快拆结构和推进器组件 技术领域
本发明涉及推进器技术领域,特别涉及一种快拆结构和推进器组件。
背景技术
潜水已不在仅仅是一种适用于水下查勘或打捞等的工作,近年来,潜水已经逐步发展成了娱乐活动,可达到锻炼身体、休闲娱乐的目的。而推进器是一种帮助潜水人员移动的动力推进辅助工具,相关技术中的推进器通常采用绑带绑缚固定在潜水人员身上,而绑带固定连接在推进器组件上,当潜水人员需要改变前进方向时,需要将绑带和推进器拆卸下来后再重新绑缚固定,潜水器的安装过程较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种快拆结构和推进器组件,旨在提高结构连接推进器组件的便利性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种快拆结构,所述快拆结构用于推进器组件,所述推进器组件包括推进器和用于固定的绑缚结构,所述快拆结构包括:
底座,所述底座安装于所述绑缚结构,所述底座形成为端部具有开口的筒体结构,所述筒体结构开设有让位口,所述让位口连通于所述筒体结构的内部空间;
活动件,所述活动件包括活动主体和连接于所述活动主体的限位部,所述活动主体可移动地穿设于所述让位口,所述限位部位于所述底座内;以及
安装座,所述安装座用于安装所述推进器,所述底座套设于所述安装座外,并可相对所述安装座具有至少两个套接位置,所述安装座包括座板和设于所述座板同一表面的至少两限位板,至少两所述限位板均设有限位孔,两所述限位板沿所述活动主体的移动方向上形成有间隔空间,所述限位部位于所述间隔空间内,并可插接或脱离其中的一所述限位孔。
在本申请的一例实施例中,至少两限位板包括:
围板,所述围板连接于所述座板,并环绕所述座板的周向设置;和
横板,所述横板与所述座板连接,并设于所述围板围合形成的空间内,所述间隔空间设于所述围板和所述横板之间。
在本申请的一例实施例中,所述围板于所述活动主体移动方向上的两侧均设有限位孔,所述横板设有两个,两所述横板沿所述活动主体的移动方向间隔排布,一所述横板与所述围板于活动主体移动方向上的一侧之间形成有一个所述间隔空间;
所述限位部设有两个,一所述限位部位于一所述间隔空间内,并可插接或脱离与其相邻的其中一所述限位孔。
在本申请的一例实施例中,所述围板围合形成的空间自所述座板朝向所述底座面积逐渐减小设置;

本发明还提出一种推进器组件,所述推进器组件包括推进器、绑缚结构以快拆结构,所述快拆结构包括:
底座,所述底座安装于所述绑缚结构,所述底座形成为端部具有开口的筒体结构,所述筒体结构开设有让位口,所述让位口连通于所述筒体结构的内部空间;
活动件,所述活动件包括活动主体和连接于所述活动主体的限位部,所述活动主体可移动地穿设于所述让位口,所述限位部位于所述底座内;以及
安装座,所述安装座用于安装所述推进器,所述底座套设于所述安装座外,并可相对所述安装座具有至少两个套接位置,所述安装座包括座板和设于所述座板同一表面的至少两限位板,至少两所述限位板均设有限位孔,两所述限位板沿所述活动主体的移动方向上形成有间隔空间,所述限位部位于所述间隔空间内,并可插接或脱离其中的一所述限位孔。
本发明技术方案提供的快拆结构可以应用在推进器组件中,该推进器组件包括推进器和绑缚结构,绑缚结构固定在人或其他待推进物体上,安装时,可以先将底座安装在绑缚结构上,并将安装座安装在推进器上。底座可以以一个套接位置套设在安装座外时,底座会带动活动件朝向安装座移动,以使 活动件的限位部会插设在间隔空间内。此时,活动主体可以相对底座移动,以带动限位部在移动方向上移动,从而插入与间隔空间连通的限位孔内,以限位固定底座和安装座,从而实现推进器与绑缚结构的连接固定。
当需要改变人或待推进物体的移动方向时,可以先将推进器和绑缚结构拆卸开。即,活动主体可以相对底座在移动方向上反向移动,从而带动限位件移动而脱离限位孔。此时可以将套设在安装座外的底座与安装座分离,从而实现推进器和绑缚结构的拆卸。推进器和绑缚结构的拆卸完毕后,可以改变底座与安装座的相对位置,从而使底座可以套设在安装座的另一个套接位置,并再次移动活动主体,以带动限位件插入与间隔空间连通的另一侧的限位孔内,而实现推进器和绑缚结构的限位固定。
本申请的提供的快拆结构,底座与安装座可拆卸连接为一体结构,可以通过将底座套接在安装座不同的套接位置,而改变推进器推动移动的方向。并且,本申请提供的快拆结构可以辅助推进器装卸,从而提高推进器装卸的便利性,提高推进器的装卸效率,并提升用户体验。

参照图1至图6,本发明提出一种快拆结构100,该快拆结构100用于推进器组件,该推进器组件包括推进器和与人体或其他待推进物体连接固定的绑缚结构、以及用于提供动力的推进主体。
