110上。具体地,尘袋2120的卡板2122和滑板2123的两端部可以分别插入上述的两个滑槽2114中。响应于所述尘袋2120安装在所述尘袋支架2110上,所述滑板2123处于开启位置以暴露所述卡板开口21221,所述滑动挡板2113处于第二位置以暴露所述出尘接口2112,使得所述卡板开口21221与所述出尘接口2112对接。
如图10所示,当将尘袋2120装入尘袋支架2110的过程中,尘袋2120沿滑槽2114延伸方向X’相对于尘袋支架2110移动。两者安装时,尘袋2120的卡板2122和滑板2123面向所述尘袋支架2110的支架侧壁2111,卡板2122和滑板2123沿滑槽2114延伸方向X’插入滑槽2114的过程中,可以推动滑动挡板2113自第一位置移动至第二位置。
在一些实施例中,滑动挡板2113的下端设置有滑动挡板凸起21131,该滑动挡板凸起21131为沿着滑动挡板2113的下边缘的朝向集尘仓3000条状凸起。滑板2123在插入所述滑槽2114后,滑板2123的下端可以抵接在滑动挡板凸起21131上。通过相互抵接的滑板2123下端和滑动挡板凸起21131,使得滑板2123在沿所述滑槽2114延伸方向X’向下滑动时,可以推动所述滑动挡板2113也一同沿所述滑槽的延伸方向X’滑动。在一些实施例中,滑板2123的下端也设置有滑板凸起21233,该滑板凸起21233可以为沿着滑板2123的下边缘的朝向集尘仓3000条状凸起。滑板2123在插入所述滑槽2114后,该滑板凸起21233可以正好抵接在滑动挡板凸起21131的上方。通过相互抵接的滑板凸起21233和滑动挡板凸起21131,使得滑板2123在沿所述滑槽2114延伸方向X’向下滑动时,可以推动所述滑动挡板2113也一同沿所述滑槽的延伸方向X’滑动。
图11示出了本公开一些实施例提供的尘袋支架及尘袋的装配结构的剖视图,图12示出了本公开一些实施例提供的尘袋支架及尘袋的装配结构示意图。
结合图11和图12所示,所述滑槽2114内设置有卡扣部21141,例如为弹性卡扣,可以如图12中箭头所示做近似弧线的运动,所述卡板2122具有与所述卡扣部21141匹配的卡板卡槽21222,响应于所述尘袋2120安装在所述尘袋支架2110上,所述卡扣部21141卡入所述卡板卡槽21222。所述卡板2122沿所述滑槽2114的延伸方向X’滑动至卡合位置,所述卡板开口21221与所述出尘接口2112对接,所述卡扣部21141与所述卡板卡槽21222匹配卡接,使得所述尘袋2120固定在所述尘袋支架2110上。
所述滑板2123上的限位凸块212234还作为解锁凸块21234,亦称为解锁凸块21234,配置为在所述滑板2123抽离所述卡槽2114过程中,挤压所述卡扣部21141使得所述卡扣 部21141脱离所述卡板卡槽21222,从而解除卡扣部21141对卡板2122的固定,使尘袋2120能顺利从尘袋支架2110上脱离。在一些实施例中,所述解锁凸块21234还具有限位作用,其与卡板2122上的限位部件21223配合,防止滑板2123脱离所述卡板2122。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,所述尘袋支架2110设置有弹性部件2115,例如为弹簧。所述弹性部件2115与所述滑动挡板2113连接,配置为使得所述滑动挡板2113具有处于第一位置的趋势。当滑动挡板2113未受到外力作用时,在弹性部件2115的作用下,滑动挡板2113处于第一位置,使得滑动挡板2113遮蔽出尘接口2112。在一些实施例中,弹性部件2115位于尘袋支架2110的内部,弹性部件2115的延伸方向与滑槽2114的延伸方向基本一致,弹性部件2115的一端固定于尘袋支架2110的上部,另一端与所述滑动挡板2113连接。弹性部件2115的数量可以为1个或更多个,弹性部件2115的数量例如为两个时,可以分别设置在尘袋支架2110的相对两端部处。
以下具体描述尘袋2120和尘袋支架2110安装和拆卸的过程。
