Abstract
粘着シート(5)を構成する粘着剤組成物は、重量平均分子量が25万~50万の(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー、架橋剤、および2以上の重合性官能基を有する多官能化合物を含む。多官能化合物は、ビスフェノール構造を有する。粘着剤組成物における多官能化合物の含有量は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対して、2~17重量部が好ましい。粘着シート(5)は、微細なパターン配線に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有し得る。
Description
本発明は、粘着剤組成物および粘着シートに関する。
ディスプレイ等の光学デバイスや電子デバイスでは、部材間の貼り合わせに粘着剤が用いられている。例えば、特許文献1では、額縁状の印刷層が設けられた表面保護パネルを、画像表示パネルの視認側表面に貼り合わせる際に、アクリル系ポリマーと光硬化性成分とを含む光硬化性の粘着シートを用いることが開示されている。この粘着シートは、光硬化前は貯蔵弾性率が小さく、段差追従性を有するため、表面保護パネルの印刷層の段差近傍への気泡の発生を抑制できる。
画像表示装置の裏面には、プリント配線基板やタッチパネル等の位置検出用の電極基板等の、パターン配線を備える基板が配置される場合がある。これらの基板を画像表示パネルの裏面に貼り合わせる際には、粘着剤により、基板上に設けられたパターン配線の凹凸を埋める必要がある。粘着剤により凹凸が埋められず、気泡が介入していると、視認不良や、電気的不良の原因となるため、パターン配線の凹凸に追従して、配線間を埋めることが可能な粘着剤が必要とされている。
特許文献1に開示されている低貯蔵弾性率の光硬化性粘着剤は、額縁状に設けられた印刷段差を埋めることが可能であるが、配線基板等の微細な配線パターンの配線間を充填することは困難であり、貼り合わせ界面に気泡が発生する場合がある。かかる課題に鑑み、本発明は、微細な配線パターンに対しても優れた埋め込み性を有する粘着剤組成物および粘着シートの提供を目的とする。
本発明は、粘着剤組成物、および粘着剤組成物が層状に形成された粘着シートに関する。回転式レオメータを用いたクリープ試験において、60℃で2000Paの応力を10分間印加したときの粘着シートのクリープ変形率は500~10000%が好ましい。
粘着剤組成物は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー、架橋剤、および1分子中に2以上の重合性官能基を有する多官能化合物を含む。粘着剤のベースポリマーとしての(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、重量平均分子量が25万~50万である。多官能化合物は、ビスフェノール構造を有する。粘着剤組成物は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対する多官能化合物の含有量が2~17重量部である。
多官能化合物の分子量は1000以下が好ましく、500以下が特に好ましい。多官能化合物の重合性官能基は光重合性を有することが好ましく、(メタ)アクリロイル基であることが特に好ましい。すなわち、多官能化合物は、好ましくは多官能(メタ)アクリレートである。多官能化合物の重合性官能基が光重合性を有する場合、粘着剤組成物は、光重合開始剤を含有することが好ましい。
本発明の粘着シートは、60℃におけるクリープ変形率が大きく、微細な配線パターン等の凹凸に対する埋め込み性に優れている。
[粘着剤組成物]
本発明の粘着剤組成物は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー、架橋剤および多官能化合物を含む硬化性の組成物である。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、粘着剤組成物の主構成成分となるベースポリマーである。架橋剤は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの水酸基やカルボキシ基等の特定の官能基と結合可能であり、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造を導入する役割を有する。
本発明の粘着剤組成物は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー、架橋剤および多官能化合物を含む硬化性の組成物である。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、粘着剤組成物の主構成成分となるベースポリマーである。架橋剤は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの水酸基やカルボキシ基等の特定の官能基と結合可能であり、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造を導入する役割を有する。
多官能化合物は、1分子中に2以上の重合性官能基を有し、粘着剤組成物に硬化性を持たせ、硬化後の粘着剤の凝集性を高め、被着体との接着力を向上させる作用を有する。多官能化合物の重合性官能基は、光重合性でも熱重合性でもよい。多官能化合物が光重合性である場合、活性光線の照射による硬化の効率を高める観点から、粘着剤組成物(光硬化性組成物)は、光重合開始剤を含んでいることが好ましい。
以下、粘着剤組成物を構成する各成分の好ましい形態について、順に説明する。
<(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー>
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、主たるモノマー成分として(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルを含むポリマーである。なお、本明細書において、「(メタ)アクリル」とは、アクリルおよび/またはメタクリルを意味する。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、主たるモノマー成分として(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルを含むポリマーである。なお、本明細書において、「(メタ)アクリル」とは、アクリルおよび/またはメタクリルを意味する。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、25万~50万である。なお、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造が導入される場合、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、架橋構造導入前の重量平均分子量を指す。
