Description

紧固件的安装框及冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种紧固件的安装框及冰箱。
背景技术
为了固定与冰箱内胆装配的部件,例如当需要在冷藏内胆内设置独立的蒸发器制冷空间时,为了将蒸发器与冷藏间室隔开,需要安装一个盖板,一般的方式是在内胆的外侧通过双面胶粘贴螺钉紧固座,在发泡填充完成后将待装配部件用螺钉与螺钉紧固座配合来实现待装配部件的安装。但是当待装配部件使用的螺钉和螺钉紧固座较多时,在生产中容易出现漏装、错装的问题;螺钉紧固座的安装必须在内胆上吸附出小凸起作为安装标记,但由于吸附精度不高,吸附出的安装标记存在偏差,且安装标记不明显,螺钉安装效率低;螺钉紧固座的安装以及螺钉紧固过程都存在人工操作误差,产生的偏差容易导致紧固座失效;发泡时会挤压内胆,产生变形,也会影响紧固精度。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种可提高定位精度和安装效率的紧固件的安装框。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要提供一种可解决滑丝问题的紧固件的安装框。
特别地,本发明提供了一种紧固件的安装框,包括:
框架;和
多个固定柱,分散设置于框架的不同位置,每个固定柱上开设有一个或多个固定孔;
紧固件穿过待装配部件、安装基座后与固定孔相适配,以将待装配部件组装到安装基座上。
可选地,固定柱与框架一体成型;或者
固定柱与框架可拆卸地固定。
可选地,框架上开设有多个安装口,安装口处形成有多个卡勾,固定柱经卡勾与框架可拆卸地固定。
可选地,每个固定柱上开设有多个固定孔。
可选地,固定柱的前表面的前后高度低于框架,且固定柱的前表面和框架之间形成倒斜角结构。
可选地,固定孔设置成贯穿固定柱。
可选地,框架的内端和/或外端还延伸形成有至少一个定位板。
可选地,框架上还开设有多个定位孔,分散设置于框架的不同位置;安装基座的远离待装配部件的一侧延伸形成有多个定位柱,定位柱配合在定位孔内。
可选地,框架包括第一围板、第二围板和过渡围板;其中
第一围板的内端限定出框架的空心区域;
第一围板的外端经过渡围板连接第二围板,第一围板的前后高度低于第二围板,多个固定柱分散设置于第二围板的不同位置。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,包括:
箱体,箱体的内胆内侧限定出储物空间;和
前述的紧固件的安装框,其中安装基座为内胆,安装框设置于内胆的外侧。
本发明的紧固件的安装框通过设置成包括框架和多个固定柱,将多个固定柱分散设置于框架的不同位置,每个固定柱上开设有一个或多个固定孔,紧固件穿过待装配部件、安装基座后与固定孔相适配,以将待装配部件组装到安装基座上,使得对一个待装配部件仅需要使用一个本发明的紧固件的安装框即可,不存在漏装、错装问题;通过设置框架可以实现整体定位,规避使用单体的螺钉紧固座时存在的安装误差,提高定位精度和安装效率;同时,框架本身可为安装基座提供一定的支撑力,当安装基座为冰箱的内胆时,可以防止因发泡产生变形,从而进一步保证紧固精度。
进一步地,本发明的紧固件的安装框通过在每个固定柱上开设有多个固定孔能够提高紧固的鲁棒性,规避安装误差,同时有效防止在螺钉打偏时出现滑丝问题。

如图2和如图4所示,本发明实施例提供了一种紧固件的安装框200,包括:框架201和多个固定柱202。多个固定柱202分散设置于框架201的不同位置,每个固定柱202上开设有一个或多个固定孔220。紧固件(图中未示出)穿过待装配部件(图中未示出)、安装基座100后与固定孔220相适配,以将待装配部件组装到安装基座100上。本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200通过设置成包括框架201和多个固定柱202,将多个固定柱202分散设置于框架201的不同位置,每个固定柱202上开设有一个或多个固定孔 220,紧固件穿过待装配部件、安装基座100后与固定孔220相适配,以将待装配部件组装到安装基座100上,使得对一个待装配部件仅需要使用一个安装框200即可,不存在漏装、错装问题;通过设置框架201可以实现整体定位,规避使用单体的螺钉紧固座时存在的安装误差,提高定位精度和安装效率;同时,框架201本身可为安装基座100提供一定的支撑力,当安装基座100为冰箱的内胆100时,可以防止因发泡产生变形,从而进一步保证紧固精度。
本发明实施例还提供一种冰箱,包括:箱体和前述的紧固件的安装框200。箱体的内胆100内侧限定出储物空间。如图1和图2所示,安装基座100为冰箱的内胆100,安装框200设置于内胆100的外侧。冰箱的内胆100的外侧即远离储物空间的一侧。以在冷藏间室的内胆100内设置独立的蒸发器制冷空间为例,为了将蒸发器与冷藏间室隔开,需要安装一个盖板,盖板即待装配部件。如图3所示,冰箱的内胆100在其后壁处具有凸起部101和安装部102。紧固件的安装框200的框架201包裹在凸起部101的一周设置。紧固件通常为螺钉。
如图5所示,本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,框架201包括第一围板211、第二围板212和过渡围板213;其中第一围板211的内端限定出框架201的空心区域;第一围板211的外端经过渡围板213连接第二围板212,第一围板211的前后高度低于第二围板212,多个固定柱202分散设置于第二围板212的不同位置。如图4所示,框架201大致为方形框,空心区域为长方形。可以理解,框架201及空心区域还可以是依照待装配部件的形状的不同而变化。
在一些实施例中,框架201上还开设有多个定位孔217,分散设置于框架201的不同位置;安装基座100的远离待装配部件的一侧延伸形成有多个定位柱122,定位柱122配合在定位孔217内。如图2和图3所示,第二围板212上还开设有多个定位孔217,安装部102向后延伸形成有多个定位柱122。参考图1和图2,在安装部102上对应多个固定柱202的位置处还分别形成有向后凹陷的安装标记凸起121。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,固定柱202与框架201一体成型。通过将固定柱202与框架201一体成型,可以进一步减少组装部件数量。
