采用本发明,倾斜搁架在收纳位置和倾斜位置之间旋转,倾斜搁架的上侧从收纳位置移动到靠近前侧。在倾斜搁架的上侧移动到比收纳位置靠近前侧的倾斜位置,搁物架的上侧的开口向近前侧扩大,因此即使储存多排收纳物,也能够容易地取放收纳于固定搁架的进深侧的收纳物。另外,如果使倾斜搁架返回到收纳位置,则能够在正常情况下以多排储存收纳物,即使在关闭了旋转门的状态下,倾斜搁架也不会与冰箱主体的其他部件相干涉。由此,能够提供一种在旋转门配备搁物架的冰箱,该搁物架即使多排有收纳物也能够容易地取放进深侧的收纳物,并且收纳容量不会减少。
另外,本发明的冰箱的特征在于,
所述固定搁架的底面被固定在大致水平的状态,
在所述收纳位置,所述倾斜搁架的底面处于大致水平的状态,
在所述倾斜位置,所述倾斜搁架的所述底面以其进深侧变高而近前侧变低的方式倾斜。
采用本发明,在倾斜位置,以倾斜搁架的底面的进深侧变高、近前侧变低的方式倾斜。收纳于倾斜搁架的收纳物随着底面的倾斜而以上部向近前侧倾倒的方式倾斜。由此,固定搁架的近前侧上方的空间开放得较大,收纳于固定搁架的进深侧的收纳物的取放变得更加容易。
另外,本发明的冰箱的特征在于,
在所述固定搁架和所述倾斜搁架中的一个上设置呈弧状延伸的连杆孔或连杆槽,在另一个上设置用于插入于所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽并能够沿着所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽的弧移动的凸部,从而构成连杆机构,在所述收纳位置,所述凸部位于沿着所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽的弧的方向上的一个端部;在所述倾斜位置,所述凸部位于沿着所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽的弧的方向上的另一个端部。
采用本发明,通过设置在固定搁架与倾斜搁架之间的连杆机构,能够使倾斜搁架顺畅地旋转,并可靠地将其保持在收纳位置和倾斜位置。
另外,本发明的冰箱的特征在于,
还报价对所述倾斜搁架向收纳位置侧施力的弹簧,
所述弹簧具有如下范围的弹簧常数:在收纳物收纳于所述倾斜搁架的状态下,将所述倾斜搁架保持在所述收纳位置,并且能够借助使用者的力使所述倾斜搁架从所述收纳位置旋转到所述倾斜位置。
采用本发明,通过弹簧发挥适当的作用力,能够将收纳物可靠地保持在收纳位 置,并且使用者能够容易地将倾斜搁架拉出到近前侧的倾斜位置。
另外,本发明的冰箱的特征在于,
在所述收纳位置与所述倾斜位置之间,所述倾斜搁架旋转大致30度。
采用本发明,由于倾斜搁架从收纳位置到倾斜位置旋转大致30度,因此能够较大地开放搁物架的上方,能够容易地进行进深侧的收纳物的取放。
发明效果
如上所述,在本发明中,能够提供一种在旋转门安装有搁物架的冰箱,该搁物架即使多排收纳有收纳物也能够容易地取放收纳于固定搁架的进深侧的收纳物,并且收纳容量不会减少。

具体实施方式
下文,参照附图说明用于实施本发明的实施方式。需要说明的是,以下说明的实施方式是用于将本发明的技术思想具体化的实施方式,只要没有特定的记载,就不将本发明限定为以下内容。在各附图中,有时对具有相同功能的部件标注相同的附图标记。为了明确说明,有时也会夸张地示出各附图所示的部件的大小、位置关系等。
下文中,将冰箱放置在水平面上,将冰箱的进深方向作为前后方向,将冰箱的宽度方向作为左右方向。在前后方向上,将冰箱的门侧记载为前侧,将进深侧记载为后侧。
(一个实施方式的冰箱)