在本发明实施例中,该快拆结构100包括底座10、活动件30以及安装座50,底座10安装于绑缚结构,底座10形成为端部具有开口10a的筒体结构,筒体结构开设有让位口10b,让位口10b连通于筒体结构的内部空间,活动件30包括活动主体31和连接于活动主体31的限位部33,活动主体31可移动地穿设于让位口10b,限位部33位于底座10内,安装座50用于安装推进器,底座10套设于安装座50外,并可相对安装座50具有至少两个套接位置,安装座50包括座板51和设于座板51同一表面的至少两限位板53,至少两限位板53均设有限位孔53a,两限位板53沿活动主体31的移动方向上形成有间隔空间53b,限位部33位于间隔空间53b内,并可插接或脱离其中的一限位孔53a。
其中,底座10用于与安装座50套接的一侧,形成有开口10a,安装座50可以通过该开口10a插设在底座10的内部空间,以与活动件30连接限位。开口10a可以保证底座10能够套设在安装座50外,让位口10b可以供活动主体31穿过,以使活动主体31的部分结构可以显露在底座10外,从而便于使用者驱动其移动。并且,让位口10b还可以限制活动主体31的移动方向,从而保证被活动主体31带动的限位部33可以准确插接或脱离限位孔53a。限位板53可以根据需求设有两个、三个或者更多个,限位板53可以为直板或者异形板等。底座10和安装座50的形状可以根据需求任意设置,在本申请一实施例中,为了方便制作和安装,便于用户辨识底座10和安装座50的安装位置,底座10可以为方形筒状结构,座板51可以为方形板。
可以理解,套接位置是指底座10套设在安装座50外时,底座10与安装座50的相对位置。由于两个限位板53沿活动主体31的移动方向上形成有间隔空间53b,且限位板53上又设有可供限位部33插入的限位孔53a,因此,底座10可以沿活动主体31移动方向从正向或反向套接于安装座50,故安装座50至少具有两个套接位置。
在一实施例中,当底座10为方形筒状结构,座板51为方形板时,套接位置可以有两个,也可以有四个。套接位置设有两个时,两个套接位置是指底座10和安装座50可以在安装座50朝向相对两个位置的方向上进行安装,即底座10拆卸后可以相较上一次转动180°后再进行安装。套接位置设有四个时,限位板53设有至少四个,四个限位板53分别沿座板51的四个侧边延伸,四个套接位置即安装座50的座板51四个侧边所在位置,即使用者可以在这四个方向上将底座10从任意方向套接于安装座50。为了避免限位板53形成的限位孔53a和间隔空间53b的方位太杂乱而影响限位部33与安装座50连接的准确性,在本实施例中,安装座50具有两个套接位置。
本发明技术方案提供的快拆结构100可以应用在推进器组件中,该推进器组件包括推进器和绑缚结构,绑缚结构固定在人或其他待推进物体上,安装时,可以先将底座10安装在绑缚结构上,并将安装座50安装在推进器上。底座10可以以一个套接位置套设在安装座50外时,底座10会带动活动件30朝向安装座50移动,以使活动件30的限位部33会插设在间隔空间53b内。此时,活动主体31可以相对底座10移动,以带动限位部33在移动方向上移动,从而插入与间隔空间53b连通的限位孔53a内,以限位固定底座10和安装座50,从而实现推进器与绑缚结构的连接固定。
当需要改变人或待推进物体的移动方向时,可以先将推进器和绑缚结构拆卸开。即,活动主体31可以相对底座10在移动方向上反向移动,从而带动限位件移动而脱离限位孔53a。此时可以将套设在安装座50外的底座10与安装座50分离,从而实现推进器和绑缚结构的拆卸。推进器和绑缚结构的拆卸完毕后,可以改变底座10与安装座50的相对位置,从而使底座10可以套设在安装座50的另一个套接位置,并再次移动活动主体31,以带动限位件插入与间隔空间53b连通的另一侧的限位孔53a内,而实现推进器和绑缚结构的限位固定。
本申请的提供的快拆结构100,底座10与安装座50可拆卸连接为一体结构,可以通过将底座10套接在安装座50不同的套接位置,而改变推进器组件推动移动的方向。并且,本申请提供的快拆结构100可以辅助推进器装卸,从而提高推进器装卸的便利性,提高推进器的装卸效率,并提升用户体验。
参见图2,在本申请的一例实施例中,至少两限位板53包括围板531和横板533,围板531连接于座板51,并环绕座板51的周向设置,横板533与座板51连接,并设于围板531围合形成的空间内,围板531和横板533围合形成有间隔空间53b。