当尘袋支架2110未装入尘袋2120时,尘袋支架2110上的滑动挡板2113处于第一位置,遮蔽出尘接口2112,尘袋2120上的滑板2123处于封闭位置,遮蔽卡板开口2122,即如图8所示的状态。当尘袋2120装入尘袋支架2110的过程中,卡板2122和滑板2123沿滑槽2114延伸方向X’插入滑槽2114,在使用者握持滑板2123的把手部21232将所述尘袋2120推入滑槽2114的过程中,滑板2123相对于卡板2122自封闭位置逐渐移动至开启位置,使得滑板2123上的滑板开口21231与卡板2122上的卡板开口21221对准,并且同时卡板2122和滑板2123推抵滑动挡板2113自第一位置移动至第二位置,使得滑动挡板2113暴露出尘接口2112。当所述卡板2122沿所述滑槽2114的延伸方向X’滑动至卡合位置时,所述卡板开口21221与所述出尘接口2112对接,所述卡扣部21141与所述卡槽21222匹配卡接,使得所述尘袋2120固定在所述尘袋支架2110上,此时尘袋上的柔性胶圈21224穿过滑板开口21231抵接在出尘接口2112的边缘上,使得尘袋的卡板开口21221与尘袋支架的出尘接口2112密封对接,避免在集尘过程中发生垃圾泄露。
当尘袋2120自尘袋支架2110的拆卸过程中,操作者握持滑板2123的把手部21232将滑板2123逐渐抽离尘袋支架2110的滑槽2114,在此过程中,滑板2123相对于卡板2122自开启位置逐渐移动至封闭位置,使得滑板2123遮蔽卡板开口21221,并且滑板2123上的解锁凸块21234挤压所述卡扣部21141使得所述卡扣部21141脱离所述卡槽21222,同时由于解锁凸块21234与卡板2122上的限位部件21223的相互作用,继续拉拽滑板2123的把手部21232将滑板2123和卡板2122自尘袋支架2110的滑槽2114抽出,尘袋2120脱离所述尘袋支架2110,滑动挡板2113在弹性部件的作用下,滑动挡板2113返回第一位置,使得滑动挡板2113遮蔽出尘接口2112。
本公开还提供一种集尘系统,包括自动清洁设备和前述实施例中的自清洁集尘座。
本公开实施例提供的自清洁集尘座,通过集尘系统将自动清洁设备尘盒中的垃圾集中收集到自清洁集尘座的集尘仓中,以及通过在集尘仓中设置尘袋支架及尘袋,将尘盒中的 垃圾基本无泄漏地转移到位于集尘仓内的尘袋中,从而可以减少用户处理垃圾的次数,提高用户体验。
最后应说明的是:本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种自清洁集尘座,包括自清洁集尘座本体,其中,所述自清洁集尘座本体包括:
    集尘腔,开口向上向前地设置于所述自清洁集尘座本体顶端;以及
    集尘罩,可拆卸地扣设在所述集尘腔上形成容置垃圾收容装置的集尘仓,
    其中,所述集尘罩的外表面的至少一部分作为所述自清洁集尘座的外观面的一部分。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述集尘腔包括:
    集尘腔后壁;
    一对相对设置的集尘腔侧壁,均与所述集尘腔后壁相邻接,以及
    周式内壁,自集尘腔底壁朝向远离所述清洁集尘座本体的方向延伸,
    其中,所述集尘腔后壁以及所述集尘腔侧壁围绕所述周式内壁设置,且与所述周式内壁相间隔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述集尘罩包括:
    集尘罩盖体,以及自所述集尘罩盖体沿远离所述集尘罩盖体方向延伸的集尘罩壁,
    集尘罩盖体与所述集尘罩壁围成容置空间,
    响应于所述集尘罩扣在所述集尘腔上,所述周式内壁容置在所述容置空间内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述自清洁集尘座本体还包括:
    密封垫,围绕所述周式内壁设置,所述集尘腔后壁以及所述集尘腔侧壁围绕所述密封垫,响应于所述集尘罩扣设在所述集尘腔上,所述集尘罩壁远离所述集尘罩盖体的自由端贴合所述密封垫以形成封闭的集尘仓。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,
    所述集尘腔侧壁包括第一集尘腔侧壁和第二集尘腔侧壁,
    所述集尘罩壁包括依次首尾连接的集尘罩前壁、集尘罩第一侧壁、集尘罩后壁以及集尘罩第二侧壁,
    所述周式内壁包括依次首尾连接的前内壁、第一侧内壁、后内壁以及第二侧内壁,
    响应于所述集尘罩扣设在所述集尘腔上,所述集尘罩第一侧壁的至少一部分夹设在所述第一集尘腔侧壁与所述第一侧内壁之间,所述集尘罩第二侧壁的至少一部分夹设在所述第二集尘腔侧壁与所述第二侧内壁之间,所述集尘罩后壁夹设在所述集尘腔后壁与所述后内壁之间。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述集尘罩盖体远离所述集尘罩壁的一侧设置有拉手部。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,自清洁集尘座还包括限位部,设置在所述集尘腔后壁和所述集尘腔侧壁中的至少一个上,所述集尘罩还包括限位件,设置在所述集尘罩壁上,响应于所述集尘罩扣设在所述集尘腔上,所述限位件与所述限位部抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求3或4所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述集尘腔底壁、所述周式内壁以及所述集尘罩壁中的至少一个上设置有支撑肋。