ベースポリマーとなる(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量が50万以下であることにより、粘着剤のクリープひずみが大きく、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有する。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量が25万以上であることにより、粘着剤のシート状への成形性および形状安定性に優れ、枚葉の粘着シートを形成した際の端面からの粘着剤のはみ出しが抑制される傾向がある。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、27万~45万が好ましく、30万~40万であってもよい。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの構成モノマーである(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルとしては、アルキル基の炭素数が1~20である(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルが好適に用いられる。(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルのアルキル基は直鎖でもよく分枝を有していてもよい。(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルの例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸s-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸t-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ネオペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヘプチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸オクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソオクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸デシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ウンデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ドデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソトリデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸テトラデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソテトラデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ペンタデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸セチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヘプタデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸オクタデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソオクタデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ノナデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸エイコシル等が挙げられる。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの構成モノマー全量に対する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルの割合は、70重量%以上が好ましく、80重量%以上がより好ましく、85重量%以上がさらに好ましく、90重量%以上、93重量%以上または95重量%以上であってもよい。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、共重合成分として、架橋可能な官能基を有するモノマーを含有することが好ましい。架橋可能な官能基とは、後述の架橋剤と反応して化学結合を形成可能な官能基である。架橋可能な官能基を有するモノマーとしては、ヒドロキシ基含有モノマーや、カルボキシ基含有モノマーが挙げられる。
ヒドロキシ基含有モノマーとしては、(メタ)アクリル酸2-ヒドロキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-ヒドロキシプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸4-ヒドロキシブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸6-ヒドロキシヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸8-ヒドロキシオクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸10-ヒドロキシデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸12-ヒドロキシラウリル、(メタ)アクリル酸4-(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキシルメチル等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、粘着剤の接着力向上への寄与が大きいことから、アクリル酸2-ヒドロキシエチルおよびアクリル酸4-ヒドロキシブチルが好ましい。
カルボキシ基含有モノマーとしては、(メタ)アクリル酸、(メタ)アクリル酸2-カルボキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸カルボキシペンチル、イタコン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸等が挙げられる。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの構成モノマー全量に対する、ヒドロキシ基含有モノマーとカルボキシ基含有モノマーの量は、0.5~15重量%が好ましく、1~10重量%がより好ましく、2~7重量%であってもよい。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーが共重合成分としてヒドロキシ基含有モノマーおよびカルボキシ基含有モノマーの両方を含む場合は、これらの合計が上記範囲であることが好ましい。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、構成モノマー成分として、N-ビニルピロリドン、メチルビニルピロリドン、ビニルピリジン、ビニルピペリドン、ビニルピリミジン、ビニルピペラジン、ビニルピラジン、ビニルピロール、ビニルイミダゾール、ビニルオキサゾール、ビニルモルホリン、N-アクリロイルモルホリン、N-ビニルカルボン酸アミド類、N-ビニルカプロラクタム等の窒素含有モノマーを含有していてもよい。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、上記以外のモノマー成分を含んでいてもよい。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーは、モノマー成分として、例えば、ビニルエステルモノマー、芳香族ビニルモノマー、エポキシ基含有モノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマー、スルホ基含有モノマー、リン酸基含有モノマー、酸無水物基含有モノマー等を含んでいてもよい。