可以理解,至少两个限位板53中可以有一个为围板531,其余的可以为横板533。围板531的设置可以提高限位板53与座板51的连接强度,从而防止限位板53由于限位部33在插接或脱离限位孔53a时所受作用力过大而断裂。在本申请一实施例中,当底座10套设于安装座50外时,底座10的内表面可以与围板531的外表面抵接,以提高底座10和安装座50连接时的稳固性。横板533的设置,可以隔断并减小围板531围合形成的空间,即可以缩小间隔空间53b的范围,从而减少活动件30形成限位部33部分的用材,降低快拆结构100的制作成本,并减轻快拆结构100的重量,使使用者佩戴时更加轻便。
横板533可以设有一个、两个或者更多个,当横板533设有一个时,间隔空间53b可以由横板533和围板531在移动方向上的一侧围合形成。当横板533设有两个时,间隔空间53b可以形成有两个,两个间隔空间53b分别由一个横板533和围板531在移动方向上的一侧围合形成。或者,横板533有更多个时,间隔空间53b不仅可以设于横板533和围板531,还可以设置在相邻两个横板533之间。在本实施例中,将间隔空间53b设于围板531和横板533之间可以简化安装座50的结构,提高围板531的利用率。
参见图2,在本申请的一例实施例中,围板531于活动主体31移动方向上的两侧均设有限位孔53a,横板533设有两个,两横板533沿活动主体31的移动方向间隔排布,一横板533与围板531于活动主体31移动方向上的一侧之间形成有一个间隔空间53b,限位部33设有两个,一限位部33位于一间隔空间53b内,并可插接或脱离与其相邻的其中一限位孔53a。
在本实施例中,将限位部33设有两个可以提高活动件30与安装座50的 连接强度,从而提高安装座50与底座10的连接强度,避免安装座50和底座10在推进器推动移动过程中脱落。可以将围板531在移动方向上的一侧和一个横板533作为一组限位结构,一个限位部33可以与一则限位结构配合限位。即,当底座10从不同套接位置套设在安装座50外时,一个限位部33可以插接或脱离在一组限位结构中设于围板531上的限位孔53a,或者插接或脱离在该组限位结构中设于横板533上的限位孔53a,从而提高底座10和安装座50装卸的便利性,方便使用者操作。
参见图3,在本申请的一例实施例中,围板531围合形成的空间自座板51朝向底座10面积逐渐减小设置。可以理解,此意味着围板531围合形成的空间在朝背离座板51方向呈收拢状设置,此时,在垂直于座板51的板面上,围板531的板面会朝向围板531围合形成的空间的中部倾斜。当底座10在与安装座50套接时,围板531的板面可以为底座10导向,以便于底座10套设在安装座50外,使底座10和安装座50连接的位置更准确,连接更方便省力。
参见图4,在本申请的一例实施例中,在安装座50朝向底座10方向,底座10的开口10a处形成有朝向中部倾斜的导斜面11c。可以理解,在底座10与安装座50套接时,导斜面11c可以为安装座50导向,以便于安装座50插设在底座10形成的内部空间内。
参见图5,在本申请的一例实施例中,座板51背离限位板53的一侧设有定位筋55。定位筋55可以用于与推进器的结构适配,以定位推进器的安装位置,从而提高推进器安装位置的准确性和安装的稳固性。
参见图2或图4,在本申请的一例实施例中,底座10包括座主体11和分隔板13,座主体11为端部具有开口10a的筒状结构,让位口10b设于座主体11,分隔板13与座主体11连接,并将座主体11内的空间分隔为套接空间11a和安装空间11b,座主体11朝向套接空间11a的一侧形成有开口10a,限位板53插设于套接空间11a内,座板51盖合开口10a,分隔板13设有连通套接空间11a和安装空间11b的避让口10c,活动主体31安装于安装空间11b内,限位部33穿过避让口10c以可插接或脱离限位孔53a。
可以理解,底座10用于与安装座50套接,底座10可以根据需求设置为一端开口10a的筒状结构或者两端开口10a的筒状结构,在此不作进一步限制。活动主体31和安装座50可以连接在底座10内的同一空间内,也可以连接在 不同空间内。在本实施例中,分隔板13可以将座主体11内的空间分隔开,并分别将安装座50和活动主体31安装在被分隔板13间隔开的套接空间11a和安装空间11b内。将活动主体31和安装座50间隔开还可以避免活动主体31和安装座50在移动时干涉,并可以使底座10内部空间功能区分更明确。避让口10c可供限位部33穿过分隔板13以可插接或脱离限位孔53a。避让口10c还可以用于活动件30安装定位,并可以限位活动件30的移动方向和移动范围。