  9. 根据权利要求3或4所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述自清洁集尘座还包括:
    尘袋支架,设置在所述集尘仓中,配置为安装尘袋,
    所述尘袋支架内部具有中空腔体,所述中空腔体作为所述自清洁集尘座的风道的一部分。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自清洁集尘座,其中,所述尘袋支架自所述集尘腔底部朝向远离所述自清洁集尘座本体的方向延伸。
  11. 一种集尘系统,包括自动清洁设备以及自清洁集尘座,
    其中,所述自清洁集尘座包括自清洁集尘座本体,所述自清洁集尘座本体包括:
    集尘腔,开口向上向前地设置于所述自清洁集尘座本体顶端;以及
    集尘罩,可拆卸地扣设在所述集尘腔上形成容置垃圾收容装置的集尘仓,
    其中,所述集尘罩的外表面的至少一部分作为所述自清洁集尘座的外观面的一部分。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的集尘系统,其中,所述集尘腔包括:
    集尘腔后壁;
    一对相对设置的集尘腔侧壁,均与所述集尘腔后壁相邻接,以及
    周式内壁,自集尘腔底壁朝向远离所述清洁集尘座本体的方向延伸,
    其中,所述集尘腔后壁以及所述集尘腔侧壁围绕所述周式内壁设置,且与所述周式内壁相间隔。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的集尘系统,其中,所述集尘罩包括:
    集尘罩盖体,以及自所述集尘罩盖体沿远离所述集尘罩盖体方向延伸的集尘罩壁,
    集尘罩盖体与所述集尘罩壁围成容置空间,
    响应于所述集尘罩扣在所述集尘腔上,所述周式内壁容置在所述容置空间内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的集尘系统,其中,所述自清洁集尘座本体还包括:
    密封垫,围绕所述周式内壁设置,所述集尘腔后壁以及所述集尘腔侧壁围绕所述密封垫,响应于所述集尘罩扣设在所述集尘腔上,所述集尘罩壁远离所述集尘罩盖体的自由端贴合所述密封垫以形成封闭的集尘仓。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的集尘系统,其中,
    所述集尘腔侧壁包括第一集尘腔侧壁和第二集尘腔侧壁,
    所述集尘罩壁包括依次首尾连接的集尘罩前壁、集尘罩第一侧壁、集尘罩后壁以及集尘罩第二侧壁,
    所述周式内壁包括依次首尾连接的前内壁、第一侧内壁、后内壁以及第二侧内壁,
    响应于所述集尘罩扣设在所述集尘腔上,所述集尘罩第一侧壁的至少一部分夹设在所述第一集尘腔侧壁与所述第一侧内壁之间,所述集尘罩第二侧壁的至少一部分夹设在所述第二集尘腔侧壁与所述第二侧内壁之间,所述集尘罩后壁夹设在所述集尘腔后壁与所述后内壁之间。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的集尘系统,其中,所述集尘罩盖体远离所述集尘罩壁的一侧设置有拉手部。
  17. 根据权利要求13或14所述的集尘系统,其中,自清洁集尘座还包括限位部,设置在所述集尘腔后壁和所述集尘腔侧壁中的至少一个上,所述集尘罩还包括限位件,设置在所述集尘罩壁上,响应于所述集尘罩扣设在所述集尘腔上,所述限位件与所述限位部抵接。
  18. 根据权利要求13或14所述的集尘系统,其中,所述集尘腔底壁、所述周式内壁以及所述集尘罩壁中的至少一个上设置有支撑肋。
  19. 根据权利要求13或14所述的集尘系统,其中,所述自清洁集尘座还包括:
    尘袋支架,设置在所述集尘仓中,配置为安装尘袋,
    所述尘袋支架内部具有中空腔体,所述中空腔体作为所述自清洁集尘座的风道的一部分。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的集尘系统,其中,所述尘袋支架自所述集尘腔底部朝向远离所述自清洁集尘座本体的方向延伸。