上記モノマー成分を、溶液重合、乳化重合、塊状重合等の各種公知の方法により重合することによりベースポリマーとしての(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーが得られる。粘着剤の接着力、保持力等の特性のバランスや、コスト等の観点から、溶液重合法が好ましい。溶液重合の溶媒としては、酢酸エチル、トルエン、メチルエチルケトン等が用いられる。溶液濃度は通常20~80重量%程度である。重合開始剤としては、アゾ系、過酸化物系等の各種公知のものを使用できる。重量平均分子量の小さいポリマーを得るために、重合反応に際して連鎖移動剤を用いてもよい。また、メチルエチルケトン、トルエン等の連鎖移動定数が大きい溶媒を用いることにより、ポリマーの重量平均分子量が小さくなる傾向がある。反応温度は通常50~80℃程度、反応時間は通常1~8時間程度である。
(架橋剤)
粘着剤組成物は、上記の(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造を導入するための架橋剤を含む。架橋剤としては、イソシアネート系架橋剤、エポキシ系架橋剤、オキサゾリン系架橋剤、アジリジン系架橋剤、カルボジイミド系架橋剤、金属キレート系架橋剤等が挙げられる。これらの架橋剤は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーのヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基等の官能基と反応して架橋構造を形成する。ヒドロキシ基やカルボキシ基との反応性が高く、架橋構造の導入が容易であることから、イソシアネート系架橋剤およびエポキシ系架橋剤が好ましい。
粘着剤組成物は、上記の(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造を導入するための架橋剤を含む。架橋剤としては、イソシアネート系架橋剤、エポキシ系架橋剤、オキサゾリン系架橋剤、アジリジン系架橋剤、カルボジイミド系架橋剤、金属キレート系架橋剤等が挙げられる。これらの架橋剤は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーのヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基等の官能基と反応して架橋構造を形成する。ヒドロキシ基やカルボキシ基との反応性が高く、架橋構造の導入が容易であることから、イソシアネート系架橋剤およびエポキシ系架橋剤が好ましい。
イソシアネート系架橋剤としては、1分子中に2個以上のイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネートが用いられる。ポリイソシアネート系架橋剤としては、例えば、ブチレンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート等の低級脂肪族ポリイソシアネート類;シクロペンチレンジイソシアネート、シクロへキシレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート等の脂環族イソシアネート類;2,4-トリレンジイソシアネート、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、キシリレンジイソシアネート等の芳香族イソシアネート類;トリメチロールプロパン/トリレンジイソシアネート3量体付加物(例えば、三井化学製「タケネートD-101E」)、トリメチロールプロパン/へキサメチレンジイソシアネート3量体付加物(例えば、東ソー製「コロネートHL」)、キシリレンジイソシアネートのトリメチロールプロパン付加物(例えば、三井化学製「タケネートD-110N」、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート体(例えば、東ソー製「コロネートHX」)等のイソシアネート付加物等が挙げられる。
エポキシ系架橋剤としては、1分子中に2個以上のエポキシ基を有する多官能エポキシ化合物が用いられる。エポキシ系架橋剤は、1分子中に3個以上または4個以上のエポキシ基を有するものであってもよい。エポキシ系架橋剤のエポキシ基はグリシジル基であってもよい。エポキシ系架橋剤としては、例えば、N,N,N’,N’-テトラグリシジル-m-キシレンジアミン、ジグリシジルアニリン、1,3-ビス(N,N-ジグリシジルアミノメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,6-ヘキサンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、ネオペンチルグリコールジグリシジルエーテル、エチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、プロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ソルビトールポリグリシジルエーテル、グリセロールポリグリシジルエーテル、ペンタエリスリトールポリグリシジルエーテル、ポリグリセロールポリグリシジルエーテル、ソルビタンポリグリシジルエーテル、トリメチロールプロパンポリグリシジルエーテル、アジピン酸ジグリシジルエステル、o-フタル酸ジグリシジルエステル、トリグリシジル-トリス(2-ヒドロキシエチル)イソシアヌレート、レゾルシンジグリシジルエーテル、ビスフェノール-S-ジグリシジルエーテル等が挙げられる。エポキシ系架橋剤として、ナガセケムテックス製の「デナコール」、三菱ガス化学製の「テトラッドX」「テトラッドC」等の市販品を用いてもよい。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造が導入されることにより、粘着シートの形状安定性が高められ、粘着シートの端面からの粘着剤のはみ出しが抑制される傾向がある。粘着剤組成物における架橋剤の含有量は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの組成や分子量等に応じて適宜に調整すればよい。架橋剤の量は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対して、0.01~0.5重量部程度であり、0.02~0.3重量部が好ましく、0.03~0.1重量部がより好ましい。架橋剤の量が過度に少ない場合は、粘着シートの端面からの粘着剤がはみ出しやすく、ハンドリング性に劣る傾向がある。一方、架橋剤の量が過度に多い場合は、粘着剤の流動性が低く、粘着シートのクリープひずみが小さいために、配線等の凹凸に対する埋め込み性が低下する場合がある。