图1是示出本发明的一个实施方式的冰箱2的概要的立体图。冰箱2包括:冰箱主体4,其具有储藏室;和旋转门6,其配置在冰箱主体4的前侧,用于开闭储藏 室。作为储藏室,例如可以是冷藏室,也可以是冷冻室。
(具有一个实施方式的搁物架的旋转门)
图2A和图2B是从里表面6A侧观察图1所示的冰箱2的旋转门6的立体图,图2A示出倾斜搁架12位于收纳位置的状态,图2B示出倾斜搁架12位于倾斜位置的状态。图3A是示意性地示出图2A的沿箭头A-A的侧视图。图3B是示意性地示出图2B的沿箭头B-B的侧视图。
在以下的搁物架10的说明中,设想使用者朝向旋转门6的里表面6A的情况,将旋转门6的靠近里表面6A的一侧记载为进深侧,将远离里表面6A的一侧记载为近前侧。
接下来,参照图2A至图3B,对本发明的一个实施方式的搁物架10进行说明。搁物架10安装在旋转门6的里表面6A,上表面敞开,能够取放以饮料容器为代表的收纳物。搁物架10由倾斜搁架12和固定搁架14构成。固定搁架14安装在旋转门6的里表面6A,位置固定。另一方面,倾斜搁架12配置在比固定搁架14靠近前侧,能够自由旋转地安装在固定搁架14。
更详细而言,倾斜搁架12具有大致四边形的底板12C。在底板12C的相对的两边中,在近前侧的边,以前板12A竖立设置的方式连接有前板12A,在进深侧的边,以隔板16竖立设置的方式连接有隔板16。在底板12C的另一组左右相对的两边,分别以侧板12B竖立设置的方式连接有侧板12B。前板12A、侧板12B及隔板16也分别在端部相连。例如,能够用树脂材料等一体地形成倾斜搁架12。由此,形成有倾斜收纳区域18A,该倾斜收纳区域18A由前板12A、两侧的侧板12B、隔板16以及底板12C包围,上表面敞开。但是,也有不具有隔板16的情况。
固定搁架14由主体部14A和托架部14B构成。主体部14A具有大致四边形的底板14A2。在底板14A2的左右的相对的两边,分别以侧板14A1竖立设置的方式连接有侧板14A1。在底板12C的另一组相对的两边,不存在板部件而成为开口。另外,两侧的侧板14A1和底板14A2的进深侧的端部以与旋转门6的里表面6A相接的状态安装。
托架部14B形成为从主体部14A的两侧的侧板14A1的近前侧的端部进一步向近前侧延伸。由主体部14A和托架部14B构成的固定搁架14也能够由树脂材料等一体地形成。由此,形成有固定收纳区域18B,该固定收纳区域18B由两侧的侧板14A1、托架部14B、旋转门6的里表面6A、底板14A2包围,上表面敞开。各托架部14B空开微小的间隙,以与倾斜搁架12的侧板12B的外侧重叠的方式配置。因此,在固定 收纳区域18B的近前侧的区域内,倾斜搁架12的进深侧的区域以能够旋转移动的状态配置。
<旋转机构>
在本实施方式中,在托架部14B的近前侧的下侧设置有大致圆形的轴承孔部22。在倾斜搁架12的侧板12B的进深侧的下侧设置有大致圆筒形状的突起部24。突起部24插入于轴承孔部22,由此构成旋转机构20。借助旋转机构20,倾斜搁架12能够自由旋转地安装在固定搁架14(托架部14B)。大致圆筒形状的突起部24的中心轴、用连接两侧的突起部24的虚拟线表示的旋转轴大致水平,在相对于旋转门6的里表面6A大致平行的方向上延伸。
由此,倾斜搁架12能够以位于倾斜搁架12的下侧的大致水平的轴为旋转轴,在图2A和图3A所示的收纳位置与图2B和图3B所示的倾斜搁架12的上侧移动到比收纳位置靠近前侧的倾斜位置之间旋转。如果采用其他表达方式,则
-倾斜搁架12能够在收纳位置和之间旋转,倾斜位置时,倾斜搁架的上侧比收纳位置远离旋转门6的里表面6A,或者
-倾斜搁架12能够在收纳位置和倾斜位置之间旋转,倾斜位置时,倾斜搁架12的前表面12A1比收纳位置向近前侧倾倒(倾斜)。
