发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其在保证舒适性的前提下,能够解决坐姿和站姿无法迅速切换,导致驾驶座椅与驾驶台的净间距无法达到规定标准,不能够有效保障安全驾驶的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的具体技术方案如下:

如图3-5所示,所述锁止装置8包括两组由一连杆81、一扭簧以及与靠近后置位置的支架5下端固定连接的凸轮83组成的止挡结构。所述连杆81包括第一段811和第二段812,所述第一段811和第二段812的连接部813铰接于底板3上,形成一杠杆结构。所述第一段811的自由端设有止挡件814,当顶板4位于前置位置时,所述止挡件814与所述凸轮83上的第一止挡面83a贴合,形成止挡配合,保证支撑的安全性和稳定性;当顶板4位于后置位置时,所述止挡件814与所述凸轮83上的第二止挡面83b贴合,形成止挡配合,保证支撑的安全性和稳定性。两个连杆81的第二段812的自由端分别与 踏板12的左右两端连接,踏板12供驾驶员踩踏以实现前置位置和后置位置的切换。为保证摆动支撑机构的有效锁止,在底板3上设置垂直于底板3的立板10,并在立板10上开设在竖直方向上具有一定长度的槽孔11,限定了止挡件814的运动轨迹,所述止挡件814穿接在槽孔11中。当所述顶板4位于前置位置和后置位置时,所述止挡件814位于槽孔11的下端。所述第二段812与所述底板3之间设有一扭簧,为前述杠杆结构提供弹力,使得止挡件814与凸轮83形成有效止挡配合。所示扭簧可替换为压缩弹簧,同样能够达到相应效果,实现发明目的。需要说明的是,锁止装置8所包含零部件的数量以及相关零部件的布置位置可根据需要调整,例如,可将凸轮83固定在靠近前置位置的支架5下端,同时调整连杆81的布置形式,同样能够达到止挡限位的效果。
如图1-4所示,在所述底板3与所述顶板4之间设有气弹簧9,所述气弹簧9沿摆动方向倾斜布置,在前置位置和后置位置切换时,气弹簧9确保了摆动支撑机构运动无卡滞且切换可靠。为了减小向后置位置切换所需外力,便于驾驶员操作及紧急逃生,所述气弹簧9的顶端位于靠近后置位置的一侧,即所述气弹簧9向后置位置方向倾斜。
本发明的工作过程是:
当驾驶员需求坐姿操作时,弹簧(82)处于伸张状态,踏板(12)通过锁止装置8的杠杆结构将力传递给止挡件(814),使止挡件(814)保持在槽孔(11)中的锁止位(即最低位置),止挡件(814)与凸轮(83)接触限位,此时凸轮(83)的第一止挡面(83a)靠合于止挡件(814)上。位于前方的支架(5)与前限位梁(6)平行接触进行承重,驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构保持在前置状态。除非操作踏板(12),否则无法改变座椅摆动支撑机构的状态。
当驾驶员需求站姿操作时,需求更大的后方区域空间,可以将座椅底座 机构设置为后置状态,具体操作如下:驾驶员使用脚压住踏板(12)至其最低位置,弹簧(82)处于压缩状态,踏板(12)通过锁止装置8的杠杆结构将力传递给止挡件(814),使止挡件(814)保持在槽孔(11)中的开放位(即最高位置),此时止挡件(814)与凸轮(83)无接触限位;驾驶员同时用手将座椅向后推动,气弹簧(9)伸张将位于后方的支架(5)移动到与后限位梁(7)平行接触;驾驶员再松开踏板(12),弹簧(82)处于伸张状态,踏板(12)通过锁止装置8的杠杆结构将力传递给止挡件(814),使止挡件(814)移动至槽孔(11)中的锁止位(即最低位置),止挡件(814)与凸轮(83)接触限位,此时凸轮(83)的第二止挡面(83b)靠合于止挡件(814)上,位于后方的支架(5)与后限位梁(7)通过平行接触面进行承重。驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构保持在后置状态。除非操作踏板(12),否则无法改变座椅摆动支撑机构的状态。
当驾驶员需求从站姿操作切换到坐姿操作时,驾驶员使用脚压住踏板(12)至其最低位置,同时用手将座椅向前推动,气弹簧(9)压缩,直至位于前方的支架(5)移动到与前限位梁(6)平行接触,驾驶员再松开踏板(12),弹簧(82)处于伸张状态,踏板(12)通过杠杆结构将力传递给止挡件(814),使止挡件(814)保持在槽孔(11)中的锁止位(即最低位置),止挡件(814)与凸轮(83)接触限位,位于前方的支架(5)与前限位梁(6)平行接触进行承重。