架橋構造の形成を促進するために架橋触媒を用いてもよい。例えば、イソシアネート系架橋剤の架橋触媒としては、例えば、有機金属化合物が用いられる。有機金属化合物の金属としては、鉄、スズ、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、亜鉛、チタン、鉛、コバルト、亜鉛等が挙げられ、特にアセチルアセトン鉄(III)等の鉄系架橋触媒が好ましい。架橋触媒の使用量は、一般には、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対して0.1重量部以下である。
(多官能化合物)
粘着剤組成物が1分子中に複数の重合性官能基を有する多官能化合物を有することにより、粘着剤組成物は硬化性を有する。さらに、多官能化合物がビスフェノール構造を有することにより、硬化前の粘着剤のクリープひずみが大きくなる傾向があり、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有する。
粘着剤組成物が1分子中に複数の重合性官能基を有する多官能化合物を有することにより、粘着剤組成物は硬化性を有する。さらに、多官能化合物がビスフェノール構造を有することにより、硬化前の粘着剤のクリープひずみが大きくなる傾向があり、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有する。
ビスフェノール構造としては、ビスフェノールA、ビスフェノールAP、ビスフェノールAF、ビスフェノールBP、ビスフェノールC、ビスフェノールE、ビスフェノールF、ビスフェノールG、ビスフェノールM、ビスフェノールP、ビスフェノールPH、ビスフェノールTMC、ビスフェノールZ等が挙げられる。多官能化合物の入手容易性等の観点から、ビスフェノールAおよびビスフェノールFが好ましく、ビスフェノールAが特に好ましい。
多官能化合物の重合性官能基としては、ビニル基、アリル基、(メタ)アクリロイル基、エポキシ基、オキセタン基、ヒドロシリル基、シラノール基、アルコキシシリル基等が挙げられる。多官能化合物は、好ましくは1分子中に、フェノール構造と、複数の光重合性官能基を有する化合物である。光重合性官能基としては、ビニル基、アリル基、(メタ)アクリロイル基等のエチレン性不飽和基が好ましく、中でも(メタ)アクリロイル基が好ましい。
ビスフェノールの両末端のヒドロキシ基と、重合性官能基を有する化合物との反応により、ビスフェノール構造を有する多官能化合物が得られる。例えば、ビスフェノール類とエピクロロヒドリンとの反応により、両末端にエポキシ基を有する多官能化合物(ビスフェノールジグリシジルエーテル)が得られる。さらに、ビスフェノールジグリシジルエーテルのエポキシ基と(メタ)アクリル酸のカルボキシ基との反応により、両末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する多官能化合物(ビスフェノールエポキシ(メタ)アクリレート)が得られる。
ビスフェノール構造を有し、両末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する多官能化合物としては、上記のビスフェノールエポキシ(メタ)アクリレートの他に、ビスフェノール構造と(メタ)アクリロイル基との間に、エチレンオキサイド(EO)、プロピレンオキサイド(PO)等のアルキレンオキサイド、またはポリアルキレンオキサイド鎖を有する化合物、具体的には、ビスフェノールEO変性ジ(メタ)アクリレート、ビスフェノールPO変性ジ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
多官能化合物の分子量が過度に大きい場合は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーとの相溶性が低く、接着性が低下する場合がある。また、多官能化合物の分子量が小さいほど、粘着シートのクリープ変形率が大きくなる傾向がある。そのため、多官能化合物の分子量は、1000以下が好ましく、800以下がより好ましく、600以下がさらに好ましく、500以下であってもよい。ビスフェノール構造を有する多官能化合物の分子量は、一般的には308以上であり、330以上が好ましく、350以上、380以上、または396以上であってもよい。
多官能化合物として、市販品を用いてもよい。ビスフェノール構造を有し、両末端に(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する多官能化合物の市販品としては、共栄社化学製の「エポキシエステル」シリーズ(3002M,3002A,3000MK,3000A)および「ライトアクリレート BP」シリーズ(BP-4EL,BP-4PA)、大阪有機化学工業製の「ビスコート」シリーズ(#540)、第一工業製薬製の「ニューフロンティア BPE」シリーズ(BPE-4,BPE-10)、新中村化学工業製の「NKエステル BPE」シリーズ(BPE-80N,BPE-100,BPE-200)および「NKオリゴ」シリーズ(EA-1020LC3)、東亞合成製の「アロニックス M」シリーズ(M-208,M-211B)、ダイセル・オルネクス製の「エべクリル」シリーズ(600,3700,3703)等が挙げられる。
粘着剤組成物における多官能化合物の含有量は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対して、2重量部以上が好ましく、2.5重量部以上、3重量部以上、3.5重量部以上または4重量部以上であってもよい。多官能化合物の量が多いほど、硬化前の粘着シートのクリープ変形率が大きくなる傾向があり、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有する。一方、多官能化合物の含有量が過度に多い場合は、粘着剤の形状安定性が低いため、粘着シートの端面からの粘着剤がはみ出しやすく、ハンドリング性に劣る傾向がある。そのため、粘着剤組成物における多官能化合物の含有量は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対して、17重量部以下が好ましく、15重量部以下がより好ましく、12重量部以下、10重量部以下または8重量部以下であってもよい。
(光重合開始剤)
多官能化合物の重合性官能基が光重合性である場合、粘着剤組成物は、光重合開始剤を含むことが好ましい。光重合開始剤は、活性光線の照射により活性種を発生し、多官能化合物の硬化反応(重合反応)を促進する。光重合開始剤としては、多官能化合物の種類等に応じて、光カチオン開始剤(光酸発生剤)、光ラジカル開始剤、光アニオン開始剤(光塩基発生剤)等が用いられる。多官能化合物の重合性官能基が(メタ)アクリロイル基である場合は、光ラジカル開始剤を用いることが好ましい。光ラジカル開始剤としては、波長450nmよりも短波長の可視光または紫外線により開裂してラジカルを発生する光ラジカル発生剤が好ましく、ヒドロキシケトン類、ベンジルジメチルケタール類、アミノケトン類、アシルフォスフィンオキサイド類、ベンゾフェノン類、トリクロロメチル基含有トリアジン誘導体等が挙げられる。光重合開始剤は、単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を混合して使用してもよい。