若将从收纳位置的旋转门6的里表面6A到倾斜搁架12的前板12A的上端的距离设为L1,将从倾斜位置的旋转门6的里表面6A到倾斜搁架12的前板12A的上端的距离设为L2,则具有L1<L2的关系。
例如,在收纳位置,通过使倾斜搁架12的侧板12B的进深侧的端部与固定搁架14抵接,能够将倾斜搁架12保持在收纳位置。同样,例如在倾斜位置,通过使倾斜搁架12的底板12C的进深侧的端部与固定搁架14抵接,能够将倾斜搁架12保持在倾斜位置。
在任何情况下,在旋转机构20,通过使轴承孔部22与突起部24之间具有若干摩擦,能够更可靠地保持倾斜搁架12的位置。即使在具有若干摩擦的情况下,通过使用者将倾斜搁架12拉向近前侧或向进深侧推压,也能够容易地使倾斜搁架12旋转移动。另外,为了保持倾斜搁架12的位置,也可以使用后述的连杆机构。
如上所述,本实施方式的冰箱2包括:冰箱主体4,其具有储藏室;旋转门6,其配置在冰箱主体4的前表面侧,用于开闭储藏室;以及搁物架10,其安装在旋转门6的里表面6A,上表面敞开,若将旋转门6的靠近里表面6A的一侧设为进深侧,将远离里表面6A的一侧设为近前侧,则搁物架10由安装在里表面6A的固定搁架14 和倾斜搁架12构成,倾斜搁架12配置在比固定搁架14靠近前侧的位置并能够自由旋转地安装在固定搁架14上,倾斜搁架12以位于倾斜搁架12的下侧的大致水平的轴24为旋转轴,在收纳位置和倾斜位置之间旋转,倾斜位置时,倾斜搁架12的上侧移动到比收纳位置靠近前侧。
由此,在倾斜搁架12的上侧移动到比收纳位置靠近前侧的倾斜位置,搁物架10的上侧的开口向近前侧扩展(L2>L1)。因此,即使多排储存收纳物物,也能够容易地取放收纳于固定搁架14的进深侧的收纳物。另外,如果使倾斜搁架12返回到收纳位置,则能够在正常状态下以多排储存收纳物物,即使在关闭了旋转门6的状态下,倾斜搁架12也不会与冰箱主体4的其他部件相干涉。
由此,能够提供一种在旋转门6安装有搁物架10的冰箱2,该搁物架10即使多排收纳有收纳物,也能够容易地取放收纳于固定搁架14的进深侧的收纳物,并且收纳容量不会减少。
在一体形成的倾斜搁架12旋转移动到倾斜位置时,不仅倾斜搁架12的前表面12A1向近前侧倾倒,侧板12B和底板12C也同样倾斜。固定搁架14的底板14A2的上表面即底面始终以大致水平的状态固定。在收纳位置,倾斜搁架12的底板12C的上表面即底面12C1也处于大致水平的状态。因此,在收纳位置,倾斜收纳区域18A和固定收纳区域18B这两者的底面成为大致水平的状态。由此,能够排列配置以饮料容器为代表的收纳物。
另一方面,在倾斜位置,倾斜搁架12的底面12C1以其进深侧变高而近前侧变低的方式倾斜。由此,收纳于倾斜搁架12的收纳物随着底面12C1的倾斜而以上部向近前侧倾倒的方式倾斜。由此,固定搁架14的近前侧上方的空间开放得较大,收纳于固定搁架14的进深侧的收纳物的取放变得更加容易。
<连杆机构>
接下来,对本实施方式的搁物架10所具备的连杆机构30进行说明。在本实施方式中,在固定搁架14的托架部14B设置有呈弧状延伸的连杆孔32。另一方面,在倾斜搁架12设置有凸部34,该凸部34用于插入连杆孔32,能够沿着连杆孔32的弧移动。凸部34能够形成为大致圆筒形状。由连杆孔32和凸部34构成连杆机构30。由此,随着倾斜搁架12的旋转移动,凸部34沿着连杆孔32的弧,不与连杆孔32内表面相干扰地顺畅移动。因此,能够使倾斜搁架12顺畅地旋转。