在另一些实施例中,如图6和图7所示,本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,固定柱202与框架201可拆卸地固定。通过将固定柱202设置成与框架201可拆卸地固定,使得当该安装框200应用于可拆卸部位时,能够在多次拆装螺钉后,更换固定柱202,以避免出现滑丝问题。如图7所示,框架201上开设有多个安装口214,安装口214处形成有多个卡勾215;固定柱202经卡勾215与框架201可拆卸地固定。
如图4至图7所示,在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,每个固定柱202上开设有多个固定孔220。每个固定柱202上的固定孔220的数量通常不少于4个,均匀间隔设置于固定柱202上。在图5中,每个固定柱202上均匀开设有7个固定孔220;在图6中,每个固定柱202上均匀开设有9个固定孔220。本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200通过在每个固定柱202上开设有多个固定孔220能够提高紧固件和安装框200紧固的鲁棒性,规避安装误差,同时有效防止在螺钉打偏时出现滑丝问题。
如图8和图9所示,在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,固定柱202的前表面的前后高度低于框架201,且固定柱202的前表面和框架201之间形成倒斜角结构216。通过形成倒斜角结构216可以防止紧固件固定不到位,当紧固件打偏时,可以通过斜角导向自动复位。此时,固定柱202上可以仅开设一个固定孔220。可以理解,也可以是在每个固定柱202上开设多个固定孔220,同时在固定柱202的前表面和框架201之间形成倒斜角结构216。
本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,固定孔220设置成贯穿固定柱202。如图2所示,固定孔220沿前后方向贯穿固定柱202。通过将固定孔220设置为通孔,发泡料可直接填充通孔,进一步提高紧固强度。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200中,框架201的内端和/或外端还延伸形成有至少一个定位板218。通过在框架201上设置定位板218,可以增加安装框200与内胆100的定位,防止装反和装不到位。如图8所示,框架201的内端、外端分别还延伸形成有定位板218,其中内端的左侧具有一个定位板218,右侧具有两个定位板218。
以需要在冷藏间室的内胆100内设置独立的蒸发器制冷空间为例,对本发明实施例的紧固件的安装框200的应用过程进行简述。为了将蒸发器与冷藏间室隔开,需要安装一个盖板(图中未示出)。紧固件采用螺钉。首先将 安装框200贴合内胆100的外侧,定位柱122配合在定位孔217内,发泡,之后利用多个螺钉依次穿过盖板上的安装孔、内胆100上的安装标记凸起121、固定柱202的固定孔220,实现盖板的安装。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种紧固件的安装框,包括:
    框架;和
    多个固定柱,分散设置于所述框架的不同位置,每个所述固定柱上开设有一个或多个固定孔;
    所述紧固件穿过待装配部件、安装基座后与所述固定孔相适配,以将所述待装配部件组装到所述安装基座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述固定柱与所述框架一体成型;或者
    所述固定柱与所述框架可拆卸地固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述框架上开设有多个安装口,所述安装口处形成有多个卡勾,所述固定柱经所述卡勾与所述框架可拆卸地固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    每个所述固定柱上开设有多个所述固定孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述固定柱的前表面的前后高度低于所述框架,且所述固定柱的前表面和所述框架之间形成倒斜角结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述固定孔设置成贯穿所述固定柱。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述框架的内端和/或外端还延伸形成有至少一个定位板。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述框架上还开设有多个定位孔,分散设置于所述框架的不同位置;
    所述安装基座的远离所述待装配部件的一侧延伸形成有多个定位柱,所述定位柱配合在所述定位孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中,
    所述框架包括第一围板、第二围板和过渡围板;其中
    所述第一围板的内端限定出所述框架的空心区域;
    所述第一围板的外端经所述过渡围板连接所述第二围板,所述第一围板的前后高度低于所述第二围板,所述多个固定柱分散设置于所述第二围板的不同位置。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体的内胆内侧限定出储物空间;和
    根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的紧固件的安装框,其中所述安装基座为所述内胆,所述安装框设置于所述内胆的外侧。