多官能化合物の重合性官能基が光重合性である場合、粘着剤組成物は、光重合開始剤を含むことが好ましい。光重合開始剤は、活性光線の照射により活性種を発生し、多官能化合物の硬化反応(重合反応)を促進する。光重合開始剤としては、多官能化合物の種類等に応じて、光カチオン開始剤(光酸発生剤)、光ラジカル開始剤、光アニオン開始剤(光塩基発生剤)等が用いられる。多官能化合物の重合性官能基が(メタ)アクリロイル基である場合は、光ラジカル開始剤を用いることが好ましい。光ラジカル開始剤としては、波長450nmよりも短波長の可視光または紫外線により開裂してラジカルを発生する光ラジカル発生剤が好ましく、ヒドロキシケトン類、ベンジルジメチルケタール類、アミノケトン類、アシルフォスフィンオキサイド類、ベンゾフェノン類、トリクロロメチル基含有トリアジン誘導体等が挙げられる。光重合開始剤は、単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を混合して使用してもよい。
粘着剤に透明性が求められる場合、光重合開始剤(光ラジカル発生剤)は、400nmよりも長波長の光(可視光)に対する感度が小さいことが好ましく、例えば、波長405nmにおける吸光係数が1×102[mLg-1cm-1]以下である光重合開始剤が好ましく用いられる。また、可視光の感度が小さい光重合開始剤を用いれば、保管環境での外光に起因する光重合開始剤の開裂が生じ難いため、粘着剤組成物および粘着シートの保管安定性を向上できる。
粘着剤組成物における光重合開始剤の含有量は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対して、0.001~5重量部が好ましく、0.01~3重量部がより好ましく、0.03~1重量部がさらに好ましい。
(その他の添加剤)
粘着剤組成物は、上記の各成分に加えて、シランカップリング剤、オリゴマー、粘着性付与剤、可塑剤、軟化剤、劣化防止剤、充填剤、着色剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、界面活性剤、帯電防止剤等の添加剤を、本発明の特性を損なわない範囲で含有していてもよい。
粘着剤組成物は、上記の各成分に加えて、シランカップリング剤、オリゴマー、粘着性付与剤、可塑剤、軟化剤、劣化防止剤、充填剤、着色剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、界面活性剤、帯電防止剤等の添加剤を、本発明の特性を損なわない範囲で含有していてもよい。
[粘着シート]
上記の粘着剤組成物を基材上に層状に塗布し、溶媒を乾燥除去することにより、粘着剤が層状に形成された粘着シートが得られる。粘着シートの形成に用いられる基材としては、任意の適切な基材が用いられる。基材として、粘着シートとの接触面に離型層を備える剥離ライナーを用いてもよい。
上記の粘着剤組成物を基材上に層状に塗布し、溶媒を乾燥除去することにより、粘着剤が層状に形成された粘着シートが得られる。粘着シートの形成に用いられる基材としては、任意の適切な基材が用いられる。基材として、粘着シートとの接触面に離型層を備える剥離ライナーを用いてもよい。
はく離ライナーとしては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステルフィルム等のプラスチックフィルムが好ましく用いられる。はく離ライナーの厚みは、通常3~200μm、好ましくは10~100μm程度である。はく離ライナーの粘着シートとの接触面には、シリコーン系、フッ素系、長鎖アルキル系、もしくは脂肪酸アミド系等の離型剤による剥離層が設けられている。
基材上への粘着剤組成物の塗布方法としては、ロールコート、キスロールコート、グラビアコート、リバースコート、ロールブラッシュ、スプレーコート、ディップロールコート、バーコート、ナイフコート、エアーナイフコート、カーテンコート、リップコート、ダイコート等が挙げられる。
溶媒の乾燥方法としては、適宜、適切な方法が採用され得る。加熱乾燥温度は、好ましくは40℃~200℃、より好ましくは50℃~180℃、さらに好ましくは70℃~170℃である。乾燥時間は、好ましくは5秒~20分、より好ましくは5秒~15分、さらに好ましくは10秒~10分である。
溶媒の乾燥と同時、または溶媒の乾燥後に、加熱またはエージングにより架橋反応を進行させ、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋剤による架橋構造を導入することが好ましい。加熱温度や加熱時間は、使用する架橋剤の種類によって適宜設定され、通常、20℃~160℃の範囲で、1分から7日程度の加熱により架橋が行われる。溶媒を乾燥除去するための加熱が、架橋のための加熱を兼ねていてもよい。
架橋剤により(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに架橋構造を導入後も、多官能化合物は未反応の状態を維持している。そのため、粘着シートは、架橋剤による架橋構造が導入された(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーおよび多官能化合物を含み、硬化性を有している。
粘着シート5の表面にはく離ライナー1,2を貼り合わせることにより、図1に示すように、両面にはく離ライナーが仮着されたはく離ライナー付き粘着シート50が得られる。粘着シートの形成に用いた基材を、そのまま、はく離ライナーとしてもよい。
粘着シートの厚みは、例えば、1~300μm程度である。粘着シートの厚みが大きいほど、被着体の段差や凹凸に対する粘着剤の埋め込み性が向上する傾向がある。一方、粘着剤シートの厚みが過度に大きい場合は、ハンドリングが困難となる場合がある。そのため、粘着シートの厚みは10~200μmが好ましく、20~100μmがより好ましい。
回転式レオメータを用いたクリープ試験において、60℃で2000Paの応力を10分間印加したときの粘着シートのクリープ変形率(以下、単に「クリープ変形率」と記載)は、500~10000%が好ましい。クリープ変形率が大きいほど、粘性成分が大きく、被着体の段差や凹凸に対する粘着剤の埋め込み性が向上する傾向がある。
粘着剤等の粘弾性体に一定の応力が作用しているとき、時間とともにひずみ(変形率)が増加する現象(クリープ)が生じる。一定応力を印加した際の粘弾性体のひずみは、応力の印加とともに瞬間的に生じる弾性成分、時間の増加関数として表され長時間後に一定値に達する粘弾性成分、および時間に比例して増加する粘性成分を含む。応力を除いた後、ひずみの粘性成分は回復せずに残留する。クリープ変形率が500%以上である粘着シートは、粘性成分が大きく、被着体の段差や凹凸の形状に追従して変形した状態が保持されるため、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有する。
段差や凹凸に対する粘着剤の埋め込み性の観点からは、クリープ変形率は大きいほど好ましい。一方、クリープ変形率が過度に大きい粘着シートは、端面から粘着剤がはみ出しやすい等、ハンドリング性に問題があるため、クリープ変形率は10000%以下が好ましい。粘着シートのクリープ変形率は、800~9000%がより好ましく、1000~8000%、1200~7500%、または1500~7000%であってもよい。