如图3A所示,在收纳位置,凸部34位于沿着连杆孔32的弧的方向上的进深侧的端部(一个端部)。另一方面,在倾斜位置,凸部34位于沿着连杆孔32的弧的方 向上的近前侧的端部(另一个端部)。这样,通过凸部34与连杆孔32的内表面抵接,能够将倾斜搁架12可靠地保持在收纳位置和倾斜位置。
在上述中,在托架部14B的两面设置有贯通的连杆孔32,但不限于此。例如,也能够设置不贯通托架部14B的连杆槽来代替连杆孔32。另外,在上述中,在托架部14B侧设置有连杆孔(连杆槽)32,在倾斜搁架12侧设置有凸部34,但不限于此。例如,也可以在托架部14B侧设置凸部,在倾斜搁架12侧设置连杆孔(连杆槽)。
如上所述,在本实施方式中,在固定搁架14和倾斜搁架12中的一者设置呈弧状延伸的连杆孔32或连杆槽,在另一者设置用于插入连杆孔32或所述连杆槽并能够沿连杆孔32或连杆槽的弧移动的凸部34,从而构成连杆机构30,在收纳位置,凸部34位于沿连杆孔32或连杆槽的弧的方向上的一个端部;在倾斜位置,凸部34位于沿连杆孔32或连接槽的弧的方向上的另一个端部。
通过像这样设置在固定搁架14与倾斜搁架12之间的连杆机构30,能够使倾斜搁架12顺畅地旋转,并将其可靠地保持在收纳位置和倾斜位置。
在本实施方式中,能够使搁物架10的收纳位置与倾斜位置之间的旋转角度θ(参见图2B)旋转大致30度。这样,在倾斜搁架12从收纳位置到倾斜位置旋转大致30度的情况下,能够较大地开放搁物架10的上方,能够容易地进行收纳于固定搁架14的进深侧的收纳物的取放。
<施力机构>
在本实施方式中,具备对倾斜搁架12向收纳位置侧施力的拉伸弹簧40作为施力机构。更详细而言,拉伸弹簧40在固定侧端部40A安装在固定搁架14的托架部14B,在倾斜侧端部40B安装在倾斜搁架12的侧板12B。在倾斜搁架12处于收纳位置时,拉伸弹簧40处于收缩的状态。当倾斜搁架12从收纳位置向倾斜位置旋转时,拉伸弹簧40逐渐伸长。通过此时的拉伸弹簧40要收缩的弹力,能够对倾斜搁架12向收纳位置侧施力。
若考虑拉伸弹簧40的适当的作用力,则如下所述。
当拉伸弹簧40的弹簧常数过小时,由于收纳于倾斜搁架12的收纳物的重量,倾斜搁架12从收纳位置向倾斜位置侧旋转,有可能无法保持收纳位置。另一方面,当拉伸弹簧40的弹簧常数过大时,使用者可能难以将倾斜搁架12向近前拉而使倾斜搁架12从收纳位置向倾斜位置移动。
因此,由于拉伸弹簧40具有适当的作用力,因此设定在收纳物收纳于倾斜搁架12的状态下将倾斜搁架12保持在收纳位置并且能够借助使用者的力使倾斜搁架12 从收纳位置旋转到倾斜位置的范围的弹簧常数是重要的。
在上述中,为了对倾斜搁架12向收纳位置侧施力而使用了拉伸弹簧40,但不限于此。例如,通过在比旋转机构20靠下方的位置安装压缩弹簧,也能够对倾斜搁架12向收纳位置侧施力。另外,通过在旋转机构20安装扭簧,也能够对倾斜搁架12向收纳位置侧施力。
如上所述,在本实施方式的冰箱2中,还具备对倾斜搁架12向收纳位置侧施力的弹簧40,弹簧40具有在收纳物收纳于倾斜搁架12的状态下将倾斜搁架保持在收纳位置并且能够借助使用者的力使倾斜搁架12从收纳位置旋转到倾斜位置的范围的弹簧常数。
这样,通过弹簧40发挥适当的作用力,能够将收纳物可靠地保持在收纳位置,并且使用者能够容易地将倾斜搁架12拉出到近前侧的倾斜位置。
虽然对本发明的实施方式、实施形态进行了说明,但是公开内容也可以在构成的细节部分进行变化,实施方式、实施形态中的要素的组合、顺序的变化等可以在不脱离所要求的本发明的范围和思想的情况下实现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    冰箱主体,其具有储藏室;
    旋转门,其配置在所述冰箱主体的前侧,用于开闭所述储藏室;以及
