Description

一种DDGS饲料干燥设备及DDGS饲料干燥工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及饲料生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种DDGS饲料干燥设备及DDGS饲料干燥工艺。
背景技术
DDGS是干酒糟及其可溶物。DDGS是酒糟蛋白饲料的商品名,即含有可溶固形物的干酒糟。在以玉米为原料发酵制取乙醇的过程中,其中的淀粉被转化成乙醇和二氧化碳,其他营养成分(如蛋白质、脂肪和纤维等)均留在酒糟中。同时,由于微生物的作用,酒糟中蛋白质、B族维生素及氨基酸含量均比玉米高,并含有发酵中生成的未知促生长因子。
为了解决国内在DDGS干燥制取上的不足,一方面,需要我国实施标准的生产工艺和提供足够耐高湿生产环境的储存设施;另一方面,需要企业积极开展DDGS的研发。
现有采用的干燥工艺为大型滚筒式干燥方法,通过对滚筒加热,以对内部的饲料进行烘干;此种设备由于滚筒内壁温度较高,极易造成粘锅现象(饲料粘在滚筒内壁),甚至将饲料烤糊,降低了饲料的营养价值;且滚筒内壁极难清理,影响下次加工使用。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种DDGS饲料干燥设备及DDGS饲料干燥工艺,以解决上述问题。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种DDGS饲料干燥设备,包括震动上料器、滚筒式加热器和冷却除杂器;
所述震动上料器包括底座和上料轨道,所述底座和上料轨道之间通过多个直线振动器连接,所述上料轨道外部布设有电热丝;所述上料轨道顶部设 置有盖板;所述上料轨道出料端插入滚筒式加热器进料端;所述盖板上远离上料轨道出料端的一侧设置有上料漏斗;
所述滚筒式加热器包括支撑架、套筒和滚筒;所述套筒固定于支撑架上,所述滚筒套设于套筒内,并通过轴承与套筒连接;所述套筒外壁上设置有用于驱动滚筒旋转的动力装置;所述套筒内壁上设置有用于为滚筒加热的加热管;所述滚筒内部上设置有螺旋翅片;
所述冷却除杂器包括输送带,所述输送带一端设置有离心除杂装置,所述离心除杂装置位于滚筒式加热器出料端下方。
进一步的,所述离心除杂装置包括下料筒体;所述下料筒体下端与输送带连接;所述下料筒体内通过支架连接有第一电机,所述第一电机输出端连接有离心转盘;所述离心转盘位于下料筒体内部且与下料筒体之间留有下料空间。
进一步的,所述上料轨道出料端向下倾斜设置。
进一步的,所述上料轨道上设置有多个针式凸起。

本发明还提供一种DDGS饲料干燥工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、启动DDGS饲料干燥设备,将混合好的DDGS饲料从上料漏斗倒入;
S2、打散预干燥;震动上料器使上料轨道震动,DDGS饲料在上料轨道内跳动,以防止DDGS饲料与加热后的上料轨道粘连;
S3、二次干燥;DDGS饲料从上料轨道出料端进入滚筒式加热器进行二次干燥,由于滚筒一直旋转,使DDGS饲料在滚筒内翻滚,受热更均匀;
S4、除杂,DDGS饲料从滚筒式加热器出料端进入离心除杂装置中,在离心转盘作用下,轻的物料沿下料筒体落到输送带上,含有残余水分的重物料留在离心转盘内;
S5、冷却,在输送带的运动状态下风冷,进入下一工艺。
进一步的,在步骤S1中可采用连续上料形式。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过震动上料器对DDGS饲料进行打散和预干燥,降低进入滚筒式加热器的DDGS饲料中的水分,有效防止滚筒内壁粘锅现象;通过滚筒式加热器均匀加热干燥,进一步将残余水分干燥,通过冷却除杂器可以有效对未完全干燥的DDGS饲料进行拦截,防止进入下一工序。

在另一实施例中,所述离心除杂装置32包括下料筒体324;所述下料筒体324下端与输送带31连接;所述下料筒体324内通过支架323连接有第一电机322,所述第一电机322输出端连接有离心转盘321;所述离心转盘321位于下料筒体324内部且与下料筒体324之间留有下料空间。通过离心除杂装置32可以有效对未完全干燥的DDGS饲料进行拦截,防止进入下一工序,同时,未完全干燥的DDGS饲料在离心转盘321的转动摩擦下可以继续干燥,直至完全干燥后排出。
在另一实施例中,所述上料轨道13出料端向下倾斜设置。方便饲料向上料轨道13出料端运动。
在另一实施例中,所述上料轨道13上设置有多个针式凸起15。被上料轨道13震起的饲料在落下时碰到针式凸起15会被打散分解,提高干燥效率。

S2、打散预干燥;震动上料器1使上料轨道13震动,DDGS饲料在上料轨道13内跳动,以防止DDGS饲料与加热后的上料轨道13粘连;
S3、二次干燥;DDGS饲料从上料轨道13出料端进入滚筒式加热器2进行二次干燥,由于滚筒23一直旋转,使DDGS饲料在滚筒23内翻滚,受热更均匀;
S4、除杂,DDGS饲料从滚筒式加热器2出料端进入离心除杂装置32中,在离心转盘321作用下,轻的物料沿下料筒体324落到输送带31上,含有残余水分的重物料留在离心转盘321内;
S5、冷却,在输送带的运动状态下风冷,进入下一工艺。
在步骤S1中可采用连续上料形式,是作业流水化,提高生产效率。

    S3、二次干燥;DDGS饲料从上料轨道出料端进入滚筒式加热器进行二次干燥,由于滚筒一直旋转,使DDGS饲料在滚筒内翻滚,受热更均匀;
    S4、除杂,DDGS饲料从滚筒式加热器出料端进入离心除杂装置中,在离心转盘作用下,轻的物料沿下料筒体落到输送带上,含有残余水分的重物料留在离心转盘内;
    S5、冷却,在输送带的运动状态下风冷,进入下一工艺。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种DDGS饲料干燥工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S1中可采用连续上料形式。