上記の様に、粘着剤組成物を構成する(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量が所定範囲であり、かつ硬化性の多官能化合物がビスフェノール構造を有することにより、粘着シートのクリープ変形率を適切な範囲に調整できる。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量が小さく、多官能化合物の含有量が多いほど、粘着シートのクリープ変形率が大きくなる傾向がある。また、架橋剤の量が多いほど、粘着シートのクリープ変形率は小さくなる傾向がある。
一般に、ベースポリマーとしての(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーの重量平均分子量が小さいほど、粘着剤および粘着シートが柔らかくなる傾向があるが、ベースポリマーの分子量が小さいのみでは、クリープ変形率は十分に大きくならず、微細パターンの凹凸に対する埋め込み性を持たせることは困難である。また、多官能化合物等のモノマー成分を添加すれば、硬化前の粘着シートに含まれる未硬化成分(液状成分)の量が大きくなる傾向があるが、ビスフェノール構造を有さない多官能化合物を添加しても、クリープ変形率には大きな変化はみられず、ビスフェノール構造を有する多官能化合物を用いた場合に、特異的に、粘着シートのクリープ変形率が大きくなる傾向がある。その理由は定かではないが、一因として、ビスフェノール構造を有する多官能化合物が、ベースポリマーとしての(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーに対して可塑剤的に作用すること等が、クリープ変形率の上昇に寄与していること推定される。
粘着シートの25℃における貯蔵弾性率は、5.0×103~5.0×105Paが好ましく、7.0×103~3.0×105Pa、または1.0×104~1.0×105Paであってもよい。粘着シートの60℃における貯蔵弾性率は、1.0×103~1.0×105Paが好ましく、3.0×103~7.0×104Pa、または5.0×103~5.0×104Paであってもよい。25℃および60℃における貯蔵弾性率が上記範囲であることにより、粘着シートは、ハンドリング性および被着体に対する投錨力に優れる。
額縁状の印刷層が形成された表面保護パネルを画像表示装置の表面に配置する際には、粘着シートの貯蔵弾性率が小さいほど、印刷段差への埋め込み性に優れる傾向がある。一方、貯蔵弾性率を小さくするのみでは、配線基板等の微細な配線パターンの配線間への粘着剤の埋め込み性を十分に高めることはできず、上記の様に、クリープ変形率が、段差や凹凸に対する粘着剤の埋め込み性を評価する指標となる。
[粘着シートの使用形態]
本発明の粘着シートは、各種の電子デバイス、光学デバイス等における部材間の貼り合わせに好適に用いられる。被着体の種類は特に限定されず、各種の樹脂材料、ガラス、金属等が挙げられる。本発明の粘着シートは、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有するため、配線基板等の貼り合わせに好適に使用できる。
本発明の粘着シートは、各種の電子デバイス、光学デバイス等における部材間の貼り合わせに好適に用いられる。被着体の種類は特に限定されず、各種の樹脂材料、ガラス、金属等が挙げられる。本発明の粘着シートは、配線等の微細パターンの凹凸に対しても優れた埋め込み性を有するため、配線基板等の貼り合わせに好適に使用できる。
図2は、画像表示パネル20の裏面(画像表示面と反対側の面)に、粘着シート5を介して配線基板10が貼り合わせられた画像表示装置100の構成を示す断面図である。画像表示パネル20は、有機ELパネルや液晶パネル等である。自発光型であり、画像表示パネルの裏面へのバックライト等の照明の配置を必要としないことから、有機ELパネルが好ましい。画像表示パネル20は、マイクロLEDパネル等であってもよい。
有機ELパネルは、トップエミッション型およびボトムエミッション型のいずれでもよい。トップエミッション型の有機ELパネルは、基板上に、アノード(金属電極)、有機発光層およびカソード(透明電極)を順に備え、カソード側から光を取り出す構成を有している。ボトムエミッション型の有機ELパネルは、透明基板上に、カソード、有機発光層およびアノードを順に備え、透明基板側から光を取り出す構成である。
画像表示パネル20が樹脂基板を用いている場合は、ハンドリング性向上や破損防止等の目的で、裏面に補強フィルム(不図示)が貼り合わせられていてもよい。また、画像表示パネル20の画像表示面には、補強フィルムや表面保護板が貼り合わせられていてもよい。
配線基板10は、基板11の表面にパターン配線12を備える。画像表示パネル20と配線基板10が、上記の粘着シートを介して貼り合わせられていることにより、配線12の間の凹部(配線12が形成されていない部分)にも粘着剤が埋め込まれるため、貼り合わせ界面への気泡の介入による視認不良や電気的不良を防止できる。
配線基板10と画像表示パネル20とを粘着シート5を介して貼り合わせる際の貼り合わせ順序は特に限定されず、配線基板10への粘着シート5の貼り合せを先に行ってもよく、画像表示パネル20への粘着シート5の貼り合わせを先に行ってもよい。また、両者の貼り合せを同時に行ってもよい。
いずれの場合も、配線基板10に粘着シート5を貼り合わせ、粘着シート5が硬化前の状態で配線基板10の配線パターンの形状に粘着剤を追従させ、凹部に粘着剤を埋め込んだ後に、粘着シート5を光硬化することが好ましい。粘着シート5を配線基板10に貼り合わせた後、粘着シート5を硬化する前に加熱を行い、粘着剤の流動性を高めることにより、凹部への粘着剤の埋め込み性が向上する。加熱温度は、例えば50~100℃程度である。
一実施形態では、図3A~Dに示す様に、配線基板10に粘着シート5を貼り合わせ、配線間の凹部に粘着剤を埋め込んだ後に粘着シート5を硬化し、その後に画像表示パネル20を貼り合わせる。
まず、図1のはく離ライナー付き粘着シート50の一方の面のはく離ライナー2を、粘着シート5から剥離除去して、粘着シート5の一方の面を露出させる(図3A)。粘着シート5の露出面を、配線基板10の配線12形成面に貼り合わせる(図3B)。
この状態で、50~100℃程度に加熱すると、粘着剤が配線パターンの凹凸形状に追従するように変形する。粘着剤の変形を促進する為に、上下から加圧を行うことが好ましい。粘着シートは加熱状態でのクリープ変形率が大きいため、圧力を開放後もその形状が保持される。貼り合わせ界面に滞留している気泡の除去等を目的として、加圧、減圧等を実施してもよい。また、減圧・加熱下で気泡の混入を抑制しながら貼り合わせを行い、その後オートクレーブ処理等により、加熱しながら加圧を実施してもよい。
粘着シート5を配線パターンの形状に追従するように変形させた後に、粘着シート5を硬化する。粘着シートの硬化方法は、粘着剤の組成等に応じて適宜選択すればよい。加熱や活性光線の照射により、多官能化合物の重合反応が進行し、粘着シートが硬化される。粘着シート5を配線パターンの形状に追従させた状態で硬化することにより、当該形状が強固に保持されるとともに、接着力が向上するため、貼り合わせ界面での剥がれ等に起因する気泡の混入が抑制される。