    搁物架,其安装在所述旋转门的里表面,并具有一个敞开的上表面,
    其中,所述旋转门靠近所述里表面的一侧为进深侧,远离所述里表面的一侧为近前侧,
    所述搁物架包括安装在所述里表面的固定搁架和配置在所述固定搁架靠近前侧的倾斜搁架,所述倾斜搁架能够旋转地安装在所述固定搁架上,
    所述倾斜搁架以位于所述倾斜搁架的下侧的大致水平的轴为旋转轴,在收纳位置和倾斜位置之间旋转,在倾斜位置,所述倾斜搁架的上侧移动到比所述收纳位置靠近前侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述固定搁架的底面被固定在大致水平的状态,
    在所述收纳位置,所述倾斜搁架的底面处于大致水平的状态,
    在所述倾斜位置,所述倾斜搁架的所述底面以其进深侧变高而近前侧变低的方式倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    在所述固定搁架和所述倾斜搁架中的一个设置呈弧状延伸的连杆孔或连杆槽,在另一个设置用于插入于所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽并能够沿着所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽的弧移动的凸部,从而构成连杆机构,
    在所述收纳位置,所述凸部位于沿着所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽的弧的方向上的一个端部;在所述倾斜位置,所述凸部位于沿着所述连杆孔或所述连杆槽的弧的方向上的另一个端部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    还包括对所述倾斜搁架向收纳位置侧施力的弹簧,
    所述弹簧具有如下范围的弹簧常数:在收纳物收纳于所述倾斜搁架的状态下,将所述倾斜搁架保持在所述收纳位置,并且能够借助使用者的力使所述倾斜搁架从所述收纳位置旋转到所述倾斜位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述弹簧为拉伸弹簧,所述拉伸弹簧40的一端安装在固定搁架的托架部,另一端安装在倾斜搁架的侧板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述倾斜搁架在所述收纳位置与所述倾斜位置之间旋转大致30度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述固定搁架包括主体部和托架部,所述托架部形成为从主体部的两侧的侧板的近前侧的端部进一步向近前侧延伸,所述托架部以与倾斜搁架的侧板的外侧重叠的方式配置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述托架部的近前侧的下侧设置有轴承孔部,所述倾斜搁架的侧板的进深侧的下侧设置有突起部,所述突起部插入轴承孔部以使倾斜搁架旋转地安装在固定搁架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,通过所述轴承孔部与突起部之间的摩擦保持所述倾斜搁架的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在收纳位置,通过使倾斜搁架的侧板的进深侧的端部与固定搁架抵接,将倾斜搁架保持在收纳位置;在倾斜位置,通过使倾斜搁架的底板的进深侧的端部与固定搁架抵接,能够将倾斜搁架保持在倾斜位置。
