Description

一种汽车座椅前倾折叠调节装置 技术领域:
本发明属于汽车座椅结构技术领域,具体涉及一种可前倾折叠和前移的座椅装置。
背景技术:
现有技术的汽车座椅快进入系统主要是通过拉索解锁靠背,并使用靠背的翻转角度来驱动解锁滑轨。这种结构所能提供的后排人员进出的空间有限,不便于上下车,且装配工艺复杂,所能腾出的空间极为有限,综合效果不佳。
现有技术也有改进的汽车座椅易进入结构,例如中国专利申请号:201110274054.3,名称为“易于进入的汽车座椅的座椅靠背释放系统”的中国专利申请,公开了一种汽车座椅的快进入结构,该申请的座椅靠背运动控制器安装在车辆内的车辆座椅上,车辆座椅包括座椅底座和座椅靠背,座椅靠背被设置为能够相对于座椅底座在竖直使用位置和前倾易于进入的位置之间进行枢轴旋转运动。该专利申请的结构仅仅是座椅靠背相对于底座转动,也就是说,其对于座椅上部的空间释放是有一定意义的,但其对于座椅下半部依旧没有变化,下半部与释放空间易于进入无关,而且该申请的结构特复杂、操作费力,实施的综合意义不大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是,克服现有技术存在的汽车座椅的快进入系统结构复杂、笨重且效果不大的缺陷,提供一种座椅装置,该装置可前倾折叠和前移以获得释放尽量大的空间供后排人员出入,且该装置操作省力。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种汽车座椅前倾折叠调节装置,包括座盆骨架、靠背骨架和旋柄,其特征是,本装置还设有连接在车厢地板上的滑轨机构,滑轨机构包括固定轨道和滑轨;滑轨、旋柄、座盆骨架以及靠背骨架共同构成为一个四连杆机构,旋柄与座盆骨架、座盆骨架与靠背骨架、靠背骨架与滑轨、滑轨与旋柄分别通过铰链连接;本装置设有锁定机构。
当靠背骨架与座盆骨架张开,滑轨与固定轨道并合且滑轨处于固定导轨后端位置时,是为装置处于正常使用状态,也称后极限位置,此时锁定机构锁定;当靠背骨架向座盆骨架前倾折叠,滑轨与固定轨道张开且滑轨处于固定导轨前端位置时,是为提供后排乘客快进入使用状态,也称前极限位置,此时锁定机构松开。
当旋柄逆时针旋转,四连杆机构动作,装置从后极限位置转动并借助于人工推动转换到前极限位置,此时装置整体围绕滑轨与旋柄的铰链连接处被抬起,座椅后方的空间扩大,便于后排乘客上下车。
通过滑轨锁和四连杆的结构设计,实现当滑轨锁处于解锁状态时,使座盆骨架跟滑轨分离,从而座椅可以纵向向前移动,产生附加的距离,腾出更大的空间满足后排人员的进出。
优选方案,所述锁定机构包括滑轨锁,滑轨锁有一端连接在靠背骨架的下端,另一端可松脱地与连接在车厢地板上的固定轨道连接。当座椅折叠时,滑轨锁达到解锁状态,滑轨获得纵向自由度。
优选方案,在所述的所有铰链连接处,其中至少有一处设置有卷簧。卷簧设在座椅折叠机构的某个旋转点上,给座椅旋转抬升时提供助力,使操作轻松。
优选方案,所述卷簧设置在靠背骨架与滑轨的铰链连接处;卷簧为平面涡卷弹簧,本平面涡卷弹簧的安装方式为外端固定,内端回转。根据理论推导运算得知,外端固定内端回转的平面涡卷弹簧的刚度比内端固定外端回转的平面涡卷弹簧的刚度大25%,或者说,同样的角变形量其扭矩要大25%。
优选方案,所述平面涡卷弹簧为变刚度的平面涡卷弹簧,其最外端有一段刚度较低的缓冲段。在锁定机构刚解除时,由于卷簧扭矩的突然释放以及操作者的叠加施力,使相关转动件之间产生角加速度突变造成碰撞,设置卷簧的刚度较低的缓冲段可起到减轻碰撞的缓冲作用。
优选方案,在座盆骨架与靠背骨架的连接处设置有扭簧,扭簧有一个扭臂固定在座盆骨架上,另一个扭臂固定在靠背骨架上。扭簧设在座椅靠背的旋转轴上,在座椅靠背调节时提供回复助力,使靠背回复操作轻松。
优选方案,在座盆骨架中连接有若干安装板,座盆骨架采用圆管焊接装配方式。这种结构可以提高座盆骨架的强度及稳定性。
优选方案,在固定轨道的前端连接有往上突起的限位杆,限位杆与座盆骨架前下底部相抵触为构成座椅前移到最前方位置的限位机构。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、座椅前倾折叠扩展后排人员进出空间;
2、当座椅通过前倾折叠运动到最后位置时,滑轨与固定轨道分离使座椅可以整体向前移动以拓展更大的空间;
3、设置卷簧使折叠和座椅的抬起更轻松;
4、设置扭簧使靠背回复更轻松;
5、前倾折叠机构的四连杆结构,转动轻松、快速;
6、四连杆结构降低造价,节省装配时间;
7、卷簧有缓冲段结构,避免前倾初始阶段的撞击现象;
8、卷簧外端固定、内端回转,提升扭矩;
9、设有限位杆限制座椅前倾折叠的前方极限位置;
10、通过安装板和座盆骨架采用圆管焊接装配方式提高强度及稳 定性。