参见图1和图2,在本申请的一例实施例中,座主体11朝向安装空间11b的一端也形成有开口10a,底座10还包括底板15,底板15与分隔板13连接,并盖合开口10a,活动主体31设于分隔板13和底板15之间。
在本实施例中,座主体11为两端开口10a的筒状结构,以便于活动件30的安装。底板15可以将活动主体31夹设在分隔板13和底板15之间,以提高活动件30与底座10连接固定的稳固性,从而防止活动件30脱离底座10。并且,底板15的设置还便于底座10与绑缚结构的连接,可避免活动主体31直接与绑缚结构接触,并在移动时发生磨损。底板15和座主体11可以通过粘接、卡接或者采用螺钉或螺栓等方式连接,底板15和绑缚结构可以通过粘接、卡接或者采用螺钉或螺栓等方式连接。同理,座板51也可以通过粘接、卡接或者采用螺钉或螺栓等方式连接。为了提高连接的稳固性,在本实施例中,座板51与推进器、底板15与座主体11、以及底板15与绑缚结构均采用螺钉或螺栓连接固定。
参见图2,在本申请的一例实施例中,分隔板13设有具有槽口的安装槽13a,安装槽13a的槽口形成于分隔板13朝向安装空间11b的一侧,安装槽13a具有与槽口相对设置的槽底壁,避让口10c设于安装槽13a的槽底壁。
可以理解,安装槽13a可以进一步用于定位活动主体31的安装位置,并限位活动主体31的移动范围,以为活动主体31移动导向,从而保证活动主体31移动时方位的准确性,从而保证被活动主体31带动的限位件能够准确插入或脱离限位孔53a。设于槽底壁的避让口10c可供限位部33穿过。在安装时,活动件30可以从槽口方向插入安装槽13a内。
参见图6,在本申请的一例实施例中,限位部33包括延长板331和插接板333,延长板331与活动主体31连接,并插设于间隔空间53b内,插接板 333连接于延长板331背离活动主体31的一侧,并可插接或脱离限位孔53a,插接板333背离延长板331的表面形成有倾斜面333a,倾斜面333a自延长板331朝向活动主体31方向倾斜。
可以理解,延长板331可以增大插接板333与分隔板13之间的距离,从而保证插接板333能够稳固的插入限位孔53a内以实现固定,从而保证底座10与安装连接的稳固性。
朝背离延长板331方向延伸的插接板333用于插入限位孔53a内,与限位孔53a卡接,从而实现底座10和安装座50的固定。倾斜面333a的设置可以矫正底座10和安装座50的加工所产生的间隙,保证插接板333能够插入限位孔53a内进行限位和固定。
参见图2和图3,在本申请的一例实施例中,活动件30还包括弹性件35,弹性件35设于活动主体31和底座10之间,并分别与活动主体31和底座10抵接。
可以理解,弹性件35的设置使得快拆结构100使用便利,且结构简洁。活动主体31可以在外力驱动移动后可以自动复原,以使限位部33可以固定插设在限位孔53a内,从而保证限位部33插设在限位孔53a内的稳固性。当按压活动主体31显露于让位口10b的部分结构时,弹性件35将受到压缩,此时限位部33可以插入间隔空间53b内或者可以脱离限位孔53a。当去除外力后,弹性件35将复原,并带动活动主体31移动至初始位置,从而在底座10套设在安装座50外时,带动限位部33插入限位孔53a内,从而实现底座10和固定的连接固定。在本实施例中,弹性件35可以为弹簧或者弹性套等结构。
为了提高弹性件35驱动活动主体31移动的平稳性,提高活动主体31与底座10安装的稳固性,弹性件35可以设有至少两个。
参见图6,在本申请的一例实施例中,活动主体31形成有安装孔31a,弹性件35的至少部分结构插设于安装孔31a内。弹性件35可以插设在安装孔31a内,以提高弹性件35和活动件30连接的稳固性,并可以限位弹性件35的移动方向,保证弹性件35在移动方向上发生形变。
参见图2,在本申请的一例实施例中,底座10与弹性件35抵接的表面形成有固定孔10d,弹性件35的至少部分结构插设于固定孔10d内。固定孔10d 可以限位弹性件35的位置,避免弹性件35在形变时相对底座10与其抵接的表面发生移动,而影响弹性件35与底座10连接的稳固性,从而避免影响到活动主体31的移动方向。
本发明还提出一种推进器组件,该推进器组件包括推进器、绑缚结构以及快拆结构100,该快拆结构100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本推进器组件采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

  1. 一种快拆结构,其特征在于,所述快拆结构用于推进器组件,所述推进器组件包括推进器和绑缚结构,所述快拆结构包括:
    底座,所述底座用于与所述绑缚结构连接,所述底座形成为端部具有开口的筒体结构,所述底座开设有让位口,所述让位口连通于所述底座的内部空间;
    活动件,所述活动件包括活动主体和连接于所述活动主体的限位部,所述活动主体可移动地穿设于所述让位口,所述限位部位于所述底座内;以及
    安装座,所述安装座用于安装所述推进器,所述底座套设于所述安装座外,并可相对所述安装座具有至少两个套接位置,所述安装座包括座板和设于所述座板同一表面的至少两限位板,至少两所述限位板均设有限位孔,两所述限位板沿所述活动主体的移动方向上形成有间隔空间,所述限位部位于所述间隔空间内,并可插接或脱离其中的一所述限位孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,至少两限位板包括:
    围板,所述围板连接于所述座板,并环绕所述座板的周向设置;和
    横板,所述横板与所述座板连接,并设于所述围板围合形成的空间内,所述围板和所述横板围合形成有所述间隔空间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,所述围板于所述活动主体移动方向上的两侧均设有限位孔,所述横板设有两个,两所述横板沿所述活动主体的移动方向间隔排布,一所述横板与所述围板于活动主体移动方向上的一侧之间形成有一个所述间隔空间;
    所述限位部设有两个,一所述限位部位于一所述间隔空间内,并可插接或脱离与其相邻的其中一所述限位孔。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,所述围板围合形成的空间自所述座板朝向所述底座面积逐渐减小设置;
    和/或,在所述安装座朝向所述底座方向,所述底座的开口处形成有朝向中部倾斜的导斜面;
    和/或,所述座板背离所述限位板的一侧设有定位筋。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,所述底座包括:
    座主体,所述座主体为端部具有开口的筒状结构,所述让位口设于所述座主体;和
    分隔板,所述分隔板与所述座主体连接,并将所述座主体内的空间分隔为套接空间和安装空间,所述座主体朝向所述套接空间的一侧形成有所述开口,所述限位板插设于所述套接空间内,所述座板盖合所述开口;
    所述分隔板设有连通所述套接空间和所述安装空间的避让口,所述活动主体安装于所述安装空间内,所述限位部穿过所述避让口以可插接或脱离所述限位孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,所述座主体朝向所述安装空间的一端也形成有所述开口,所述底座还包括底板,所述底板与所述分隔板连接,并盖合所述开口,所述活动主体设于所述分隔板和所述底板之间;
    和/或,所述分隔板设有具有槽口的安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口形成于所述分隔板朝向所述安装空间的一侧,所述安装槽具有与所述槽口相对设置的槽底壁,所述避让口设于所述安装槽的槽底壁。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,所述限位部包括:
    延长板,所述延长板与所述活动主体连接,并插设于所述间隔空间内;和
    插接板,所述插接板连接于所述延长板背离所述活动主体的一侧,并可插接或脱离所述限位孔,所述插接板背离所述延长板的表面形成有倾斜面,所述倾斜面自所述延长板朝向活动主体方向倾斜。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述快拆结构,其特征在于,所述活动件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设于所述活动主体和所述底座之间,并分别与所述活动主体和所述底座抵接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的快拆结构,其特征在于,所述活动主体形成有安装孔,所述弹性件的至少部分结构插设于所述安装孔内;
    和/或,所述底座与所述弹性件抵接的表面形成有固定孔,所述弹性件的至少部分结构插设于所述固定孔内。
  10. 一种推进器组件,其特征在于,所述推进器组件包括推进器、绑缚结构以及如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的快拆结构。