粘着シート5を構成する粘着剤組成物が光硬化性を有している場合、粘着シートの硬化方法としては光硬化が好ましい。図3Bに示す様に、粘着シート5の一方の面にはく離ライナー1が仮着された状態であれば、はく離ライナー1側から紫外線等の活性光線を照射することにより、粘着シート5を均一に光硬化可能である。また、粘着シート5の表面に剥離ライナー1が仮着されていることにより、酸素等による硬化阻害を防止できる。
粘着シート5を硬化した後、はく離ライナー1を剥離除去し(図3C)、粘着シート5の露出面を、画像表示パネル20に貼り合わせることにより(図3D)、画像表示パネル20と配線基板10とが粘着シート5を介して積層一体化された画像表示装置100が形成される。画像表示パネル20の裏面に補強フィルムが貼り合わせられている場合は、画像表示パネルの裏面に配置された補強フィルムに粘着シート5を貼り合わせればよい。
前述のように、光硬化後の粘着シート5は、多官能化合物が硬化していることにより粘着剤の凝集力が向上しているため、画像表示パネル20の基板や、その裏面に配置された補強フィルム等の被着体に対して、高い接着力を示す。硬化後の粘着シート5のポリエステルフィルムに対する接着力は、0.5N/25mm以上が好ましく、1N/25mm以上がより好ましく、1.5N/25mm以上、または1.8N/25mm以上であってもよい。接着力は、温度60℃の環境下で、引張速度300mm/分、剥離角度180°のピール試験により求められる。
配線基板の配線としては、プリント配線基板の回路、タッチパネルの位置検出電極、ワイヤレス充電用コイル、電磁誘導(EMR)方式および静電容量(AES)方式のデジタイザのアンテナコイル等が挙げられる。配線12の導線の幅は1μm~1mm程度、配線12の厚み(高さ)は10nm~100μm程度であり、隣接する配線の間隔は1μm~10mm程度である。上記の様に、本発明の粘着シートは加熱状態でのクリープ変形率が大きいため、配線の厚みが大きく、配線間の間隔が小さい場合でも、配線間を粘着剤で充填可能であり、気泡の介入による視認不良、電気的不良、検出不良等を抑制できる。
以下に実施例および比較例を挙げてさらに説明するが、本発明は、これらの実施例に限定されるものではない。
[アクリル系ポリマーの重合]
<ポリマーA>
温度計、攪拌機、還流冷却管および窒素ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、モノマーとして、ブチルアクリレート(BA):100重量部および4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(4HBA):4重量部、重合開始剤としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル:0.2重量部、ならびに溶媒として酢酸エチル(EAC):63重量部およびメチルエチルケトン(MEK):94重量部を投入し、窒素ガスを流し、攪拌しながら約30分窒素置換を行った。その後、60℃に加熱し、4時間反応させ、さらに70℃に加熱して2時間反応させて、重量平均分子量(Mw)が35万のアクリル系ポリマーAの溶液を得た。
<ポリマーA>
温度計、攪拌機、還流冷却管および窒素ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、モノマーとして、ブチルアクリレート(BA):100重量部および4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(4HBA):4重量部、重合開始剤としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル:0.2重量部、ならびに溶媒として酢酸エチル(EAC):63重量部およびメチルエチルケトン(MEK):94重量部を投入し、窒素ガスを流し、攪拌しながら約30分窒素置換を行った。その後、60℃に加熱し、4時間反応させ、さらに70℃に加熱して2時間反応させて、重量平均分子量(Mw)が35万のアクリル系ポリマーAの溶液を得た。
<ポリマーB~F>
モノマーの種類および溶媒の比率を、表1に示す様に変更したこと以外は、ポリマーAの重合と同様にして、アクリル系ポリマーB~Fの溶液を得た。

ポリマーの重量平均分子量(ポリスチレン換算)は、GPC(東ソー製「HLC-8220GPC」)を用い下記の条件により測定した。

ポリマーA~Fの重合時のモノマーおよび溶媒の仕込み比率(重量部)ならびにGPCにより測定した重量平均分子量Mwを、表1に示す。
[実施例1]
<粘着剤組成物の調製>
上記のアクリル系ポリマー溶液A(ポリマーの固形分:100重量部)に、架橋剤としてヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート体(東ソー製「コロネートHX」):0.075重量部、架橋触媒として鉄アセチルアセトナート(日本化学産業製「ナーセム第二鉄」):0.01重量部、多官能化合物としてビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルアクリル酸付加物(共栄社化学製「エポキシエステル3000A」):5重量部、および光重合開始剤として2,2-ジメトキシ-1,2-ジフェニルエタン-1-オン(IGM Resins製「Omnirad651」):0.5重量部を添加し、均一に混合して粘着剤組成物を得た。
<粘着剤組成物の調製>
上記のアクリル系ポリマー溶液A(ポリマーの固形分:100重量部)に、架橋剤としてヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート体(東ソー製「コロネートHX」):0.075重量部、架橋触媒として鉄アセチルアセトナート(日本化学産業製「ナーセム第二鉄」):0.01重量部、多官能化合物としてビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルアクリル酸付加物(共栄社化学製「エポキシエステル3000A」):5重量部、および光重合開始剤として2,2-ジメトキシ-1,2-ジフェニルエタン-1-オン(IGM Resins製「Omnirad651」):0.5重量部を添加し、均一に混合して粘着剤組成物を得た。
<粘着シートの作製>
厚み75μmのはく離ライナー(片面がシリコーン離型処理された厚み75μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)の離型処理面に、上記の粘着剤組成物を、乾燥後の厚みが50μmとなるように塗布した。室温で2分、および130℃で3分間の乾燥により溶媒を除去後、粘着剤の塗布面に、別のはく離ライナーの離型処理面を貼り合わせた。その後、25℃の雰囲気で1日間のエージング処理を行い、架橋を進行させ、両面にはく離ライナーが仮着された粘着シートを得た。
厚み75μmのはく離ライナー(片面がシリコーン離型処理された厚み75μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)の離型処理面に、上記の粘着剤組成物を、乾燥後の厚みが50μmとなるように塗布した。室温で2分、および130℃で3分間の乾燥により溶媒を除去後、粘着剤の塗布面に、別のはく離ライナーの離型処理面を貼り合わせた。その後、25℃の雰囲気で1日間のエージング処理を行い、架橋を進行させ、両面にはく離ライナーが仮着された粘着シートを得た。