可以理解,本发明是通过实施例进行描述的,本领域技术人员知悉的,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对这些特征和实施例进行各种改变或等效替换。另外,在本发明的教导下,可以对这些特征和实施例进行修改以适应具体的情况及材料而不会脱离本发明的精神和范围。因此,本发明不受此处所公开的具体实施例的限制,所有落入本申请的权利要求范围内的实施例都属于本发明所保护的范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,用于支撑座椅本体(1)以及设置在座椅本体(1)底部的滑动装置(2),其特征在于:
    包括底板(3)和顶板(4),所述顶板(4)用于安装所述座椅本体(1)和所述滑动装置(2),所述顶板(4)与底板(3)之间设有前后平行布置的两个支架(5),所述支架(5)的上下两端分别铰接于所述顶板(4)及所述底板(3),以使所述顶板(4)可前后摆动;
    还包括前限位梁(6)和后限位梁(7),所述前限位梁(6)和后限位梁(7)均固定在底板(3)上且与所述支架(5)对应设置,以使所述顶板(4)具有前置位置和后置位置;当所述顶板(4)位于前置位置时,位于前方的所述支架(5)靠合于前限位梁(6),当所述顶板(4)位于后置位置时,位于后方的所述支架(5)靠合于后限位梁(7);
    还包括锁止装置(8),所述锁止装置(8)用于将所述顶板(4)锁止在前置位置和/或后置位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:
    所述锁止装置包括止挡件(814)、设在支架(5)下端的凸轮(83),所述止挡件(814)的位置可以移动从而具有至少两个位置:锁止位、开放位,当所述止挡件(814)位于锁止位时,所述止挡件(814)与所述凸轮(83)形成止挡配合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:
    所述锁止装置(8)还包括连杆(81)、弹簧(82);
    所述连杆(81)包括第一段(811)和第二段(812),所述第一段(811)和第二段(812)的连接部(813)铰接于所述底板(3)形成一杠杆结构,所述第二段(812)与所述底板(3)之间设置弹簧(82);
    所述止挡件(814)设在所述第一段(811)的自由端,当所述顶板(4)位于前置位置或/和后置位置时,所述止挡件(814)与所述凸轮(83)形成止挡配合。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:所述凸轮(83)至少具有第一止挡面(83a)、第二止挡面(83b),所述止挡件(814)通过与所述第一止挡面(83a)或所述第二止挡面(83b)靠合进行限位。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:所述底板(3)上设有立板(10),所述立板(10)上沿竖直方向设有长条形的槽孔(11),所述止挡件(814)通过穿接在所述槽孔(11)中上下移动,当所述顶板(4)位于前置位置或后置位置时,所述止挡件(814)位于槽孔(11)下端的锁止位。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:还包括踏板(12),所述踏板(12)的两端分别与两个所述连杆(81)的第二段(812)的自由端相连接。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:还包括气弹簧(9),所述气弹簧(9)的两端分别与所述顶板(4)和所述底板(3)连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:所述气弹簧(9)的顶端位于靠近后置位置的一侧,所述气弹簧(9)的底端位于靠近前置位置的一侧。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的驾驶座椅摆动支撑机构,其特征在于:所述弹簧(82)为扭力弹簧或压缩弹簧。