下面结合附图和具体实施方案对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1:如图1所示,一种汽车座椅前倾折叠调节装置,包括座盆骨架1、靠背骨架2和旋柄3,连接在车厢地板上的滑轨机构4,滑轨机构4包括固定轨道41和滑轨42。滑轨42、旋柄3、座盆骨架1以及靠背骨架2共同构成为一个四连杆机构。旋柄3与座盆骨架1、座盆骨架1与靠背骨架2、靠背骨架2与滑轨42、滑轨42与旋柄3分别通过铰链连接;有一锁定机构,包括滑轨锁5,滑轨锁5由弹簧插销或弹性夹子或其他既方便锁紧又方便解脱的机构构成,其有一端连接在靠背骨架2的下端,另一端可松脱地与连接在车厢地板上的固定轨道41连接。当座椅折叠时,滑轨锁5处于解锁状态,滑轨42获 得纵向自由度可以往前或往后移动。在座盆骨架1中连接有安装板,座盆骨架1采用圆管焊接装配方式。在固定轨道41的前端连接有往上突起的限位杆6,限位杆6的顶部为钢管构成弯弓状结构,该弯弓状结构与座盆骨架1前下底部相抵触以构成座椅前移到最前方位置的限位机构。

当旋柄3逆时针旋转,四连杆机构动作,装置从后极限位置转动转换到前极限位置,此时装置整体地围绕滑轨42与旋柄3的铰链连接处被旋转抬起,座椅后方的空间得到扩大,便于后排乘客上下车。
通过滑轨锁5和四连杆的结构设计,来实现当滑轨锁5处于解锁状态时,使座盆骨架1跟滑轨42分离,从而座椅可以纵向向前移动,产生附加的距离,腾出更大的空间满足后排人员的进出。
本实施例的外观立体示意图参见图3。
实施例2:在座盆骨架1与靠背骨架2连接的铰链部位,设置有扭簧8,扭簧8有一个扭臂固定在座盆骨架1上,另一个扭臂固定在靠背骨架2上。扭簧8设在座椅靠背1的旋转轴上,在座椅靠背调节 时提供回复助力,使靠背回复操作轻松,所述旋转轴也即铰链轴。其余结构同实施例1。参见图4、图5和图6。
实施例3:在座盆骨架1与滑轨42的铰链连接处,设置有一个卷簧7,卷簧7为变刚度的平面涡卷弹簧,变刚度的平面涡卷弹簧的最外端有一段刚度较低的缓冲段。本平面涡卷弹簧的安装方式为外端固定,内端回转。其余结构同实施例1。参见图1。
实施例4:在靠背骨架2与滑轨42的铰链连接处,设置有卷簧7,卷簧7为平面涡卷弹簧,本平面涡卷弹簧的安装方式为外端固定,内端回转。卷簧7给座椅旋转抬升时提供助力,使操作轻松。外端固定,内端回转的安装方式极大地提升卷簧的扭矩。其余结构同实施例1。
实施例5:在靠背骨架2与滑轨42的铰链连接处以及在座盆骨架1与滑轨42的铰链连接处,各设置有卷簧7,卷簧7为变刚度的平面涡卷弹簧,变刚度的平面涡卷弹簧的最外端有一段刚度较低的缓冲段。本平面涡卷弹簧的安装方式为外端固定,内端回转。其余结构同实施例1。

  8. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车座椅前倾折叠调节装置,其特征是,在座盆骨架中连接有若干安装板,座盆骨架采用圆管焊接装配方式。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车座椅前倾折叠调节装置,其特征是,在固定轨道的前端连接有往上突起的限位杆,限位杆的顶部为与座盆骨架前下底部相抵触以构成座椅前倾折叠到最前方位置的限位机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车座椅前倾折叠调节装置,其特征是,在固定轨道的前端连接有往上突起的限位杆,限位杆与座盆骨架前下底部相抵触为构成座椅前移到最前方位置的限位机构。