[実施例2~9および比較例1~10]
粘着剤組成物の調製において、アクリル系ポリマーの種類、ならびに多官能化合物の種類および配合量を、表2に示すように変更した。それ以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着シートを作製した。なお、比較例5では、光重合開始剤および多官能化合物を添加しなかった。

[粘着シートの評価]
<クリープ変形率>
粘着シートを複数積層して、厚さ約1.0mmの測定用試料を作製し、回転式レオメータ(TA Instruments製「DISCOVERY HR-2」)を用いて、以下の条件により、せん断応力(クリープ)測定を行い、応力を印加後10分後のピークせん断歪み(クリープ変形率)を読み取った。

試験時間:10分
試験荷重:0.1N
せん断応力:2kpa

粘着シートを複数積層して、厚さ約1.0mmの測定用試料を作製し、回転式レオメータ(TA Instruments製「DISCOVERY HR-2」)を用いて、以下の条件により、動的粘弾性測定を行い、-20℃、0℃、25℃、60℃、100℃および150℃における貯蔵弾性率を読み取った。

昇温速度:5℃/分
測定温度:-30~150℃
形状:パラレルプレート 8.0mmφ
粘着シートを複数積層して、厚さ約1.0mmの測定用試料を作製し、回転式レオメータ(TA Instruments製「DISCOVERY HR-2」)を用いて、以下の条件により、動的粘弾性測定を行い、-20℃、0℃、25℃、60℃、100℃および150℃における貯蔵弾性率を読み取った。

昇温速度:5℃/分
測定温度:-30~150℃
形状:パラレルプレート 8.0mmφ
実施例および比較例の粘着剤の組成、および粘着シートの物性(クリープ変形率および貯蔵弾性率)を、表2に示す。表2における架橋剤、光重合開始剤および多官能化合物の量は、アクリル系ポリマーの固形分100重量部に対する添加量である。多官能化合物の詳細は下記の通りである。
3000A:ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルジアクリレート(共栄社化学製「エポキシエステル 3000A」、分子量484)
3000MK:ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルジメタクリレート(共栄社化学製「エポキシエステル 3000MK」、分子量512)
3002A:ビスフェノールAプロピレンオキサイド付加ジグリシジルエーテルのアクリル酸付加物(共栄社化学製「エポキシエステル 3002A」、分子量600)
M350:トリメチロールプロパンEO変性(n=1)トリアクリレート(東亞合成製「アロニックス M-350」、分子量:387)
TMPT:トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(新中村化学工業製「NKエステル A-TMPT」、分子量296)
TMMT:ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート(新中村化学工業製「NKエステル A-TMMT」、分子量352)
DPH:ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(新中村化学工業製「NKエステル A-DPH」、分子量578)

DPH:ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(新中村化学工業製「NKエステル A-DPH」、分子量578)
重量平均分子量が35万のアクリル系ポリマーAを用い、多官能化合物を含まない(硬化性を有さない)比較例5の粘着シートは、クリープ変形率が321%であった。光重合開始剤およびビスフェノール構造を有さない多官能アクリレートを添加した粘着剤組成物を用いた比較例1~4では、クリープ率が257~320%であり、比較例5と明確な差はみられなかった。
一方、多官能化合物としてビスフェノール構造を有するジアクリレート化合物を用いた実施例1~3では、貯蔵弾性率は比較例1~5と明確な差がみられなかったが、クリープ変形率が大幅に増大していた。実施例1,4~6、および比較例6,7の結果から、ビスフェノール構造を有するジアクリレート化合物の添加量が多いほど、クリープ変形率が大きくなる傾向があることが分かる。これらの結果から、ビスフェノール構造を有する多官能化合物が、クリープ変形率の増大に寄与していることが分かる。
実施例1と、ポリマーAに代えて2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2EHA)を主たるモノマー成分とするポリマーEを用いた実施例8を対比すると、実施例8は、実施例1に比べてクリープ変形率が大きく、貯蔵弾性率が小さくなる傾向がみられたが、クリープ変形率および貯蔵弾性率ともに、両者の間に大きな差はなかった。実施例2と実施例9との対比においても同様の傾向がみられた。
実施例1,7および比較例8の結果から、ポリマーの重量平均分子量が小さいほど、クリープ率が大きくなる傾向があることが分かる。なお、重量平均分子量が20万のポリマーDを用いた比較例9では、粘着シートが極めて柔らかく、ハンドリングが困難であった。2EHAを主たるモノマー成分とする重量平均分子量20万のポリマーFを用いた比較例10も同様であった。比較例9,10では、測定用試料を作製できなかったため、クリープ変形率および貯蔵弾性率の測定を実施しなかった。
以上の結果から、粘着剤組成物を構成するベースポリマーの分子量、ならびに多官能化合物の種類および量を調整することにより、クリープ率を所定範囲とすることが可能であり、配線パターン等の凹凸に対する埋め込み性に優れるとともに、ハンドリング性が良好な粘着シートを得られることが分かる。

Claims (7)
- 重量平均分子量が25万~50万の(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー、架橋剤、および2以上の重合性官能基を有する多官能化合物を含み、
前記多官能化合物がビスフェノール構造を有し、
前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対する前記多官能化合物の含有量が2~17重量部である、
粘着剤組成物。 - 前記多官能化合物の分子量が1000以下である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記多官能化合物が多官能(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー100重量部に対する前記架橋剤の含有量が0.01~0.5重量部である、請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- さらに、光重合開始剤を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤組成物が層状に形成された粘着シート。
- 回転式レオメータを用いたクリープ試験において、60℃で2000Paの応力を10分間印加したときのクリープ変形率が500~10000%である、請求項6に記載の粘着シート。
